Sinister Symphonic was born October 31st. She was not
just born in an extraordinary day, she and another pony
were the last of their kind. She was a Magic Pegasus.
They are one of the most ancient species, but they are
more powerful than any living thing. They were a chemical
accident.
Legend has it, that there was once a war against the griffons. They were winning while the ponies were losing. Their failure was due to their soldiers. There were some ponies who side with the griffons, and some of those ponies were part of the family of some equestrian soldiers. Those soldiers couldn't kill the traitors. Then, a mad scientist found the solution to this problem. If he could create a powerful species design to use its magic to kill, then they would win the war. He created a substance and tested it on her pregnant wife. When the foal was born, he looked like a regular Pegasus. But when he reached his fifth year of life…he was nowhere near normal. He had immense magic abilities, but when he used his magic his eyes will turn like a snake's. That type of eye impaired the pony's vision, making it only able to see outlines. When the scientist's son grew up, he joined the army. He was the best soldier because he could anyone in front of him without hesitation. Because he couldn't see the enemy's face…They were slaughtered many years ago since
they were feared for their immense power.
Sinister's
power continues to grow. But will that power take over
her mind?
One night at Sinister's home, her family was waiting for
her to come down to the kitchen to eat their dinner. Her
Father (Book Mark), Mother (Palladium) and older sister (Jewel) were longing to eat. But
they were too polite to even look at the food. That is, until Jewel decided to be
the first one to complain.
"Why do we have to wait for Sinister? I'm STARVING!" she complained.
"Well, we can't just eat without her." her father answered.
Then in the blink of an eye, Sinister appeared in front of
her bowl next to Jewel. It seemed like she only took a small sip from her bowl, but apparently she
was already done with her plate. Once she was done she disappeared in the same speed she
has appeared.
"I guess…she was hungrier than me." Jewel said looking down at her plate.
Inside Sinister's room, was dim but she actually worked better at dimly lighted places. She was
practicing a new spell she had read about in a book. After many months of practice, she finally was able
to master it. Sinister was now able to make not one, not two, but more than three copies of herself. But there was this weird thing that kept happening to her since she discovered she could use her magic. Every time she used her magic, her eyes lost that big round pupil and was replaced by a slit pupil, like a snake's eye. She only did not just had snake eyes while using her magic, she also showed a pair of sharp fangs.
The next day, Book Mark saw his daughter approach the door. He quickly caught on with her, then asked:
"Where are you going Sinister?"
"To the park. To practice some spells." she answered.
"Um, I was wondering. Would you mind showing me some of your magic?"
"Uh, no. But are you sure?"
"Yes. I want to see what kind of stuff you can do."
"Okay."
Sinister levitated an apple from a nearby bowl. She held it in midair within her blue violet magic. She clenched her wing tightly around the apple. In a matter of seconds, she held her wing open and showed an orange.
"How did you do that?" her father asked.
Sinister shrugged.
"Bite it. Trust me it will taste like an apple." she said.
Book Mark was a little hesitant, but he still took a bite of the orange/apple.
IT DID TASTE LIKE AN APPLE!
"Wow!" was all he managed to say, still chewing.
Satisfied, Sinister turned to the door and said:
"I'll see you later Dad."
A couple of minutes later, Sinister arrived to the park. But then a pair of young colts mocked her saying:
"Look! The witch is here!" The two ponies laughed in unison. Sinister grunted but then she put on her most evil looking face. Her eyes turned snaky and she showed a pair of fangs. She opened her wings as much as she could and said:
"But do you know what witches can do?"
"What?" the colt mocked. She motioned a fist of rage then placed the colt on top of the highest tree she could find.
"PUT ME DOWN!" the colt screamed. The other colt, clearly scared to death, left. Sinister turned away with a smirk on her face, then collided with something. Not something, somepony. She opened her eyes and found her angry father looking straight down at her.
"What do you think you're doing, YOUNG LADY?!" he asked angrily.
"HE WAS CALLING ME A WITCH!"
"He is JUST a kid, Sinister!"
"HE DESERVED IT!"
"Don't over use your power Sinister! PUT HIM DOWN! NOW!"
"NO!"
Then, Sinister wrapped herself around a layer of violet blue magic and disappeared.
