Welcome To Equestria
Hello all you fellow pony fans out there,
You're all humanoids that wear underwear.
It seems so normal to all of you,
But for ponies its different between you two.
Now, to explain exactly what I'm doing here,
Time to move forward and switch to the first gear.
I'm here to tell you a story in rhyme about some ponies that live in the magical land of Equestria.
A story of six special mares guided by friendship and all chosen by Princess Celestia.
They live in a town called Ponyville.
A small town that sits below a hill.
Now to introduce the ponies,
To all those who aren't bronies.
First there's Twilight Sparkle, the element of magic.
The story of her life is not at all tragic.
She hatched a baby dragon from an egg.
His name is Spike, he likes to lay in bed.
Then there's the pink party pony by the name of Pinkie Pie.
She wasn't born with wings, she's an earth pony and can't fly.
She bakes sweets for the ponies,
But none for all the bronies.
She enjoys baking cupcakes,
Yes, that's what she bakes.
She the element of laughter,
Not destruction and disaster.
She enjoys silliness and fun,
And won't quit until she's done.
Next comes the element of honesty, her name is Applejack.
She lives on a farm and has a big brother called Big Mac.
She works hard bucking apples all day,
And doesn't have time left over to play.
She sells apples in carts,
She has a large heart.
She always tells the truth and tries her hardest not to lie.
She also bakes the most amazing apple pie.
Her little sister, Apple Bloom, is the youngest of the three,
She lives on the farm, but she's never bucked a single tree.
Poor old Granny Smith lives there too,
She doesn't work, for if she did, she might snap a bone in two.
And now for Rainbow Dash, the most loyal of them all.
Loyalty is her element and she'd never let it fall.
Her dream is to become a Wonderbolt.
She's a mare, not a stallion or a colt.
She probably saves money in her bank
And plays with her tortoise pet, Tank.
Now, the regal Rarity, the element of generosity.
She's always wanted to live in the big city.
She's a fashion designer with a younger sister.
Though she's still a loner, and never found her mister.
She once fell for a horrible, mean prince,
She's learned her lesson and hasn't again ever since.
The last of the six is the sweet Fluttershy,
If you've been misbehaving, don't look her in the eye.
Her element is kindness, and to that she stays true.
She takes care of all animals, and she loves nature too.
Her cutie mark is made up of three pink butterflies.
It happened when she was a little filly and fell from the skies.
She's a scared little pony with blueish-green eyes.
When she gets frightened, she can't bring herself to rise.
Those are the six special ponies in Equestria.
All of them chosen by the Princess Celestia.
For together they defeated the evil Nightmare Moon,
And saved sweet Princess Luna from her impending doom.
This is where my story must end,
But perhaps one day we might meet again.
These mares will save Equestria when danger is near,
Holding their friendship tight, with nothing to fear.
The smoke rises until the sky is once again clear,
And the power of ponies can be seen through a mirror.
