A Canterlot Wedding: Aftermath
Princess Cadance and Shining Armor are officially married. That's what they are. First, Shining Armor almost married to a fake Cadance, which turns out to be Queen Chrysalis the whole time.
Then, Twilight freed Cadance so that she can go and bring Shining Armor back to his senses. Once that's done, they used the power of love to defeat Queen Chrysalis and her army of changlings. And now the real wedding had been put in good used. Now that they are married, they decided to have something most precious to them.
"A baby." Cadance suggest. "The---what?" Shining Armor said as they entered the Crystal Empire. Shining Armor had never thought of the baby before. "Since we are married, we are going to have a baby, right?" sad Cadance with a warm smile in her face.
"Well, of course; I hope the baby will come real soon." Shining Armor then sigh as he entered his room. It turns out to be the best wedding day ever. And in a way, Shining Armour thought, it still manage to be a smashing success. He then went upstairs to get ready for bed.
He went to the mirror to comb his mane, and brush his teeth. He then went to sleep, and was dreaming about him, Cadance, and their baby if they can have not just one, but few more fillies they can have.
He thought that it will be nice to teach the male fillies on how to be brave like their father, while Cadance will teach the female fillies on how to be graceful and kind and show their own love. They will make Equestria an even better place.
But he had a bad feeling about having even MORE fillies delivered! The more fillies arrived to their home, the more their house will be filled. But there was something much WORSE then having their home filled with fillies; those fillies will be reckless!! He imagines the fillies wrecking down the halls, breaking everything they see, messing around with the neighbors, and having to do with the bills they had to put up with! It will be way more terrible!
What's even more worse is that Princess Cadance packs up her bags, looks at Shining Armor, and said in a sad voice, "I'm sorry Shining Armor, but I can't put up with this." She will then leave Crystal Empire, and will have to move to Canterlot!
"No, Cadance! Wait!" Shining Armor said, struggle to get up and go after her, but those fillies got to his back, and, with about 30 or more fillies joined together, pulled Shining Armor away from the gates! Shining Armor know that he had to find the escape route! Seeing that using his magic will be the only out of this mess, he use his teleportation spell, and was out of the Crystal Empire. He looks back at the Crystal Empire gates one last time, and trots over to the train station. As soon as he was here, he saw Princess Cadance, asking the ticket manager that she will like the train ticket.
Shining Armor know that he had to make it up to Cadance. He approach to her and said in a voice, "Cadance?" As Cadance look at him, her face take on a form of the female filly. Shining Armor stumble back in horror! But then, without warning, the tracks cumble away, revealing to be the hole! As Shining Armor continues to back away from Cadance, he loose his footing and fell, down into the abyss below!
"AHHHH!" Shining Armor scream as he woke up from his dream. He look around his room. It was still night, and the moon shine brightly in the night. "Oh, it was a nightmare. I just hope Cadance is going to be okay, too." He felt relief; after all the experiences that he had been dealing with, it was all a nightmare.
The next morning, Shining Armor and Princess Cadance were having breakfast. He told her about when they are going to have a filly soon.
"Pretty Soon" she said with a warm smile on her face. For the rest of the day, Shining Armor and Princess Cadance begin to rule over the Crystal Empire. First, there was the time where Twilight and her friends had to protect the empire from being taken over by King Sombra like last time. Second, Princess Cadance and Twilight Sparkle had to deal with Discord's "so-called" flu on their day off. And finally, third on that, they had to get everything ready for their new filly to be born. What a plan of the year this turn out to be! It was hard work, but they finally manage to come through.
Shining Armor then had a dream, not a nightmare, but a wonderful dream.
He dreamt of Shining Armor and Princess Cadance presenting the filly to Twilight Sparkle, to which she was proud to be an aunt to the filly.
Shining Armor couldn't help it, but sigh in happiness. This is turning out to be the best dream ever. Over the next few days in the following year, Shining Armor begins to build a new room for their new filly when she will be born for the very first time. He had made a cradle for the filly to be slept in, bought some filly toys for the filly to play with, some filly food for the filly to be fed, and a filly milk for the filly to drink, through a bottle. Everything went good, according to plan. It's a very amazing thing they had done. And what better for he and Cadance, then to visit Cranky Doodle and Matilda's wedding. He always cry at weddings, and truth be told, he always is. But that didn't stop him, no sir. He can't wait for the filly to arrived soon.
