Broken Dreams
She tossed and turned as someone was trying to wake her up, not opening her eyes a bucket of water was thrown over her sending her shooting from her laying position. She looked at the pony; who was taller then her.
"Celestia! Why did you do that?!" Luna asked as she climbed out of bed still socked.
"You need to..." Luna shook herself down flinging water everywhere. "Set the moon."
"What time is it?" Luna asked as she stopped.
"Half 8... I think. Just set the moon." Celestia said in frustration and left.
Luna walked onto the balcony and performed her task while looking down. There's that dream again... Who in Equestria is she. I think she's one of Twilight's friends, after all she did help in freeing me... The sun rose as Luna smiled.
She walked out of her room as she was greeted by her night guard. "Morning, Princess. Sleep well?"
"Yeah Um. Can you get a message to Twilight for me please?"
"Twilight Sparkle?"
"Yes please."
"Okay I'm on it."
The guard walked away as Luna walked down the corridor. She hadn't really had the time to talk to her sister so she went to visit her while on duty. Opening the doors and caught her older sister off guard. She was standing by the sink with a plate at the side and for her she was cleaning herself up. Now on her plate made Luna laugh Celestia swung her head around.
"Luna?!"
"I thought you stopped with this?"
"I'm sorry."
"Too much cake can make a pony fat. Like the little extra weight your supporting." Luna said making a gesture at her stomach.
"Hey... Okay."
Celestia levitated the plate and placed it in the fridge. "I'm going to eat that later."
Luna sighed as Celestia walked over and placed her hoof upon Luna's shoulder. "Is there something troubling you sister?"
"Not really." Her voice sounded shaky.
"Luna?"
"I don't know."
"Luna!"
"Celestia... I don't want to talk about it. I'm going to.."
"Luna. I'm your sister you can tell me anything."
"Well not this." She turned around and ran out.
"Luna! Luna!!!"
Celestia chased after her. Luna was stopped by her guard. "Twilight has asked you to come down to see her."
"Okay!" Luna dashed past him as Celestia did the same.
Making her way to a dead end Celestia smiled, then the curtains blew. Luna jumped out of the open window, Celestia gasped and made a run for the window only to see Luna flying towards Ponyville.
"I'll get it out of you!" Celestia shouted as Luna flew faster.

Luna landed at the golden oaks library, she looked around as it was becoming foggy. The door opened as someone spoke.
"Alright thanks Twilight."
"It's okay Applejack."
"Get ready for the best-est birthday you have ever had."
"Sugar I don't think best-est is a word."
"She's right Pinkie I'll see you guys tomorrow."
Twilight spotted Luna with her head looking another way. "Hello Princess Luna."
Her head swung around.
"Howdy Princess."
"Hiya Princess."
Pinkie and Applejack walked away as Twilight looked at her with some concern.
"You okay?"
Luna walked over to her as Twilight let her in, she walked in and quickly sat down in the middle of the room. Twilight closed the door and turned around to see she was sat down in the middle.
"Is there something bothering you?"
"Yes... It's about somepony."
"Who?"
"I don't know her though."
"Her?"
"Yeah."
"Describe her."
"Well... Unicorn, cornflower blue eyes and purple styled mane."
"Rarity?"
"I don't know her name." Luna said.
Twilight levitated a picture over and floated it in front of Luna's face. "Yeah her!"
"Rarity."
"It's been every night since I returned from the moon. I thought it were lots of broken dreams. That will sort out on the third day of my return, but I was wrong." Luna said looking down as there were three tentative knocks.
Twilight turned around and walked over, opening it to see Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash.
"Hi Fluttershy, Rainbow."
"There's a problem we need you." Rainbow said.
"With what?"
"Um... Rarity has been... Hurt."
"How?"
"Applejack." Dash said as Twilight smiled.
"I need to catch up on studying. Why doesn't Princess Luna help you."
Luna looked up. "What."
"Please Princess.... She's out cold." Shy said.
Luna got up. She walked out of Twilight's house and followed Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash to the Apple's farm. Arriving Rarity was on the ground as for Applejack; she was getting a lecture.
"What happened?" Luna asked.
"Princess." Apple Bloom said.
"I forgot to look behind me. I bucked Rarity's legs." Applejack said.
Luna walked over to see a bloody blanket over Rarity's front legs. "I'll fix this."
Applejack nodded. Luna looked at Big Macintosh, Apple Bloom, Rainbow then Fluttershy. They all nodded. Luna turned back to Rarity, her horn glowed as a dark glow appeared on her legs. A loud crack was heard, everyone flinched as Rarity woke up screaming.
"AHH!"
"Shhh."
She stopped as Luna smiled, Rarity relaxed staring into Luna's carm eyes.
"Thanks Prince...." Rarity was interrupted by Luna.
"Don't call me Princess."
"We'll leave you to it." The other five walked away as Luna laid next to Rarity.
"Okay Luna, what happened and why am I coated in blood... Which is stained in my coat!"
"I'll clean it... Anyways Applejack kicked you."
"I must have walked behind her... How come you came all the way from Canterlot, only to help me."
Luna flushed a deep red. "That's a funny story."
"I could do with a laugh."
"It's not that funny to be honest with you."
"Than what is it?"
"I came to Twilight to talk about this mare I saw in my dream. Every night I had a dream about her. I love her. And to Twilight your the mare."
Rarity blushed, her cheeks a rose pink color. "You love.... Me?"
Luna looked over the horizon. "Yeah I do.... Your so beautiful. Which I want to get to know you, be with you. Even though I know nothing about you. I'll be able to learn." She turned to Rarity. "Do you love me?"
Rarity laid thinking, unable to find her words. She's... asking me that? Of course I do... Since I've met her, but I don't want to come on to fast. The long period of silence was enough to let Luna know she doesn't. She got up only for Rarity to speak.
"Luna?"
Luna turned around only to be right close to her.
"You are tall. Come closer." Luna leaned down only to be kissed.
Her lips pressed tightly against Luna's, too forced, as if she expected this kiss to be their last and wanted to savor it for eternity. Rarity's lips was smooth, supple. her bottom lip pursed tightly over Luna's. The kiss was nothing to any previous moment in Luna's past life, before she was sent away for 1000 years. It was a kiss of affection, deep passion. igniting from both of their hearts and coursing through both of their lips, causing an electrical surge between them. Luna sat down making it easier for Rarity. Then Luna's eyes shot open as Rarity's tongue pushed past her lips and picked a fight, Luna being a lot stronger won the battle. Pulling away the two were left painting.
"Of course I love you." Rarity said between breaths.
Luna smiled and laid down while getting rid of the blood covered blanket and cleaning Rarity's coat problem. Rarity laughed and laid down next to Luna. Her wings spread out and the left one hugged Rarity closer, they both got settled down then drifted off to sleep.
