from back to the future to doctor who to ponies the list will go on as our heroes are gathered to take part in a historic journey to fix the universe
At the end of the movie Back to the future. Marty Mcfly is left by Doc Brown in his time train , Marty realizes he has got to find his friend, he finds a machine that sends him across the universe and drops him in the Tardis from doctor who, The Doctor and Marty try to find doctor brown who gives them a tour of the new time train. Which sends them bouncing between dimensions. Picking up friends like Twilight Sparkle and Ditzy Doo to help save the universe from collapsing within its self.
OCT 27th 1985 11:25 AM Shortly after Doc Brown, his family and Einstein departed in his time traveling train for the last time. Marty and Jennifer stood there at the railroad tracks. Looking at the picture they had taken at the town festival in 1885, They walked to Marty's truck, and he drove Jennifer home, when Marty got home he threw the sleeping bags in the back of the truck and stopped by Doc's old place. Walking in dropping the key under the mat as he did so many times before. He couldn't help but feel sad, his friend had left him after all their adventures together. Walking around the garage passing by some of the Doc's crazy inventions, on his way over to the table; which held a demonstration of the lightning strike in 1955. He pulled back a dusty brown tarp that had been covering the model for years.
Smirking, "he never had time to paint it." Marty said. Walking around the table he tripped on a bolt, that had been lying on the floor; plummeting to the ground on his stomache. He laid there on the concrete for a moment and groaned "uuuh" rolling over and looking up at the underside of the table. There was a note taped to the table, he quickly rose to his feet peeling the note back. Hoping it was a letter from his old friend; a gleam in his eye as he unfolded the paper to read aloud.
"West 4th, storage facility, one- eight- two- eight- one. " With a moment of perplexity, he looked at the paper and checked his surroundings, looking behind him to see if anyone was there. To his relief there wasn't. Quickly realizing it was an address and storage number. He bolted out of the building and jumped into the large black Toyaota truck and drove to his destination excited,worried, and confused all at once. He kept thinking to him self "is this a message? What am I doing?" Racing down the highway, he hoped to find out what was going on. By the time he got on the overpass, he looked over and saw a huge shipping yard with tons of storage buildings. "That's the one!" Pushing the accelerator down to the floor, he slowly started to notice it was a busy day and he hadn't seen a car since the Doc left.As Marty pulled up to the toll gate he noticed the shipping yard had no people in it, even the toll booth was closed.
"Somethings wrong here." Marty said he quickly got out of the truck and ran down the street checking inside store after store, all empty. "Doc where are you!" Marty screamed at the sky" Marty got in the truck. Fastened his seat belt and backed up. He then proceeded, to ram into the fence tearing it appart. Stopping inside the shipyard and getting out. He looked at the storage numbers and realized; He was going to be there for a while. After one hour of looking. He got to storage number 18210, and ran down the Storage aisles. Finally reaching his number. There was no lock on the unit. Pulling the door up, He couldnt see what was inside quite well yet.
Because the sun was seeping through. When he regained vision. He saw a machine that took up the walls of the unit. In the middle was a large plate of glass. That was supported by a metal base. With wires on the floor. Going from the base to the machine. There was a large switch on the machine. With both hands tried flipping it up. It didn't budge, Again with all his might. It snapped up and the machine activated, Lights were flickering everywhere, The glass plate started to glow a neon purple and soon developed a swirl of colors inside it. Marty tried touching it. But the glass was still solid. He then started turning knobs and flipping small relay switches on the machine.
Until it made a loud sound. As if it were that of a guitar amp, Turned all the way up. He tried touching the glass again. But before his finger penetrated the glass. He noticed a sticker next to a digital screen and 6 radio knobs. That said set to 12 23 2012 11 00 88. After setting all the numbers to the correct setup. He then proceeded to touch the glass, This time his hand started getting the purple stuff on it, It was freezing cold, He quickly moved his hand out. But the purple glow was rising through his body,
After blacking out, he woke up in a rounded large room. With a console in the middle. Slowly walking around the odd console. With its many screens and knobs. He saw a door at the bottom of a ramp, He proceeded to walk to it but before he could open the door. A british male voice stopped him. "I wouldn't touch that if I were you" Said the man.
Without turning around, marty responded "Why not?"
The man said "Well," He said with a sigh "We're in space."
Marty quickly turned around. "What?" he said
The man continued. "Space , the infinite beyond."
Marty had a puzzled look on his face. "You're kidding right? Are you telling me... That we are in a space ship?"
"Yep... Oh! I'm the Doctor by the way. Who are you then?" Said the man
Marty slid his back against the railing. Sitting on the floor. "Huh? Oh um, Marty, Sorry? The Doctor? Doctor who?"
"Just the Doctor." He exclaimed. "Now then, I picked you up, Using a field transmogrifier, How'd you get it and why did you land here. In my ship?"
"Well its not like I picked where I was going to end up! I was just trying to find the Doc!"
"Oh, Hello, You found me!" The Doctor said excitedly.
"Not you! I was trying to find. The! Doc! , Doc Brown." Said Marty angrily.
"Who's he then? A friend?" The Doctor said questioning him.
"You wouldn't even begin to believe me if I told you." said Marty in a depressing tone.
"Try me, I'm the lord of time, I fly around in a little blue box, I've lost more people than you could believe" Said the Doctor. Now leaning over the rails, Looking down at Marty.
"Lord of what?" Said a now wide eyed Marty?
"Lord of time. I'm from a race called time lords, I'm a Time traveler you wouldn't understand" said the Doctor calmly.
Marty rose to his feet. "Time traveler?, Thats it, The doc didn't set that number as a date. It was a code, twelve- twenty- three- two- thousand- twelve- eleven- zero- eighty- eight. You can travel through time right." Marty said in a fast toned anxious voice.
"What?... What?... Who is this Doctor Brown?" said the now confused Doctor
"A time traveler you wouldn't understand." said marty in a sly voice.
"Planet, Year, Date, Coordinates! What have you got!" Said the doctor now rushing to the controls frantically pressing buttons and hitting the console with a hammer, in various places.
"I don't know." Said Marty now saddened.
"We'll find him Marty don't worry!" Said the Doctor.
"Whats his full name." Said the Doctor.
"Emmett Lathrop Brown. But how are you going to find him?" said marty
"Oh just you watch me!" said the Doctor. The inside of the ship was now shaking and sparks were flying from corners of the room and console.
"Marty it wasn't coordinates to my ship, That was pure coincidence." he's in that date, December twenty- third- two thousand and twelve."
"Great!" yelled Marty now holding on for dear life. The ship stopped and they slowly got back on their feet.
"We've landed now. I'd like to meet this doctor brown." Marty slowly opened the doors of the time machine. Seeing kids riding by a residential street on bikes. the Doctor following Marty behind him. Marty inspected the outside of the ship. circling around it several times
"Its a Box. A Wooden box... It's.. It's.." Stammered Marty.
"Bigger on the inside?" Said the Doctor.
"Oh this is heavy" Said Marty.
"I don't know. I've never tried picking it up. But I wouldn't imagine it'd be too heavy." Said the Doctor with a boyish grin.
"Little blue box, Just like I said. TARDIS, Time and Relative Dimension in Space, T-A-R-D-I-S" said the Doctor.
"Marty?" said a familiar voice.
"Marty! is that you!" the man said again
Marty turned around from looking at the Tardis.
"Doc!" Marty said opening the gate of the white picketed fence and running up to him. To hug Doc.
"How are you here?" said Emmett in a confused face
"I used your instructions under the table, For the field trans-, Transmo-" Marty tried saying
"Field Transmogrifier, You know he could have been killed with that little stunt you pulled." The Doctor chimed in.
"Who are you?" said Emmett releasing Marty from their hug.
"I'm the Doctor." He exclaimed.
"The Doctor of what?" Said Emmett
"Just The Doctor" He Said Proudly.
"He's a time traveler too" Said Marty.
"But that's impossible" Said Emmett.
"That's right , I'd like to see your time machine. If you don't mind." Said the Doctor, Now eager to see. how another person posessed such capabilities.
"Right! The Time Train is this way." Said Emmett.
"Time train? Its a train?" said the Doctor happily, As they walked in the house.
"This doesn't look like the future." Said Marty, Looking at the house's interior.
The Doctor and Emmett stopped and turned to him, "Marty all those events. That happened in twenty fifteen. Were never supposed to happen, I went back to that date after traveling in the past with Clara and the boys to see what was going on. I found an alien called a Dalek that wa-" Emmett said being stopped by the doctor
"You met a Dalek?" he said with a serious look
"Yes you don't ever want to meet one. It's an alien from out- " he stopped
"You already know all of this don't you." said Emmett
The Doctor nodded "How did you survive" He said with worry"
"I made a quick dimensional; transporter. That shifts them into a space in time where seconds do not exist." Said Emmett.
"Oh I like you." Said the Doctor, as they continued walking to the elevator.
"You have a lift in your house" said the Doctor
"I installed it for Clara because she didn't like my experiments in the house. So I made a lab in the basement. The elevator goes to the roof as well" Said Emmett
Upon reaching the roof. Emmett pressed a button on the wall. Opening a dome styled sun shield. "Doc after you left in the time train. Everyone disappeared on Earth."
"They did?" Said both the Doctor and Emmett
"Yeah I was the last one there. After I took Jen home."
"Clara will be back in about an hour she's out getting groceries with the boys" Said Emmett
Emmett pressed the next button on the wall. A large platform on the roof flipped over. With a now stationary Time Train on it. "Now that is beautiful" said the Doctor
"Would you like to look inside?" Said Emmett
"Oh yes please." The Doctor said.
Emmett pressed a button on his keys. To unlock and bring down the stairs. "Oh wow" The Doctor said, climbing in the train. "Your converting coal into cold fusion?" The Doctor remarked.
"Yeah, It can supply power. To the flying circuits and the time circuits" Said Emmett.
"It flys?" Said the doctor
"Of course!. Marty come on, Lets take her for a spin" Said Emmett, Poking his head out of the time train. Marty climbed in the train. The Doctor set the date, three minutes in the future.
"Alright, now pull that lever down. and the knob to the right" Said Emmett They flew up and shot into the future with ease, Upon Re-entry they were getting out realizing it wasn't their time at all.
"no! no! no!" Emmett said looking at the now steaming time circuits. The Doctor waved a blue light across them. Making a noise and said "Oh My, We haven't gone forward three minutes. We've jumped a whole dimension. That's not even possible anymore!"
"Doc!" Screamed Marty looking outside. Both Doctors turned around and looked outside.
"How..." Said Emmett
"Not again!" The doctor said, looking at his hands "Hah they're still here."
"Of course they are!" Said Emmett
"No you don't understand. you know what you'll find out." said The Doctor.
"Wait, so Where are we exactly doc?" said a wide eyed Marty as he looked over the hill they were standing on.
"I believe we've been sucked into a children's cartoon my son Vern has grown a liking to." Said Emmett
"this is no cartoon this is the real deal." Said The Doctor as he started waving his sonic in the air
"yep exactly the same, and only a day after I left, Fantastic!" he exclaimed
"WATCH OUT!" A scream could be heard in the distance. A large grey blob slammed into Marty making him slide back three feet.
"I'm so so sorry, please forgive me!" It said as Marty was helped up. Emmett stared at the Grey figure Speechless, The Doctor smiled as Marty rubbed his eyes
"Whoa You're not a pony" She exclaimed
"P-P-Pony?.....You can talk!" Marty said The Doctor started laughing, Emmett Just stood there looking at the Grey Mare,observing it's every move
"This is real?" said Emmett
"Oh Yes" said The Doctor, Hello Miss hooves. he smiled The grey mare recognized the voice, "Doctor!, You look different, did you style you're mane different?"
"Yes miss hooves" Said The Doctor,
"I thought after queen chrysalis you would have left us for good, It's so good to see you again, who are you're friends?" said the Grey mare.
"This is Marty" Said The Doctor
"Hi" Marty said now sitting on the grass with his head between his knees
"and this is -" The Doctor was stopped
"Hello I'm Doctor Emmett Brown" Said Emmett
"Another Doctor! Oh I'm sorry my name is Ditzy Doo!" She said with joy
"Oh Jesus..." Said Marty
"A rather more important question miss hooves, Why did you fall?"
"heh well you see.. I saw these three large blue explosions and I followed them, and then I tripped over a cloud and well you know the rest" She said in a sheepish tone. Marty stood up "Alright! let me get this straight! you're a Talking flying horse?"
"Pony" The doctor and Emmett replied in sync
"Whatever same shit" Marty said in an annoyed voice
"What has gotten you so upset I thought you were up for an adventure" said The Doctor in a confused tone.
"I've never done something like this, I've only ever Time traveled!" Said Marty
"How are we gonna get back?" He continued
"Calm down We'll make the proper repairs to the Time Train as soon as we find out why we're here" said the Doctor
"What do you mean why we're here the time circuits malfunctioned!" said Marty
"My TARDIS can answer calls to someone or somepony who really needs it, I was not aware that Mr Brown's machine could do that as well"
"It can't, well it's not supposed to be able to anyways" Emmett exclaimed.
"Alright then! Miss hooves are you ready to assist?" The doctor asked.
"Always Doctor, but Twilight did say next time you came here to come see her so we should probably do that." said Ditzy.
"Well you know what they say!" The doctor said smiling
"Alonzy!" said Ditzy and The Doctor in sync
As the four of them walked into Ponyville Emmett and Ditzy talked about equine society "Remarkable!" Emmett said "An egalitarian society that actually works!"
"Yup and it's all thanks to our princesses who bring us the sun and the moon each day" Ditzy Smiled
"Astounding Truly Astounding" Emmett continued Marty Sprinted up to the Doctor
"So where are you from Doctor" he asked
"Gallifrey" The Doctor said bluntly
"wheres that?" Said Marty
"It's not anywhere anymore, My planet was destroyed in the great time war, I'm the last of my kind, last of the time lords" Said the Doctor
"So you are like an alien?" Marty asked.
"You're an alien to me" The doctor said with a smug remark
"Here we are! Ponyville!" Said Ditzy
"Pony-Ville?" Marty said smiling
"Absolutely Breathtaking" Emmett said showing his enthusiasm, looking over the buildings as unicorns enjoyed fine dining at an outdoor restaurant while Pegasi were kicking clouds in the sky.
"There's Twilight's place over there" Ditzy said as she pointed at the golden oaks library The Doctor Knocked on the door and the four of them waited "Coming!" A voice from the inside said. she opened the door and looked out
"Can I help Yo-" she paused while looking at the three humans.
"I brought the doctor just like you asked" Ditzy said happily.
"c-come in, please..." Twilight said astonished. The four of them proceeded to walk into the large tree home.
"I just made tea Would any of you care for some?" Twilight said as she cleared the book clutter from the couches "sorry for the mess, My assistant is out of town due to royal business" She said as she entered the kitchen
"Yes please" said the doctor
"No thank you" said Emmett
"I'm fine" Marty said as he sat on the couch
"I'll just go help her" said ditzy Twilight overhearing this responded quickly
"Stay out of my kitchen Ditzy - I mean, No... thank you I've got it." Twilight soon returned with a tray setting the cups, tea pot, sugar and milk on the coffee table in the living room.
"I brought you two some cups in case you change your minds" She said before sitting down
"Thank you" Emmett responded as Marty simply nodded in the purple unicorns direction As the doctor started adding sugar and milk to his cup of tea, he started to question the intent of twilight.
"Now, What is it you needed me for exactly?" He asked
"Right" Twilight used her magic to find a book at the other end of the library, After several moments of looking, twilight levitated a large dusty book and set it on the table, flipping through pages, she stopped , looked directly into The Doctors Eyes and said. What do you know, about the Weeping Changelings?
The fireplace illuminated the room with a soft orange flickering glow. Ditzy sat next to the Doctor drinking a cup of hot chocolate that seemed to contain more marshmallows than chocolate. Marty was sitting next to Emmett on the couch while twilight sat in front of the coffee table with the large dusty book in front of her. The Doctor moved to the edge of his seat with his hands under his mouth as if he were in deep thought. finally the silence was broken.
"Whats a Weeping changeling?" Marty said confused looking at the other patrons in the room. the others looked at Marty for a moment.
"We called them weeping angels where I Come from." The Doctor said in dismay.
"I don't believe I am familiar with the term." Emmett said looking at The Doctor for an answer.
"They are ponies who aren't really ponies, They are an imitation of a pony in stone." Twilight exclaimed.
"So a statue?" Marty Said confused
"Not exactly." The Doctor said.
"They can only move when you aren't looking at them. It's the best defense mechanism ever made." Said Twilight.
"Also the worst curse." The Doctor said.
"Recent studies have found that if you look into their eyes-" Twilight started.
"You'll become one yourself" The Doctor finished.
"Remarkable." Emmett said.
"So what about them?" Marty asked.
"That's just it. they have come back,but more strange things are happening."
"Strange things?" The Doctor asked.
"Yes ponies are disappearing, The sky turned purple the other day and there have been electrical storms in the past 3 days. That haven't been scheduled." Twilight said in a stern voice.
"when I left Hill Valley everyone was gone." Marty said.
"so it's not just in your universe, Interesting." The Doctor said.
"So What do we do?" Marty asked.
"you can all stay the here tonight. Yes you too Ditzy, I don't want you going home in this storm. We'll figure it out tomorrow." Twilight said closing the book and levitating it to the shelf
"I have some friends we can visit tomorrow maybe they also know something" she continued
"without my Tardis there's not too much i can do." Said The Doctor.
Emmett looked at the Doctor while talking. "And with the time train's circuits fried I can't do much either." That night Emmett laid on the couch with a blanket and The Doctor fell asleep in a chair. Ditzy was asleep in The Doctors lap she had missed her old friend. Twilight placed a blanket over them and smiled, ditzy moved in her sleep getting comftorable
"Thank you twilight." she mumbled. Twilight walked out of the room, a few hours later in the dark house Marty walked out of the kitchen with a glass of water into the dining Room, twilight sat at the Table writing in a scroll. She looked up at him.
"Couldn't sleep?" she said puzzled
"Ah, no.... No I can't" Marty said as he sat down at the stool in front of the table.
"Ah Wh-What are you writing there Twilight." "Oh just stories... Science fiction stories, About aliens coming to our planet." twilight said shyly
"Sounds like someone I know. Let me read some" Marty said as he tried to grab the scroll She covered her notes with her hooves
"Oh no I never let anyone read my stories, What if they-" Twilight started.
"If they didn't like them I know I know" Marty Said remembering his father.
"yeah..." Twilight said sighing.
"You don't know how we are going to fix this do you?" He said as he looked into the purple mare's eyes.
"Honestly..... I have no idea... But I know we will figure it out" she said sad.
"Yeah I suppose we will." Marty replied. The two of them stayed up all night talking about their different cultures and time travel experiences. The next morning Marty and Twilight walked into the living area to wake up their friends. The Doctor was already reading a pocket book, he closed it and put it in his trench coat, and nudged ditzy to wake up. She looked up at him embarrassed and hopped to the floor. The Doctor stood up and they all gathered around Emmett.
"Doc ya gotta get up." Marty said
Emmett sat up "I don't suppose you have coffee here?"
Twilight levitated a cup of coffee to Emmett "careful it's hot" she said as he grabbed the cup and started to drink.
"Alright now we have to visit apple-" Twilight started as the door swung open
"-jack" She finished looking at her orange earth pony friend.
"Twi Ya ain't gonna believe this but-" Applejack started as rainbow Dash flew into the room
"weeping changelings!" rainbow yelled
"Where!" Said The doctor and Ditzy in sync
They looked at each other and smiled it was just like old times. "Edge of the everfree forest, Fluttershy saw them"
"Where is she now?" Twilight asked worried.
"She's at rarity's scared." Rainbow Dash Said.
"OK I'll head over there with Marty. This is Marty, Emmett, And You know the Doctor." Said Twilight.
"Wait.... Doc? is that you?" Rainbow looked at The Doctor.
"Wheres your fur..." She continued.
"Sorry Miss Dash, I'm in my usual form this is what I usually look like." Said The Doctor
"Gross" Rainbow Dash said.
"Doctor you and Ditzy go see if you can find the weeping changelings." Twilight said.
"I'll come too." said Emmett.
"Actually I need you to go with rainbow dash and applejack to find pinkie." Said Twilight The Doctor and Ditzy ran off on their way to the everfree forest. Emmett walked with Rainbow Dash and Applejack to find Pinkie Pie.
"What does this Pinkie look like" Emmett said
"Well she's pink...." Applejack said.
"There's one" he said.
"That's Cheerilee, Pinkie Pie has balloons on her flank" Applejack said.
"Also she's the one that doesn't match the others." Rainbow said laughing.
"Oh I see. this is fantastic" Emmett said.
"What's fantastic sugarcube?" Applejack said.
"This whole world." Emmett said in excitement.
"How do ya figure?" Applejack said.
"Just different I guess" Emmett Said.
"Lets check sugarcube corner" Rainbow Dash said. They walked into sugarcube corner, Mrs Cake was at the counter.
"Hey girls who's your ... friend?" Mrs Cake said.
"This is Emmett hay Mrs Cake do you know where pinkie is?" applejack said.
"She said something about visiting her sister today" Mrs cake said smiling
"Which one?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"Maude Pie. She's a real sweet mare"
"Thank ya kindly" Applejack said
"It was a pleasure" Emmett said" They walked out of the sweets shop and headed to the train station
"So where is her sister?" Emmett asked.
"She lives at the Equestria rock farm." Applejack said.
"How long will it take to get there?" he asked.
"About 2 hours." Applejack responded
"Ugh boring" Rainbow Dash replied. They boarded the train and headed to the rock farm.
As Ditzy and The Doctor walked into the everfree forest. The creepiness of the forest had began to take its toll on Ditzy. "Man this place gives me the creeps" She said looking around.
"I don't see how you can be so afraid of this place." The doctor said looking around for something scary.
"yeah well not everypony can say they've been to the places you've been and seen the things you've seen Doctor." Ditzy exclaimed as she made her way toward The Doctor.
"Good point." The Doctor Replied.
"Tell me what are we supposed to do when we find one of these weeping changelings exactly Doctor." Ditzy asked looking up at him.
"we are going to have to run... while looking at them." he answered.
"oh..." she said wondering why they were in the forest to begin with.
"What's that." Ditzy said scared.
"What's what?" The Doctor asked.
"that! over there." she Said as she grabbed the doctor and started to fly towards it.
"H-hey! Miss hooves!, wait... what.... is that?" he said.
"ah nuh riht!" Ditzy tried saying with the doctors trench coat in her mouth.
"Miss Hooves don't talk with your mouth full." The Doctor said.
"harree" she said blushing.
They flew towards a blue light in the middle of everfree. but when they got close to it the light faded away, they landed slowly.
"Where'd it go!" Ditzy shouted now free of The Doctors trench coat.
"Quiet" The doctor whispered while motioning for her to stay still
He walked forward for a minute or so and waved his sonic screwdriver around. "I'm not picking up any signs of life nearby but us. lets head back." he said while looking at Ditzy.
"Doctor! come towards me.....NOW" she said while gritting her teeth as she backed away.
"what is it Miss hooves?" He said smiling.
"There's nothing around for miles" he said spinning around.
"Oh.." he said staring directly at a weeping changeling. with its hooves in a motion about to grab him.
"Ditzy" he said in a calm voice
"yes..." Ditzy replied
"don't blink, don't look away don't even think about blinking because the moment you do... that's when they grab you." The Doctor Said looking at the Weeping Changeling.
"you remember what i said about running earlier." he said.
"yes..." Ditzy replied focusing on not blinking.
"when i say so... run..." he said slowly backing away.
as he got to ditzy he moved his head to her ear. "Run"
They ran as fast as they could. The Doctor tripped on an everfree vine that had come out of nowhere. Ditzy turned around and in a flash of light she flew towards him leaving a grey streak behind her, she grabbed him by the trench coat and flew up. she darted forward as fast as she could at remarkable speed that would leave rainbow dash impressed. a cone of air and light wrapped around them and she shot like a bullet into town the doctor looked back and saw the force had shattered the weeping changeling that was behind them.
"Miss hooves you did it!" he screamed.
"U'm harreh!" She said focusing on speed as they reached Ponyville.
"sorry for what?" he said. Ditzy then let go of The Doctor as he smacked against the ground. She fell out of the sky a few feet away from The Doctor and left a trail of dirt behind her.
The Doctor got up slowly.
"Miss hooves!" he said running towards her. she had fallen out of the sky from exhaustion.
"I'm sorry I dropped you" she said laying there crying
"it's okay, Ditzy..." The Doctor said
"Ditzy look at me." he said pulling her head towards his view"
"you did something amazing today. You found out how to destroy a weeping changeling."
"I did?" she said wiping her tears.
"You did and you know what else, you went back for me, you saved me. you could have kept going, you could have left but you didn't. you risked your life for me. and I thank you for that." The Doctor said looking at his companion smiling.
"Now, lets go see fluttershy and tell them the good news. can you get up?" he said
"I think so" she stood up and immediately hit the ground.
"are you OK?" The Doctor asked.
"Yeah I'm just a little bit dizzy and I think I hurt my hoof and sprained a wing." she said attempting to get up again.
The Doctor without hesitation picked his hurt friend up and started walking "Thank you" she said sniffling.
The Doctor smiled and began walking toward the carousel boutique when they made it to the door he kicked it open,rarity immediately jumped up from Fluttershy's side and lifted ditzy with her magic.
"Darling what in equestria happened to you!" Rarity said worried placing her on a nearby fainting couch.
Rarity walked up to The Doctor, stood up on her hind legs pushing him to the closed door behind him
"WHAT DID YOU DO!" she yelled at him looking into his eyes crazily.
"I haven't done anything. she fell out of the sky from exhaustion at a very high velocity!" The Doctor said stern.
"Ditzy... flying fast enough to pass out? was she shot out of a catapult?" Twilight asked confused.
"No, but do I have something to tell you about the Weeping Changelings" The Doctor replied taking Rarity's hooves off his chest.
"Thank you for riding the Ponyville Express, please take your bags and have a safe departure from the train." said the stallion at the door of the train.
"Look Rainbow all ah'm sayin' is ya don't have to be such a sourpuss." Applejack said looking at Rainbow Dash as she got out of the train.
"but it was sooo boring!" rainbow responded watching Emmett walk in front of them.
"I'm so glad you know where you're going" Rainbow said looking at him.
"Well I imagine that is your pink friend over there bouncing around the grey one." Emmett replied looking at the pink mare.
rainbow dash and applejack looked in the distance for what Emmett had described.
"golly it is!" Applejack said in delight.
they rushed to their friend, Emmett followed behind.
"Hey Girls!" Pinkie Pie responded.
"oh, it's nice to see you again." said Maude
"well haya Maude, haya Pinkie." Said Applejack.
"Hey Maude" rainbow said flying over the 3 other mares.
Emmett finally catching up stood behind his companions. Pinkie Pie wide eyed looked at Emmett
"What... I'm sorry who is that!?" Pinkie said as if she had seen something spectacular.
"I'm Doctor Emmett Brown" Emmett said.
"well hay there Emmett do you want to be friends?" Pinkie said attempting not to explode with excitement.
"sure" Emmett responded smiling
"We were sent to come get you pinkie" Rainbow Dash said in a rushing tone.
"By who?" Pinkie asked confused.
"By Twilight, we've got to meet her we might need the elements"
"Oh no what happened!" Pinkie said worried
"It's the weeping Changelings. They are back."
"oh Dashie they are called changelings not weeping changelings" Pinkie responded
"These are different Pink." Applejack said looking at her friend.
"Oh then we better go, I'm sorry Maude" Pinkie said sad.
"it's okay pinkie pie. they need you." Maude said with a slight grin.
As they left Pinkie ran under Emmett's legs picking him up on her back.
"So where are you from." she said smiling
"I'm from a town called hill valley in a different universe on a planet called earth." Emmet responded trying to hold on to the bouncy pony.
"hey Rainbow what did you mean they are back?" Pinkie asked looking up.
"apparently they existed a thousand years ago."Rainbow responded
"Why's it always a thousand years?" Pinkie asked.
"ya know I never figured that out either." Applejack said giggling.
They sat there waiting at the train station for about an hour.
"Celestia what is taking so long! I could have flown home by now" Rainbow Dash said
"While I admire your enthusiasm, no you couldn't" Applejack said
"Pinkie and Emmett seem to be kicking it off well." Applejack said looking at them talking to each other"
"well yeah it's Pinkie we're talking about here." Rainbow said.
"I See the train!" she said looking in the distance."
"woo hoo!" Applejack said.
The train pulled into the station. "All aboooooooooooard!" The stallion said.
the four climbed into the train, Pinkie looked back at the rock farm. "huuuw" she moaned
"its okay Pinkie you'll see her again soon." Applejack said.
"No its just I remembered I left my rock candy." Pinkie said.
"We waited an entire hour and you just now remembered!" rainbow dash yelled at Pinkie.
"I didn't think about it till now" Pinkie said sad
"Yer gonna be fine Pinkie Pie" Applejack said.
Pinkie sat next to Emmett and watched out the window nopony had said a word for over an hour.
"It sure is gettin' Dark." Applejack said.
"yeah and those clouds look pretty awful too." Rainbow said now looking out the window.
"You seem to be having storms every night" Emmett said looking at them.
"It's this changeling thing i bet." Rainbow Dash said.
"hey guys..." Pinkie said. her eyes still affixed on the window.
"yeah pinkie?" Rainbow replied
"do you think we'll still be friends when we are old and have foals of our own." Pinkie said still looking outside.
"What?" Rainbow Dash asked now looking at pinkie pie.
"huh? oh... nothing." Pinkie answered.
"I hope so Pink. I hope so." Applejack said fixing her hat.
"I know I will." Emmett said smiling.
they all started laughing. the train started slowing down and the brakes screeched.
"Thank you for riding the Ponyville Express, please take your bags and have a safe departure from the train." said the stallion at the door of the train.
"It's like he's on a loop." Emmett said getting off the train.
"tell me about it." Rainbow replied.
as they got off the train the rain began to pour. their manes and Emmett's hair flattened. they walked into town seeing other ponies running around trying to get out of the rain. reaching the carousel boutique Emmett opened the door, rainbow dash and applejack to his sides and pinkie pie behind them not visible. a flash of lightning and clash of thunder behind them. it scared fluttershy she hid under a chair. also scaring pinkie pie she jumped on top of Emmett's head.
The Doctor and Marty were sitting in front of each other with rarity and twilight to the opposite sides of the table. Marty set his poker cards down on the table.
"Doc! You made it." Marty walked up to his friend.
"We made it. we're back." Emmett answered.
"you are all soaked. come in at once." rarity said motioning for twilight to help her
the two unicorns levitated towels to their friends.
"that took all day where was she?" twilight said cleaning pinkies muddy face.
"Rock farm." Emmett said drying his hair with a towel
"Pinkie what were you doing there?" fluttershy asked coming out from under the chair.
"Maude was visiting our parents from her expedition" she answered smiling as twilight cleaned her nose
"That tickles" she said with a snort.
twilight smiled. "Must have been windy out there."
"Yep." Applejack said.
"listen mares and gentlecolts you're all just going to have to stay here tonight the weather is just going to get worse." Rarity said.
"She's right and Ditzy is still recovering. my healing spells take a full twenty four hours to completely repair that much damage." Twilight said.
That night The Doctor stayed in the room Ditzy was being cured in. Emmett, Applejack, Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie layed on the stage with blankets and pillows.
Twilight and Marty passed out from exhaustion hand in hoof from the previous night of no sleep
"aww" Rarity said looking at them and walking out of the room.
the sun was seeping through the windows of the dress shop, rarity had been doing inventory checks on fabric, Twilight started to wake up, noticing a human arm over top of her, she slowly rolled on her back to see who it was.
"I didn't..." She whispered.
"Don't worry Twilight. You didn't" Rarity said smiling as she checked off another fabric on the list.
Twilight slid under Marty's arm getting free.
"What are you doing Rarity?" Twilight asked walking over to her friend.
"Normally I'd have the assistance of Spike or Sweetie Belle for this but Sweetie is at her friend Applebloom's I hope and When is Spike supposed to be back?"
"He should be back this afternoon." Twilight responded helping herself to a cup of tea.
"Are you sure I-" Twilight started.
"Yes dear you just fell asleep together." Rarity said peering over her reading glasses to her friend.
"Thank Celestia." Twilight responded.
"She put her tea cup down looking at the door, it was Ditzy, she had propped herself against it.
"Hey guys" Ditzy said looking at her friends.
"Darling are you alright?" Rarity said.
"I'm fine, feeling allot better thanks."
The Doctor walked behind her and helped her sit down on a stool.
Emmett and Marty started waking up. and walked to the center of the room with the rest of them.
Applejack yawned kicking Rainbow Dash in the head.
"Hey!" Rainbow yelled.
"Ahm Sorry." Applejack said .
Fluttershy sat behind Pinkie with a plate of pancakes. it was like watching someone press the reboot button on her. Pinkie sprung up and ate them in one bite.
"Morning!" Pinkie said now bouncing to the center with the rest.
"Now on to business." The Doctor Said.
"Yesterday in the everfree, Ditzy found out how to destroy a weeping changeling." He continued.
"Wait. Ditzy... Our Ditzy... " Rainbow Dash said confused.
"Yes by flying at extreme velocity to create a sonic boom a weeping changeling will shatter" the doctor said .
"in other words you want me to test a theory ditzy has." Rainbow Dash said annoyed.
"No Ditzy already proved the theory that's why she was hurt so bad yesterday" The doctor exclaimed.
"Ditzy made a sonic rainboom!" rainbow dash yelled.
"Well a sonic boom yes" The Doctor responded.
"Looks like we have some testing to do." Twilight said.
"there's no way we can let Ditzy do it again." Rarity said.
"No but rainbow can. with no doubt about ten times more force." Twilight exclaimed.
"Aright lets do this." Rainbow Dash responded.
they all walked out of the room and began to head to the everfree forest once more.
"Twilight!" Scootaloo yelled on her way to the group of ponies and humans.
"Not now Scootaloo" Twilight said focusing on the walk to the forest.
"But Twilight" Scootaloo said again in a begging tone.
"Not now Scootaloo!" She responded again.
"Fine what are we supposed to do with this stone thing we captured!" Scootaloo said as she started riding her scooter away.
"Wait Scootaloo!" Twilight said turning around.
"What did you just say?" she continued.
"follow Me" Scootaloo answered.
the group followed Scootaloo to the cutie mark crusaders club house. next to the club house tied to the tree was a weeping changeling caught in a net.
"We caught a monster!" Sweetie Belle screamed to her sister rarity.
"I- I see that. sweetie" Rarity said horrified.
"Cutiemark Crusaiders Monster Catchers!" The three screamed.
"Well I suppose this is the best place to test it?" The Doctor said. amazed.
"Great Scott! that is truly something." Emmett responded looking at the creature.
"Alright!" rainbow dash said as she flew up in the air.
A minute passed.
"Where'd she-" Marty started. as he saw a rainbow streak flying right at them in a large ball of electricity and light.
The force of the huge rainbow blast blew them off their feet.but the weeping changeling was still intact.
Rainbow Dash landed and fluttershy hoofed her a bottle of water.
"Did I-" Rainbow Dash said taking a drink.
"-do it." She finished.
"I don't see why it didn't work." The Doctor said
"Let me try again" Said Rainbow looking at the weeping changeling. She came back and forth three times causing rainbooms and hit the ground.
"Why isn't it working!" She yelled.
"I have an idea..." Ditzy said.
"This should be good." Rainbow said annoyed.
Ditzy flew up and three minutes passed
"She's crazy I swear"
Ditzy flew towards the group in a grey streak of light and electricity. shattering the weeping changeling. Rainbow flew towards her to save her from hitting the ground at the speed she was going.
"That's amazing Ditzy." Rainbow Dash said. she looked over at the stone creature her jaw dropped in awe
"How-" Rainbow Dash Started.
"Love" Ditzy responded before passing out.
"What does she mean?" Rainbow Dash said shaking the grey mare.
"Sounds Like I need to call my Sister In-law" Twilight said walking off
"Wait Twilight" Marty said following the purple mare.
"Doctor Can you help me take Ditzy to the hospital Twilight's kinda busy." Rainbow Dash Said.
The Doctor carried Ditzy as Rainbow followed him.
"I'll just go with them." Fluttershy said running after rainbow dash and the doctor.
"How'd you catch it?" Applejack said looking around her seeing Emmett pinkie pie and rarity were the only ones left.
"we overheard you guys day before yesterday talking about the weeping changelins'" Applebloom said.
"so we thought of a way to catch one" Scootaloo said.
"I made the net" Sweetie belle said smiling.
"well that was mighty dumb of you three!" Applejack scolded.
"But Big mac helped!" Sweetie belle said.
"BIG MA-" Applejack started.
"Let me handle this." Rarity said.
She marched up to Big Macintosh across the field. as he saw her coming with an angry look on her face he began to run.
"BIG MACINTOSH! COME HERE NOW!!" She Yelled
Big Mac stopped and turned around walking up to rarity with his head hung low.
"Did you help those fillies catch a monster?"
"eYup" He sighed knowing he had done wrong.
"and you were there to protect them if it attacked them?" She continued.
"eYup" he responded looking up at her.
"and You wanted to help?" she said.
"eYup" he said.
"We need you to catch another" she said walking away
"eYu- Wait What?" he said following her.
"I just put those little fillies in danger and you want me to do it again?" He shouted at her.
"eYup" Rarity responded smiling she continued walking leaving Big Mac sitting there confused.
"What'd you tell him?" Applejack asked.
"To get another come on girls, and you too Emmett."
"Rarity can't we talk about this." applejack said following the group.
Twilight walked to the library, Marty following behind her. she still felt uncomfortable from the morning, but she knew he was probably just being kind. before she could touch the door of the library with her magic Marty opened the door for her.
"Thank you but I'm more than capable-" Twilight started.
"Where I'm from. it's proper manners to open the door for a lady." Marty said smiling.
Twilight blushed she hadn't been referred to as a lady in a while that was something only high class ponies like rarity were called.
"well I appreciate it." She said entering the room.
Twilight sat at a desk and started to write to her sister in-law.
"I thought you were going to call her." Marty said confused.
"I am, this is the fastest way to get a hold of her." Twilight said focusing on her writing.
"Oh." Marty said sitting behind her waiting.
"SPIIIIIIKE!" Twilight yelled.
a green and purple head popped out from the loft.
"How'd you know I'd be back yet?" Spike answered.
"I didn't I just kinda forgot you left."
"I've been gone for a wee- Holy guacamole! What's That!" He yelled backing away.
"This is Marty, say hello Marty." Twilight said pointing her hoof from Marty to spike.
"hello Marty. I- I mean hello." Marty Said blushing.\
"Hey I'm Spike." Spike reached out his hand to shake Marty's.
they shook hands as twilight interrupted them.
"Send this to cadence at once thank you spike." Twilight said tossing the scroll in front of him, he shot out a green fireball and the note was degenerated.
a moment later be burped shooting out another ball of green fire this time with another scroll.
he grabbed the scroll and unfolded it. reading aloud. "Dear Twilight. I'd be honored to help with your test I'll be on the next train. Shining armor says Hi by the way. Love Cadence."
"Wow." Marty said. amazed.
"Hah that's nothin' you should see the spam she gets. grow your horn 5 times-" Spike started as twilight crammed the letter in his mouth.
"Let's go" Twilight said glaring at spike.
Marty smiled at spike and they all walked out again Marty opening the door. and twilight blushing on her way out.
Spike hopped on twilight's back and they walked to the train station.
"How are we gonna find another one." Applebloom said walking through the forest.
"I don't know but the sooner the better I hate this place." Sweetie belle said looking around at the dark trees.
"eYup" Big Mac said following behind the crusaders trying not to wet himself.
"Aw cmon' guys! Wheres your sense of adventure!" Scootaloo said dragging the net sweetie belle had made.
"What i cant figure out is if This isn't our talent so why are we so good at it." Sweetie belle said confused.
the four stayed silent for a moment while walking
"Just cause yer good at somethin' doesn't mean it's yer talent. I'm good at singin' and math but my cutie mark is handlin' apples." Big mac said
"Yah ah' guess" Applebloom said.
"we'll put the trap here." Scootaloo said hopping to the tree in front of them.
They set up the trap and hid in the tree.
"okay traps set" sweetie belle said.
"careful Scootaloo" Applebloom said.
"eYup" Big mac said patting Scootaloo on the back as she put her helmet on and got on her scooter.
Scootaloo raced through the forest stumbling over a rock that sent her flying 3 feet away from her scooter.
as she got up she was looking directly at a weeping changeling
Scootaloo gulped stepping backward to her scooter. As fast as she could she picked the scooter up and got on it. Looking back the weeping changeling about to grab her. She bolted out of there. Making sure the weeping changeling was behind her. Jumping over the trap. The others looked at the weeping changeling to make it freeze falling to the ground catching the stone creature in the net.
Big Mac followed behind the three fillies looking at the creature like they had done previously that day. until they made it to the tree house.
rarity, Pinkie pie and Emmett were leaving the apple family's house from a Delicious lunch Granny Smith had made for them. as they noticed the crusaders and Big Mac were back. they walked over to the tree house watching big mac tie the net to the tree over the dust from the previous test.
"See Applejack nothing to worry about." Rarity said with confidence.
"yer only sayin' that cause you fancy my brother." Applejack said looking at Rarity.
"I most certainly do no-" Rarity started
"What" Big Mac said finishing the knot and falling out of the tree.
"Oh nothin' " Applejack said.
Applejack and Rarity laughed. Emmett helped Big Mac up and they all sat taking turns watching the weeping changeling waiting for the rest of their friends.
"Hey it's The Doctor Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy!" Scootaloo said looking in the distance at the three who were on the top of the hill walking towards them.
the three made it to them. and The Doctor asked. "Did Twilight get a hold of her sister?"
"Dunno" Applejack responded.
"Ah good you've captured another one. who knows maybe you three will have your cutie marks in this when it's all over." The Doctor teased.
"that's it we have to wait till the weeping changelings are wiped out!" Scootaloo said. as the other two perked up.
Twilight Marty and spike waited at the train station for a few minutes. until a crystal train arrived.
"her royal highness." a guard said bowing as cadence walked out of the train.
"Cadence! I've missed you so much!" Twilight said hugging her sister.
"Twilight I've missed you too!" Cadence said embracing the hug.
"Who's your friend." she asked.
"oh my gosh I'm so sorry this is Marty a new friend." Twilight said.
"It's nice to meet you Marty." she said.
"It's nice to meet you too princess." he said bowing.
"Please call me Cadence and you don't have to do that. any friend of Twilight's is a friend of mine.
"Is there anything I need to explain before we begin the experiment." Twilight asked as they began walking to town.
"So you believe that love is their weakness." Cadence asked.
"Yes but so far we've only tested it combined with a rainboom." Twilight said.
"Rainbow is in love?" Cadence said smiling
"oh no apparently because Rainbow's test failed." Twilight answered.
"then... who can do a rainboom?" Cadence asked.
"Ditzy" twilight answered.
"Really?" Cadence asked.
"mm hmm" Twilight answered.
"who's she in love with." Cadence asked.
they all stopped.
"I don't know come to think of it." Twilight answered confused.
"really this isn't obvious?" Marty said starting to walk.
they followed Marty
"who!?" they both said looking at him. Spike was now looking over twilight's head confused as to how Marty noticed something Twilight didn't
"The Doctor" he answered stern.
"really?" they both said.
"yep" Marty said.
upon walking into sweet apple acres they could see the large group of ponies and humans at the bottom of the hill.
"hay everypony!" Cadence said never happier to see Twilight's friends.
they all waved as the four caught up with them.
"lets see if we can run some tests." Twilight said."
