Season 1 episode 26- Showdown:
The Turtles just stopped the kraang invasion. They were still inside the kraang pod with Leonardo when Mikey saw a woman in a dark blue dress, standing on top of the water.
“Dude's, Look!” said Mikey. But when he looked back, she was gone.
“What is it?” asked Leo.
“Nevermind. Thought I saw something.”

Season 2 episode 17- Newtralized:
Mikey wondered who that girl was that he saw in the invasion. Maybe he was hallucinating? Or was she real? 
He didn't really get to see her all that well, because she was far away. All he saw was a dark blue dress and.... floating dark blue hair? Something was definitely up. He could’ve sworn for a split second he even saw her in a dream once…
After the turtles defeated the Newtralizer, Mikey saw the woman again.
“Look look look!” he yelled. The turtles looked, and saw the woman, standing on the water.
“Whoa.” said Leo.
“Who is that? asked Raphael. “And how is she just standing on the water?”
“I don’t know,” said Mikey. “but that’s the girl that I saw after that kraang invasion!”
The woman smiled, and walked towards the turtles. With every step, a crescent moon appeared under her foot. It would disappear after a few steps. She eventually reached the dock where the turtles were located. 
She had dark blue long gloves, and a short sleeved dress with a white crescent moon on the top. Her hair was also dark blue and wavy, it also was floating. She had a silver wand that she held. Her crown was black. Her high heels were light blue, and she had a horn on her head and huge wings on her back. Both were the same color of her dress.
“Hello, turtles.” she said.
“Who are you? asked Leo.
“I am Princess Luna, Princess of the night.” she said. “I need your help. I was banished to the moon for a thousand years. When I went back to my kingdom a while after I returned to earth, an evil force called the tantibus was attacking it. I couldn’t stop it on my own. I cast a spell for me to be sent to strong warriors who would help, and I was sent here.”
“What is a tantibus? asked Donatello.
“It was a blue mist that gave me my nightmares from when I turned into Nightmare Moon, when I was evil.” said Luna. “Now, it escaped the dream realm, and it is attacking my kingdom. I need your help.”
“Don’t worry,” said Leo. “We will help you protect your kingdom.”
"Thank you, turtles.” said Luna. “What are your names?”
“I’m Mikey, that’s Leo, Donnie, and Raph.” said Mikey. “Or Michelangelo, Leonardo, Donatello, and Raphael.”
“Okay,” Luna said. “To my kingdom!”
With a wave of her silver wand, a bright light flashed. The princess and the tmnt disappeared into her kingdom.

In Luna’s Kingdom:
The turtles gasped. They saw all the chaos the tantibus created. 
“This used to be a beautiful and friendly kingdom,” said Luna. “but now it is destroyed. It’s all my fault.”
“Don’t blame yourself, Luna.” said Donnie. “You couldn’t control it.”
“What do we do first?” asked Raph.
“We must get into the castle.” replied Luna. “The tantibus is in there. But my guards have been brainwashed, and scattered all over the kingdom. I will fly up to look for anything big. Can you handle the guards?”
“Sure we can!” said Mikey. “Let’s go!”
The night princess flew up into the sky, while the turtles stayed on the ground.
Luna felt guilty as she saw the fear on the few people that were left. They were disappearing, but Luna didn’t know how. 
The turtles ran into many of the guards. The first set was easy, but they got harder to beat as more guards came. They struggled to help the kingdom.
"How many of these guards are there?” asked Raph.
They fought through the piles of guards. They were attacked with swords and spears. They had to dodge attacks and fight back.
Luna saw the tantibus creating guards from the shadows. She swooped down to help the turtles fight them, using her horn to pick up objects to hit them with, and using her wings to stun and hit them. The turtles were shocked at what she could do. But the guards just keep coming.
“The tantibus just keeps creating more guards.” said Luna.
“What do we do?”asked Leo.
“This.” said Luna. She used her horn to make the turtles fly, and she flew up into the sky.
“Whoa! Awesome!” said Mikey. 
But then, the tantibus created guards with wings. 
Luna and the turtles fought them, but Luna eventually had to fly higher and faster. There were just too many of them.
She flew as fast as she could. They finally reached the castle. Luna was exhausted from flying, but she knew that they had to keep fighting. No matter what. 
The turtles and Luna were badly hurt. But they gathered up all their strength. The tantibus was right in front of them. 
It was in the shape of Nightmare moon in human form. Luna’s biggest fear. She was terrified.
They fought the tantibus, but it was like it didn’t feel pain. Nothing stopped it. It hit the spots where the turtles and Luna were most hurt at.          	                 Eventually, the tantibus struck the lunar princess. It went inside of her. Then, Luna transformed into Nightmare Moon. The tantibus took over Luna.
The turtles gasped in terror. 
“NOW I HAVE ALL THE POWER!” yelled Nightmare Moon. She attacked the turtles.
The turtles didn’t want to hurt their new friend.
“Luna, snap out of it!” yelled Leo. Nightmare Moon attacked him. 
“I am no longer Luna!” she said. “I am NIGHTMARE MOON!”
She was ten times more powerful than she was before. The turtles couldn’t defeat her. It’s like with each hit, she grew stronger. She badly injured the turtles.
Then, a bright light appeared in the sky. Everyone looked up. Nightmare Moon gasped.
It was her sister. The princess of the sun, Princess Celestia.
Princess Celestia gave the turtles 4 of the 6 gems.
The elements of harmony.
Then, she disappeared, saying, “It’s up to you.”
Suddenly, one element appeared on the turtles weapons.
On Mikey’s nunchucks was the element of laughter.
On Donatello’s bo staff, was the element of honesty.
On Raphael’s sai, was the element of kindness.
On Leonardo’s swords, was the element of generosity.
The turtles attacked Nightmare Moon all at once. A bright colors circled around them. Finally, Nightmare Moon was defeated. Luna was back to normal, laying on the floor. She looked up at the turtles, grateful and terrified.
Leonardo held out his hand to help her up. She took it.
“I’m so sorry, my friends.” she said. “I didn’t know what I was doing.” 
“It’s okay, Luna.” said Mikey.
“We’re just glad you are okay.” said Raph.
Luna sighed. “Wait,” she said in panic. “Where is the tantibus?”
The tantibus was standing tall above them. It swallowed up the turtles and Luna. They were sent to a secret realm where the rest of Luna’s subjects were sent.

In the secret realm:
It was pitch black. It wasn’t dark, but everything was black. The turtles couldn’t find Luna. They started to panic. 
“Where is Luna?” asked Mikey.
“She could be anywhere!” said Donnie.
“Then let’s start searching.” said Leo.
Luna was crying. She was full of grief and guilt. She felt like she made this happen.  
The turtles heard her cries, which lead them to the lunar princess.
“Luna!” said Mikey. 
“I can never forgive myself.” said Luna.
“Wait,” said Leo. “That’s it! Luna, the more you don’t forgive yourself, the more powerful the tantibus grows! Please, Luna, You have to forgive yourself! You had no control over yourself!”
Luna sighed. She thought about her sister, and her friends. She had to do it. For them. Then, her eyes turned white. The other two elements of harmony appeared, Loyalty and Magic. She and the turtles used the elements of harmony, and finally, the tantibus was defeated. Luna forgave herself.

Everyone was back in Luna's kingdom. With another spell, everything was back to normal.
“Thank you, so much.” said Luna. “The kingdom will forever be in your debt.”
Luna did a curtsy, and the turtles bowed.
“Hey,” said Raphael. “Who was that other girl we saw?”
“That is my sister,The princess of the sun. Her name is Princess Celestia.”
“Oh.” said Raph.
“So now what?” said Donatello. 
“I am sending you home.” said Luna, while collecting the elements of harmony.
“Will we ever see you again?” asked Leonardo.
“I will visit you in your dreams, yes.” Luna said.
She waved her wand, and a gateway to New York appeared.
“Goodbye, Luna!” said the turtles.
“Goodbye! Thank you!” said the Princess of the night. She waved. 
As the turtles walked through the gateway, they could’ve sworn they heard Luna say:
"Celestia, war is coming......."
Back in New York:
The turtles were sent back to the dock they left at.
“Wait,” said Leonardo. “Did time even pass?”
Everything looked exactly the same from when they left.
“We must’ve been at Luna’s kingdom for at least a whole day,” said Donnie. “so I guess not.”
Then, the turtles saw Princess Luna and Princess Celestia standing on the water. Luna had a big crescent moon under her feet, and Celestia had a bright yellow sun. 
They disappeared, and in the sky, appeared a crescent moon and a bright yellow sun, side by side.

Season 2 episode 19- The Wrath of Tiger Claw:
The turtles were in a frozen meat shop. Tiger Claw just kidnapped Karai, and Mikey was badly injured. Leo wanted to save Karai, but knew he couldn’t.
Then, Princess Celestia came to the turtles.
“Hello, Turtles.” said Celestia.
“Celestia?” asked Raph.
The turtles bowed. Celestia bowed back.
“Yes, it is me.” said Celestia. “ my sister wanted me to send you a message. Equestria is in danger.”
“What’s Equestria?” asked Donnie.
“Equestria is the name of the country me and my sister rule.” said Celestia.
“What happened?” asked Leonardo.
“A young girl named Rarity was attacked by the tantibus.”
“I thought we took care of that that thing a while ago?” said Raph.
“Well it has returned. It has taken over Rarity, just like it did with my sister. She has become Nightmare Rarity.”
“Why don’t we just use the elements of harmony again?” asked Mikey.
“That’s the problem.” said a voice. Princess Luna appeared next to her sister. “Nightmare Rarity stole them.”
“What?” said the turtles.
“We must stop her.” said Celestia.
“What about Mikey?” asked Raph.
Celestia and Luna cast a spell to quickly heal Michelangelo.
“Whoa.” said the tmnt.
“Thanks.” said Mikey. He bowed to the sisters.
“We must hurry.” said Luna. With a wave of her wand, they were all sent to Equestria.
In Equestria:
“So,” she said. “These are the turtle heroes Luna spoke of? The ones who save the day? .You will not save the day this time. You can’t.” Then, she disappeared.
“Are you ready to fight?” asked Celestia.
“Always.” said Raph.
“Then let’s go.” said Luna.
They ran to Celestia's kingdom, where Nightmare Rarity was located.
In Celestia’s kingdom:
Nightmare Rarity sat on Celestia’s throne, which was moved to the balcony. To her side, was Queen Chrysalis, who was genuinely evil. Her     changelings were animals who could transform into anything. She was their Queen.
“What will we do with the turtles?” asked Nightmare Rarity.
“Ha!” said Chrysalis. “They are not a threat.”
“But the Princesses, they are practically goddesses.”
“They may be Princesses, but I am a Queen. With our combined power, we will soon rule Equestria.”
The turtles and sisters reached Celestia’s kingdom.
“What’s the plan?” asked Mikey.
“Defeat the changelings.” said Celestia. “Try to get to Nightmare Rarity.”
“Oh no.” said Luna. “Queen Chrysalis must be here!”
“Defeat her, too.” said Celestia.
“CHARGE!” yelled Leonardo.
They fought off the changelings that flew towards them.
Nightmare Rarity and the Queen watched the whole fight.
“What if they get to the castle?” asked Nightmare Rarity.
“Don’t worry.” said the Queen. “they won’t.”
Chrysalis sent more Changelings after them.
Nightmare Rarity looked at the glass case next to her, holding the elements of harmony: Generosity, Honesty, Laughter, Kindness, Loyalty, and Magic. She knew the turtles held four of these, but who were the other two? That is what she feared. It could be anyone in the world. Both worlds now.
Once the changelings stopped, the six ran for cover. They hid behind a boulder.
“What now?” asked Mikey.
“We must get to the castle, no matter what.” said Celestia.
“I know.” said Luna. She went off to the changelings, and continued fighting.
“Luna, what are you doing?” asked Leonardo.
“I’ll hold them off, you save Rarity.” said Luna.
“You can’t do it on your own!” said Celestia.
“I must try!” said Luna. “Just go!”
The turtles and Celestia didn’t want to leave the Lunar Princess behind, but they had to save Rarity. They ran to the castle, fighting any other extra changelings to help Princess Luna.
The changeling Queen and Nightmare Rarity had captured Princess Cadence, Princess of love. They trapped her in a room in the castle, waiting    for her to surrender her kingdom to them. Cadence wouldn’t budge, no matter what.
“It’s locked.” said Leo, once they got to the castle. The castle doors were locked.
“Here.” said Celestia. She lifted the turtles up with her horn, and flew to her balcony, where she found the Queen and the Nightmare.
“Give up now! You are out-numbered!” yelled Leo.
They saw the changelings bring someone to the Queen.
It was Princess Luna.
Celestia and the turtles gasped.
“This isn’t the only Princess we have.” said Nightmare Rarity.
“What do you mean?” asked Raph.
The Queen cast a spell, and the next thing they knew, the turtles and Celestia were captured, alongside Cadence.
“Who is that?” asked Donnie.
“That is Princess Cadance, the Princess of love.” said Celestia.
“How did you get here?” asked Cadence.
“Trying to save the kingdom.” said Raphael.
“Same here.” said Princess Cadence.
“I’m going to but the elements in a safer place.” said Chrysalis. She grabbed the elements, and walked away. Nightmare Rarity brought Luna inside the castle.
“You're insane.” said Luna.
“If I remember correctly,” said Nightmare Rarity. “you were once just as insane as I am.”
Angered by that comment, Luna began to fight Rarity. Nightmare Rarity was a lot more powerful than Luna, but she had to try. The kingdom depended on it.
Luna became badly hurt, unable to use her wings. She just had to either depend on her horn, or suck it up and use them anyway. A little bit of both. She was powered by anger.
When she stunned Nightmare Rarity, she went behind her, and with her final bit of strength, she hit her with her wing. Nightmare Rarity fell to the ground.
“Please, Rarity.” said Luna. “Remember who you are, not who the tantibus made you. I know exactly how you feel.”
The turtles and the two Princesses finally managed to escape after a few powerful spells. They went after Chrysalis. they eventually found her.
“You won’t get away with this!” yelled Mikey.
“You can’t defeat me.” said the Queen.
The turtles, Celestia, and Cadence fought Chrysalis. Nightmare Rarity and Luna were still fighting. There was a glass door that was in between the two battles, and Luna was pushed, and crashed through the door, nearly unconscious. She could no longer fight.
Right before Rarity attacked Luna, Celestia attacked Nightmare Rarity.
There was a huge battle inside the castle. Celestia's subjects heard them fight, and even saw them a little through the balcony door. They were terrified.
Everyone was extremely hurt, and sprawled on the floor. No one moved. It hurt too much. Luna slightly fractured her right wing from when she crashed through the glass, but surprisingly, she was the first one to get back up. She attacked Chrysalis.
Chrysalis had a bag around her waist. Something fell out of it.
The elements of harmony.
“Hey turtles! Sister!” She yelled. She held up the elements.
"Get them to safety!" yelled Leo. Luna nodded and ran out of castle.
Celestia, Cadence, and the turtles attacked all at once. They caught them off guard, and knocked them down. Leo grabbed some rope, and tied their hands together. They threw them in the dungeon and locked them up.
They have won.
6 weeks later...
The turtles stayed in Equestria to heal, and help the others. Everyone helped everyone else get better, especially Luna. She got hurt the most. Once the turtles were better, Celestia opened the gateway to New York. With a “Get well soon!” to Luna, the turtles went home.

The turtles were sent back to the frozen meat shop. No time passed at all.
“I hope Luna turns out okay.” said Raph. “Cadence and Celestia also.”
“That fight was pretty brutal.” said Leo.
“Yeah.” said Mikey.
“What would happen if we told April that we met two princesses with wings, a blue evil mist creature, fought a Queen, and was gone for 6 weeks?” said Leo.
“She’d never believe us.” said Raph.
“Not until she discovers it for herself.” said Donnie.
“True.” said Mikey. “Let’s go home, dudes.”
“Wait, look at this.” Leonardo said.
On the table was a crescent moon, a yellow sun, and a blue heart.

#3: A Griffin With Help From A Starlight  
In Equestria:
Starlight Glimmer was sitting with her Staff of Sameness in her hands. She wanted everyone to be the same. She felt like everyone had to be the same, because that was the only way people could have friendship.
Then, Gilda the Griffin flew in.
“Oh, the griffin.” said Starlight. “What is it?”
“I have an idea.” said Gilda.
“Better be good.” said Starlight.
“You want everyone to be the same, right?”
“Yes.”
“And I want revenge on Pinkie Pie for making me lose my cool near Rainbow Dash, right?”
“I guess.”
“Well, I have a plan where we can both get what we need…”
Season 2 episode 22- Vengeance is Mine:
Karai had just mutated into a serpent. Leo felt so upset. He loved Karai.
They were back at the lair everyone was silent. April was sitting with them. Then, Princess Cadence came.
“The Princess!” said Mikey.
The turtles got on one knee and bowed, all in a line. April was confused.
“Who the heck is that?” asked April.
“Just bow.” said Donnie.
April bowed like the turtles were.
“I am Cadance, Princess of love.” she said.
“Is she a mutant?” asked April.
“A what?” said Cadence.
“Nothing.” said Leo.
The turtles shot April a look.
“What?” said April.
“Something happened that you must see.” said Cadence. “Bring your weapons,  just in case. You too.” she looked at April.
They all grabbed their weapons, and returned to the Princess.
“Excellent.” said Cadence. “Let’s go.”
In Equestria:
Before the turtles arrived, Starlight agreed with Gilda’s plan. It would start that night.
The Princess, turtles, and a puzzled April appeared in Equestria.
“Pretty.” said April, in awe over Celestia’s Kingdom.
“Follow me.” said Cadence.
They walked into Celestia's castle. April was amazed. She looked around, so she was a little behind.
Cadence once again lead them to the Elements of Harmony. Except, the element of Loyalty’s color was fading.
“What’s wrong with that one?” asked Mikey.
“It has been detached from it’s owner for too long.” said Cadence. “If it’s owner does not come soon, it will disappear forever.”
“Really nice castle!” said April. The closer she got to the element of Loyalty, the brighter it’s color became.
“Wait,” said Leo. “Take a few steps back, April.”
April did. The more steps she took, the more the element lost it’s color.
“That’s it!” said Cadence. “April, you are the element of Loyalty!”
That night:
The turtles decided to stay the night in the castle, because April sensed something was going to happen.
She was right. Gilda and Starlight Glimmer were going to make their move.
They were going to steal Princess Celestia and Princess Luna’s crown.
When everyone in the castle was asleep, they snuck into the castles. Star went to Luna’s castle, and Gilda went to Celestia’s castle.
“Okay,” whispered Gilda. “Be very quiet.”
“Got it.” Star whispered back.
Starlight reached the castle. She cast a spell to sneak in past the guards. Once inside, She went to Luna’s bedroom, and stole her crown.
One down, one to go.
April’s senses were exploding in her mind so much, it woke her up. She heard someone else in the castle, but no one else could hear.
She walked out of the room, and saw Gilda, leaving with the crown.
“Stop!” said April.
"Not a chance.” said Gilda. She hit April with her wing. The blow was so powerful, April was knocked unconscious.
That morning:
April woke up. Her hands and feet were tied. She was in the Celestia’s dungeon. She saw Starlight and Gilda with the crowns.
“You won’t get away with this.” said April.
“We already have.” said Gilda. They locked the door, and left April.
Princess Luna flew as fast as she could to her sister’s kingdom.
“Your crown was stolen, too?” she asked her sister.
“Yes.” Celestia said sadly.
“Where’s April?” asked Donnie.
“Did the thief kidnap her?” asked Luna.
“We must find out. The element of loyalty might lead us to her. It is again losing it’s color.” said Cadence.
The three Princesses flew up with the elements of harmony in a chest, but the element of loyalty was held by Cadence. Luna and Celestia were carrying the turtles with their horns.
“We’re just getting farther.” said Cadence. They flew the other way, and the element lead them to Celestia’s dungeon.
It was right there the whole time.
“Seriously?” said Raph.
They walked into the dungeon, and freed April.
“Hello, former Princesses.” said a voice. They turned around, and saw Gilda and Starlight.
“Give us back the crowns!” said Mikey.
“Never.” said Starlight. They put on the crowns. With a powerful magic spell, both crowns turned navy blue. Starlight got wings, and Gilda got a horn.
They were alicorns.
“No!” said Celestia.
“We are now royalty!” said Gilda.
They started to fight each other. April hid the elements of harmony, without being seen.
Gilda and Starlight were incredibly powerful, now that they had alicorn magic. They couldn’t be stopped. Starlight’s Staff of Sameness turned into a real and powerful one.
While the turtles and the Princesses were badly hurt, the new alicorns were not. It’s like they were never even touched.
“Face it.” said Gilda. “You can’t defeat us.
“Forget this.” said Celestia. She grabbed the elements of harmony, and threw them in the air.
Leonardo got the element of Generosity.
Donatello got the element of Honesty.
Raphael got the element of Kindness.
Michelangelo got the element of Laughter.
April got the element of Loyalty, which appeared on her fan.
And Cadence got the element of Magic.
They attacked Gilda and Starlight. With that attack, the villains and the crowns were turned back to normal.
Gilda and Star were put in the dungeon.
“They’ll be in there for a while.” said Celestia.
“Thank you.” said Cadence.
The turtles and April bowed while sitting on one knee, and the Princesses bowed.
“I will now send you home.” said Luna.
“Wait.” said April.
“What is it?” asked Donnie.
“I sense something coming,” said April. “and it’s not going to be pretty.”
The turtles waited as long as they could, but nothing happened. They decided to just go home. But April swore she wasn’t lying...
