samus, ridley, and the space pirates get warped to equestria

when samus aran destroys a dimensional warper it transports everyone inculding samus, ridley, and the space pirates to the land of equestria where samus loses her powerups and she must recover them before ridley and the space pirates take control of equestria

Chapter 1: the accident

On a vast planet in an known solar system, famous bounty hunter Samus Aran infiltrates one of the space pirate home worlds. She looks around and spots a small morph ball tunnel. " That must be where i need to go" she says curiously. Samus enters her morph ball state and rolls through the tunnel with ease. Samus exits the tunnel to find herself in a large control room. Two space pirates work at a control panel while another one roams around keeping watch for intruders. Samus puts her left hand on her arm cannon ready to fire.

meanwhile.

in the small town of ponyville, a purple unicorn named twilight sparkle puts away some of her books. "hmmm, creatures of tales and legends, that goes in fiction" she says with a smile. As she sorts her books her assistant spike, a young dragon helps her sort her books. " tell me twilight, why don't you just use my advice and use the floor as one big shelf" he asks. "well spike it's easier to find books if they're in the proper sections" she says. "true but it's so much work organizing it and well....that's all i can come up with" spike says. twilight rolls her eyes and smiles, "well i'm going downtown, think you can handle it here. "Ok twilight i'm always here" he says with eyes half open. twilight walks out of her library tree and walks into town. lyra and bon bon chat on a bench while derpy looks at a lava lamp at a shop. twilight walks into sugarcube corner, " hello mr and mrs cake, pinkie pie are you here." She hears footsteps coming down the stairs. She looks up to see pinkie pie coming down. "oh hey twilight what brings you around sugarcube corner" she says happily while bouncing. "well i just thought that maybe you would would like to go for a picnic later with the others" she asks. "hmmm okie dokie lokie" she bounces around "ooo it's going to be so much fun."
twilight smiles as she walks out then heads over to carasal boutique looking for rarity.

meanwhile back on the pirate home world.

Samus whacks a space pirate over the head with a roundhouse kick and fires her plasma beam at some other pirates. Soon samus is surrounded by space pirates, samus then jumps and strikes the space pirates with her screw attack, she then lands breathing heavily. she gets up and looks around at the controls around her. She stops and hears something breathing deeply. she moves her arm cannon around looking for what is making that sound. suddenly something falls behind her and she stops and then turns to see her arch nemesis ridley standing before her. ridley unfurls his wings and grins as his tail swings behind him. "nice to see you again samus," drags his claw up her varia suit. "I've been gone for so long i was starting to miss you" he says in a deep mocking voice. "so the space pirates revived you again" she says angrily at him. ridley chuckles a little then swings his tail at her. samus jumps over his tail and proceeds to fire multiple plasma shots at him. ridley holds his hand out to block the shots. "come on samus you can do better then that" fires a plasma laser from his mouth, samus dodges it as it destroys one of the control panels. samus charges up her plasma beam and fires nearly hitting ridleys shoulder as it destroys another machine. " i will defeat you ridley. one way or another" fires another plasma beam, striking him on the right shoulder. samus charges her plasma beam and fires it, ridley ducks nearly hitting his wings as the shot hits a machine. "samus what have you done." the machine starts to malfunction and spark then it activates and sends out a huge white light that envelops samus, ridley, and most of the space pirates on the planet. the light disappears and samus and ridley are gone.

twilight returns from fluttershy's cottage and walks by the everfree forest and looks at it then walks back. on the way back a orb of electrical energy forms in the air and multiple ones shot out from it scattering all over equestria. "huh?" she looks up confused. the orb bursts and someone falls from the sky to the ground. "oh my gosh are you ok" rushes to her. samus groans trying to get up, she sits down and looks at twilight "wait, who are you" looks around "and where am i, this doesn't look like the space pirate homeworld. in fact not even a world i've seen before." she asks confused. " my name is twilight sparkle, and you are in equestria. so who and what are you and where did you come from.

"My name is Samus Aran, i am a bounty hunter and i come from the planet called earth." presses a button on her helmet and it disappears along with the rest of her powersuit. "so your a human" twilight asks. "it's always rare for humans to come here without a unicorns magic, so tell me about yourself."
"well alright."

(imagine flashback)

"back when i was young, space pirates invaded my home and killed my parents. luckily i was found and raised by the chozo race. they took care of me and trained me in the martial arts. they gave me a type of armored suit called the power suit. after that, when i was old enough i left and joined the galactic federation and destroyed the planet zebes and saved the world from the corruption of phazon and then i wet to an abandoned ship and defeated the x-parasites and what i am most famous for is for defeating the metroids. when i was infiltrating one of the pirate home worlds i was attacked by ridley a kind of space dragon. as we were fighting i fired a shot from my plasma beam and it hit the dimensional warper which caused us to come here. and apperantly my weapons are gone except for my power suit and power beam." "well i barley understood half of those words but it seems like you have had it rough. come with me and i'll help you." she asks politely. "thank you. you are very kind" samus says nicely. samus and twilight head back to her library tree and samus looks around. " so you live in a tree. quite strange for a creature like you." "well i wouldn't really call it strange. anyway you can stay here. spike will accompany you

"who's spike" she asks. "oh he's my assistant. he's a baby dragon." samus looks down at the mention of the word "baby" remembering the infant metroid that saved her life. "well i'm going out for a bit i'll be back soon" twilight says as she walks out. samus sits on a chair and looks around. "well it looks like i'm going to be here a while."

Chapter 2: meeting the mane six

The next morning, samus wakes up and stretches, "well that was surprisingly comfortable" she says. Samus looks around the room and gets up. She walks downstairs and finds twilight, "oh your up" twilight says as she looks toward her. "say would you like to meet my friends" she says as she smiles. "Umm sure i have nothing else to do" samus replies with a shrug of her shoulders. Samus puts her paralyzer gun in its sheath and follows twilight outside and into town. "wow all these ponies are quite colorful, very strange" samus thinks to her self. twilight leads her to rarity's carisal boutique, twilight opens the door with her magic and walks inside, "rarity there's someone here i would like you to meet. Rarity walks down from upstairs, "oh hello there twilight so who is this friend of...yours" she says as she turns to see samus. "well nice to meet you i'm rarity, and i just love your hair color and that pony tail, it really goes well with your suit" she compliments. "Thanks" samus replys, suddenly samus spots something on one of rarity's shelves. "Hey what's that over there" she points to it. "oh that, i found it outside my store after that loud bang i heard" rarity replys. samus walks over to it and activates her powersuit. She activates her scan visor and analyzes it realizing that it is one of her missing powers. She takes it and energy emits from her arm cannon and she opens it and fires a missile from it accidentally hitting rarity's mirror, (imagine the item acquired fanfare) a message on samus' visor reads "missile launcher recovered," "hey do you have any idea how much that cost", rarity says angrily at her. "oh sorry rarity." "so what was that" twilight asks. "that's a capsule containing my missile launcher" samus replys, "well it was nice meeting you rarity but i guess we should move on." twilight nods and waves goodbye.

As they walk around town rainbow dash knocks into them, "whoops sorry twilight, and whoever you are. That's some pretty cool looking armor you have there what does that thing on the end do" she asks. "i'll show you" samus says then fires a missile at a tree destroying it. "that's pretty cool, but not as cool as me" rainbow dash replys. "well catch you later twilight and uhhh....-
"samus, my name is samus"
"ok then, later" she says then flies off. "well she is rather obnoxious isn't she" samus says. " ya she can be" twilight replys "well that's 2, let's go see pinkie pie" she says then heads off to sugar cube corner. As they walk inside samus notices another capsule on the counter with a ball in the middle. she walks up to it, "it's.. my morph ball" she says as she walks up to it, suddenly pinkie pie pops up "oh hey twilight and who are you, oh you must be new here *gasps* that means i haven't thrown you a welcome party yet."
"It's alright uhhh pinkie...pie"
"oh no no no no no, i have to i do it for all new comers here, and your one of them so i have to" pinkie pie smiles
"say why do you have that capsule"
"oh i found it outside, don't you just love the way it spins round and round" pinkie pie spins her head round and round then falls down but gets back up and giggles. samus touches it and jumps into the air and drops into morph ball and falls to the ground. " umm i'm guessing that's the morph ball" twilight says awkwardly. samus gets out of morph ball and looks at the purple unicorn. "well should we go twilight"
"uh ok, by pinkie pie"
"bye twilight, bye new comer." twilight and samus walk out and samus looks at twilight "she seems a bit loopy"
"ya she is."

Twilight and samus then walk over to sweet apple acres. "well my guess is that this is a farm" samus says. "ya this is sweet apple acres, this is where applejack lives". applejack the earth pony that works at the farm walks over to them. "howdy twilight who's your friend" applejack asks. "My name is Samus Aran who are you"
"names applejack nice ta meet ya, care for an apple"
"uhhh no thanks i'm fine"
"well it's nice meetin you come back soon ya hear." twilight and samus head off to fluttershy's cottage where she is tending to her animal friends, she looks over and sees twilight, "oh hello twilight and....." she stops dead silent at seeing samus. She cowars looking up at her. "it's ok i am not going to hurt you, my name is Samus Aran and you are"
"my name is fluttershy" she says as she looks away.
"well it's nice to meet you fluttershy i see you like to tend to...." samus is cut short by a scream. "what was that" she asks. "I don't know but lets go" twilight says and they run off to investigate
