> Our Little Horror Story > by Helblade Master > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- > Prologue > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- As the screams were heard Rainbow Dash turned around to see that dumb fox animatronic chasing after her. "Leave me alone you piece of shit," yelled Rainbow as she turned a corner. There it was the exit to this horrid place. She picked up speed and was almost there when an arm swung out of a nearby doorway. It smacked Rainbow right on the head and she fell over hitting the floor hard. She opened her eyes to find herself staring into the eyes of that bear. No not that bear a new bear and not eyes but emptiness. Then it grabbed her by the hair and dragged her away from the door. "No please I don't want to die," Rainbow yelled with tears in her eyes. The bear just kept dragging her further and further into the darkness of the building. Rainbow Dash jolted awake covered in sweat. Her rainbow hair was a complete mess and was in huge knots. She stretched out and winced as her left arm started to burn. She looked at it and remembered all the damage it had taken last night. Then she remembered why she seemingly blacked out. She looked around and sighed with relief. It was just a dream, a dream she wished wasn't almost true. She got up and went to the curtains opening them letting in the sunlight. Her foot ached as she stood gazing outside at the streets below. She didn't see any animatronics or anything like that. Just people going on with their daily lives. She opened her door and gazed out into the hallway of the hospital. Her clothes were freshly sown and she knew she'd need to take a shower afterwards. She'd been there for two weeks due to apparent mental issues. They were planning to move her to a mental institute due to her constant rambling about animatronics trying to kill her. She had been pulled off the streets in critical condition. The doctors said she had nearly died of blood loss and if that hadn't killed her the cold Novemeber air would have. Her body temperature had dropped drastically. After her constant rambling they really were questioning her sanity. Then Rainbow had brought up the pizza place and told them that they should go check it out for themselves. They had come back without even the slightest evidence of past deaths or remains of anyone. They even said that the animatronics hadn't tried killing them either. This made them conclude that Rainbow was losing her mind. She had pleaded that she wasn't losing her mind and had even offered to tag along for another search. They had agreed but she never entered because she had looked through a window and saw it again. That stupid yellow bear staring right back. She had jumped back and yelled for the others to come look, but by that time the bear was gone and it was just an empty room. They took her back to the hospital and went to work on finding Rainbow a place far away from the city. She now slept, ate, and talked to her friends in the hospital. Well what was left of her friends after her past night at Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria. She stepped out and walked to the dining hall. She couldn't wait to see her friends again. She had promised to tell them about what had happened during her time at the pizza place. She entered the hall and was greeted by all five of them. She shuddered at the thought of that number. Only two weeks ago she had met a gang of five. They just weren't as friendly. She walked over to them and sat down." Good morning, how are you guys," Rainbow asked. "I'm doing fine Rainbow," Pinkie said she was wearing a pink jacket and light blue jeans. Her hair wasn't fluffy anymore it was just flat and just hung down on the side of her face. Her face had the kindest smile, it could, on it. So apparently the doctors had told them that Rainbow was going insane and becoming very unpredictable. "Doing great Rainbow thanks for asking," Twilight said as she put down the book she had been reading. She then took of her glasses and put them on top of the book. She had her hair tucked into her light purple jacket. Her shirt still was the same with her pink bow tie and sky blue shirt. "I'm doing wonderful darling thank you for the concern," Rarity said as she took off her coat and set it on the floor beside her. Her clothes were a bit more mournful. Rainbow made another conclusion. This was going to be her last time seeing her friends. They had found a place for her far from the city. "Ah'm okay Rainbow. Ah'm just worried about you. Why have you been stuck here for the past few weeks," Applejack asked as she pulled of her hat and set it on the table. This made her conclusion even more obvious. Applejack wore her shirt with their sleeves down and gloves on her hands. The gloves were greasy with oil, possibly from a tractor. She was still wearing her boots and jeans. "I'll tell you in a bit AJ," Rainbow replied. "Oh um i'm doing fine thanks for asking Rainbow Dash," Fluttershy said. She had to have like three different layers of clothes on. She was always so easily scared. The clothes were probably to protect herself from any mental fits that Rainbow ended up having. That is if Rainbow ever had any. Rainbow looked at them all again. Familiar faces were all she needed to feel a bit more comfortable in her condition. Her body had been mangled and clawed at. She had even been bitten by that fox. She looked at her left arms cast. She just felt so limited to her one arm now. Her foot had been smashed by that rabbit and her whole left hand had been torn off by the chicken. She felt so useless and yet she somehow escaped that hell hole without Gilda and Sound Board. That bet had been the end of them both. Rainbow had watched Gilda being stuffed into that suit. She had heard Gilda's bones snapping as she was pushed further into the suit. The blood oozing out of the joints and her eyes popping out of her skull dangling on the outside of the suit's eye sockets along with the blood dripping from the suit's mouth and eye sockets. Sound Board she never saw become a smashed body. A corpse stuck in a suit never to see the light of day. "Hello Rainbow are you there," asked Twilight waving her hand in front of Rainbow's face. Rainbow snapped back to reality and shook her head. As she closed her eyes to do so she saw a puppet jump at her. She fell off her chair and hit the floor. She looked up with fear in her eyes. "Oh my god are you okay Rainbow? I didn't mean to scare you," Twilight said running over to help Rainbow off the ground. "No it wasn't you it was something I saw," Rainbow said rubbing her head. "What did you see?" "I saw a puppet jump at me," Rainbow said sitting back down. The others looked at each other with concern. "Rainbow, there was no puppet here," Rarity said. "No I mean I saw it when I closed my eyes," Rainbow said. They all let lose a sigh of relief. They had surely thought the doctors were right when they said that Rainbow had lost her mind. "Now lets get down to business. You had promised to tell us about how you wound up in here right," asked Pinkie with surprising excitement in her voice. Rainbow didn't want to tell the story but she thought if she told them maybe they'd believe her. So she motioned everyone to calm down and started telling the story about a night that will never be forgotten. > The Bet has Been Placed > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- The wind nipped at Rainbow's and Gilda's noses as they ran through the streets. They pushed and shoved around crowds of people. Sound Board had called them and told them to meet him at a small pizzeria in the city and wanted to talk about a bet he had come up with. "So what do you think that moron has come up with now," asked Gilda as they went around another corner. "Beats me Gilda and stop calling him a moron. He's got as much brains as you have no brains," Rainbow said as she punched Gilda's shoulder. They turned another corner and arrived at the pizza place. It looked run down and old. The windows were covered with built up dust and spider webs. She peered in one and got quite the surprise. A yellow bear animatronic stared limply out at her. She jumped back and looked at Gilda. She was to busy looking for Sound Board. Rainbow looked back at the bear. It seemed to just stare into her soul. She looked at Gilda who was now looking at the bear as well. "I got a bad feeling about that bear Dash," Gilda said as she tapped the glass. The bear fell forward its head hitting the glass and cracking it. Gilda and Rainbow jumped back in alarm expecting the glass to shatter. Then from across the road Sound Board was yelling over the droning noises of passing cars and trucks. Rainbow and Gilda turned around and looked over at him. He stood across the street waiting for the light to go red. A few mintues pass and the light goes red and Sound Board crossed the street. "Hey guys," Sound Board said as he ran up to them," I have the best bet ever." Rainbow put her hand up to signal him to stop. She then points at the window with anger blazing in her eyes. It was stupid to even be here. The whole place was a dump and she didn't know how safe it would be to evem go in there. "What the is with that yellow bear," she yelled," the thing is just so fucking creepy!" "Yellow bear I don't see a yellow bear Rainbow," Sound Board said as he shrugged his shoulders. "Well you should you retard it's right at the window," Gilda said as she raised her fist. "Gilda no need to punch anyone okay. Look the bear is gone," Rainbow said looking at the window again. Sound Board was right the bear was gone. Just the crack in the window was left. "Now that is creepy," Gilda said as she looked through the window again. The room was empty not a single moving or yellow object in sight. Gilda turned around and looked at Sound Board again. "Alright so as I was saying. I have the greatest bet in the world," Sound Board said. Rainbow motioned for Sound Board to continue. "You see rumor has it that this pizza place is haunted. Years ago, it is said, there was a kidnapping and murder, the only signs of it were blood marks on the wall in the stoorage room, at an old place. The bodies were never found but the kidnapper had returned for a sixth child but was arrested after taking an injury to the head. Years later after the closing of the old place this place was opened up but people complained about the animatronics releasing terrible smells. They even said that the eyes, mouth, ears, and at some points even the joints would start dripping what looked like blood. The place was soon closed down for health issues and the animatronics weren't even given a look at. They were just left to rot in this old place. So the bet is to see who can stay in this place the longest. Last one out wins." Rainbow and Gilda looked at each other. Sound Board pulled out fifty dollars. "The winner gets fifty dollars." "I'm in," said Gilda," no ghost story is going to scare the shit out of me." She spit her hand and held it out to shake Sound Board's hand. Sound Board did the same and turned to Rainbow. "So are you in or not," asked Sound Board. Rainbow hesitated then spit on her hand and held it out. Sound Board, once again, did the same. "Deal. I know i'll last longer than either of you two," Rainbow said smiling. Little did she know, at that time, that Gilda and Sound Board would never leave. "Good. Be back here tonight at nine o'clock. Got it," asked Sound Board. "I'll be here at eight thirty just to get a good look around," Gilda said as she smirked. "I'll be here don't worry Sound Board," Rainbow said. "Awesome see you guys later," Sound Board said as he turned around and ran off. Rainbow looked at Gilda then turned around and walked back the way she had come. Gilda looked back at the window and saw a new face. A puppet and it had its hands against the glass smiling out at Gilda. It's eyes were completely black and so was its smile. Gilda didn't like this and ran off. Leaving the puppet to stare out at the sunlight. Rainbow returned to her apartment to be greeted by a very excited Scootaloo. A few days prior Rainbow had finally adopted the poor kid. She had been sure to make a good enough bed for Scootaloo along with as making her as comfortable as possible. "Hi Rainbow Dash. I saw you and Gilda run over to that abandoned pizza place. What happened over there," Scootaloo asked as she hugged Rainbow. "Just went over there to make a bet with a friend," Rainbow said hugging Scootaloo back. "What kind of bet," Scootaloo asked. "Well Scootaloo, the bet is to see who can stay in the pizza place the longest. I'm not going to be here until tomorrow after I win it," Rainbow said as she walked over and hung up her jacket. After she had taken off her shoes she went to look at the time. "When are you leaving," Scootaloo asked. "Well the bet starts at nine o'clock but I need to be there earlier. So maybe around eight o'clock or eight thirty," Rainbow knew that meant she'd need to ask one of her friends to baby sit Scootaloo while she was away. So she walked pulled out her cellphone and put in Twilight's phone number. The phone rang a few times and then Twilight answered the call. "Hello, Twilight Sparkle speaking," Twilight said, it sounded like a vacuum was on in the background. "Hey Twilight are you busy tonight," Rainbow asked as she pulled open a drawer and pulled out a pen and paper. She started writing down rules for while she was gone. "No. why do you ask Rainbow?" "Well I need someone to watch over Scootaloo tonight and early tomorrow morning," Rainbow said. She put the rules on the fridge along with her phone number just in case," I just need to know if you'll be free tonight to babysit Scootaloo while i'm gone?" "Of course i'm free tonight," Twilight said the vacuuming stopped and she went silent for a few seconds," okay so what time should I be there." "About eight o'clock maybe eight thirty." "Alright i'll be there at around eight thirty." "Thank you Twilight." "No problem Rainbow. I'll see you later," Twilight said and then the phone clicked and the call ended. Rainbow looked over at Scootaloo who was getting her helmet on. "What are you doing," Rainbow asked. "Well i'm gonna go out with Sweetie Belle and Applebloom to have some fun," Scootaloo said as she put on a knee guard. "Just be here before eight thirty okay," Rainbow said as she tightened the strap on Scootaloo's helmet. "Okay Rainbow Dash, i'll be back before eight thirty," Scootaloo yelled as she ran to the door and opened it. She pulled her scooter out of its resting place, she hoped on it, and in a few seconds she was gone. Rainbow was now in her home alone and no one to talk to until Twilight got there. > This is a Nightmare > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- There was a knocking at the door and Rainbow got up to check who it was. Outside her door stood Twilight with her coat on. She had a large bag which probably contained books and some clothes. Rainbow unlocked her door and allowed Twilight into her home. Twilight took her coat off and hung it on a hanger in the hall. She then went out to the living room and started removing books from the bag. "Alright Twilight. The rules are on the fridge along with my cellphone number just in case Scootaloo needs to get a call to me while i'm gone," Rainbow said as she grabbed her coat and put on her shoes. "I understand Rainbow. I'm sure Scootaloo will be a perfect little angel while i'm here," Twilight said as she removed a black box from her bag. It was large about the same size as... "You brought a Pegastation," Rainbow asked as she pulled off her house keys from their rack. "Yes Rainbow," Twilight said as she pulled out the cords to the gaming console," I thought she might enjoy some of the games a friend bought me along with the poor thing." "I'm sure she'll be absolutely excited to know that you went through all that trouble to bring that along," Rainbow said as she flipped up her hood and opened the door." Well i'm gonna dash now." "Alright see you tomorrow Rainbow." Rainbow then closed the door behind her and locked the door. She then tucked her keys in her pocket and ran off. To bad that was the last time she'd touch that handle. Rainbow soon arrived back at the pizza place. The front door was propped open and wind was blowing into the place. Rainbow walked in and shut the door behind her. The hallway she walked into was completely dark with the only light coming from the door windows. Rainbow walked down the hall cautiously to make sure she didn't scare a rat and end up on the floor. She got to the end of the hall and saw a wide open room. Within the room was a stage and a bunch of tables. On the stage were three animatronics. The one on the far left was a purple bunny with a bowtie and its mouth wide open staring into the inky black that was the party room and in its hand it held a red guitar. The middle one was a bear with a bowtie and buttons on its chest. In one hand it held a microphone and it wore a hat on its head. The thing that unnerved Rainbow was that it was staring straight at her. It wouldn't have been scary if it still had its regular eyes, but the bear only had glowing white dots for pupils. The next one was a chicken and in it's hand it held a cupcake with eyes and a candle. It's beak was hung loosely by the joint. It had a bib on that said Let's Eat. It's eyes just stared out into the dark room. As Rainbow entered she felt like she was being watched. "RAR," Gilda roared as Rainbow started to look around. Rainbow jumped back and hit the wall. The noises echoing throughout the building. "What the hell Gilda," Rainbow yelled," what was that all about." Gilda just stood there laughing at Rainbow. She eventually stopped and calmed down before she told Rainbow why she scared Rainbow. "It was to get rid of the competition early," Gilda said as she went over to a set of curtains. While Rainbow followed close behind. "So Gilda where's Sound Board," Rainbow asked as they approached the curtains. Then from the door way they had just entered from came Sound Board with a very angry look on his face. He quickly approached the girls and crossed his arms. "What in the name of god were you doing," Sound Board asked with hints of pain as he spoke. "Well I wanted to scare Rainbow Dash and I did," Gilda replied pulling back the curtains. Inside was almost completely dark. The only light came from a door on the far end. Above it was an old exit sign the very sign's lights blinking with the possibility of shorting out and dying. In the middle of the room stood a bent over and old animatronic it's legs below the knees showing the endoskeleton. It's chest had a large tear in the fabric that covered its skeleton and its arms fabric wasn't any better. They all approached it and got a good look at the animatronic's face. It was a fox with an eye patch and brown fabric pants. Its right hand was a pirate hook while its left was completely bare. Not a piece of fabric or any kind of protection from the tests of time were present. Rainbow went up and touched it feeling the cold metal on her hands. Then the lights of the animatronic's eyes came on and it slowly raised its head. Soon its whole body was rising from its hunched over position. It now stood above the three, at least five to six inches taller than Gilda. As it's head raised it revealed the mangled circuitry and joint that was the back of its jaw. Then it raised its hook and in a broken, choppy, robotic voice it spoke words that sounded chilling to anyone who could be frightened by the way it spoke. "I-I-I-It's m-m-m-me," the fox said. For a broken and old animatronic its joints moved like it was fresh off the market. It turned its head back and forth looking at the three people that stood in front of it. Then it outstretched its claw and swung it like it would swing a sword. It jabbed through Rainbow's shirt allowing the hook to catch it and a chunk of her own body with it. The fox then pulled its hook back breaking the skin on Rainbow's chest and ripping the shirt along with it. Rainbow looked at the hook on the fox's hand. It was dripping with blood. "Yaa-aa-aar haa-aa-aa-r," it yelled as it raised its hook allowing the blood to drip onto it and then it abruptly shut down. Rainbow looked at her shirt and saw the blood on it already. She quickly took off her jacket and started applying pressure to the small wound. "What the fuck," Gilda asked," what was with all of that?" Gilda looked over at Sound Board who was standing there calmly. "What that was Gilda," Sound Board said," was the animatronic getting a sudden burst of electricity activating its functions. The stuff it did was once part of its act. I bet if we looked around we might find a broken sword." Rainbow looked up from her wound and gave Sound Board a look of anger and just flat out disgust at the fact he didn't seem to care that she was bleeding. Rainbow looked at the wound which wasn't very deep. She removed her jacket to see if the bleeding had stopped. It had and she threw her jacket at the ground. The place was surprisingly warm for a place with almost no power. Maybe there was power but it just went to the heating during the night. They all went back out the curtain and looked over at the animatronics. They still sat there staring where they had been staring last. So the three of them went out to check out the rest of the building. They first found the kitchen. In it were dozens of rusted pots and pans. On the counters sat old cooking tools. On the far end was the freezer that usually kept the food but it hung open with not a single piece of ice in it. They got bored very quickly and went back out to the main room. They then decided to hop on stage and look at the animatronics up close. The first thing they noticed was the horrible smell. Rainbow nearly puked at this suddenly terrible smell. None the less she approached the bunny getting a good look at it. Then there was a loud Ker-chink and Rainbow felt a sharp pain in her foot and looked down. The bunny had its foot on Rainbow Dash's foot. When she looked up the bunny was now looking directly at her. Then it screeched the most blood curdling screech. The other two animatronics both became as active as the bunny and started looking at the others. Then the bunny stepped off of Rainbow's foot and she fell off the stage. When she looked up the animatronics were no longer in their usual position. Their arms were now at their sides and neither of them were holding anything. Then the bear laughed a very deep and menacing laugh. "Hur hur hur hur," it laughed as it took a step. Rainbow and the others reacted immediately. They ran out of the room and into a nearby room. They closed the door behind them and turned around. They now were in the room that Rainbow and Gilda had seen the yellow bear. At least they could see outside. Then they heard a banging on the door and the screeching of the animatronics. They quickly looked for an escape route. They were in a room with only one way out. The door they had come in through. "What the hell is going on," Gilda asked quietly. The animatronics suddenly stopped banging but continued their screeching. This time it sounded like they were talking to each other. Then they heard heavy footsteps and there was a very loud bang on the door. The animatronic's screeches became even louder and then suddenly all the noises stopped. There were more heavy footsteps but they eventually faded away. Rainbow sat on a box with her shoe off of her left foot. Her foot was completely mangled. The toes were bent upwards and sideways in different directions. She quickly put her shoe back on ignoring the pain in her foot. "Holy shit that was scary," Sound Board said as he sighed with relief," problem is. How are we supposed to get out?" Rainbow and Gilda looked at each other. He was right. If they tried to leave now the animatronics would be standing near their only way out. Except for behind the curtain. They could use that one instead and escape with their lives. They just needed to find a way to distract the annoying animatronics so that they could escape. Then Rainbow thought up something. "Hey how bout we use one of us as bait for the other two to get behind the curtain and then the other follow as the other two disappear behind the curtain. That way they'll have their minds set on one so they'll only want to go after that one," Rainbow said. She smirked at the idea and looked at the others. They both looked at each other and then nodded their heads. "It could work," Sound Board said," now i'm thinking of a number between one and ten choose one." "Seven," Rainbow said with a smile on her face. That was always Sound Boards number that he choose. "Four," Gilda said looking at Sound Board with the hopes of not having to be bait. "Sorry Gilda," Sound Board said," Rainbow got the closest." Gilda nearly punched Sound Board at the news. "Come on Gilda," Rainbow said," you'll be safe." Gilda reluctantly let her fist drop to her side. She then looked at the door. "Fine," Gilda said," but you owe me one." With that said Gilda went to the door and took a few deep breaths. She then threw it open and ran out screaming like a maniac. This got the attention of the animatronics and they once again left their positions. Rainbow and Sound Board quickly crawled their way over to the curtains and slid inside. This time they got their own surprise. The fox was standing above them. It grabbed them both by the shirt and threw them back out. They landed on a table and two of the animatronics ceased their chasing of Gilda and walked over to Rainbow and Sound Board. Suddenly Gilda's screaming was silenced and Rainbow blacked out. She woke up to the horrid smell again. It was very strong and there was one noise that was very distinct. Crying, but who was crying? Rainbow opened her eyes to see Gilda being held against her will against a table. Then one of the animatronics entered the room with another bear animatronic suit. It slammed the suit on the table so that the metal objects inside were heard clanging. Then the animatronic holding Gilda lifted her up and started shoving her into the suit. Her screams of pain were loud and long. Gilda's bones could be heard snapping with every shove. The animatronic took its time shoving her in very slowly letting the pain wash over Gilda. Her screams becoming louder the deeper and deeper she was shoved in. The blood started to ooz from the joints and started dripping to the floor. Each time the animatronic shoved the more the blood oozed out. It kept shoving Gilda into the suit until only her head was visible. Then the animatronic lifted up a bear mask and dropped it onto Gilda's head. Her screams of pain were louder than ever. "Someone, anyone help me please," Gilda yelled she looked around and looked at Rainbow," what are you laughing at?! Don't you see the pain i'm in you piece of shit!?" Then the animatronic slammed its fist down on the skull and the cracking of Gilda's skull was heard. The animatronic slammed down again and the cracking continued. It slammed down once more and Gilda's eyes popped out of their sockets. Dangling on the outside of the mask was Gilda's eyeballs oozing out blood as well. Then the animatronic turned around and grabbed Sound Board. He was still unconscious but he wouldn't be for long. Rainbow noticed she wasn't even held by any of the animatronics and slowly slid off the chair she had been set in. She crawled to the door and turned her head to get one last look at Sound Board. He was now looking at Rainbow with tears in his eyes. Rainbow quickly scrambled out of the room and towards the curtain again. She didn't care about the others anymore. She needed to get out of the hell hole she had walked into. The fox wouldn't be aware of her this time. She slid inside the curtains and turned around running straight into the chicken. She fell to the ground and looked up. The chicken grabbed her and with a long droning female voice she spoke. "Let's eat," and at those words it went to bite into Rainbow's stomach but got her left hand instead. The chicken slowly twisted its head. Snapping the bone and then it wripped her hand right out of the socket. Rainbow watched in horror as the chicken seemed to swallow her hand in one bite. Then Rainbow kicked upwards smacking the chickens beak the bottom of the jaw bent inwards. The animatronic seemed to show discomfort by this and dropped Rainbow to check her beak. While it was doing that Rainbow tried to slip away but was stopped by the fox. This time it grabbed her by the shirt and lifted her up. It seemed to smile as it did so. She was right below the fox's jaw now and it stopped lifting her. It then opened its jaw and bent forward. It's jaw was filled with sharp teeth of varying colors. Then Rainbow raised her arms waiting for the bite. It eventually came with a loud snap Rainbow felt her left arm break. Her right had some teeth marks in it. The fox then threw her back out the curtain and stepped out. Rainbow landed on the far end of the room. She could feel her body seem to go stiff. The chicken looked out from the curtains and screeched loudly it jumped out of the curtain and started running across the room. Rainbow quickly got up and ran to the door to the hallway. As she heard even more screams she turned around to see that the fox was following her. "Leave me alone you piece of shit," she yelled as she turned the corner and was now in the hallway. She bolted down it towards the door. She heard the fox skid across the floor as it turned the corner. It screeched loudly and lept at Rainbow. It's hook cut her skin as it tried to grab her. The hook ran all the way down the back of her leg and pulled away at the base of the ankle. Rainbow stumbled but didn't fall. She was almost there. Just a few more feet. She slammed her body against the door and felt the cold breeze as she tumbled out the door. She heard the final screeches of the fox. As she turned around she saw four white glowing pupils staring from the darkness of the hallway. She then got up and started limping home. She could feel herself losing conscious and then she fell over on the sidewalk. She just couldn't keep going. Her body was giving out on her. The last thing she heard was a scream and then her eyes closed. Her mind hoping that she'd wake up. > 1, 2, the Puppet's Coming for You > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- "So that is how I ended up here," Rainbow said as she looked at the others. Their faces showed concern. Fluttershy was hiding under the table. Rarity had gone to the bathroom to throw up. Pinkie sat there seemingly petrified by the story that was just told. "Guys," Rainbow asked," guys, don't you believe me?" Twilight looked at Rainbow with a straight face. "Sorry Rainbow but that story is way to farfetched to be true," Twilight said as she picked up her book. The front doors flung open and two strong men came in. Rainbow got up and tried to run but tripped on the table leg and fell to the ground. She tried to get back up but then she was grabbed by the arms. "Twilight, AJ, anyone please help me," Rainbow yelled," Twilight please you have to believe me i'm not crazy! I saw it happen and I felt so much pain! Why won't you believe me?! I thought the arm and the back of my leg would help!" Rainbow started kicking at the air trying to make contact with anything. Her feet didn't touch a single thing. "Sorry Rainbow, but you know i'm a psychologist. That whole story was just to hide the fact that you murdered your friends and to try and protect your alibi you hurt yourself," Twilight said. She had a kind smile on her face. It looked like she thought it would calm Rainbow down. Instead Rainbow got angrier and started flailing trying to loosen the grip around her shoulders. "Don' worry sugarcube we'll come n' try ta visit as soon as we can," Applejack said. Rainbow heard the doors open behind her. "I'm not insane guys," Rainbow yelled as the door closed in front of her. She suddenly felt disconnected from the real world. She felt like those doors were a big box keeping her inside it so she couldn't get out. She closed her eyes and started crying the last time she'd cry about anything related to her friends. They had just watched as she was dragged out of the room. She was returned to her hospital room to pack up anything she may need. She had come wearing what she had been found in. She had woken up in the hospital with nothing but the clothes she had been wearing. She was then escorted to the back doors where she was picked up by a black van. She looked back at the hospital and saw Twilight waving good bye. Rainbow lied down on the seats and curled into a ball. She tried her best not to think about where she was going. Rainbow just hoped some day she'd be free of the pain she felt. Rainbow walked into her asylum room as the door locked behind her. It had been a few years and Rainbow had completely lost it. Her walls were covered in blood drawings of different things in her life. From the death of Gilda to the loss of her hand and the many, many nightmares she had. She seemed to have painted a smile on her face. Which wasn't necesarry as she was always smiling. Her hair was a complete mess and her eyes were blood shot. Her mental state had increased her violence with patients and asylum staff. She was always trying to escape and had gained a few bruises from each escape attempt. Once and a while she could actually get her hands on a patient or gaurd when they entered her room. The next day the skull would be found dangling from the ceiling fan. How she succeded in achieving such feets was still unknown. The tools were never found nor the rest of the body. When Rainbow talked to her friends she had to wear a straight jacket to prevent herself from hurting them, Twilight in particular. Today was different for Rainbow though. Today she had been sent a package with a note. She picked up the note and flipped it open. The note only said three wrords. Come Join Us Rainbow dropped the card to the floor and opened the box. Inside was a puppet folded to fit into the box. Rainbow instantly closed it and backed away. When she got to the door she started yelling," it's here! The puppet is here! Someone please help!" "Yeah right cupcake," said a man next door," that's the craziest thing i've ever heard." Then there came some mumbles and he went silent. Rainbow suddenly felt something grip around her throat. She turned her head to see the puppet. Its smile as black as her fate. Its eyes had two white dots and the rest black. It had rosy cheeks and red painted lips. Rainbow heard a snap and everything slowly went black. The last thing she felt was a pull on the inside of her chest before nothing. Tears rolled down the cheeks of Scootaloo as she saw the body of Rainbow Dash in her coffin. When Twilight had come back to stay with Scootaloo she had said that Rainbow would be okay. "Shhh, Scootaloo it's okay," Twilight said as she rubbed Scootaloo's shoulders trying to calm her down. "No it isn't Twilight," Scootaloo said as she tried to stop crying. She knew that Rainbow wouldn't like her to see Scootaloo like that. "Why isn't it," Twilight said feeling as she had gotten somewhere. "Because if it wasn't for you sending Rainbow to the asylum she wouldn't be dead," Scootaloo said as she tried to get away from Twilight. Twilight was surprised by this statement, although it was uncalled for it was nearly the exact same way she felt. Rainbow had been found dead next to a puppet which held her heart and some major blood vessels. Twilight had realized, then, that Rainbow wasn't originally insane. It was Twilight's constant demand that Rainbow be ignored about the animatronics at all costs and no one was to believe her that must have driven Rainbow over the edge. The puppet was then burned to ensure that it never made it back home. "I know Scootaloo and i'm sorry," Twilight said," if only I had listened to her." Twilight sat down on a step leading to the coffin covering her face in her hands. "I wish I could change my choice but now I can't." Scootaloo looked at Twilight and sat down next to her. She waited a while before she suddenly gave Twilight a hug and after a while released it. Twilight looked at Scootaloo who smiled with the best smile she could. Twilight just sat there looking into the child's eyes. What she saw was a broken soul trying to hide from reality by smiling and hugging her pains away. Twilight hugged Scootaloo back and they both got up and left the funeral home. As they left Twilight felt a cold, long chill down her spine. She felt like she knew what that meant. She turned around and looked back at the doors. "Good bye Rainbow Dash." She then opened her car door and got in. As she drove off she looked at the funeral home once more. She thought she had seen a streak of rainbow on the glass. She smiled at the fond memories that her and the rest of her friends would keep. To bad the fond memories of Rainbow Dash had come to an end so soon. > Bonus Chapter: Sound Board's Final Moments > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sound Board opened his eyes to see a hand grip his shirt. The hand was cold and strong. He opened his eyes to see an animatronic hand on his shirt. He was then flung to the table and he felt something crack. The animatronic who stood in front of him was the bear. He looked at the door and saw Rainbow crawling to it. He felt tears roll down his cheeks at the realization that he wasn't going home. Rainbow looked back at Sound Board for a few seconds before crawling out the door. Sound Board looked at the bear who was preparing an animatronic suit. It slammed the suit down on the table and picked up Sound Board. Then there was a loud screech and the bear stopped what it was doing and turned it's head. Sound Board caught a glimpse of Rainbow as she flew across the room. Then there was another screech and the chicken ran across the room and stopped. The next animatronic was the fox. It started running across the room much faster than the chicken. Suddenly Sound Board felt a sharp pain in his legs and looked down to find that the bear was back to stuffing him in the suit. He could hear Rainbow scream," Leave me alone you piece of shit." a few seconds there was another screech and a loud bang. Then there was the noise of the front doors opening and he smiled. the bear looked back at the him and laughed. "Hur hur hur hur." Then Sound Board felt the pain rise from his legs to his waist. The bear was slowly shoving him deeper in the suit. Sound Board could feel the pain rising in his body. Each shove cracked bone and turned him into mush on the inside. He could feel the blood trickling down his body. Each shove brought more pain to Sound Board. Then it all stopped and Sound Board's head was the only thing not stuffed in the suit. Next thing he knew he felt a cold hard object hit his skull. Then the bear laughed again and raised its fist. Then it slammed down on the object. Sound Board just seemed to become oblivious to everything. His body seemed useless and limp and his skull felt weird. Then the next slam came and everything went dark. Sound Board soon was slipping away from reality and then it all disappeared and he thought no more. > Nightmare > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Scootaloo sat at the edge of her bed staring at the door to her room. She could hear heavy footsteps and the sound of doors creeking. Every so often a small bear would scuttle across the floor in a quick attempt to reach Scootaloo. Her bedroom door was wide open and she could see right out into the hall. There were no lights just white dots moving from room to room looking for something. One pair approached her door and peered in. Scootaloo's lamp lit up the face to reveal the mangled face of an animatronic, with sharp teeth and claws. There was constant heavy breathing echoing through the room. Her heart raced as the animatronic began to walk towards her, she was frozen by fear. It got closer and closer until it was right over her, staring down at her. Then it grabbed her by the shoulders and lifted her up. Then made a terrifying, blood curdling screech. Suddenly she was awake. The nightmare was over. She never wanted to relive it ever again. But she did, night after night an animatronic entered her room and screeched at her. Each time the dreams feeling longer and longer. When one day they stopped, the day that Twilight Sparkle died.
