“Now let us travel to our new home. A home for all night dwellers and allies!”
"As they traveled, Luna thought about how all of this came to be." Princess Luna was tired of living in Princess Celestia's shadow even after Twilight and her friends defeated Nightmare Moon. Luna (though ever so deep down but rising with every year) was still jealous about how much activity there was during the day. After about five years she ordered nightlings to start constructing a castle for herself on one of the farther reaches of Equestria. There she would go and live out her life with the nightlings and other creatures of the night. But she wasn’t planning on letting her sister rule the day forever though. As Luna and Night Pusher headed for the new castle Luna thought “there will be a great war and then and only then the Era of nearly eternal night will come.” Now the only reason there would be nearly eternal night was because she needed food as well as anypony in her kingdom. Now that Luna’s new castle was completely finished it was time for the opening and naming of her castle.
“Finally, it is finished” said Princess Luna
“What shall it be named mistress?” said Night Pusher
“MoonMinster.” Said Luna now finally naming her new castle.
“A suitable name for a castle for the princess and ruler of the night.” replied Night Pusher
“Yes, very.” She said as they entered the balcony preparing to address the workers of the castle and to announce her plan for war.
“Dear, Dear, Fellow nightlings we have been ruled for to long by the wrong princess. We have been ruled by Celestia for to long! I have asked you the workers of the castle, to create castle MoonMinster so that we may take Equestria at last for the night!” Loud and consistent cheers from the crowed as they jumped in joy “We will take Equestria No matter the enemy’s numbers, no matter the enemy’s tools or gadgets, we will take Equestria! I will declare war on Princess Celestia!”
“Miss its me, Sun Spot, you told me to come if I got a message for you about the uprising in 5 of the 24 major cities in Equestria.”
“Yes Sun Spot, well?” Said Princess Celestia
“Well we figured out why the uprisings were happening and you’re not going to like it. We got a letter from your sister along with a copy of one of the flyers we found on one of the protestors.”
“Luna, what about her?” asked Celestia
“You’d better take a look.” Says Sun Spot as he walks in and hands the princess the envelope.

I have been thinking for the past 15 years and I have come to a conclusion “I declare war on all who warship the sun, and those who serve you.

“SHE HAS TO BE LYING! Have you checked her room was there a note declaring it a joke?
“I’m sorry miss she isn’t lying its full truth we clarified it with a nightling and a protestor. Apparently she also has a hidden headquarters somewhere. We know it’s a castle much like the one we’re standing in, but this castle resembles the night and not the day. Right now her castle could be anywhere in Equestria, it also seems were at war. Do you want me to go gather our generals?”
Snapping out of her shock “yes, go gather our forces I have a feeling were in for a major war.”
It was just a regular day in Equestria. The sun was out, the birds were chirping and there wasn’t a cloud in the sky!
“This is such a beautiful day isn’t it spike?” Said Twilight
“Ya it just beautiful, but I’m not sure about other city’s in Equestria.” replied Spike
“Oh come on princess Celestia will take care of those problems. I mean she is completely in control of her own country, right?” said Twilight
“Ya I guess you’re …” Burp
“What is that? That was blue smoke not green.” Said Twilight
“Apparently it’s a message from Princess Luna.” replied Spike
“Princess Luna? Why would she want to talk to me? Spike read the letter.” said Twilight
“Ok.”
Dear, Twilight
Twilight I wish to meet you today in the library. Also I wish for you to bring Rainbow Dash, Flutter Shy, Apple Jack, Pinkie Pie, and Rarity as well. I’m already at the library, so please do hurry.

“Well I wonder what she wants with the six of us?” said Twilight looking at spike
“What are you looking at me for? I have no clue.” said Spike
About an hour latter …
“I have asked you all here because I want you all to join me in a fight against dictator ship.” announced Princess Luna
“Well as long as I’m fighting along Celestia I’m fine with that.” said Twilight
“That’s just it I’m not fighting along Celestia.” Said Luna
“Why?” They all replied
“Because it’s against her.” said Luna
“Why?” they said again a look of shock on there faces
“Because I’m the one who declared war on her!” said Luna somewhat yelling “I am tired of having the least active time of day. I want to rule on my own she has been ruler for too long. She controls too much! I have come to ask that you all join me if you don’t I know why.” Said Luna
“Well if you can make more Shadowbolts I’m in and as long as I can be a General.” said Rainbow Dash
“Rainbow!” said twilight “you have a loyalty to the Wonderbolts, and to Celestia!”
“Well I’ve been trying for most of my life to get into the Wonderbolts, but I haven’t even been able to get an invitation to hang out with them on there own free will. As for Celestia, I don’t know.” replied Rainbow Dash
“I’m going to!” said Pinkie Pie “Because I like being different than most people and I love crazy ideas!” She said giggling
“Let me guess there is nothing I can do to change your mind?” said Twilight sighing
“Nopey wokey.” Replied Pinkie Pie
“Oh I’m going as well.” Said Rarity “and twilight there is nothing you can do to change my mind so just save your breath. The reason I’m going is because I can work a lot better with blue and black than I can with yellow and white.” explained Rarity
“Ok, so let me guess, Twilight you not coming because of your loyalty to my sister, am I right?” asked Luna
“Of course your right!” said Twilight
“And your not coming Applejack because you need sunlight for your apples, am I wrong?” asked Luna
“No, your righ. I do need sunlight for my apples.” replied Applejack
“And you Fluttershy wouldn’t leave your animals, and you have a loyalty to Celestia as well.” Said Luna
“Yes, your right.” said Fluttershy
“Yes, I see and I understand loyalties you are open to you choice. Now we must go I’d hate for Celestia to know I’m so close and under her wing right now. Come Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, and Rarity we must go to my castle now.”
“Ooohhh, you have your own castle?” asked Rarity
“Oh, absolutely and you’ll have all the supplies you need to keep doing what you love. You could even be a General if you wanted.” Said Luna “now we MUST go. Questions can be asked on our way there.”
And they were gone in a puff of smoke! Just as the door opens and Sun Spot comes in
“I’m here, did I miss her?”
“Who are you?” asked Twilight
“Oh, right, I’m the royal messenger for Princess Celestia. She sent me to come down here and see if Luna would contact you, and so she did I sent a quick message to Celestia and came as quickly as possible.” said Sun Spot
“Well your right you missed here and you can tell Princess Celestia that she took Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie and Rarity to.” replied Twilight
“We have to act, now! It’s our only choice. If we don’t she will hit first!”
“Yes, I agree but what do we do about the lowering populations in the five major cities? Hoofingham has lost half its population and counting!”
“But it is the citizen’s choice to be on either side, now Fillydelfia has been untouched by all this non-sense, and it’s one of the major untouched cities!
“What about the small towns have they been touched?”
“THANKFULLY NOT!” said princess Celestia as she entered the room followed by Twilight and her two other loyal friends
“My dear Celestia. How are you doing on this fine day?”
“Fine at this moment thank you Zenith.” replied Celestia “Very good indeed.” Replied Zenith
“Yes, now if I may introduce you to my students of friendship. This is Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy, and Applejack.” Announced Celestia
“How very nice to meet you!” said a friendly pony with a cutie mark of a chess board
“And you are?” asked Twilight with Fluttershy hiding behind her
“Oh, how stupid of me I’m Zarkus Strat the military Strategist.” replied Zarkus Strat
“Very nice to meet you!” replied Twilight
“Also this is General Day Dawnner and a very good friend of mine.” Said Zarkus
General Day Dawnner was a tall pony and had a cutie mark of a green helmet
“Very nice to meet you, General Day Dawnner” said Twilight
“No, please the pleasures all mine.” Replied Day Dawnner “and please just call me day.” “Ok, Day” Said twilight testing it out
“Also this is my second in command, Solar Flar.” Said Day putting his hoof around a lean pony with the same cutie mark as him
“I bet your wondering how we could have the same cutie mark, am I right?” asked Solar Flar his voice deep, but sounding intelligent
“Yes actually.” replied Twilight
“Well we were born on the same day, same time, same hospital, but in different families, and this occasion only happens every thousand years.”
“cool.” Said Applejack standing next to Twilight listening intently
“Yes very, Now that our introductions are done shall we move into the Battle Room?” asked Celestia
“We would be more than happy to.” replied Zarkus
Lunas office in castle MoonMinster…
“Yes, so when do we strike?”
“In three days from now our troops will be ready, in six we will infiltrate Hoofingham.”
“GOOD.” Said Luna coming into her new War Room
“Princess Luna how very nice to see you!”
“Yes it’s nice to be home Night Pusher.” Replied Luna “And it’s good to see you Starry, and you too Moon Reflection.
“As to you.” the both of them replied in a chorus
“Yes, now shall we…”
There was a knock on the door.
“Yes, who is it?” asked Luna
“Night Drawer, miss there’s someone here to see you.”
“Ok, send um in.” said Luna with a sigh she wanted to get started right away with there battle plans
“Ok, you may go in” she heard Night Drawer say on the other side of the door
“Finally your back from your little “Recruiting” session” said the visitor Before Luna turned around and seeing the shock on her comrades faces, she new something was wrong. Then she turned around and there she was another alicorn like herself but darker like.
The War room was an old looking room with a table in the center of it. On the table were little pony figures with a TV hanging on the opposite wall of the door. Now that everypony was seated they began the preparations …
“We must start at the outer major cities we have to believe that her castle is some where on the outskirts of Equestria!” said Zarkus
They were now in the war room discussing what to do.
“I agree with Zarkus. Why would Luna put her castle close to Canterlot or a place of high population? If she had a right mind she would put it closer to the border.” agreed Solar Flar
“But might I point out that there are plenty places deep inside Equestria that are not highly populated. What about the EverFree Forest? There are plenty of mountains in there or even ground to put a castle. Also, might I add there are several caves in there as well for hiding places?” argued Day Dawnner
“If I might point in here?” asked Twilight
“Not at all!” replied the three Generals
“If Luna was building a castle in EverFree Forest then my friend Zecora would have known about it.” replied Twilight
“What if your friend Zecora was loyal to Luna?” asked Day
“Impossible Zecora has a loyalty to Celestia, and would never double cross her! Tell them Celestia!” said Twilight
“Its true.” Replied Celestia but there was doubt on her face “Although we have to be carful with whom we trust, anyone could have joined Luna. Look at Rainbow and the other two.”
“Do you want me to send for her?” asked Zarkus
“Please it would comfort me and the others to know who is on our side.” replied Celestia
“SUN SPOT!” hollered Zarkus
“Yes, Sir?” asked Sun Spot appearing at the door out of now where
“I want you to send for a Miss. Zecora, is it?” asked Zarkus looking at Twilight
“Yes, Zecora, she lives in the EverFree Forest just ask somepony around town in ponyvile and they will tell you.” Said Twilight looking at Sun Spot
“Ok I’ll set off then.” replied Sun Spot heading out of the room looking a bit disappointed
“Ok, now back to the preparations.” Said Zarkus
“Should we start out at the outer cities?” asked Day Dawnner
“Yes we should, back a thousand years ago Lunas favorite spot in Equestria was on the outskirts. I don’t know where but I know it was the outskirts.” replied Celestia
“So should we send recon teams?” asked Solar Flar
“No that wont do any good because she probably has a invisa spell over here castle but, we can try and find her castle.” said Celestia
“How could we find a castle that’s invisible?” asked Day
“Where is the most remote place in Equestria that is near no towns?” asked Celestia
“That might work but how would we pin point it?” asked Zarkus
“Magic.” replied Twilight startling them all “Only the problem is, is if we do find the castle we can’t enter it, we don’t have the Elements of Harmony.”
“Yes we do. There in the tower across of here” Replied Zarkus
“No we don’t, not the true elements. Three of them went with Luna when she visited Twilight.” Said Celestia
All there was was silence as Celestia revealed the terrible news to her best generals.
Lunas office…
Lunas office had a blue moon desk and chairs on either side of it. She had portraits of herself and nightmare moon hanging on the walls and she had three lamps one on her desk and the other in the corners behind her.
“So what do you want, Chrysalis?” asked Luna a bitter sound in her voice
“I’ve come to join you.” answered Chrysalis
“Against what?” asked Luna
“Against your sister of course, why else?” asked replied Chrysalis
“Are you still hurting after you were shot out of the country by my niece?” asked Luna in a type of pouting voice
“Yes, but she is yours and Celestias niece, and I know you wont let me touch her so I want revenge on your sister. She was there at the least and since you declared war, I don’t want to be the third side, so I thought I’d join you.” replied Chrysalis
“Well your right about one thing, I wont let you touch Cadence. But how do I know you wont betray me?” asked Luna
“Oh such a good question. What if I give you THE VOW?” asked Chrysalis
“That would be better. Fine you may join me but even after you take The Vow I will be watching.” Said Luna looking suspiciously at Chrysalis
“Ok, now I have prepared my fellow changeling for battle. All they need is a uniform, preferably something with the changeling insignia mixed with the moon insignia.” Said Chrysalis
“I want you to perform The Vow in front of me now, first.” Said Luna “before we get down to business”
“Ok.” said Chrysalis with a sigh “I Chrysalis take The Vow that I and my changelings will not hurt Princess Cadence and Princess Luna and her nightlings. I vow only to do good for Luna and come to her need if be needed.” finished Chrysalis “That good enough for you?” asked Chrysalis
“Yes thank you now go and prepare your forces we will move out in three days” “Yes Princess Luna.” Said Chrysalis bowing before she went out of the room
Lunas war room …
“Now I have asked you all here to address our forces and make it clear who’s in charge of who.” Said Luna “Rainbow your in charge for the pegasi nightlings, Night Pusher your in charge of the unicorn nightlings, Moon Reflection your in charge of the ground ponies. Everything settled?” asked Luna
“Yes.” they sang in a chorus
“Good we move out in three days!” said Luna and expression of happiness on her face
“Good, send them to Hoofingham first I feel that’s were Luna is headed.” Said Celestia
“Right away miss.” Said Sun Spot heading off the balcony that they were standing on. Celestia was about to give her speech to all of her army and Equestria.
“Hello my army and fellow Equestrian’s. Today marks the day of this unwanted war. We believe that my sister is going to strike at Hoofingham first. Then she will move in and take the rest of the cities. I will not let that happen! I will not let the eternal night fall on Equestria! We will win at all costs. We will resist, we will fight for Equestria!” Shouted Celestia as roars from the crowd came fluttering in once she finished her speech.
As she left the balcony and into her castle she found Twilight and Zecora waiting for her in her office.
“Nice speech Celestia.” Said Twilight, Zecora looking nervous
“Thank you Twilight. Hello Zecora how are you this fine evening?” asked Celestia
“Very nice thank you.” Replied Zecora “If I might ask, why exactly am I here?”
“We want to know which side you’re on Lunas or Celestias.” Said Twilight
“Neither.” Replied Zecora
“What do you mean neither?” asked Twilight
“It means that I’m supporting neither side in this war. Although I will cooperate with either side if they have questions for me.” Replied Zecora
“Yes I see.” Said Celestia “Well, can you tell us if there has been any construction in the EverFree Forest lately?”
“No there has been no construction near the parts I walk.” Replied Zecora
“Thank you for your cooperation Zecora you may go.” said Celestia
“See you later Twilight.” Said Zecora on her way out
“Well that’s good to know but, it’s also a bad thing.” Said Celestia
“Well its mostly good though.” Said Twilight
“Agreed.” Said Celestia “Twilight I want you to be a General in my army.”
“Because of your magic and careful planning.” Said Celestia
“Ok, I accept, what will I be doing?” asked Twilight
“Well, first of all you will act as head medic. And second of all you will be a commanding officer for the unicorns.” Said Celestia
“But I thought commanding officer for the unicorns was Solar Flar’s job?” asked Twilight
“Solar Flar is actually the commanding officer for the special opps teams. But you can’t tell anypony. For now you’ll look like his assistant when you’re really giving out the orders” said Celestia
“Ok, so do I need to go with them to Hoofingham?” asked Twilight
“Yes, so I suggest you teleport over to Hoofingham now because there almost there. Here’s a picture of the generals tent.” Said Celestia holding out a picture of a tent.
“Ok, see you latter Celestia.” Said twilight and a moment latter she was gone in a poof of smoke.
On the road to Hoofingham. Lunas army…
“Are we almost there yet?” asked Rainbow Dash as she flew circles around her fellow Pegasi
“Yes, General Dash.” Said one of her soldiers “about one more hill. You can see the light already.”
“Great we can finally see some action” said Rainbow as she flew another circle
“Luna said not to attack until tomorrow.” Said the soldier
“Yes, I know what Luna said. I’m just talking about getting prepared for Battle.” Replied Rainbow “Although I like that were hitting two towns at once Hoofingham and Fillydelfia.”
“Yes, it’s going to be quite the surprise for them. They had no clue about us teaming up with the changelings!” said the soldier
“Well I guess it’s just a loss for them an-it it.” Said Rainbow
“Yes but when the deaths start rolling in …” he was cut off by a loud boom
“That signifies were here.” Said Rainbow “Ok people start setting up camp we attack tomorrow!” yelled Rainbow “Now what were you going to say?”
That was the trumpet signaling everybody up. Lunas army had made camp on the western side of Hoofingham. Most of the residents of Hoofingham had left for Canterlot and its outskirts like ponyvile. The residents left in Hoofingham were siders. Siders are the ponies who stayed behind to fight the enemy. There were about 50 siders left in town out of the sum 4,000 residents in Hoofingham.
Uru uru
“Fine, fine I’m up” said Rainbow Dash yawning to the early morning wake
“Madame were ready to march.” Said a soldier rushing into the tent
“Good wait until I get up completely and watch for enemy troops I have a feeling there on there way.” Replied Rainbow
“Yes, Sir. Wait … um sorry. Yes, miss.” Said the troop stumbling on the correct word to say
“It’s quite alright soldier you can call me sir or miss what ever is most comfortable.” Said Rainbow “Yes, madam.” He replied before he left the tent
As Rainbow got out of bed she felt groggily for her uniform. The uniform had the lunar insignia on the hat and a dark blue suit to go with it. As Rainbow had asked Luna had summoned the real Shadowbolts from within the ranks of pegasi. Rainbow now had her own elite team to infiltrate the enemy. Rainbow had modified her sonic rainboom so it acted as a wave of rainbow shears. It can go in one direction or in a complete circle. She was her own time bomb that could be used over and over again. The shears were total and complete energy made from rainbow matter.
Rainbow had now entered the Control Tent.
“So were do we stand with her side and ours?” asked Rainbow
“Well Commander Dash we believe you were right about them heading out as early as they can. We have snipers up in the buildings about 20 blocks down into the city. Our scouts have picked up there movement in the east so there definitely on there way we also know they sent scouts as well we sniped them though, but it wont be long till they start stampeding there way down here.” Said her seconded in command Knight Thrasher
“Did we take any prisoner?” asked Dash
“Yes, one, we injured him and when we took him we knocked him unconscious.” Replied KT as they called him
“Good KT. Now I want to send three squadrons into the center of the city and four others on each side of the city try to send them back the way they came and trap them if possible.” Said Dash instructing her troop movements “I want the rest to remain here for backup purposes. Tell the squadrons to position all there snipers on rooftops.” This was easy because there snipers were pegasi. “Me and the Shadowbolts are going strait to the enemy base and observe until we need to infiltrate it.”
“What if one of your friends is a general?” asked KT
“Don’t worry about that, Twilight will scram before we can catch her.” Replied Dash
“How do you know it’s her?” asked KT
“I went to stake out there base last night and saw her heading for her tent.” Replied Dash
“Oh.” Said KT
“What about apple … um what’s her name?” asked KT
“Applejack, she the least of our worries, though she has a mean kick.” Replied Dash
“Ok, ill put the orders in then.” Said KT as he went to leave the control tent
“Oh, and KT.” Said Dash
“Ya?” he asked
“Send the bolts in.” said Dash
“Alright, Commander.” Said KT as he left the tent
Lunas army consisted of 260,000 Troops. Less than a quarter of them are at Hoofingham. Chrysalis has 95,000 Troops adding onto the 260,000 troops of Luna. Half of the 95,000 are at Fillydelfia.
10 minutes after KT left…
“So what’s up Commander?” asked Nightshade she was the leader of the three Shadowbolts
“I have a mission for us to do.” Replied Dash
“What’s our objective?” she asked
“Our objective is to take the Solar Empire base camp here in Hoofingham.” Replied Dash
“Battle strategy?” asked Nightshade
“Stake out and undercover.” Replied Dash with confidence though there was a tinge of doubt in her voice witch Stratus Nightshades second in command picked up
“What’s with the small doubt in your voice?” asked Stratus who was able to easily pick out the emotions of peoples voices
“Twilight, Twilight Sparkle. She has a knack for picking up on things. Replied Dash
“Don’t worry we’ve got everything under control.” Said Baron (Nightshades third in command) with a smirk on his face
“I hope so.” Said Dash with a small frown
The battle field…
The battlefield in Hoofing ham was horrendous. Bullets flying every witch way. Ponies with close calls and ponies with not so close calls. The battlefield was a scary place though no-pony hid from the rain of fire and explosions. They all fought for there side. From the rooftops the snipers could hear cries of pain and death. At this point in the battle there was no telling who was winning, but you can defiantly tell who had the numbers! The New Lunar Republic was firing bullet after bullet, phaser after phaser, and cannon after cannon. The way each side was fighting meant each side meant business. There was no going back know, that would be admitting to defeat, and neither side was up for that. On the outskirts of town the same was happening with the other squadrons. Although, there Luna was making progress. There the Solar Empire was slowly but defiantly moving back they had already called for back up but they were out of forces to give. They were doomed to be captured or killed and let the enemy forces through. But there were reinforcements from the next town over from Fillydelfia coming but not fast enough. The reason why they hadn’t made it yet was because of the changelings from now on there would be spies in the Solar Empire! Now that the battle in Hoofingham was doomed to be won by the New Republic there would be retreating but ever so slowly in a chance to get a handle on the battle. There attempts would just make it worse for the rest of the war though, because many would be injured and captured. Though most of the Solar army is spread about Equestria a good chunk was at Hoofingham.
Solar Empire base camp, Eastern side of Hoofingham…
“No, no, no, no! This cant be happening!” Exclaimed Twilight
She had just realized she was losing her first battle. She hadn’t expected the numbers of the New Republic. If she had she would have been winning a strategic battle. Now she was having trouble even to keep the enemy out of the base.
“How did I not plan this?” she asked herself
“Madame we need to leave now!” said her second in command Solar Beam
“Ok I’ll teleport a group of soldiers and you can do the same, head for Canterlot” she said with confidence
“Ok right away miss but we better hurry there almost at our doorstep!” said Beam on his way out of the tent in a hurry
“Ok I’ve got all of my things …” she stopped suddenly to a movement behind her
“Or do you?” asked the intruder
As Twilight turned around shock crossed her face “What are you doing here I thought you went with Luna?” said Twilight
“I did but you know living in a castle all the time doesn’t really …suit me, ya know. Replied the intruder
“Then what are you doing in my tent? Delaying me? Asking again nicely if ill join her? Huh Rainbow what is it?” asked Twilight
“None, I can’t just stop by before you run away to fight another day. Why is it against the rules to visit an old friend during a war? Even though we stand on two totally different sides of it.” Asked Dash
“I don’t know I’d have to check the War Rule Book.” Said Twilight pretending to pull out a book
“Twilight your humor amuses me.” Replied Dash “Well I better let you go then you have some running to do. Said Rainbow
“You’re not going to stop me? Why?” asked Twilight
“Because no matter what your still somewhat my friend.” Said Dash
“Oh. Thank you. Please don’t hurt any prisoners you might take.” Pleaded Twilight as she headed out of the tent her horn already glowing
“I can’t make any promises, but I’ll try.” Said Dash as her “Frienemy” left the tent
“It’s time for a PARTY!” sprang Pinkie Pie at the news of their victory “Yes well I believe that it is time for one, but this will be the last one for a while.” Replied Luna
“Ya… wait what. No mare parties after this?”Asked Pinkie Pie
“Because this is the first battle. The only other times for celebration is when we win this war or we make a breakthrough with the anti-gravitational ball.” Replied Luna
“What exactly is the Gravitational ball for again?” asked Pinkie “It’s for the Space ships and other artilleries, but let’s not talk about that now we have a party to plan!” said Luna she was obviously looking forward to the Party but a part of her was solemn because of the soldiers she had lost, along with the soldiers that are now injured. But she still despaired about the soldiers on the other side of this war her “Prisoners” she hated the idea of killing fellow ponies. But this had to be done for her country.

“Ok so here’s the list of things I need for the party.” Said Pinkie Pie as she handed a list to a nightling
“Yes madam.” replied the nightling heading for the door putting the list in his saddlebag

“So how’s it coming?” asked Luna startling Pinkie “Great. I’ve just sent a nightling to fetch the essentials and the decorations are coming along great!” said Pinkie
“Good I have one request for you.” Said Luna
“Oky doky what is it?” asked Pinkie
“I want you to make an honor board to the soldiers of both armies and a wall of the soldiers who died during the first battle, if it’s not to much work?” asked Luna
“I’d be Happy to do it let me get some nightlings on it!” replied Pinkie
“Great, I’ll be happy to attend. Oh and make sure that you invite Rainbow Dash I can’t wait to congratulate her on her victory! Said Luna with a happiness
“Ok no problem I’ll have another nightling on the invitations.” Said Pinkie Pie looking a bit tired
“Thank Pinkie I know this has got to be stressful but I believe if anypony could throw a party with some zing to is it’s you!” said Luna looking confident

But I let so many more ponies to die afterward I could have made this war shorter by taking the base and keeping the enemy prisoner!” exclaimed Rainbow “But you won the first battle a step in its self to help stop other from dyeing though many more will this win is the first step!” replied Luna trying to calm Rainbow “I guess you’re right.” Replied Dash
“Now can we go and enjoy that wonderful party Pinkie Pie threw huh.” Said Luna as she rose from her chair
“Ok I’m looking forward to meeting some more of the generals!”Said Dash obviously getting over her small hiccup
“Hello Twilight what can I do for you?” asked Celestia
“I came here to talk about my performance at Hoofingham. I don’t think I deserve to be here right now.” Said twilight
“You did fine twilight but this was the first battle and we must learn from our mistakes.” Replied Celestia
“You mean you’re not made at me?” asked twilight
“Not at all you’re my student of magic and as your teacher I understand you make mistakes and that’s why today your lesson is to learn from your mistakes.” Replied Celestia
“Oh thank you, thank you, thank you! I promise to do better next time I SWEAR!” exclaimed twilight as she raced from the room to make prep for her next battle

“Dear Celestia we have some small problems we have come to and encountered. Witch we believe you have probably already noticed.” Said Zarkus starting the four generals conversation
“Please explain Zarkus.” Said Celestia with interest
“Well we now most likely have spies in our vicinity. Changelings I mean.” Replied Zarkus
“Yes I have overlooked that little detail. How do you plan to catch these spies, Zarkus?” asked Celestia
“We don’t know. We know changelings feed off of love and in that sense if there feeding off there hosts love then they can be almost an exact copy of the soldier.” Replied Zarkus
“True but wont there be different divisions conversing that witch they are not supposed to?” asked Celestia
“I believe chrysalis has not overlooked that we have detected no strange or unusual behavior from the divisions at fillydelfia, we have checked them several times.” Replied Zarkus
“Might I input here but cant we just take a sample of everypony’s blood in those divisions?” asked Day
“That has occurred to me but …” started Zarkus
“It would take to much time to take the samples and register them, because by then they could have relayed too much information to Luna.” Solar Flar

“Is there any faster way to identify the spies?” asked Celestia
“Unfortunately no there isn’t.” replied Zarkus
“Ugh, ok moving on what else did you think of?” asked Celestia
“We (as you know) have no clue where Luna’s base is. That gives cause for us to believe we got lucky with Hoofingham. We took a guess she would be there because it was an outer city. Now we have no clue where she will strike next because that door has opened for her to move in.” said Zarkus
“Yes, I know and that’s why I choose to spread our army into parts to the outer city. But after this first battle we have a small idea of where she’s at but that still wont do us much good so moving on.” Said Celestia ending that disadvantage
“oh let’s see here we don’t have the elements of harmony, Lunas army is doubled by whatever animals or dark creatures or night creatures there are witch means the EverFree forest is open to her, and were almost sure she working on some sort of weapon of mass destruction.” Said Zarkus
“True about all of them but the mass destruction if Luna wanted to destroy all of Equestria she would have done it by now and I’d be dead. She’s working on something else, what I don’t know.” Replied Celestia

“It’s alright but is it done have you done tests? Is it safe? And can it be mass produced?” asked Luna eagerness in her eyes
“Yes my princess we have three it took the two of us three days to produce them I’m sure if we had more people working on them we could minimize that amount by oh let’s say three days, or more. Also we have done tests with weighs and one ball can support about 300 pounds …” almost finished Ethamist
“NO you idiot it can support 3,000 pounds not 300!” put in SC
“That’s the right number I was debating it in my head. Anyways yes princess it is safe but we have to get a good control system on it otherwise it’ll go all up or all down.” Finished Ethamist
“Ok ill want those Anti-gravity balls mass produced how many ponies do you need?” asked Luna
“300 maybe more and a separate place to build them so we can work on the control system. The control system should only take a week or so if you want to start working on the ships I suggest working on it now.” Said Ethamist
“Ok and can you make them bigger and support more weight?” asked Luna
“Yes we can but then we will need about 600 ponies.” Said SC
“Considerate done.” Said Luna hope in her eyes “You will have your men tomorrow and by the way its you who need to hurry up I’ve got 100 ships waiting to be fitted with those ya know along with the mothership.” She said as she left the room leaving the two scientist looking after her in shock

“Captain I need you to prepare the ships were heading out on a week.” Said Luna standing on the bridge of the fleet mothership
“Considerate done. It should take us five days to prepare the ships and two days to prepare the men is that all Luna?” asked commander MR (Moon Reflection)

Luna looking bored herself snapped back into life and sat up “Yes well Rainbow I want you to command a fleet vessel for our air attack on Manehatten.” Said Luna
“Great I’ll do it what’s my ship number?” said Rainbow with happiness
“Fleet vessel 43 3rd hanger you may go if you want …” Luna didn’t get to finish because of the flash of a rainbow and the swing of a door
“Ok well really don’t see where I come into play here.” Said Rarity
“I want you to be a ground general in this battle rarity.” Said Luna
“WHAT IM NOT EVEN SUTTED TO BE A GENERAL LET ALONE HOW TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE!” Gasped Rarity
“Well you can work well under pressure I mean look at your best dresses.” Luna pointed out “And you are the best ground general I think I could have even without experience ith the field that’s why I’m limiting you to your quarters the lunchroom and the training grounds from now until next week. I’m sorry if this seems like a punishment but I really want you out there! Don’t worry you will train alone and privately.” Said Luna
“What about Pinkie Pie?” asked Rarity
“She would never listen or follow the rules plus she has that pinkie sense and I don’t want to take advantage of that unless I absolutely have to.” Finished Luna
“Fine I’ll do it but I’m not going to like it.” Said Rarity heading for the door
“Your trainer is a hot general” Said Luna
“Are we talking the full 10 hot on the hot meter?” asked Rarity stopping in her tracks
