Twilight Sparkle and Cosmic Star meet as Worlds Collide to find out the problem with the Elements of Harmony

As Twilight Sparkle and the Mane 5 has something weird from their Universe, Cosmic Star is having problems with hers with the Elements of Harmony as the same comes to Princess Luna being captured and Princess Celestia becoming ill for unknown reason...as two worlds collide its up to the Princess of Friendship and Princess of Harmony to help out the two sisters and their world from an unknown force that seeks destruction to the world....
In the land of Equestria, and in the heart of Canterlot to Ponyville rules our Princesses, Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, and of course from the castle of Ponyville sleeps Princess of Friendship,
"TWILIGHT SPARKLE!!!! WAKE UP!!!" shouted Pinkie Pie as Twilight shrieked out of bed and fell off as she covered her chest to stop the the pounding heart, huffing and puffing. As her heart slowed downed, then sigh of relief she gets up from her awake from the pink pony's outburst,
Twilight sighed, "Good morning, Pinkie Pie. What's the shout about?"
The pink pony sat down and took a deep breathe, "It's the map of all of Equestria, something is wrong with it and something nuts is happening to it me, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Applejack, and Fluttershy are all waiting for you come and take a look because we think you can fix it..." then gasped out of breath as she finished her amazing short story, 5 seconds flat.
Twilight felt her mind totally blank, but understanding that something that it could be another friendship mission, although its been a while since the last friendship mission."Alright, Pinkie, lets go see what is up then."
"Right! Lets go!!," Pinkie Pie cheered, and they both trotted away to the Castle of Friendship to find out...
Meanwhile in another Universe, at a glorious night, Princess Luna stand at the balcony of the Canterlot Castle, she enjoyed the breeze as the soft, gentle winds blows in her and her mane, until the door creaks open, "Who goes there, fair pony?" as walking out of the shadows was Cosmic Star as she smiles at Princess Luna and the giant moon behind her, "Oh, its you Cosmo."
Cosmic apologized as she slowly bowed her head down, "Sorry Luna, I didn't mean to, or sorry, I should've knocked."
Luna giggled, "That is okay, this isn't your first time actually coming here without a knock you know. What brings you here, Cosmo?"
Cosmic wanted to say something to Luna without worrying about Princess Celestia, but she stayed calmed and told her the harsh news, "Its the Elements...and Celestia," Luna's smile slowly went to a frown, with a shock in her face, and a tear from Cosmic Star, she speak more about Princess Celestia, "She's getting sick, Luna. And Nurse Tenderheart couldn't see what is making her sick, but when I look at the Elements and I feel what it was, but I'm sure for certain if its the work of it-"
Luna stopped Cosmic Star's sentence, and they both dashed to Celestia's room; seeing Nurse Tenderheart face, Cosmic Star excused her out of the room, and Luna coming upon her beloved elder sister looking as she is wilting like a flower, she mane slows down with a faded colors, Luna looked devastated, but as calm she could be, she put a hove to her sister, "Sister, please stay strong, Cosmo and her friends will find someway to heal you." Like in a coma, Celestia didn't move and was sound asleep; as for Luna, finished with Celestia, she head towards Cosmic and hugged her and softly sobs.
Cosmic walked over to the side of Luna and cheered her up, "I know its tough, but I will not give up on her, she's not finished yet."
Luna wiped her tears and calmly speaks, "I hope so, too, Cosmo. Be sure to fine anything, any cure you can find to help my sister." Cosmic nodded and she ran out of the room leaving Luna behind with Celestia.
In the Friendship Castle on Twilight's Universe, as gathered; Applejack, Fluttershy, Rarity, and Rainbow Dash waited for Pinkie Pie's and Twilight Sparkles' arrival. But impatient, Rainbow Dash looks at the map and played with it.
"When are they coming!? Its feels like we been here for days now." Rainbow Dash groans.
Applejack spoke with patience, "Now just wait a little longer, Rainbow Dash, I'm sure Pinkie Pie is coming here right about-" Exploded the doors open, Pinkie Pie bursts in with a loud greet, "WE'RE HERE!!!!" Applejack sighed as she finished her sentence, ",now. Its about time, Pinkie Pie, where Twilight?"
"Oh, she should be coming right about now." Pinkie Pie says Twilight pants as she ran to catch up with Pinkie Pie and came in just in time as she walked over the the table with every-pony attended.
"Alright girls, what seems to be the problem here?", Twilight speaks as she calms her panting down.
Applejack starts to speak before the other Mane, "Well for starters, its something about Ponyville that seem to be changing, but the Sweet Apple Acres still looks the same."
Pinkie Pie speaks next of her problem, "Except, Applejack's cutie mark is presented as some-pony's statue."
Rarity came in next, "Oh and the fashion boutique has been turned as well. I mean I see artworks in there along with some new fashion designs that looks interesting has came to be."
Fluttershy holds Angel and speak next after Rarity, "And the forest has a huge fountain with another some-pony's statue."
And, finally Pinkie Pie speaks last, "And the Bakery shop has turned, well its still looks the same, but only it has a disk on the sign board and instead of sweets its music."
Thinking and Thinking, Twilight looked at the map and thought again about what the girls had said about the changes of Ponyville. "So,...its showing us something about the future of Ponyville, but when?"
"Something tells us that this must a friendship mission, but something that has to do with the timeline?" Applejack replied.
Twilight turned to Applejack and the other Mane crew, "Now that you mention it, Applejack. This timeline must of came to be probably...about 1000 years ago."
Fluttershy questioned, "But where are you at this 1000 years timeline, Twilight?"
Twilight couldn't answer but replies, "Yeah, that is a good question, Fluttershy, but I don't know, but it has to do something with the Elements of Harmony."
Rainbow Dash flew over next to Fluttershy, "Ok, so we see that this a timeline that not even the six of have lived and only Princess Celestia and Luna are still rulers-"
Twilight sparked with an idea, just before Rainbow Dash said another word, "Rainbow Dash! That's it! I didn't even say that Princess Celestia and Luna are still around during this period but we can soon figure that out.
Rainbow grew concern, "And how, now Twilight?"
With hoping face came in smiling, "By looking at the Elements of Harmony!" ever-pony except Rainbow shouted,
"Well how about that, the elements can tell about why this is happening and we can be there to fix the problem." Applejack says.
Fluttershy worried, "But what if, maybe Discord is messing with those elements, just change so much of the map."
Rarity agreed with Fluttershy, "And how could Discord can do such thing, if he was a trusting friend to us?"
Twilight explained, " Just because Discord is a "trusting" friend, doesn't mean he is doing this by accident, but for attention." Pinkie Pie cheered on, "So what are we waiting here for!? Lets go see Discord and the Elements!" as they all nodded and ran out to see the Harmony Tree.
In Cosmic Star's Universe, a news spread as some of the ponies into shocked that the Princess of the Sun is dying, as from the Castle window peeked a white unicorn, Artie Paint watches as the ponies are in the state of fear, as the crew watches from the window next to Artie.
Meanwhile in the Everfree Forest, Cosmic Star sits looking at the Elements gleam and dim like a heart beat, "What is going on? If something is wrong to the Elements of Harmony, Princess Celestia is dying while Luna is under depression, and what else could happen? What is causing these events? What is happening to Equestria?"
But shining in front of Cosmic Star, the Tree of Harmony's light dims and still the Elements shimmers, she gets confused that something is happening to the Tree. "I bet that Discord is behind all of this," she says as the Elements again dim and shine like a heart beat.
Meanwhile in the Forest home of Fluttershy, "Are you sure that you trust Discord for being in your home, Fluttershy?" Rainbow Dash asked,
"Don't you worry, Rainbow Dash. He doesn't hurt a fly, besides if he would be here, then-" Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash as at the door suddenly opens as Discord over heads over to the two Pegasus's heads as they both looked up at him.
"Oh my, Fluttershy, and of course Rainbow Dash. Its a pleasant surprise that you arrive at a the right time, and to think you two have something to say, hm?" Discord greeted.
Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy exchanged faces, but Rainbow Dash came in front of him and spoke, "Alright, what are you up to Discord. The map is changing and something is up with Equestria right now."
"Aw don't be silly, Rainbow, I would do such thing." Discord teased Rainbow Dash.
Fluttershy flew to Discord, "Twilight said that Equestria is getting weird things and something is starting to happen the Elements of Harmony."
Discord thought and questioned the two, "Hm, what sort of...weird things?"
Rainbow Dash answered, "Like "1000 years changes" weird."
Discord thought he can solve the problem so, "Is see, maybe I should take a look then, no? The two look at each other, but decided to let him do his ways. And they all teleported to Twilight's Castle."
With Twilight and the others, they await for Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash, Applejack came up along behind her was Princess Celestia and Luna. "I told them about the problem that were having with, Twilight." said Applejack.
"This sort of occurrence, doesn't seem familiar, but-" Celestia thought, " This is that exact thing much like the Magic Mirror and Sunset Shimmer from before."
"But this is changing the whole Equestria map, you don't think Discord or anything might of done such thing?" Twilight asked.
Appearing out of whim, Discord came in the middle of the Princesses and Twilight with an explanation. "Why, this thing maybe the work of the Elements of Harmony."
Luna exclaimed, :And exactly how, Discord. How does the Elements of Harmony can do such thing?"
"Its seems that something reacting to them. Like-" as Discord was cut off of the explanation, another sudden came as Elements popped out glowing, everypony looked as the light of them shimmers as a huge portal appeared but in the middle of the air as Discord, Celestia, and Luna glowed and disappeared in thin air.
"What is happening!?" Rarity shouted.
"I don't know, but hang on tight Rarity-" Applejack shouted back, but as Rarity could get to Applejack, they and Futtershy and Rainbow Dash were already sucked in.
Twilight tried to find a way to stop the portal, but was the portal was too strong for her. In the distance of the portal, a figure with wings shows as its horn so bright that Twilight was blinded by the light.
Echoes came as a blurry vision came from Twilight. the voice of Applejack was the first for her to hear, "My goodness, Twilight are you alright?"
Twilight moans, "W-wha...what happened?"
Rainbow Dash gets up and walked next to Twilight and Applejack, "We don't know, but can you tell that to her over there?"
As Rainbow Dash points to what comes to be another pony as its wings slowly go down, as the rest of the Mane 6 came into their senses and looked over the beige Pegasus with flowing rose and peach mane looking at the Tree of Harmony.
"H-hey you, there! Tell us who you are and where we are?" Twilight asked her. The pony turned as she revealed to be an alicorn, the mane 6 froze in shocked amazement, including the the alicorn as she realized what she had seen.
"I-I can believe my eyes...The Elements," Cosmic Star said with amazement.
The mane 6 and Cosmic Star came head on as Twilight looked at Cosmic Star, "I don't believe it...another alicorn? But how...did you...or maybe?"
"The Elements of Harmony were calling for help."Cosmic and Twilight said together.
Meanwhile back at Cosmic Star's Ponyville, at the Castle of Canterlot hallway, Cosmic Star leaded the Mane 6 over their familiar Castle hall, "Well...this hasn't changed at all in the Castle." Twilight says in little surprise about Celestia's castle being that same from the Mane 6's version.
Cosmic Star gave the Mane 6 her brief of the castle, "No? Wow, well the castle has been this way for already 1000 years. So is the Tree of Harmony."
"Hold on, so years have you already encounter, Nightmare Moon?" Applejack asked as if Cosmic Star didn't who Nightmare Moon was.
But with a turn of a smile Cosmic Star answered the cowgirl mare, "Yes, actually, a Equestria Sun and Moon War came to affect and the Princess of Harmony brought peace to the two sisters, Celestia and Luna, and the Elements of Harmony have found their bearers." Twilight and the Mane 5 exchanged faces, knowing that their story brought a familiar memories as how they have the Elements of Harmony.
At last the reached the door, as it opened over by the throne, the other ponies; Artie Paint, Electra Scratch, Silver Colt, and Candy Apple looked. Peeking over at Cosmic Star's shoulder, Pinkie Pie hopped over to Cosmic's friends, "So...these are her friends? And they have the same Elements like us?"
"Pinkie is right, if the Elements are the same colors from ours then their cutie marks from the Elements are different." Fluttershy add on to Pinkie Pie's questions to Twilight and Cosmic Star.
An opening from the throne room doors coming in was Shadow Rose, as zipping over at the door, Pinkie Pie greeted the Unicorn, as she made a weird expression at the hyper-active mare, "Hi! My name is Pinkie Pie!!"
Shadow Rose, in awkward moment, greeted the pink pony, "Um...hi?" after that Electra Scratch walked over and pushed her away from Shadow Rose walked together away from Pinkie Pie. "Cosmo, Princess Luna wanted to speak with you at Princess Celestia's room."
"Yes, right on it," Cosmic agrees, but as Shadow Rose looks behind her seeing again the pink pony and some others along with her friends, Shadow grew concern. "What?"
"What happened, why are they here without Princess Luna's and Celestia's permission?" Shadow Rose says in a bad mood question.
Twilight came in next to Cosmic Star to speak to Shadow Rose,"Please, allow me to explain, for my name is Twilight Sparkle-"
But Shadow Rose cut her off, " Listen here Twilight, this might be you and your friends fault for causing all of this! So go and give Celestia's health back or else-"
"Shadow Rose, please, that is enough." Cosmic Star stopped Shadow Rose to go too far with as Shadow's anger condensed.
Twilight in disbelieving asked Cosmic Star, "So wait....how is Princess Luna and Celestia like here?" Cosmic Star's head was down, "Cosmic?"
"Sorry Twilight, its just...Celestia hasn't been feeling well for 2 days, and I'm afraid something bad is going to happen to her, Luna was devastated when I told her about the news." Cosmic said as she were to to tell the news to Luna.
Twilight thought for a moment and my solve the problem so she asked, "Please Cosmic, let us see Princess Luna and Celestia, maybe we can figure out why she is losing health is this is not some sort of sickness," Twilight came over to Cosmic Star and put her hoove on her shoulder, " I promise we, and the Elements of Harmony can save Celestia from whatever why this is happing to your universe and my universe." Cosmic Star looked at Twilight and smiled, as every pony smiled as Pinkie Pie smiled bright and bounce up and down. As Shadow Rose escort the Mane 5 and her friends outside the castle, Cosmic Star and Twilight Sparkle follow along to head to Princess Celestia.
Around the hallways of Castle,
Cosmic Star and Twilight Sparkle gets to the room to see Princess Celestia and Luna. Standing next her older sister, Luna hear a sound of a knock at the door. "Who's there?" Luna asked as Cosmo made Twilight stay put beside the room door, " A thanks for coming how is it going along, have you found anything to do with my sister's illness?"
Cosmic walks over next to Luna, "Luna? Sorry, but I haven't found anything, but I did found some-pony that may be able to help us."
"What is it, Cosmo. Who can help us?" Luna asked.
Entering, Twilight sees Luna as same as from the other side, but Luna shockingly couldn't speak to see Twilight, the Twilight Sparkle her the room, in Ponyville. "I believe you wanna...uh...see for yourself." Cosmic Star says.
Twilight smiled as Luna, knowing that this is Cosmo's Universe doesn't recognize Twilight, but twilight does but from her side of the universe, "Hey, other Luna, you seemed like you saw a-"
Luna stands up slowly, "I'm not dreaming, Cosmo, am I?"
Cosmic shook her head, "No Luna, she and her friends are here too. Its the Elements, they heed the call of the Mane 6,"
"But that is impossible, the Elements must off been sending help from the bearer that have the same purpose as the Element they have at there Universe." Luna says that she disbelieves to see another alicorn with the same symbol as the Element of Magic, Cosmic Star possess. "Well if you are able to know why she is this way then tell me or show me,"
Cosmic knowing that she can't have Luna jump the gun on getting Celestia well yet, she but in," Luna wait, maybe we can talk things out here before doing something to Princess Celestia." But at the moment, Luna stop there and looked at Cosmo as anxious as she wanted to have her sister back, she has whatever it takes to help her own sister, "Look I'm trying everything in my power to help her get well, but,"
Luna stomped her hoove down as she shouted, "Well, so far its not helping! I want my sister back as I waited already two night for Celestia to returned. You just need to work faster than that, Cosmo!"
From the shout out of Luna scares Cosmic Star and Twilight, she realized that she pushed her to hard. Wanting to have Celestia well still stands in her mind, she faced away Cosmic Star and Twilight. "Well, let me get my team and Twilight's friends ready and we look in to Canterlot for answers." Cosmo says, turned around Twilight follows for her last look on Luna and the weak princess of her sister.
Agonized, Luna speaks quietly, "...very well, then." As the two leave Luna to grief, she at her once more, but knowing that her sister is dying, something leaked within the walls. The curtains swiftly closed, Luna looked around to see the figure, but it was too quick not even a naked eye can catch it. Again, as the room is dark, Luna lighted her horn to see an attack or ambush happen. Who's there, show yourself!!" Luna turned around and around to see who is in the room, "Come and show yourself to the Princess of the Moon!"
"Oh Princess,....you poor, sweet, princess. Your sorrow is bring you to an unknown opportunity...to take her place," the mysterious figure speaks as Luna could barely see the figure in the room as its pitch black with darkness.
Luna, stands alone in the darkness, try to look for her sister, but no pony is around, nothing but shadows, "Who are you! Come and face me,"
"What is there to show, Luna."
Luna turned again to follow the unknown voice, "How do you know my name?"
"Because..." Luna turns once more, seeing Celestia standing with eyes ghost-like, "I know what everypony fears, and I know...its you."
Luna looks at Celestia, but one step close to Celestia, she disappeared in thin shadows, "They don't fear me anymore, whoever you are. They now respected me as they loved me, my past sins are behind me. Ever since, the Princess of Harmony cleansed me from the darkness of Nightmare Moon, and I'm not going through that again."
"Oh, Princess Luna. This was suppose to be your opportunity to rule all of Equestria by killing your own sister, but you hesitated...over a small, helpless, curious alicorn, that now became your downfall."
Luna again alone in the darkness, shouts at the shadows that surround her, "What this is is nonsense of what I'm hearing!?"
"When she dies...you and I will rule all of Equestria together as King and Queen like we once dream of since we first met."
Luna wanted to forget the words the figure says, but the words of the figure 'rule all of Equestria' overwhelm her, and her horn's magic light dimmed as the light flickered another pony appears, flick by flick it come close towards to a familiar face as eye of green and red with violet magic glares at Luna, "Sombra."
Sombra's shadow forms back into his normal form and stands face to face with Luna, "Oh, I believe I'm not alone on this one my dear."
Then behind another shadow figure knocks the princess down as ,Luna is helplessly, limped on the floor, and her vision blurred as another glowed and a gruesome grin leaving Luna blacked out
End of Chapter 3
Chapter 4: Missing Moon, Dying Sun, and a Ecliptic Problem
Meanwhile with Cosmic Star and Twilight Sparkle walking in the hallway of Canterlot Castle, "Who would've known Luna was this emotional in the universe." Twilight configures.
"Yes, she was indeed release, but that is unknown to how she was released from her Moon Prison." Cosmic says.
Twilight concerned asks Cosmo, "Did the stars in lined to the full moon?"
Cosmo answered,"No, which was strange, but other than that...I"
From the castle hallway Nurse Tenderheart came as she spotted the two alicorns turned around as she came over to them to give the report of Princess Celestia, "Cosmic Star?"
Cosmic Star confronts the Nurse, "Anything, Tenderheart?"
Nurse Tenderheart with hope she gave the report, "Well, some of Zecora's medicine slowed the process of Celestia dying, but she can still manage to get her strength either Princess Luna or you have to keep an eye on her every sunrise and sunset."
Cosmic Star exchanges faces with Twilight Sparkle, bringing Twilight a little hope, "Thanks, Tenderheart." Nurse Tenderheart nodded and trotted along passed the two.
"Well, that's good news for Princess Celestia. But still, for Luna...I never seen her this saddened before." Twilight looks at Cosmo as they keep moving on.
Cosmic Star brought up a new topic for Twilight, "Celestia and Luna are pretty much very close after the Sun and Moon War."
Twilight Sparkle fills in the conversation, "But maybe...if the History of the Two Sisters exists then why again is this happening?"
"Twilight!" Shadow Rose called as running down the hall was Applejack, Silver Colt, and Shadow Rose. "Cosmo, We have a problem." says as she huffed and pointed outside as the as the skies turned red-orange as the Sun eclipses.
Cosmic Star shocked asks Shadow Rose, "What's going on? Celestia was fine, and Princess Luna?"
Silver Colt fills in the answer for his sister, "Shadow Rose and I couldn't find her when we're asking for her, but shes gone."
Applejack asks the two siblings as she stands next Twilight, "Isn't Princess Luna suppose to be sleeping since its the daytime?"
Shadow Rose answered, "By Luna's description, she told Cosmo that she wants either Cosmic deals the rising and setting of the sun for Princess Celestia."
"But...well? What time is it now?" Cosmic Star asks Silver Colt.
"Its is actually starting to sunset, its 8:45 pm, but from the color of the skies....looks like the sun is setting."
In the distance of the hallway a sicked voice was heard, "Or is it?"
Every pony looked behind as Princess Celestia and the rest of the ponies slowly walks to them, "Princess Celestia!" Twilight called.
Cosmic Star came to Princess Celestia, "Then if it is, wheres Luna to rise up the moon?"
From outside, the Sun stills as the eclipse was complete, and down below the castle everypony from Equestria was stuck by fear, "Its seems that either she went missing or is missing, the weather Pegasi have reported that the climate is becoming freezing and they can't control it without the sun's power, which I have not control of."
Artie gave info to Cosmo, "Many ponies from a cousin of mine say that there are disturbance in the Crystal Empire, maybe we can take a look over there." Cosmic Star came forth with the gang and the Mane 6, "Then it does leave me and the team to help out in Equestria."
Shadow Rose halted Cosmo, "Cosmo you can go with the Mane 6 to the Crystal Empire, anyone that is willing to stay is going to be me, Silver Colt, Candy Apple, and Artie Paint." Cosmo understood Shadow Rose's commands.
"Then we head to the Crystal Empire. Princess Celestia, I'll report anything else from the Crystal Empire." Cosmo says to Celestia with confidence.
Celestia nods, "Understood, please be careful. Especially you Cosmo." The ponies split up and Princess Celestia still hoping that Luna is okay.
