Ponies from the county of Stallions Reich have come to Ponyville to learn about friendship. But are these three serious about learning or are they there for another reason.

The three stallions stood at attention before their king, splendid in full uniform regalia only their eyes followed the grand figure of their lord as he paced, slowly turning to them “Bow Sehne” the king nodded to the earth pony of dark brown skin and forest green mane and tail with a bow for a cutie mark. The King turned next to a pale skinned dark maned pony with an abacus on his flank and a confident look in his eye nodding toward his sire “Magnus Wolke” the king smirked at the Intelligence pony before turning to a noble looking stallion standing straighter then the rest, a much more elegant and stylized uniform an eager controlling grin threatening to overtake his face. “My nephew you will lead this group of your friends to Equestria and you will send me reports every week on what you find on their nature, and from your reports we will make plans on removing that foal Celestia.” The king laughed as he sent his three spies off to start their appointed task. “Messer Von Ross” The immaculate pony turned slowly to face his uncle the King “Yes Mien Liege?” the king watched him before saying “Succeed and the title barony is yours….fail..” he let it hang in the air as Messer bowed “Of course”. Walking out of the throne room his mind running, contingencies for their plan looking up from his plots seeing Bow Sehne already pining over the state of his beloved bow. “Why do you love that stupid thing Sehne, it’s just a useless piece of junk” smirking Magnus ignored the heated look from his woodland companion while going over his own equipment that he would bring for the journey that consisted of a saddle bag filled with books and self-made notes on what he thought they would have to deal with. “At least I don’t read all day and night and do nothing!” retorted Bow already moving toward Magnus threateningly, already at one another’s throats “Knowledge is power!” Magnus shouted back. “Enough foals you’re acting like new born fillies!” Von Ross takes a deep breath calming himself “Besides it is befitting stallions of such prestigious stations such as us” the other two deflated and sat down at his command “Messer your no fun you know that, you should join me after this mission for a hunt” A loud burst of laughter erupted from the other side of the room as Magnus wiped a tear from his eye with a hoof “You know for a fact that he’ll never set hoof out of the city unless he’s forced to and besides it would mess up his perfectly spiked mane” still smirking reaching up to wrap a leg around his shoulders when a dark grey aura surrounded Magnus’s hoof and threw him away “Know your place when speaking with me, Bow you know I have more important things to do then run about in the disgusting forest…and why do you hunt we don’t even eat meat?” The hunter pony looked up from his work and shrugged “It’s fun the thrill of the hunt is what I live for” Magnus shook his head and looked back at Messer’s cutie mark of a mask half black half white “So Messy what does that cutie mark even mean?” Messer shook his head and sighed at the foolishness of the other pony “Firstly don’t call me that, and secondly it means I’ll show you the side of myself that you want so that I can control you to my whims” both the common born pony’s just looked at one another then back to him “what?” they said together, Messer just face hoofed “Just get ready!” ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ “My little pony’s, thank you for coming” All six element of harmony bearers stood before their beloved matriarch. “I have called you here because we are receiving very important visitor’s from the neighboring country of Stallions Reich” the six assembled pony’s looked at one another confused until Twilight spoke up “Princess isn’t that a closed off country and not to mention aggressive” Fluttershy let out a squeak at that hiding behind the nearest pony. “Yes that is true we have had problems with their leader King Bishorse.” Celestia let a small smile cross her face “But this is a Momentous occasion, the three coming will be here for lessons in friendship, that is why I want you six ponies to help them learn and hopefully they will return and teach what they have learned back in their homeland, hopefully they will make Stallions Reich a happier place and let us befriend them” once again Twilight was the first to speak but this time all the ponies looked almost eager to help these strangers learn what they did all those months back “We would be glad to to help these ponies Princess Celestia” the regal alicorn smiled and proud of her star pupil and her friends, then a different pony spoke up “Princess would you perchance know if any of these Stallions are royalty?” asked a hopefully pristine white pony with the perfect mane. Celestia smiled a little at her question “Well one is the nephew of the king and a soon to be Baron, Messer Von Ross” Rarity’s eyes lit up at the words while the others merely smiled and sighed at her.
All of ponyville were gathered just outside the town eagerly waiting for the three guests about to visit them, Celestia stood a little off form the group flanked by two of her elite guards, she looked as regal and beautiful as always but that serenity underlined a torrent of emotions that was mainly predominated by a deep seated worry that she couldn’t explain. “Princess Celestia are you alright?” Twilight looked at her mentor with concern “I’m alright…here they come.” Every pony looked up seeing a huge red zeppelin slowly floating toward them, a large ornate cross lay on the side slightly covered by series of armored plates put on for protection, everypony stood their mouths slightly agape at the sight of an armored battle zeppelin. The compartment hit the grass with a heavy thud as a door opened and two soldier ponies marched out in grey overcoats and matching helmets that cast a shadow over their eyes making them seem nothing more than faceless enforcers, Celestia watched the marching and perfection of moment from the soldiers with guarded interest, Equestira had only guards not a trained professional force such as this the matriarch also noted the looks of awe on almost every pony assembled including Twilight and her friends, Celesita narrowed her eyes.
The helmeted ponies took their places and one of them spoke to the assembled crowd “Now summoning his lord the nephew of the king, Messer Von Ross and his two friends and comrades Magnus Wolke and Bow Sehne!” Three stallions slowly in unison of the parade grounds walked down the ramp from the huge zeppelin, Von Ross taking his place in the front as the other two walked behind them beside him once they hit open ground and stopped in front of Celestia “Princess Celestia it is such an honor to see you again and this time I may see your beauty off the field of battle” a slight smirk almost threatened to cover Messer’s face but he kept it in check from the Equestiran Matriarch as he offers his hoof to her, Celestia slowly and guardedly placed her own on his as he brought it up to him and kissed it in a gesture of courtly etiquette. “My uncle sends his best wishes to you as well and hopes that we will learn much from you and your ponies” Von Ross smiled waving a hoof to his soldiers signaling them to return inside the Zeppelin. Celestia watched them return inside then returned her gaze back down to the young noble pony before her “Will they being staying along with you Herr Von Ross?” he was surprised by use of the old-world respect “Of course not Mien Frauline Celestia they are just a simple ceremony and my uncle wouldn’t be persuaded on the matter, I did not think they were all that necessary but” Von Ross made a shrug of his shoulders “But who am I to say no one of royal blood and bearer of the crown” Celestia nodded her head in understanding “Of course let us proceed, this is ponyille the town you will be staying in” she gestured to the town behind her letting Messer and his companions take a look before continuing and calling over a lavender unicorn “this is Twilight Sparkle my most faithful student and one of the bearers of the elements of harmony she and her friends the other bearers will be teaching and showing you about friendship you will also be allowed to stay with one of them so that you may have a place to sleep and eat” Von Ross looked at the quaint little town amazed that such a backwater held such importance “I will have to remember this town in the plans” he thought to himself. Messer was brought out of his plans and scheming at the sound of the young unicorn Celestia said was Twilight “It is an honor to have you three in our small town and we hope to help and teach out a lot over the next few weeks” she smiled with a overflowing amount of happiness at Messer which took him by surprise, he had never seen someone this happy….well save his uncle after the latest reports of how much territory the Stallions Reich’s forces took, he shook the thoughts out of his head bowing low to Twilight “your kindness is warmly welcomed and we hope the same and to make lasting…friendships among you all” Celesita watched the conversation between her pupil and the young pony of the Reich unsure if he told the truth but hoping he was for all their sakes, “I will take my leave now and return to Canterlot have a wonderful stay Messer Von Ross” he bowed low as did his other companions “Of course your highness”.
Messer Von Ross turned away from departing Princess and faced the gathering of ponies and the six bearers of the elements, “How quaint…how small…and yet they have such power in those six, this should be interesting” he thought to himself when the pony introduced to him as Twilight Sparkle walked over and bowed her head, the three bowed in respect as well as she spoke. “Well allow me to introduce my other friends Rarity, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie and this is…where’s Fluttershy?” one the ponies identified as Applejack took a step to the left and Von Ross saw a yellow and pink maned pony look up at him from what was once her hiding place and squeak in fear, Von Ross raised an eyebrow and looked back to Twilight Sparkle she only laughed uncomfortably and smiled apologetically “Sorry she always dose that with new ponies she doesn’t know” Magnus and Bow both snickered behind him and Messer shot them a look to quiet themselves or else and returned his attention to the young unicorn “It is alright, I’m sure to her we look very imposing” looking to Fluttershy who still kept herself in a quivering ball and offered a hoof to her smiling “Don’t worry little one, I won’t hurt you” he almost missed the incredibly soft spoken word of “ok” Von Ross almost missed it, he took a step back not wanting to bother her anymore then he had to. Meanwhile the other two Magnus and Bow were laughing silently to themselves “No wonder they call her Fluttershy, I bet she can’t do anything except that and I’m sure Messy is getting angry” Bow looked at Messer then back to Magnus “When isn’t he mad or getting to that point?” both of them shrugging as they returned their attention to the show in front of them, Bow looked over at the still cowering form of Fluttershy, she had stopped a little but he couldn’t tell to be honest, maybe he should try? Von Ross at this point choose to move on now looking at the pony called Rarity a smile on her face as she bowed her head to him and he did the same “It is an honor to meet you Herr Von Ross, that is how you say your title if I am not mistaken” Messer stood up straight thankful at least one of these backwater ponies had some class “Yes M’lady you are correct that is the title in the old language, and you are miss Rarity, the pleasure is all mine.” Rarity was beside herself in joy, outside she was calm and collected but inside she was jumping around like a school filly “Yes he’s an actual gentlecolt not like that want to be clod Blueblood!” she thought to herself quickly “Oh no the pleasure is all mine, but I do not want to hold you up good sir” Rarity smiles again watching Von Ross continue down the line as he spoke and greeted the rest of the ponies, after several party invitations from the pink one and countless apple offers from the one with the cowpony hat he walked back to Twilight “If I may ask how will we find out where we are able to sleep since it is getting late and our journey was exhausting” Twilight thought about it for a second “Well I guess it would be up to which ever pony would like to” Rarity grabbed the chance as soon as it presented itself “I would be glad to give you a place to rest Herr Von Ross” she beamed a smile at him. “Thank you, your invitation is quite welcome and I hope that I will not impose any more on your hospitality then is necessary” Messer looked at his companions who at this point still had not even stepped up and talked “You two should find a place for yourself before nightfall” and with that him and Rarity walked off toward Carousel Boutique while the other two watched but not surprised he was always doing this “Damn Von Ross” muttered Magnus to himself when all of a sudden a blur of pink blinded him “Hi I’m Pinkie Pie and you look like you would love parties, and you looked all sad not talking in the back so I thought that a party would do you good and I love parties I’m always having them you can ask any pony around here come on!” Magnus stood there dumbstruck at the constant verbal assault from this apparently insane pony “Uhhh wha-“ but before he could even complete the word he was dragged off toward a large building that looked as if it was all gingerbread. Bow Sehne watched the assault of the apparent party pony with a smirk, serves Magnus right, it would do him good anyway he needed something happy but now what would he do he looked over at Fluttershy again she wasn’t cowering anymore probably because Von Ross was gone, he was kind of scary at times but he was used to it, Bow sucked in a breath and walked over to Fluttershy “H-hello” recoiling for a moment from the high pitched squeak that erupted from her as she turned and saw him “I’m not going hut you…I…was uhh..Just wondering if I could have a place to stay?” Fluttershy almost panicking looked at her friends but they were already walking away smiling and thinking she needed something like this to help over burdening shyness “uhh…well…I don’t know…perhaps you would like another place…but whatever you want to do is fine” Bow almost didn’t catch it but he listened hard “I promise I won’t bother you, I like being outdoors and in the forests more anyway….” Fluttershy looked at for a minute thinking to herself “well Maybe it won’t be that bad maybe he likes animals” she nodded and started to make her way back to her cottage on the edge of the Everfree Forest with Bow behind her carrying his bag and bow.
Fluttershy's cottage was very homely, Sehne looked at all the animals wandering about but staying close to the small home. Wondering if she kept them or they always just lived near her "well they look like interesting sport, especially some of those smaller birds" he thought to himself. Fluttershy looked back at the stallion and saw him watching the birds following even the sharp movements of the humming bird and it made her think for a moment "Oh...well..maybe he likes animals to...t-that would be nice" She thought to herself as he trotted over to catch up with her and they went inside.
Showing him the spare bedroom that she seldom used because of how rarely she had guests that stay for longer then a few hours that wasn't an animal she was helping or taking care of. "Thank you it's...very nice and I am grateful for your hospitality" Bow looked around at the small but welcoming room as he tired to sound kind and comforting, but from the way she looked his efforts hadn't worked as well as he had hoped "well I-It was no problem I'll...uhhh just be downstairs making something to eat." and with that she had vanished out the door and downstairs.
Taking a deep breath and sitting on the bed thinking he had already failed his mission "Well that went well, she probably wants nothing to do with me, and what am I supposed to write up, a report how the animals look like good sport?" Sehen sighed and ran a hoof through his mane "Von Ross is gonna kill me." Throwing his bag in the corner and moving to his bow which he had placed carefully on the chair next to the door...but it wasn't there "what the hay?" after a few frantic minutes of running around the small room his attention was pulled to the door where a small white bunny sat there holding his bow in his arms, Bow sat there looking at the weird picture for a moment before his sense returned to him. "Uhh you..bunny give me the bow, I'm sure your owner wouldn't like you playing with it" the pleading backfired on him almost instantly, as angel gave him a look that he easily knew that meant "She is not my owner, and you are not getting this back!" and with that angel bunny started off hopping down the hall to the stairs carrying off the bow with Sehen hot on his heals.
Fluttershy busied herself in the kitchen making food for all her animal friends then she would set about the task of making a little something for her and her new guest. "I guess he's not that bad, he seems to like the animals for what I saw outside and he's nice" she thought to herself starting to relax a little feeling at ease. Meanwhile Sehen had been chasing the irate little bunny throughout the house, making as little sound as he could as to not betray what he was doing to Fluttershy, stopping in a hallway as he poked his head out seeing Fluttershy working and humming to herself "Ok..I cant let her...hear me" using all of his ranger guile and stealth he started to sneak past Fluttershy and lunged at angel, finally grabbing hold of the annoying bunny. "Finlay I got you and this time you are not kicking your way out of this!" he cursed as quietly as he could while taking his precious bow back "You'd make a great hat for the reichsted's winter you little annoyance!" he half yelled as he almost started to throttle the helpless bunny when a soft voice echoed from behind him "what are you doing with Angel bunny?"
Bow froze thinking quickly and almost hugging the upset looking bunny as he turned to face Fluttershy "your pet here took my bow and I finally caught up to him and took it back, he could have hurt himself" Fluttershy hovered over to angel picking him up from Sehen's arms "Oh angel where you being a bad little bunny?" she started to fly off before turning around "thank you for not getting angry with him, I don't know what I would do without his help" she patted the pissed looking bunny's head and continued to talk to him as she flew off into the kitchen again, and Bow let out a sigh of relief "that was close...and i swear if that bunny even so much as looks at my bow again..I will make him a hat" he thought to himself as it already made him feel better.
Magnus looked around still unsure of even what had happened…all he remembered was a blur of pink, a torrent of words and ginger bread looking house, well that’s what he thought it looked like as he started to sit up.
“Hi I’m glad you’re awake for some reason you passed out weird isn’t it, I mean what pony passes out at their own welcoming party!” Blinking his eyes against the room he sat in it looked….festive, balloons floated up almost covering the entire celling of the room blocking it from view, streamers hung and where tied to almost every conceivable location and a large cake coated in pink frosting sat in the center of the table.
“When did you make all this up, if I may ask?” the pink pony bounced in place giving him a huge smile that seemed to threaten to devour her entire face “I always have a party set up just in case silly!” she winked and Magnus could only shrug at the apparently boundless energy of this pony.
“I’m sure you went through a lot of trouble but I’m a busy pony and don’t have time for….parties besides I’m sure their pointless anyway ” pinkie’s incessant bouncing suddenly stopped as if somepony hit a switch and she just sat there a sad look on her face as she stares at him sullenly “what. How can a party be pointless…it makes ponies happy and what pony doesn’t like to be happy, I think there’s something wrong if you don’t like being happy!” starting to bounce madly again in circles “It’s also my special talent, and what could be better than making ponies happy, do you have a party pony where you come from oh I bet she would be just like me only…reichy maybe reichest? The clearly insane pink pony shrugged and started to march around the room in circles like the circles she had seen from before when he had arrived drawing an open mouthed gap from Magnus.
“Are you always like this?” he waves his hoof toward her indicating her as she…somehow stopped in midair and looked at him putting a hoof on her chin while magically floating back down “I guess so, I never thought about it and everypony hasn’t really asked me about it” giving him another of those over large smiles about to restart her bouncing episodes again before he stoped her quickly.
“Stop...” taking a deep breath “look I don’t want a party I just wanted a place to stay, while we stayed in this town, now if you continue then I’m going to have to find a new place to stay alright?” Pinkie’s face almost drooped at his words trying to make sense of them while not showing her obvious disappointment at the fact her party had been rejected, why didn’t he like them no pony hated her parties she just couldn’t make any sense of it. Magnus looked at Pinkie and shook his head more than a little concerned about this pony he was going to be staying with. “Well I’m going to go and get some sleep, it was a long day” when she didn’t say anything back he sighed and walked off upstairs.
As Magnus closed the door to his room Pinkie stood up instantly as if something had bitten her “I got it gummy!” shouting at the small green alligator that had appeared from under one of the many piles of balloons and streamers “I didn’t make this a good enough party for somepony like him to get into parties, so all I have to do is try harder and soon he’ll come around and have fun!” restarting the bouncing as gummy stared blankly forward apparently not caring much “Thanks for giving me the idea gummy I have to plan more surprise attack parties!” once again grinning from ear to ear she bounced off leaving gummy among the party decorations as he contently bite a balloon to no effect.
Up in his room Magnus sat down on the bed shaking his head still trying to make sense of what he just saw and questioning this particular pony’s sanity, but it wasn’t his problem that wasn’t his job he thought to himself as he pulled out a book and some notes on the bed. “Well…seems like the place I should start is the Library, better find out as much as I can about the local area and what can be used against these..” he thought for a moment for the best word to describe these ponies he found himself surrounded by, when a large thud erupted below him knocking something that looked like a picture from the wall.
Letting out another sigh figuring exactly who that could have been but why did it sound like a cannon? Once again choosing to ignore the complete randomness from his hostess back to his bag and seeing the rich Reich drink most likely Bow put in there, he kept saying he should lighten up and stop being such a smartass, the dark brown bottle looked almost appealing to him at this point but he pushed it away and sighed laying down on the bed “Confound these ponies…they will drive me to drinking..”
