> I am so boned! > by NoGoodUsrNames99 > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- > Prologue > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pink Sunshine tromped through the deep snow of the Frozen north. She is a small pink unicorn, with bright blue eyes and a dark blonde mane. She wears yellow bracelets on her left hoof, and doesn't have her cutie mark yet. She is a crystal pony, because she lives in the crystal empire. Pink Sunshine is a very joyful and imaginative kid, although she has gotten into her fair share of trouble. She loves to eat, but is also very energetic, so she isn't fat. She also has a passion for singing. "I...I'm so cold..." She muttered as she walked through the thick snow. After her Mom dyed, her Dad went into a deep depression, and started drinking. He would often abuse Sunshine and yell at her for the dumbest things, and he eventually quit his job, and not getting any money. They where broke. So they're about to loose their house. At this point, Sunshine ha had it. She snuck out and left the empire, into the frozen north. She would either die, or hope to find a new life, maybe adopted by bears or something. She was hoping for the first thing. She was wrapped up in a thick scarf and coat, and the sun started to dip under the horizon. It was then that she saw a small cave, hidden in the snow. "M-Maybe I can stay there..." She muttered to herself, through chattering teeth. She then approached the crevice, and squeezed her way in, and didn't find herself on solid ground, but falling. She quickly looked down and screamed as she fell into the abyss. "AAHHHHHHH" She screamed until... "OF!" She grunted, as she landed on a small flower bed. "Ouch..." She mumbled. She then stood up and found herself in a giant chasm. "W-Where am I?" She thought to herself. There was a small looking door on the other side, and so she walked in. "HELLO?!" She yelled into the abyss. "Why, howdy!" She heard from the other side. "Why don'tcha come over here?" The voice asked. She then nodded, and walked to the other side, and found a small yellow flower. "Aww, what a pretty little flower!" She said, before reaching her hoof out. "DON'T TOUCH ME!" The flower exclaimed, growing a face. "AHH!" Sunshine screamed, jumping back. "W-Whu-how?" "Howdy!" The flower exclaimed, "I'm Flowey! Flowey the flower!" "Y-You're a talking...flower?" She asked. "Yes...and you're not like any human I've ever seen!" "Am I dead?" "Now now...I don't think so!" The Flowey exclaimed, giving a wink. "Here, let me show you how things work around here!" Flowey exclaimed. "Here in the underground, we share love through little white friendliness pellets!" He said, giving a sly wink, and having bullets appear over his head. "W-Wait...what's going on?" "Now, go ahead, catch as many as you can!" "Wait! I-" She couldn't finish before jumping out of the way of the bullets. "Oh...clever girl!" Flowey yelled thickly, putting on an evil expression. "You've already done this, haven't you?! In this world, it's KILL OF BE KILLED! I've never used a Pony soul before! I wonder what that's like?" He exclaimed, before boxing her in with bullets. "DIE!" The bullets then started closing in. "Wait...what's going on?" She exclaimed. It was then, that a fireball came out of nowhere and knocked Flowey into oblivion. "What a miserable creature..." a voice said, and then coming from the blackness was Troiel. "Torturing such a poor, innocent youth..." "W-What's going on? Where am I?" Sunshine asked, completely flabbergasted. "Hmm...you don't seem like any Human I've ever seen...are you from the surface?!" She asked. "I...I'm from Equestria." "Equestria..." Toriel then tapped her chin. "I don't think I've ever heard of a place like that." She said, thinly. The then put her attention to Sunshine, and smiled thinly. "You're in the underground! You'll be very happy here." "U-Underground?" "Yes. Here, fellow me." Toriel then lead Sunshine through a door and into a room with a huge ruin looming over the two. "These are the ruins, we will be staying here." "W-We?" Sunshine asked. She was very confused. "Here, allow me to explain. If a human, er, pony, in your case, falls down here, they must have a powerful soul and cross the barrier and escape, or stay down here forever." "Would I be able to?" Sunshine asked, raising an eyebrow. Toriel then tapped her chin again, "I'm not sure, small one, I don't know what a pony soul is like, or even how you fell down in the first place." "Wait, forever?" Sunshine asked. She then thought on that. "I-I come from a very bad place. My father used to beat me and drink after my mother died..." She said, with a wimper. Toriel then put her hands over her mouth, "Oh my god! Well that's absolutely awful!" Toriel exclaimed in disgust. "No"Here, follow me, I have a wonderful home for you to live in." She said. Sunshine then followed her into the ruins. "This place is cool!" Sunshine exclaimed, looking around. "Yes, these are the runs, let me show how how it works." There was a series of buttons on the floor, and she stepped on them in a spacific pattern, and flipped a switch, causing a door to open. "Wow!" Sunshine exclaimed. She then followed Toriel out of the room. > Howdy! I'm Flowey! > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- A small pink crystal unicorn tromped through the deep snow of the frozen north. A gust of wind ruffled through her dirty-blonde mane, sending a chill down her spine. She was wrapped up in a thick scarf and hat, to keep herself warm. It had all started about two years ago. The filly named Pink Sunshine's mother had died, sending the family into a deep depression. The father had completely lost it, resorting to drinking and drugs. The more addicted he became, the more he would become angry. The more angry he became, the more he would abuse and yell at Sunshine. It got to the point where he wouldn't let her outside or make friends. She also spent most of her time grounded, so it was hard to try and get her cutie mark as well. He then quit his job. The house was in shambles, they where poor, lonely, and loosing their home. Sunshine decided that she had enough. She waited until night and snuck out, through the Crystal Empire and into the Frozen North. She didn't know where she would go, or what she would do. She just wanted to be free. "I'm so cold..." She murmured. The sun started to dip below the horizon, it was getting dark. suddenly, as she tromped through the snow, she was suddenly falling. "AHHHHH!" She screamed out as she plummeted to the bottom of the hole, and landed on a flower bed with a big THUD. "Ouch!" She squeaked out. "Oww..." she moaned, rolling onto her stomach and onto the smooth stone floor. It took her a minute to catch her breath, and she stammered to her feet. "Where am I?" She thought, looking around into the chasm she is now in. She noticed a doorway in front of her, so she curiously stepped in. It was a big black room, with nothing but a lone flower siting in the middle. "T-That's a pretty flower!" She exclaimed. Suddenly, the flower grew a face. "AHH!" Sunshine screamed as she jumped back. "Howdy!" I'm Flowey! Flowey the Flower!" Flowey happily exclaimed. "And you are?" "I-I'm...Pink Sunshine. But wait! Flower's can't talk!" Sunshine argued, raising an eyebrow. "Well..." Flowey said, looking at her reassuringly, "You're obviously new here! Why don't I teach you how things work down here?" "Here? Where is this?" "Why, this is the Underground!" Flowey happily exclaimed. "Here, let me teach you!" Sunshine Lv1 HP: 20/20 Flowey widely grinned as Sunshine's pink soul flew from her body, and into a small black box. "See that heart?" Flowey asked. "That's your soul," Flowey explained. "The very culmination of your being. Your soul starts off weak, but can grow strong if you gain a lot of LV." "LV?" Sunshine asked. "It sands for love! You want some love, don't you?" Sunshine then thought on that for a moment, "Um, yes! I would love some!" "Okey Dokey!" Flowey exclaimed, happily. "Down here, love is shared through little white..." A bunch of small pellets appeared over his head. "Friendliness pellets! Now go around, catch as many as you can!" "Oh." Sunshine said as she discovered she could move her soul around. "Okay!" Flowey then shot the pellets at Sunshine, and she moved in and caught a couple, but what she felt was awful pain-pain as if someone had shot her very soul. "OUCH!" She screamed, as her HP dropped to 1. Flowey's face went froma big smile to a face of vengeance. "You IDIOT! Down here, it's kill or be killed! You're no human! I wonder what your soul is like? I'm not gonna let THIS opportunity fly by!" Suddenly, Sunshine's soul was surrounded by the bullets. "DIE!" The bullets then started closing in on Sunshine as Flowey cackled evilly. Suddenly, a patch of flame appeared by Flowey, knocking him into oblivion. Then, a a large Goat Woman came into the scene. "What a terrible creature, torturing such a poor, innocent youth!" She said in disgust. Sunshine's soul then went back into her body. She collapsed on the floor in tears. "Don't hurt me!" She exclaimed, scooting back on the floor. "Do not worry, my child. I would never hurt someone like you." The girl said. She then keeled down above Sunshine. "My name is Toriel." She said, with a big smile. "Here, let me help." She then used some magic from a glowing hand to refill Sunshine's HP, and the pain faded away. "So you're...not gonna hurt me?" Sunshine asked, sniffing. "Oh no! I would never do anything of the sort!" Toriel exclaimed in disgust. "Now, what is your name, my little pony?" Sunshine then got up to her hooves, and was still mildly shaking. "My name's Pink Sunshine." "Now, where are you from?" Toriel asked warmly. "I'm from Equestria." Toriel then tapped her chin. "I haven't heard of a place like that. Either way, you'll be happy here!" "Wait, are you saying I'll never be able to leave here?" Sunshine asked, lifting an eyebrow. "Here, allow me to explain." Toriel insisted. If a human, er, pony, in your case, falls down here, they must have a powerful soul and cross the barrier and escape, or stay down here forever." Sunshine then thought on that. Up in Equestria she had nothing. An abusive dad, a shambled home, and no friends. But here, Toriel actually seems kinda nice. "You know what? I think I would like to stay here." > I love you goat mama! > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sunshine tossed and turned in her bed. Since she had arrived in the underground two weeks ago something strange had happened; she was happy! She hadn't felt like she had a loving family in a long time. But now she lives with Toriel, and has been glad. She loves it here, she always gets Butterscotch pie, and Toriel's a great teacher; although she's not looking forward to that snail pie Toriel keeps mentioning. Either way her new life has been going great so far. Although there's one thing that keeps nagging at her-something's missing. Toriel keeps hinting at the existence of other monsters in the underground. plus there was Flowey who mentioned something about her soul. Either way, two weeks and she's already lonely. I mean, Toriel's great and all, but she's still pretty lonely. She wants more friends, she is a very social filly after all. The next morning: Sunshine walked out of the bathroom after brushing her teeth in the morning. She walked into the living room and found Toriel reading a book with a pair of reading glasses on. "Oh." She then shut to book and looked up at Sunshine. "Good morning, Small one!" "Good morning, Toriel!" Toriel then gave her a thin smile. "Well, did you sleep well last night?" "Sure did!" Sunshine exclaimed. She then walked over and sat in the chair across the room from Toriel. "So, uh..." she scratched the back of her head. "I-Is there a chance I'll ever get to meet anymore monsters in the underground? It is getting kinda lonely here with just the two of us. Toriel then thought on that. "Well, I don't know, small one. It's a dangerous world out there." She replied lovingly. Sunshine then slumped in her seat. "So is that a "no"?" "Well, for now. But maybe when you're older and able to defend yourself better!" "Okay..." Sunshine muttered. Toriel than sat up from her seat and set her book along with the glasses down. "Now, why don't I go make you some breakfast?" The next night: Sunshine lied in her bed waiting for Toriel to fall asleep. When she heard her loud snoring coming from the next room, she knew it was time. She rose from her bed and snuck out of her bedroom, down the hall and into the entrance area. She tip-hoofed down into the basement and through the hallway. She then found herself at the exit of the ruins. "Alright, Sunshine..." She thought to herself. "So what if you're sneaking out? So what if you're disobeying Toriel?" She thought. "I'll be out and back in..." She then used all her strength to shove the door opened. It made a quiet creaking sound as she pushed on it. She then found herself in a...a snowy area? "Brr...." She shivered. "It's kinda cold here." She then quietly pushed the door back shut, and pressed forward. She then found herself at a small bridge with big wooded bars. She then snuck through the bars, and found herself in a large area with a small doghouse and a conveniently-shaped lamp. She was then greeted with a shadow behind her. "well...aren't you unique..." The shadow said, with it deep voice, its left eye started glowing blue. Sunshine then felt her heart drop. "W-Who are you?" She asked. "me? well, i'm your new pal! shake my hand!" Sunshine then shakily held her hoof out, and she shadow shook her hoof, making a loud farting noise. The shadow then moved himself close enough for her to see him. He was a short, brawny skeleton with a big smile plastered over his face, wearing a blue hoodie and black pants. "heh heh...the 'ol woopie cushion in the hand trick! it NEVER gets old!" He said, giggling. "so, you're not a human, you look more like a pony." Sunshine then had to collect her thoughts. "yes. I am a pony." She said nodding. "heh, calm down kid. i ain't gonna hurt you." Sunshine then felt the knot in her stomach loosen up. "Oh phew..." She sighed. "by the way, i'm Sans! Sans the skeleton! how about you?" "M-My name is Pink Sunshine." She replied. Sans then reached his hand out. "we're friends now. let's shake on it." Sunshine then shook his hand, and hear a loud fart noise. "hehehe..." "Did I seriously fall for that twice?" She asked herself. "yeah," Sans said, maintaining his chill attitude. "my bro has fallen for it a ton of times...a SKELE-ton!" Sunshine didn't know what to do, so she forced out a fake laugh, "Ahh ha ha...ha ha ha..." Sans then pulled his hand out of his pocket, and lifted it up at Sunshine. "nah, don't sweat it, kid. alot of people don't find my awesome jokes funny." Sans then shoved his hand back into his pocket and looked down at Sunshine. "anyways, how'd a pony like you find her way here? i don't think Ponies count as monsters, do they?" "Well I...I fell down here from my home world, Equestria, and now I'm living in the ruins." She said. "that's hilarious." Sans said. "Well, I'm gonna go exploring for a bit." Sans then furrowed where his brows should be, "well, you could get lost, here let me help." Sans said. "i'll hang with you for a bit, I don't have anything better to do anyway." "Wow! Thanks. Although, we need to make sure I'm back home before tomorrow, I'm technically not supposed to be here." "SANS!" They heard the loud voice yell. The came a tall, thin Skeleton. "SANS! WHY AREN'T YOU AT YOUR STATION?!!?" "heh, sorry bro. i'm just hanging out with my new friend." The taller skeleton then looked at Sunshine, and she awkwardly waved back. "SANS! WHERE DID THAT PONY COME FROM?!?" He asked. "i dunno. i just found her here." "WELL, WITHER WAY GET BACK TO WORK!!! I'M SICK OF YOU ALWAYS SLACKING OFF!" "heh. well if you've got a-" "DON'T SAY IT!!!" "bone to pick with me, you could just say." The taller skeleton pinched the bridge of his nose, and let out a sight. "YOU KNOW WHAT?!?! I DON'T CARE!!! GET BACK TO WORK!!!!" He then ran off. "Who was that?" Sunshine asked Sans. "that was just my bro, papyrus." "Oh. Okay." "anyways, why don't we go to grillby's?" "Who is "Grillby"?" "here, let me show you."
