Equestria is at war with the Pokémon world. Celestia is trying to rid Equestria of all Pokemon except for Twilight and her friends Pokemon. Quilava knows that if nearly every Pokémon is removed from Equestria nothing would be able to stop the ones left if something went wrong. He hopes that this could be solved peacefully but after the death of a close friend he's out of mercy.
"What did you want to tell me about Princess?" I ask Celestia
"I'm running out of options, Quilava," Celestia says, "You Pokemon are getting out of hand."
"We have had this discussion before Celestia," I tell her, "You need to learn how to live with them."
"They have done thousands of bits of damage," Celestia Explains, "I need to take action."
"How can windows be that expensive?" I ask confused, "The windows in Ponyville can't be that expensive."
"That's not the only damage done by Pokemon," She tells me, "Manehatten, Cloudsdale, Ponyville, The Wonderbolt Reserve, and Canterlot have been attacked by Pokemon. They're monsters."
"Well, it's in the name, Pocket Monster," I tell her, "Who attacked The Wonderbolt reserve, Canterlot, and Manehatten? I'm not responsible for the damage that wasn't caused by me."
"You're the first Pokemon to arrive in Equestria, and the only one who can talk, so you represent, and are responsible for all Pokemon," She tells me, "The Wonderbolt reserve was destroyed by Raquaza, Manehatten was flooded by Kyogre, and Canterlot was attacked by Keldeo, who I was told would help us."
"And I'm supposed to do what about it?" I ask," How many ponies have been killed by these attacks?"
"Only one pony," Celestia explains, "And you're the one who killed him."
"Sombra?" I say, "That was to protect Twilight. You think you're so perfect and that you're always right. Your Pokemon has killed far more people and Pokemon, not in defense, but in rage!"
"I'm not interested in the loss of people that are not Equestrian subjects," She says, " I'm responsible for the ponies here, and I ask for your help to get rid of every Pokemon in Equestria and have only Twilight, and the other Elements have one."
"I won't do that to other Pokemon," I explain to her, "There all my friends. Even the ones who attack and do wrong are my friends."
"I need to do this now to stop something worse from happening," Celestia tells me, "I've sent multiple ponies to the Pokemon world and they have only been attacked by Pokemon. Equestria now has the capability to stop them with the information from the Pokedex. We can do this peacefully or do this the hard way. You're either going to help us or stay out of our way and leave Equestria!"
"Equestria is my home, and I will fight to continue to let Pokemon live here!" I yell as flames erupt out of my back, "I won't let you take away their home!"
"Quilava don't, "Celestia says as her horn starts to glow, "Do you want to fight your way out of this?"
"If there's no other choice, so be it," I say getting ready to attack, "We can still end this peacefully."
I then hear the sound of guards drawing their weapons behind me, "Don't do this," Celestia pleads, "Do this for Twilight and stop this."
"I'm sorry, but I'd rather turn on my trainer than betray my kind!" I yell as I unleash a beam of lava out of the spots on my head at Celestia. She then fires a beam of energy from her horn at the attack. The attacks collide causing in an explosion filling the room with smoke. While everyone was coughing I make my escape from the castle using quick attack and run to Ponyville to warn the other Pokemon, but before I was able to get out of Canterlot I was hit by a beam of Celestia's magic paralyzing me. Celestia then lands in front of me with her horn glowing brightly.
"You have made a terrible mistake attacking me!" She yells in rage raising her front hooves into the air preparing to stomp me into the ground, but then a blue unicorn comes out of nowhere and kicks Celestia knocking her away from me. It was Keldeo, he had saved me.
"Get away from him!" He yells, "We still have a score to settle," Guards then surround us, but my paralysis had worn off and I attack the guards with a flame thrower allowing us to escape. After a day of running, we then arrive in the Everfree forest outside of Ponyvile, "You're safe now."
"Why did you attack Canterlot?" I ask him, "You were going to help us."
"I was, but when I arrived in Canterlot the guards attacked me," He explains, "Let me get you to the Swords of Justice. You'll be safe there."
"I need to go to Ponyvile," I tell him, "I need to warn the others."
"It's too dangerous," Keldeo tells me, "The Swords of Justice will handle all of this."
"This is more than they can handle!" I tell him, "You are going to need a lot more than just swords to stop this. I'm going to warn my friends and get help." I then run off towards Ponyville. I know that I might need to fight Twilight.
I know that Hoopa would be a great Pokemon for Celestia to use, so I needed him on our side. I rush into Twilight's castle to find him, but when I got inside Twilight appeared to be waiting for me. She had some odd looking costume on as if she was a superhero, "Why are you doing this?" She asks, "I know how much Pokemon mean to you. Please don't do this."
"You seem worried," I say
"It's been a long day," She says, "Not every day you find out that your friend is now Equestria's biggest threat."
"I'm not here for you," I tell her, "Where's Hoopa?"
"Gone," Twilight answers, "He found out what was going on and fled."
"Also, what's with the costume," I ask, "Last time I checked it wasn't Nightmare night."
"Celestia sent this to me, so I could defend myself," She explains as her horn glowed a blue color instead of its normal purple, "I'm giving you a chance to end this. You know what will happen if you don't."
"I'm well aware of the consequences, but they are my friends," I say as my back starts to produce flames.
"You did tell me that I would need to protect Equestria and carry out my duties as a princess," Twilight says, "but you need to do yours as a Pokemon."
"You know I'm not just a Pokemon," I tell Twilight, "I'm your friend and I don't want to fight you," The flames go out on my back and I walk up to her, "Pokemon are capable of destroying Equestria but other Pokemon can stop it. If you remove most Pokemon from the Equation you have a recipe for disaster."
"You're right, but what can we do to stop this?" Twilight says as her horn stops glowing, "We can't do this alone."
"We can't, but we can try and fight," I tell her, "Help defend Equestria and fight to keep Pokemon in Equestria!"
I'm then violently electrocuted by a bolt of lightning from Rainbow Dash who had just entered the room with Latios. Rainbow Dash was also in a costume like Twilight. She had a neckless that had a thunderbolt on it wich was producing sparks. My back reignites as I turn to face them. Rainbow then uses the necklace to strike me with another thunderbolt, but a beam of blue lightning flew over me and collided with Rainbow Dash's, "Twilight, what are you doing?" Rainbow says to Twilight, "Don't help him!" I take the opening and use a flamethrower attack, but Latios used a dragon pulse to counter it. Rainbow uses another bolt of lightning but I use protect to block it. Latios then produces a sphere of purple energy in front of them and it slowly increased in size, "Latios, use luster purge!" Rainbow Dash yells but a blue lightning bolt from Twilight struck Latios freezing him solid.
"Rainbow, stop!" Twilight yells, "This is all a mistake," Twilight says slowly walking up to Rainbow Dash, "Celestia's wrong, Pokemon need to stay in Equestria."
"Twilight would never say that Celestia's wrong!" She yells electrocuting her
"Twilight!" I yell jumping in front of her and taking the electricity, "You'll pay for that!" I then use the electricity to use a wild charge attack to shock her. Rainbow Dash was launched across the room and into Latios's frozen body cracking the ice. Latios then breaks free and the purple ball of energy became a massive beam of power. I use eruption to try to counter it, but the beam of lava wasn't able to stop it. I close my eyes and brace myself but when I opened them I was outside with Twilight as a massive explosion destroyed the castle.
Twilight then starts to cry, "Spike!" She cried out as she continued to sob. I realize that Spike was in the Castle when it exploded and Twilight had thought he died in the blast, "He was still just a baby dragon!"
"I'm sorry, but this is now a war," I say, "and ponies are going to die."
"How come you aren't upset?" She asks me sniffling trying controlling her crying.
"I am upset," I tell her, "but being a human, war and death are an everyday thing, and I've grown used to it."
Twilight then stops crying and wipe the tears off her face, "That's horrible, why do humans do such horrible things?"
I let out a sigh, "Humans have always killed" I tell her, "Even before written history."
"How do you know that?" Twilight asks, "How can you tell that without any written information?"
"This isn't the time to give a human history lesson," I tell her, "we have a world to save."
We then spot Rainbow Dash and Latios fly out of the rubble and out of sight, "How are we going to be able to fight this alone?" Twilight asks, "All of my friends are going to be fighting us."
"That's not true," I remind her, "you have made friends with other Pokemon and we'll fight by your side," I then try to walk, but I realize I'm having trouble moving, "That lightning gave me paralysis. You need to get me to Oak."
"Who's Oak?", Twilight asks as the paralysis caused my muscles to seize up causing me to collapse to the ground unable to move, but still breathe.
"He was my trainer," I tell her, "he can heal me if you get me to him."
"How do we get there?" Twilight asks as she uses her magic to lift me off the ground and onto her back, "Hoopa is the only way to the Pokemon world."
"The same way I came here," I tell her, "Though the Everfree forest."
Twilight runs through the cold and dark Everfree forest with me paralyzed on her back. After an hour, we come upon a clearing and see a small town. I instantly recognized it when I saw a house on top of a large hill with a windmill next to it. It was the Professor's lab. Twilight then teleports us to the front door of the lab, "Hello is anypony there!" Twilight yells as she knocks on the door, "We need help!" An old man wearing a lab coat with gray hair answers the door. The second he laid his eyes on me he grabbed me and rushed inside. He then placed me down on a table and pulls a yellow spray bottle out of his pocket. He points the bottle at me and is about to squeeze the trigger when his hand than glowed purple and he count move his fingers, "Stop, he doesn't like water!" Twilight yells
"That's the medicine!" I yell, "Let him use it!" Twilight then stops using her magic, allowing him to administer the medicine. He then evidently starts asking Twilight questions about what she is, "Professor," I say trying to get his attention but he doesn't respond. I try getting his attention several more times with no success. Then Celebi a small green Pokemon that looked like a fairy with a head that looked like an onion with antennas appeared in the room and flew up to the Professor and appeared to be trying to push him.
"Be be be," The Celebi cries as it tried to push him, but nothing was happening
Suddenly a bright yellow beam of energy flies through a window and strikes Professor Oak causing him to stumble and fall over. I rush to the Professor and see that where he was hit the energy burned a hole right through his lab coat and into his chest. Celebi then flew up to his head and started to cry, "Quilava," The Professor says to me panting, "I see that you have grown a lot since you left... but at least I got to see you one last time. Remember that you have power unlike any other Pokemon," He says and stops moving. His eyes were blank and his skin quickly grew cold, he had passed.
"No, you can't die," I say beginning to cry, "I come back after all this time just to see you die," I sob, "Who... WHO DID THIS!!!" I scream as my sadness turns into rage and bright white hot flames erupt out of my back in anger. Then another beam of energy flew through the window and at me. The amount of heat that my flames were producing caused the beam to evaporate into thin air. Then Princess Celestia appears inside of the lab using a teleportation spell.
"I tried to reason with you," she says as her horn starts to glow, "but you have gone too far," I unleash a flamethrower attack engulfing Celestia in flames, but she is unharmed from the fire. I then start to glow yellow and it feels as if the force of gravity has greatly increased causing me to collapse to the ground unable to move, "I should have destroyed you the moment I met you,"Celestia says but Twilight then did something I never imagined, she attacked Celestia. Twilight blasted her with a beam of ice like when we battled Rainbow Dash and Latios causing Celestia's wing to become frozen in a thick coat of ice. Then giant thorny vines came up out of the floor and started to coil around Celestia digging the sharp thorns into her. Celebi was also fighting using the giant vines because Celebi is known as the voice of the forest. Celestia uses her magic to destroy the vines and ice, but doing that weakened her magical hold on me allowing me to attack with Double Edge, a reckless, life-risking tackle. The impact caused her to be launched right through the wall of the lab knocking her unconscious.
"Now I'm going to end this," I say approaching her unconscious body ignoring the fact that I've just taken an extreme amount of recoil damage, "You killed my friend, now I'm going to kill you," I prepare to melt her with an eruption attack but right before I use it Twilight pulls me away from Celestia using her magic, "Twilight, let me at her!" I yell to Twilight trying to break out of her magic grasp, "I need to avenge him!"
"It's not worth it, Quil," Twilight says, "You would only make things worse."
"You might want to tell that to Celebi," I tell her as I see Celebi fly towards Celestia. Twilight fires a beam of Ice at Celebi freezing the Pokemon. Celestia then regains consciousness and stands back up and teleports away.
"What are we going to do now?" Twilight asks, "Who else is left to help us?"
"Teleport us to Kalos," I tell her, "I know a certain trainer who will help us without a doubt."
"What makes you say that?" Twilight asks me preparing to teleport us to the Kalos region, "Was he a friend of the Professor?"
"If it wern't for the Professor he would have never met his best friend," I tell her as we teleport.
We're teleported into yet another forest but this time in the Kalos region and the sun started to rise starting the day, "Who are we looking for?" Twilight asks me as we start to wonder though the forest.
"We are looking for Ash," I tell her, "The Pokemon trainer who saved you and your friends," Then a golden horseshoe flies out of one of the bushes and pins me by the neck to a nearby tree. I then see Applejack and Rarity come out of the bushes and up to me and Twilight.
"Twilight, why did you betray us?" Applejack asks, "I don't want to have to fight you."
"Darling, Pokemon are going to destroy Equestria," Rarity says, "Why are you trying to protect them?"
"I know that they're going to destroy Equestria, but there the only ones who can save it from them," Twilight explains, "Only Pokemon can prevent other Pokemon from destroying Equestria."
"She's right," I tell them, "Every time there was a problem involving Pokemon another Pokemon fixed it."
"He's a human Twilight, not just a Pokemon," Applejack explains, "If he wasn't part human, Pokemon would have destroyed Equestria."
"That's only true because nopony else knew how to train one," Twilight explains as she uses her magic to pull the horseshoe out of the tree freeing me.
"I'm sorry it had to come to this," Applejack says as a magic lasso wraps around Twilight and Rarity uses her magic to hold me down to the ground, " We won't let you help them."
The lasso then started to tighten around Twilight to the point where she passed out. I force myself to walk causing me to break out of Rarity's magic-grasp. I then hear a familiar voice as I see a yellow mouse with red cheeks, black tipped ears, a lightning bolt-shaped tail, and brown stripes on its back jumps into the air. It's tail then becomes a chrome color and Pikachu then swings it at Applejack. Applejack turns and kicks the iron tail attack with both of her hind legs causing a loud bell-like sound. Pikachu is propelled back into te air from the kick and Applejack throws a horse she at Pikachu pinning him to a tree by his tail. I then unleash a fire blast attack towards Rarity. She creates a giant purple umbrella using a purple crystal bracelet. The fireblast bounces off the umbrella and straight back at me. I use protect to block the blast. The lasso then uncoils around Twilight and wraps around me. I use the flames on my back to burn the lasso causing it to fall apart. Pikachu then uses electro ball do destroy the horseshoe freeing him, "Pikachu, use volt tackle! Quilava, use flame wheel!" Ash orders us, Pikachu surrounds himself with electricity and charges at Applejack and I charge at Rarity using a flame wheel attack, but Right before we strike Rarity uses her magic to teleport Applejack and herself away.
"Twilight are you okay?" I ask running up to her as she regains consciousness, "I can't believe they actually attacked you."
"Is that Ash?" Twilight asks me
"It's nice to see you two again," Ash tells us, "but can one of you explain what's going on? I was with my friends when these pink and yellow ponies attacked us separating us."
"We can, but I have some bad news to tell you," I say, "Professor Oak was murdered."
"WHAT!!!" Ash yells shocked by the news, "You're joking, right?"
"He's not joking," Twilight tells Ash, "He's dead."
Pikachu's ears then twitched and Pikachu jumped into the air and used an electro ball attack on a bush a few yards away. We hear a yell as the bush explodes revealing Keldeo who looked like he was badly hurt and his horn appeared to have been cut off. We all rush to Keldeo to aid him, "What happened to you?" I ask him
"You were right," He says, "This was something that the swords of justice couldn't handle. We tried to end this Quickly by attacking Celestia, but we were all beaten. I escaped, but I think I'm being followed."
Guards along with Celestia, Rainbow Dash, and Latios then appear out of the bushes surrounding us from all sides.We all gather around Keldeo back to back, "I'm sure you and Pikachu want to avenge Oak's death if I'm correct," I say to Ash
"You bet we do!" Ash yells
"Well, It just so happens to be the one wearing a crown is the one who killed him," I say to them, "Now if you don't mind me, I have a battle to finish with Latios."
"You weren't even close to beating us last time," Rainbow Dash says as she creates a sonic rainboom causing Latios to mega evolve, "What makes you think you can beat us this time."
"Quilava, you can't win this," Celestia says, "If you give up now we won't hurt you."
"I will never yield!" I yell preparing to attack, but then all the guards began glowing blue and disappeared. I then look up and see the legendary Pokemon Mewtwo descending from the sky in front of us.
"If you even touch any of them I'll tear you apart with my physic power," Mewtwo says to Celestia using telepathy. Then Celestia's horn began to glow and then Applejack, Fluttershy,Pinkie Pie, and Rarity appeared beside her, "You think I'm joking? Perhaps I'll demonstrate a small fraction of my power on the yellow one," Mewtwo says pointing his hand at Fluttershy and raising his hand into the air, as Fluttershy began to float into the air locked in Mewtwo's physic grasp. Everyone watched in horror as Mewtwo then pointed his arm at a tree and Fluttershy was launched through the tree with incredible force. All we then heard was the sound of trees being snapped in two as Fluttershy continued to go through tree after tree before coming to a stop. Everyone then stood there in silence for about a minute until a loud roar broke the silence.
The loud roar sent shivers down our spines as we see a massive Flutterhulk come tearing through the forest towards Mewtwo. With a flash of light, Mewtwo made himself Mega evolve into his Mega X form and throws a punch at Flutterhulk. Flutterhulk throws a punch at Mewtwo at the same time. Their punches collide causing a massive shock wave knocking all of us down and flattening the forest, "Pikachu, thunderbolt!" Ash orders Pikachu. Pikachu uses thunderbolt, but the electricity flies around his target and is absorbed by Rainbow Dash's neckless.
"Twilight, get us in the air," I tell Twilight as I jump onto her back. Twilight takes off,but Applejack uses her lasso to pull us out of the sky.
"Latios!" Rainbow yelled, "Use Giga Impact!" Latios then flies towards me at incredible speed to attack.
"Quilava, use double edge!" Twilight orders and I charge at Latios. We both headbutt each other with incredible force. I start to be pushed back by Latios attack and start to take damage, "Eruption!" Twilight yells as she fires a beam of ice at Applejack. I unleash a Blast of lava from the spots from my head at Latios at point blank range. Latios was knocked away from me from the blast, as Applejack dodges Twilight's attack. Keldeo then gets up and transforms into his resolute form. His horn then greatly grows in size and turns into a giant sword. Celestia's horn starts to glow as she charges at Keldeo. The two start using their horns as swords swinging them at each other. Applejack delivers a massive kick to Twilight knocking her over. I use a flamethrower attack on Applejack, but she jumps over the fire avoiding it. Mewtwo cups his hands together and a blue ball of aura forms and he launches the aura sphere attack at Flutterhulk, but the attack ricochets off of her. Latios comes at me for another attack, but I jump onto his back.
"Get off of me," Latios yells as he flies straight up into the air trying to make me fall off. I dig my claws into his back to avoid falling off, "Rainbow Dash, zap him!" Latios's body then glows yellow as her uses light screen as Rainbow Dash strikes both of us with lightning. Latios makes a sharp turn causing me to fly into the air. Latios then fires a beam of purple energy at me as Rainbow launches a lightning bolt at me. I try to counter it with flamethrower, but their attack cut right through it and hit me. I fall back to the ground and try to stand. Latios flies down to me, "Give it up, you can't beat me in my mega form. You'll just end up killing yourself."
"I can't, but I will try," I say as the flames on my back become blue as my ability blaze activates. Latios unleashes a luster purge attack as I use a flamethrower. The extra power from the blaze ability made my flamethrower punch through the luster purge hitting Latios. I then cover the entire battlefield with smoke using smokescreen. Everyone who was on the ground was no longer able to see, but I was able to see through the thick black smoke. I use the cover of smoke to get up close to Celestia. Rainbow uses her necklace and creates a twister sucking up the smoke along with me and Pikachu.
"Latios! Use draco-meteor into the tornado!" Rainbow Dash yells. Latios fires a single yellow ball into the air above the top of the twister. It exploded like a firework and smaller meteors fell right into the top of the raging tornado at us. I use protect to block some of the meteors, but Pikachu was pelted by the barrage of meteors that exploded on impact. The explosions caused the tornado to be destroyed throwing me and Pikachu to the ground.
"Pikachu!" Ash yells running to his friend picking him up, "You did well, but we can't win them all," he says placing Pikachu on the ground and pulling a Pokeball out of his bag, "Okay! Greninja, I choose you!" he yells out throwing the Pokeball sending out his Greninga, "Use water shuriken on Latios!" Greninga then presses his two hands together and several sharp-edged shurikens made of water formed between them. Then with one swift movement, Greninja threw all of them at Latios at blinding speeds. Even Latios's incredible speed was fast enough to dodge the attack. The shurikens landed with deadly accuracy causing Latios to faint, "Greninja, use cut on Celestia!" Ash then ordered. Then something amazing happened. They were copying each other's movements in perfect sync and then Greninja transformed into a different form I've never seen before. A vortex of water formed around Greninja making it hard to see him. I then see a bright blade of energy come out the side of the vortex of water as he charged at Celestia. Celestia was completely unable to react as Greninja unleashed a flurry of slashes on her. Then the vortex of water disappeared and Greninja was in his normal form. Then Ash, Celestia, and Greninja all passed out at the same time. Everyone but Mewtwo and Flutterhulk stopped fighting and gathered around them.
"What in the hay was that?" Applejack asked
"Do you know what that was Quilava?" Twilight asks me
"I have no idea what that was," I tell her, "This is something even beyond my knowledge," I explain, " but I have a question for all of you, why do you want Pokemon gone from Equestria and if you do why are you in our world?" I ask them
"Pokemon have destroyed parts of Equestria and have power that can't be matched," Applejack explains, "Not even the elements can do anything to them."
"That is true, but if you are the only ones with a Pokemon who would be able to stop us if nothing can match us," I tell them, "The elements may be useless against Pokemon, but something does work on them."
"Darling, what can possibly match the incredible power of a Pokemon?" Rarity asks, "Nothing in Equestria has been able to do anything to one."
"Have you ever heard the term fight fire with fire?" I ask them, "The only thing able to stop a Pokemon is another Pokemon. What was able to take out Rainbow's Latios. Pokemon, but only with the guidance of their trainer, so if one of us do go out of control you can use another Pokemon to stop them, but if there are only a handful of Pokemon are in Equestria what could stop them?"
"Now that you mention it, why were we ever fighting in the first place?" Rainbow Dash asks, "Shouldn't of we have already known about this and prevented this whole thing."
"Wait, whare did Fluttershy and Mewtwo go?" Twilight asks looking around.
"There still fighting, but now there inside of a giant city," Pinkie Pie says
"We need to stop them," Twilight says
"Mewtwo is the most powerful Pokemon," I explain, " we are going to need everypony and Pokemon to work together to end this. Twilight you know what to do."
Twilight then uses her magic to evolve me into Typhlosion. Then we all went to wake the others up after we did Celestia explained to me, Ash, Pikachu, and Twilight that she never killed Oak and that she was never there. I didn't even believe what she was saying until I saw Professor Oak walk up to us with Celebi.
"How are you still alive!" I ask shocked by his appearance,"I saw you die."
"You did, but Celebi used its ability to time travel to save me," He explains, "After you all left I noticed that one of the Pokedexes in the lab had scanned something and registered it," He adds on as he pulls out a Pokedex and showing a black Alicorn with a green mane, bug-like wings, and was full of holes. It was Queen Chrysalis, she was the one to kill Oak, not Celestia, "I'd join you in stopping Mewtwo, but I'm too old to help."
"I understand," I tell the Professor, "now let's save the world."
We all quickly arrive in Luminous city where the battle had already started, but there appeared to be another fighter. It was a Garchomp in its mega form. I then see Professor Sycamore who was yelling orders to the Garchomp," What do we do?" Twilight asks me, "I didn't think there would be another Pokemon."
"That's Professor Sycamore," Celestia explains, "and that Garchomp is his Pokemon. He's on our side."
"He can't do it alone," I say, "Ash, Rainbow Dash, Celestia go help Sycamore with Mewtwo. Everyone else we need to stop Fluttershy before someone gets hurt," Ash, Rainbow Dash, Celestia, and Latios all went to assist the Professor while we went to stop Fluttershy. Mewtwo and Fluttershy were quickly separated, but they still were trying to fight each other,"Fluttershy! You need to calm down. We don't want to have to hurt you."
Flutterhulk then lets out a roar as she picks up a nearby car and lobs it towards us, "Typhlosion, fire blast!" Twilight orders, I then launch a fireball at the car destroying it before it hit any of us. Flutterhulk then charges at me and I try to stop it. Trying to hold her back with my strength I way slowly being pushed back, "Don't hurt her!"
"What about me!" I yell to Twilight struggling to hold Flutterhulk back, "Don't you remember me?" I ask Fluttershy,"You were the one who found me." Flutterhulk then punched me in the face with incredible force. She then tries to hit me again, but I caught her punch with my hand. Using me free arm I strike her in the gut with multiple thunder punches. I then use flamethrower to push her away from me, "I don't think this is working, Twilight. Try to turn me back into a Quilava."
Twilight uses her magic to revert me back into a Quilava, and I try to make her remember me, but that doesn't work when she launches me through the side of a building with a single hit. Pinkie Pie starts running in circles around Flutterhulk confusing her, as Applejack uses her lasso to try to restrain her. I get back up and run back out there jumping over Pinkie Pie and landing in front of Flutterhulk who was trying to break the lasso that was wrapped around her. I use my energy to make the flames out of my back as large as possible and I start to snarl at her, "What are you doing!" Twilight yells to me, "you're going to make her angrier."
"I don't like water!" I yell to Fluttershy, "I'm not going to hurt you! It's a natural instinct!"
"Quilava," Flutterhulk says remembering me, and reverting back to her normal form, "I'm so sorry everypony, I didn't mean to hurt anypony," She then starts to cry ashamed about what she did.
"It's my fault," I say to her, "I'm the one who started all of this. You didn't hurt anypony."
"but I threw a car at all of you and threw you through the side of a building," Fluttershy sobs as everyone else gathered around us to comfort her.
"So, the car didn't hit anyone and we're all still your friends," I explain to her,"also getting launched through a wall is nothing compared to what I've been through."
The moment was interrupted when a shadow ball attack exploded near us from Mewtwo who was still fighting Celestia, Rainbow Dash, Latios, Garchomp, Ash, Pikachu, Greninja, and Professor Sycamore. I tell them to get ready to use the elements as I charge at Mewtwo. A ring then appeared and a portal opened. Mewtwo then was knocked through the portal from an electro ball from Pikachu. The ring disappears and everyone stops, "Was that one of Hoopa's rings?" Twilight asks me
"I think it was, but why did he decide to use them now instead of earlier," I say starting to become faint from all of the fighting, "I think I'm going to take a nap," I say right before I pass out. I wake up in Twilight's castle and find that Spike had survived the explosion due to his thick scales. I then go outside and find Twilight talking to Celestia, "What's going on?" I ask them.
"After you passed out and we brought you back, we found out that Sombra's horn is still able to absorb energy out of crystals, and the crystals in your world have strange properties that in theory can give him the powers of a Pokemon," Twilight explains
"Sombra has already proved that he can take control of Pokemon, but if he is able to use the Powers of Pokemon I fear the Elements won't be able to stop him," Celestia tells me.
"Don't worry Princess, Twilight and I can stop him," I tell her
