In an Alternnate Universe the Mane 6 were unable to defeat Tirek, sensing Tireks immense power Goku uses Instant Transmission to go to Equestria to face him.
This is a story where Mlp:Fim meets Dragon ball Z in an alternate universe,where the Mane 6 were unable to defeat Tirek and are in dire need of assistance and who better to give that assistance than Earth's greatest hero?! (My first story ever, i'm extremely amateurish to so if you have tips it'd be greatly appreciated!
On that fateful day in Equestria, The battle between Twilight and Tirek had ended and the deal for Twilight's friends for all the alicorn magic in Equestria had been made. The Mane 6 retreated to the Tree of Harmony, but before the 6 can use their keys to open the chest Discord begins to laugh maniacally.
"What's so funny?" Rainbow asked, raising an eyebrow.Discord only grinned at the ponies, as they stared at him with confusion.
"I must really thank you six for forgiving me so easily, and taking me to the only thing that could stop me and my partner," Discord said with a smug face. "Of course i am a pretty good actor, for making you all believe that i reformed."
Twilight, ever the optimist assumed this was just another one of Spirit of chaos' jokes. "Perhaps you've forgotten, but your, "partner" took your magic as well."
"Oh is that so Twilight, then what do you call this?" Discord snapped his fingers to create cages around the six ponies."I suppose this is what you call magic, correct?"
Applejack tried to buck the cage open to no avail, while Rainbow Dash just wanted to get her hooves on Discord to teach him a lesson in the magic of flank kicking or whatever it is discord has.
"We saw Tirek take your magic away, how come you still have power?" Applejack asked with a face of confusion.
"Well, in most stories after the villain thinks they have the advantage over the hero or in this case heroines they still find a way to rise against the odds and win. We'd rather not take any chances, so we used a little illusion spell to make it seem that Tirek stole my power all for the sake of gaining your trust and finding out if you have a trump card, and it just so happens that you do have one my little ponies. One that will, unfortunately for you, be taken by us."Discord explained.
The ground began to shake as Tirek grew closer."Ah and here comes the guest of honor, we should meet him half-way it's only fair right girls" Discord said as he snapped his fingers teleporting the Mane 6 and the chest to Tirek himself.
"Well,well,well i see my associate here was right after all, you indeed have more power stored in this chest, correct?" Tirek said with a menacing grin."Oh and Discord?"
"Yes partner?"asked the draconequus while still basking in his victory over the 6.
Tirek grabbed Discord holding him up to his face, "I don't have all the magic in Equestria if you still have some, so it seems your services are no longer needed." Tirek began to truly take Discords chaos energy and set his eyes to the chest next.
"Tirek no!" Yelled Twilight, as the centaur used his magic to slowly turn the key's to the chest one by one just to make the moment more dramatic.
"Finally all the magic in Equestria will be mine as soon as i turn this last key!" Tirek yelled closing his eyes to laugh.
The chest simply vanished, before the final key was turned.
"What th-" Tirek was struck by an unknown force. "Who's there!?" he yelled.
Standing in front of the Mane 6's cages was a creature wearing orange attire.
"Someone who doesn't plan on letting you hurt innocent animal's." said the creature.
Tirek regaining his composure seems a little shocked to see this creature he's never seen before,"What and who are you?"
The creature smirked, "I'm a Saiyan from Earth and my name is Goku!"
"-But Chi-Chi fighting Majin Buu made me so hungry that i can eat a mountain of your cooking!" say's goku to his wife.
"Listen Goku i still need to go buy groceries which means no food for now, you may have saved the world again but that doesn't exactly get us income. If you want something so bad go and catch some fish and bring them back here to cook!" Said Chi-Chi annoyed with Goku's complaining.
Cringing at Chi-Chi's tone, Goku decides that is a pretty good idea so he set's out to his favorite fishing spot and manages to catch some pretty large fish when he hears a voice in his head.
"Goku can you hear me?" King Kai said to Goku telepathically.
Surprised by the sudden contact by King Kai, Goku dropped his latest catch which was also his biggest yet. "Aw man, King Kai you made me drop the biggest catch ever!" pouted Goku.
"Goku this is serious we have a problem!" The Kai expressed with a worried tone.
"Oh sorry hehe, so what's up?"
"Come to my planet, i need to show you something"
Goku used his Instant Transmission technique learned on planet Yardrat to quickly travel to King Kai's little planet.
"So what's up King Kai, what did you want to show me?" said Goku smiling at King Kai
King Kai turned to face away from Goku, "I fear we have a problem Goku, i sense a sinister power in a neighboring universe and it is growing stronger."
Goku tried to sense this sinister energy for himself but couldn't."You sure? I don't feel a thing."
"Place your hand on my shoulder,i'll help you sense it."
The hero does what he's asked and finally senses the evil.
"Whoa, that's some strength i want to see for myself who this is!" Goku says ecstatically.
"You never seem to change Goku, you're always looking to find new challenges no matter the odd's.Now if you focused more on comedy you'd be the funniest man alive! Anyways this universe is a lot different from our own, so be ready for anything, got it tough guy?"
Goku smirked as he put two fingers to his forehead getting ready to use Instant Transmission to get to the new universe "Got it, whoa it feels like he just got another power boost, i'd better hurry!" Said Goku just before he teleported away.
Goku appeared on what seemed to be replica of Earth. There was tree's,grass,and even a blue sky, it seemed like he teleported back to Earth except for the feeling of an enormous power nearby.
"This does seem like Earth but i know for sure this isn't home since that dark presence is near here...wait a sec, i also sense several weaker presences right next to the big one so he may be hurting them i gotta hurry!"Goku thought to himself as he began to make haste to the dark energy.
Spotting a rather large creature up ahead in the clearing of some mountains Goku decided to hide so he could assess the situation.
"Whoa that goat looking thing seems to be absorbing that other..things strength, and i can feel it getting stronger! So he's like Cell,taking others energy to make himself stronger. At least he didn't kill that other creature."
For those who don't know, Cell is a character in Dragon Ball Z who absorbed other being's to get stronger that's why Goku's comparing him to Tirek. On with the story :D
Squinting his eyes to focus on what the goat looking creature did, Goku noticed several cages with pony's inside them and a purple one seeming to look desperate when the goat creature was unlocking a chest.
"That's odd,i sense an incredible power within that chest. I think that thing is going to become much more of a challenge if he opens it, but i want to see what he's got right now so..." Goku quickly closed the distance between him and the large creature,blind siding it with a punch so he could take the chest and place it next to the 6 ponies in the cages.
"What th-" the creature said. "Who's there!?" he yelled.
"Someone who doesn't plan on letting you hurt innocent animal's." Goku said heroically
The creature regaining it's composure seems a little shocked to see Goku,"What and who are you?"
The Saiyan smirked, "I'm a Saiyan from Earth and my name is Goku!"
The two fighters glared at each other for what seemed to be an eternity when in reality it's been a minute.
"I see you're just a power hungry menace who'd rather steal, than earn his strength!"Said Goku grimacing.
"Why earn it, when it's much more convenient, and fun to take it from others."The centaur said with a smug look."Besides once i unlock that chest all of Equestria's power will belong to me,its my birth right!"
"Now you're just being insane, someone need's to teach you not mess with other peopl- er ponies lives and i'll be glad to volunteer."
Being close enough to the cages, Goku felt something tugging at his pants. A purple pony with a horn and wings was trying to get his attention.
"Sir, you need to get out of here while you can, Tirek can steal energy and magic!" The alicorn pleaded clearly worried for the Saiyan "It's all my fault i wasn't able to stop him, and now my friends are paying the price." She said as she shed a tear.
Goku had a new found respect for the little pony, after hearing that she feared for his safety and felt that she had to stop Tirek for her friends. "Hey, you tried to protect your friends and that's what counts! I can't tell you how much my friends mean to me so i know where you're coming from, you just need to keep going no matter what, for their sake.
Twilight had shown traits of a true friend and this was enough for Goku to make a decision that was extremely risky but worth it.
"Hey, whats your name?"Asked Goku.
"Twilight Sparkle,why?"The confused Twilight asked tilting her head.
"I like to know the names of my friends!"Goku said with a thumbs up."Let me see what this Tirek is made of, after that i'll leave it to up to you."
Finally having enough of being ignored Tirek speaks. "Hey! I grow weary of this friendship talk, let's get this over with,i want to repay you for that punch you dealt me earlier." Tirek yelled.
"Heh, you're right, sorry to keep you waiting let's get this party started!"
Tirek rushed Goku's position,leaping high into the air in an attempt to crush the Saiyan. Stomping onto the ground Tirek thought he had crushed Goku,only to feel his hoof slowly raising up involuntarily."Impossible!"
"Whew,you're a heavy one!" Goku managed to lift Tireks hoof "Ha!Uh oh.." Tirek snatched Goku up with his large hands.
"I wonder how much your bones can take before breaking!" Tirek then proceeded to tighten his grip on Goku. I wonder what your energy tastes like, lets have a try shall we." Opening his mouth wide, the centaur began absorbing the Saiyans energy.
Not good, i have to break out now before he actually manages to gain the advantage! Goku thought to himself. Wait somethings not right! I can't transform into a super saiyan!?
