Twilight had buried herself in pillows, and was crying her eyes out. She had been refused approval from Chancellor Neighsay, and he had sealed her school off. None of her friends could cheer her up. However, there was a group of allies that had recorded what happened. They had an opposite expression in their eyes. They were ANGRY that she had been closed down, and started setting plans for pouring out their wrath.
"Link, we are ticked off about the results of when Twilight tried to open a school. That Neighsay was criticizing her about having irresponsible teachers, her students were running off behind her back, and above all that she had enrolled non-pony students. He closed her down for all of this.", Brandon hissed at his Admiral.
Link became furious, and threw his water glass against the wall, shattering it. All of his crew members were fuming hotly about this, and muttering angry thoughts under their breath. He was no different. The next morning stirred up EVEN MORE RAGE!! Colin approached Link in his cabin with a message from Celestia.
"Christians,
This is Celestia. Neighsay has apparently informed Twilight that he is not done getting after her. He wants to put her on TRIAL for ENDANGERING EQUESTRIA!! This is not fair in my opinion. He must not do this. I do not care how you stop him. As long as he is unable to do so, that is all that matters."
The crew formulated an elaborate layout for their mission, but they had a simple goal. They were going to put Neighsay on trial BEFORE HE HAD THE CHANCE to get Twilight. No one in Canterlot knew that Celestia tasked them with stopping him, so there would surely be panic arising.

The next morning, Chancellor Neighsay went to a meeting with the EEA, to arrange Twilight's trial. After about 30 minutes, they heard the sound of an aircraft speeding past. Looking outside, they saw an insertion plane, and seven troopers coming down on parachutes. He began to get suspicious about who they were, and why they were here. He snarled because these were not ponies. They were some other species. Nevertheless, the meeting continued, until they heard another louder noise outside. This one came from around the EEA headquarters, and sounded like the propellers of a helicopter. They were about to resume conversation, when they heard yells from outside.
"SCORPIONS, DEPLOY GAS AND OPEN FIRE!! GROUND TROOPS, GET IN THERE, SET PHASERS TO STUN!!"
Before they had time to react, they heard the doors being banged on and broken down. They also began to hear energy blasts being fired and explosions were occurring on the outside of the building. Then, two metal cylinders shot down through the ceiling and began releasing thick smoke. Soon, three individuals wearing gas masks, raced into the meeting room. They pulled guns from their belts and started shooting lasers at the EEA members. They dodged the shots, and one of the shooters jumped up toward Neighsay. Before dropping back to the floor, he grabbed Neighsay's medallion and ripped it off his cloak. After breaking into a chase, Neighsay saw wings sprout from the backpack that the individual was wearing. Neighsay snarled as he watched the shooter circle back and land in front of him. The shooter cut him off before he could speak.
"Chancellor Neighsay, you're under arrest.", the shooter hissed as one of the others shot him in the back of the head with a laser and stunned him.
"Cuff him.", Brandon finally said after taking his mask off. "Colin, you are up. Engage your flamethrowers.", he said to the shooter who had stunned Neighsay.
The third shooter took off her mask, revealing herself as Clawdeen. While she restrained Neighsay and put a suppressor on his horn, Colin put on his fire suit and gathered his four helpers. With rage in their eyes, they released red hot flames into the EEA headquarters. Now the building was fully ablaze, and collapsed into rubble.

At Twilight's castle, she had cheered up and was worried more about the fact that Neighsay wanted her on trial. She was startled out of her trance when Draculaura, one of the Corporals on the Lemurian Star, came to the door.
"You are needed in Canterlot. This is not what you think it is. Neighsay has been arrested, and is going to stand trial for closing your school.", she explained. "The other leaders have been notified, and are serving on the trial as well."
Twilight became determined and got on the helicopter.
When Neighsay woke up, he was gagged, and he was shackled in a prisoner's chair in the royal courtroom. He did not know what was happening, because he did not know why he had been arrested. Moments later, the lights came on, and the witnesses came in. He half shuddered, half snarled when he saw that most of them were not ponies. Among them were Twilight, Starlight, and Celestia. The others were Thorax, Gilda, and all of the non-pony students he had rebuked when he was inspecting Twilight. The ones who had attacked him were present as well. Celestia's clothes were what worried him the most. She was dressed as a judge, and brought order with the gavel.
"Do you know why you have been arrested, Chancellor?", she asked in a stern, determined tone.
Neighsay shook his head.
"You interfered with my mission to spread friendship beyond Equestria's borders.", Twilight spoke up.
"You don't get it. Those creatures will use that knowledge as a weapon against us. I direct this specifically at the changelings.", Neighsay spat in retaliation.
Thorax took that as offensive and hissed at Neighsay. Ocellus rolled her eyes in annoyance.
"I was the one that turned the Changelings against Queen Chrysalis. They do not seek to attack us anymore.", Starlight explained.
"IRRELEVANT!! Those others also seek to find an opportunity to attack us."
"Yak not want to attack ponies", Yona cried.
"Do you realize that Twilight Sparkle was my STAR STUDENT?", Celestia scolded Neighsay.
"That does not matter. She did not meet my standards. I feel that she must do one of two things at this point. She can either be forbidden to try again, or she can go harder on these other races and kick them out.", Neighsay persisted.
Celestia gave an angry nod to Brandon, who was behind Neighsay. He electrified the shackles and Neighsay received a violent zap.
"I have been friends with a pony here ever since we were YOUNG!!", Gilda screeched with a growl.
Neighsay would not buy that.
"YOUR HIGHNESS, MIGHT I INFORM THAT YOU ARE ALLOWING FOREIGNERS TO ENTER OUR TERRITORY, AND NOT DOING ANYTHING TO GET THEM OUT!! THEY ARE TRYING TO WAIT FOR THE RIGHT TIME TO STRIKE WHEN WE ARE NOT READY!!", he roared.
After being prompted by Celestia, Brandon marched sternly in front of Neighsay and turned around, looking him in the eye with HOT RAGE.
"Celestia instructed me and my crew to make sure that Twilight did not get put on trial by you. We responded by attacking you and your comrades. To keep you from attacking us with powerful energy, I confiscated your medallion. Your comrades are in the hospital right now, but will be transferred to jail. Chances are high that you will JOIN THEM.", he yelled.
"I DO NOT CARE IF YOU ARE AN ALLY OF CELESTIA OR NOT, YOUNG MAN, BUT I CAN FEEL IT IN MY BLOOD THAT THESE NON-PONY CREATURES WILL DESTROY EQUESTRIA IF THEY ATTEND THAT SCHOOL OF HERS.", Neighsay shouted back at him. "Your Majesty, If Twilight reopens her school, how will she run it? With those other students, my regulations will not comply.", he asked Celestia.
"You have the right to remain silent Neighsay. Twilight met privately with me, and I have given her special permission to write her own rule book for her school. You might be in charge of the SCHOOLS in Equestria, but Twilight has taken the role of being in charge of the FRIENDSHIP in Equestria.", Celestia responded firmly.
Neighsay was unable to give a counterclaim, and was escorted out of the room. His first punishment was that Link forced him to destroy his own medallion. Neighsay had angry tears in his eyes, having been confronted and defeated as he did so. He was placed in solitary confinement, in the dungeons beneath Canterlot. He did not want to go in, so Brandon and Colin picked him up and physically THREW HIM into the cell. They slammed the door so hard, that Neighsay ended up with his ears ringing.
"FAREWELL!!", Link hissed as he triple-locked the door.
Neighsay was left alone. Three days later, Celestia ordered him to make amends for his actions, but he only turned furious. She told him to do so by having private conferences with each of the non-pony leaders, and apologize for his inexcusable actions. He responded by spitting in her face. She gasped and stepped back in disgust, then a guard stomped in and slapped him hard. He was left with a broken nose. He also received a painful injection in the back of his neck. This was a device that allowed the allies to monitor his thought patterns and track where he was going. He didn't know that yet, but the Christians had a feeling that it wouldn't be pretty later on.
