Prelude to Chaos is Magic

This story takes place during Season 4.

My Little Pony is property of Hasbro. Sonic the Hedgehog and other characters from games or comics are property of SEGA and Archie Comics.

Twilight and her friends have had many exciting adventures since the start. But what they did not realize is that when anypony has a friend, anypony must have an enemy.



The Revenge Ten

It was a quiet evening in Ponyville. Every pony was in their homes sleeping until sunrise but there were a few who were still awake. A unicorn pony in a black hood ventured through the streets of Ponyville until she reached her meeting point. She entered through the doors of an abandon factory across town and trotted through the deserted area. There she met about nine more figures in black hoods. They turned their heads over to the unicorn as she walked in and looked around her surroundings. Just then, a tall figure in a black hood walks in with a giant figure and assembles the guests. The shadowed figures kept their hoods down as the tall figure spoke.

"My brethren." He speaks with some sort of cold, old accent. "Thank you for coming. Do you all know why you are here?"

The griffon figure with a rough voice speaks. "No. You brought me back to Dweebsville for this?"

"You should show some respect, you feathered creature." The unicorn figure who came in retorted. "We are much more superior than you."

"You are not so tough. I, whose name I cannot reveal yet, am twice as powerful than anypony there is." Said the big bulky minotaur figure.

"You don't look powerful." Said one of the three figures with a gurgling voice.

"We came here for pretty gems."

"Hehehehe! Pretty and precious gems."

"Speak for yourselves, hairballs." Said another group of figures who are tall unicorns. "We used to be the best of our business."

"Until we were ran out of town. All because of those six meddling ponies."

"You can deal with them, all I care about is getting back at that rainbow show-off." Said the hooded Pegasus.

"I'm only here because I want to get back at that little dragon doofus whose with those stupid ponies." Said the tall dragon figure.

"Everyone, please! Hold your tongues!" Said the lead figure. "You are all here for the same reason! I'm here for a different reason but you are here to help me and in return I can give full access to your world as you see fit. Name your target."

"Twilight Sparkle." Said the Unicorn.

"Pinkie Pie." Said the griffon.

"Fluttershy." Said the Minotaur.

"Rarity." Said the group of three dogs.

"Applejack." Said the two unicorns.

"Rainbow Dash." Said the Pegasus.

"Spike." Said the dragon.

The unknown figure then summarizes their problems. "These six ponies are the reason why you stand here at this ground. United together with the same passion. And none of you worthless mortals couldn't even beat them on your own! But, by working together, we can tear those ponies apart, and steal their power. We'll make them get down on their hooves and make them beg for our mercy. If they think friendship will bring them together, they've got another thing coming."

The group likes the idea and they smile to their amusement. "Together with my help..." The unknown spoke. "We can take down both of them at the same time and send a message to all of Equestria!"

The group cheers at the unknown's plan. "Now..." He speaks again while he walks to the center, holding out his hand. "Reveal your names and join the cause."

One by one, the figures remove their hoods and announce their names.

"Trixie."

"Gilda."

"Iron Will."

"Spot, Rover and Fido of the Diamond Dogs."

"Flim and Flam."

"Lightning Dust."

"Garble."

They then joined their hooves/paws and vow to extract their revenge and humiliate Twilight and her friends. "Let this be our only cause to put an end to those who stand above us and become true rulers of the universe. With our force as strong as Celestia's, nothing will stop us. Nopony will stop us. We are the Revenge Ten. We care only for the blood of our enemies. The blood that we will taste after we defeat them. Revenge is Cold." The enigmatic leader announces.

"Revenge is Cold." The others mutter and they pull their hooves/paws back.



It's morning. Princess Twilight Sparkle was staying at the Golden Oaks Library so she could study more about the mysterious chest that had appeared after restoring the Tree of Harmony. The little alicorn herself was flying around the shelves looking for the right books with the right information, but to no avail. She groans in disgust after searching tirelessly and descended down to the floor. Her dragon assistant Spike walked in and sees a whole pile of books in front of him.

"So... uhhh... How's the search, Twilight?" He spoke nervously.

"Oh... Spike, it's horrible. I can't find a single page in these books about that mysterious chest that appeared when we placed the Elements of Harmony back in the Tree of Harmony. These books don't even have the right information and most of them seem outdated." She answered.

"Wow. You must have been up all night."

"Of course I've been up all night. I've been flying around the library looking for one. The Canterlot Library doesn't even have any information and Princess Cadance at the Crystal Empire says there's not a book in their library about the chest or the keys." Twilight puts on a frown of suspicion. "What could this mystery be? It's almost as if the Mysterious Chest is hidden away from the ancient archives. Ooooh! I don't know! But I can't give up. I have to find any reliable resource in Ponyville as much as I can."

Spike was speechless from her tireless talk. "Yeeeeeaaah. Okay. But I came here to tell you that the Sugarcube Corner is having a party. It's the Cake twins' birthday."

Twilight then jumps up in panic and gasps. "Oh no!" She runs up to her schedule and reads it. "I forgot all about it. I was up all night because of my work and I didn't even have time to buy them a present!"

"Easy, Twilight. I'm sure they're not accepting gifts." Spike assured her.

"Every babies birthday party has gifts, Spike!" Twilight yelled. "Okay, okay! Let's see, what do babies like?" Twilight thinks and smiles for an idea.



Over at Sugarcube Corner, many ponies were celebrating the Cake's twins' birthday. Ponies like Lyra, Bon Bon, Cherry Berry, Berry Punch, Sea Swirl, Time Turner and Derpy were there. Rarity, Applejack, Apple Bloom, Big Mac, Sweetie Belle, Rainbow Dash, Scootaloo and Fluttershy were also there at the party along with Angel the bunny. The ponies stared at the cute little infant foals in their strollers as they flail around and chew on toys.

"Awwww..." The crowd awed.

Amongst the crowd are Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon who as always don't take the party very kindly and they walked over to the table. "I can't believe my daddy wanted me to attend this stupid party. It's just a couple of blank flanks who do nothing but chew and fly." DT expresses her annoyance.

"Look on the bright side, Diamond, at least you look fabulous." SS complimented and Diamond chuckles.

"Why, thank you, Silver Spoon." The two fillies share a giggle.

"By the way... what is that glowing purple gemstone on your neck?"

Diamond took notice of her necklace and showed it to her. "This?" It's a purple gemstone with a strange glowing aura. "My daddy found it while drilling for oil across Dodge Junction. He gave to me as a present to give to the Cakes, but I thought I could just keep it for myself knowing how pretty it suits me."

The girls laugh sinisterly, not knowing what kind of dangerous power it holds.

Later on, Mr. Cake then comes out of the kitchen with the birthday cake on his back and so does Mrs. Cake with the candle lighter in her mouth.

"Everyone gather round." Mr. Cake called out and the ponies walk towards them. "It's time for the birthday cake."

"Why, that cake looks rather delicious." Rarity said as she looked at the cake with pink and white frosting.

"Mm-mm! Looks yummy if ya ask me." Applejack said.

"Eeyep." Big Mac responds.

"I'm quite disappointed that Pinkie Pie isn't here for this?" Rarity said as she turned her head to see if Pinkie is around. "Where is she?"

"I dunno. I haven't seen her since last night." Rainbow Dash said.

Mrs. Cake lights the candles on the cake. "Okay, everypony. Let's sing, but softly. Don't want to hurt the little ones' ears."

The crowd begins to sing softly. "Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birth-"

Suddenly, the pink party pony herself bursts out of the cake and sings loudly as frosting drips down her happy face. "-DAY TO YOU! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO POUND AND PUMPKIN CAKE! HAPPY BIRTHDAY Toooooooo Yoooooooou!" Fireworks fly up to the sky and explode while confetti rains down on the ponies. Pinkie Pie smiles after her little performance and everypony just stood in shock and awe.

"Wow. I really nailed it this time." Pinkie said thinking her performance was good.

"The... cake." Mrs. Cake uttered in horror.

Pinkie looks down to see the cake she's standing on is ruined, causing the Cake Twins to cry. Pinkie then lowers her mood to a nervous smile. "Oopsie...?"

The Cakes try to calm the twins down while Pinkie jumps off the table and attempts to sneak away but Mr. Cake calls for her. "Pinkie!" He called out and Pinkie turned around looking scared. "May I have a word?" He asked and Pinkie droops her ears down and walks up to him.

Her friends could only watch what was going to happen and Twilight had just arrived on time with a present wrapped. Twilight panted after galloping so hard. "Sorry. I'm here! What did I miss?"

"Oh. Uhh." Rarity spoke. "Pinkie Pie ruined the Cake's cake?" She smiled nervously and Twilight looked a bit shocked and confused.

Pinkie Pie is then seen inside the store being lectured by Mr. Cake who is obviously a bit upset about the cake she ruined.

"I'm sorry, Mr. Cake. I was only trying to give the twins a bit of a cheer." Said Pinkie.

"By exploding their cake? The cake Cupcake tirelessly made throughout the week only to have it blown to pieces? Do you know how much effort she put in that cake?"

Pinkie put her hoof on her chin. "A lot of effort?"

"A super effort. It means to her more that it means the twins and you ruined it."

"Please, Mr. Cake. When have I ever ruined somepony's cake?"

"Let's see: There was me and my wife's anniversary. Granny Smith's birthday. Your own birthday. And then there was Cheerilee's birthday where you shot confetti all around the place and ate the whole cake."

"Mmm... tasty frosting." Pinkie loses focus.

"PINKIE!" Mr. Cake snaps her back. "I'm sorry to say this but... you're too hyper. You need to learn some self-control. And therefore I am evicting you out of Sugarcube Corner until you have proven to be more observant of yourself."

"WHAT? But I have no where else to live!"

"It's the only way."

Pinkie looks sad and flops down onto the floor. "Pinkie, look. I'm sorry. But my wife and I can't keep cleaning up after you. Once you've learned self-control then you can come back."

"How will you know I've learned any?" Pinkie whimpered.

"Well, for starters, no more bursting out of cakes." He said. "I'm truly sorry... but it's the only way you could learn."

Pinkie sheds a tear and sniffs. "Ok, Mr. Cake. I understand." Pinkie sobs a little and then looks down to see a bowl of onions. "Hey, who left this bowl of onions here?"



Later at night. Back at the Golden Oaks Library, Pinkie Pie was happy that Twilight allowed her to sleep at her place for the night.

"Hey, Twilight, thanks again for letting me crash here while I try and learn some self-control."

"Of course, Pinkie." Twilight tried to yet again read for information about the chest.

"Hey, Twilight? Whacha doing?"

Twilight groans. "I'm trying so hard to find some valuable information regarding the magical chest in Everfree Forest. So far, none of the libraries have any useful data on them."

"Wow! It must be kept well a secret. Any luck?"

"No. But it's out there somewhere. I just need to look harder." Twilight then turns around to see Pinkie's expression turn sad again. "Are you okay, Pinkie?"

"Twilight... am I... crazy?" Pinkie asked.

"Well... ummm..." Twilight didn't want to admit it, seeing it could hurt her feelings. "Maybe... a teeny... tiny... little crazy?"

Pinkie sees through her lie. "You're just saying that."

"Look, Pinkie Pie. I'm not saying that you're such an insane party pony, I'm saying that you lose interest on what you care about. I mean, you ruined the Cake's birthday party for crying out loud. You just need to be more... less excited... less childish. Just be... you." Told Twilight.

"But this is me. I'm super duper me." Pinkie said.

"Well, I think maybe you should be a little less super of you."

"How can I do that?"

"Simple. Just forget about being super excited and playful and just be more... ponyfolk. For one day, just stop being Pinkie Pie for one day and you'll know self-control."

Pinkie smiles again as she hugs Twilight. "Thanks, Twilight. You're such a good friend." Pinkie happily trots over to a cushion and lies. "I promise that I will not be super duper me for one day."

"That's the spirit." Twilight flies over to her bed.

"Hey, by the way, Twilight?"

"Yeah?"

"What present did you get the Cakes?" She asked.

Twilight looked a little nervous. "Oh, you know... just some old book about ancient pony history. Didn't seem important to me so I figured the fillies would like to read it." Twilight giggles nervously and saw that Pinkie was already asleep. "Phew." Twilight then got in her bed and slept.



During this sleepy night.

Over at Sugarcube Corner, the Cake Twins were happily sleeping in their cradles. Pumpkin Cake has the book of ancient pony history that Twilight had in her mouth. Then, a green hoof opens the window and a Pegasus mare sneaks in. She grabs the babies out of their cradle and leaves.

At the Carousel Boutique, Rarity was fast asleep and is dreaming and murmuring in her sleep. "Yes, Fancypants, I like more tea." She murmured. A hole was dug through in the study area and a couple of thieves were stealing Rarity's gems and take off back in the hole.

At Cloudsdale, Rainbow Dash was sleeping in her home. Just then, a griffon steals some rainbow liquid from her moat and places them in a jar.

At Sweet Apple Acres, a machine was driving in, stealing all of the crops from the Apple Farm.

At the cottage, Fluttershy is sleeping peacefully. A minotaur then breaks into the animal zoo and kidnaps the sleeping Angel.

Over at Zecora's hut in the Everfree Forest, a shadowy unicorn sneaks past the sleeping zebra herself and steals a box containing the Alicorn Amulet which was confiscated from her.

Meanwhile a shadowy figure appears in the bedroom of Diamond Tiara who is sound asleep with the gemstone on her. She awakens to see the monster in front of her and he exclaims calmly "Hand me that Emerald." in dark cold voice and DT screams.



Come morning... Twilight yawns as she wakes up. She is then surprised when she sees that Pinkie Pie has baked like 140 pancakes. Pinkie walks up with a chef's hat on and greets Twilight. "Good morning, Twilight."

"Good morning... uh..." Twilight was speechless. "Did you cook all of that?"

"Yes I did." Pinkie smells the pancakes. "I love the smell of pancakes in the morning. Smells like... victory."

Twilight was quite impressed. "It looks... lovely actually."

"Well, since I'm off Pinkie mode for today, I thought I should start off with a basic morning routine of good old fashion breakfast." Twilight looks at the plate of pancakes stacked for her. "Go on, try it." Twilight uses her magic to pick up a fork and grabs a piece of the pancake. She then tastes it. "What do you think?"

Twilight seems to enjoy it. "Mmm... this is good."

"Thanks. Gummy helped make it." Pinkie revealed untimely.

Gummy is seen in the cake mix bowl and Twilight quickly spat it out and leaves her tongue hanging.



At the Carousel Boutique, Rarity screams in horror. Her sister Sweetie Belle runs down to see her. "Rarity! What's wrong?"

"What's wrong? What's wrong?!" Rarity questioned back in utter panic. "My beautiful sapphire and ruby gemstone collection has been ransacked! That's what's wrong?" She then proceeds to whine.

"It's alright, Rarity." Sweetie assured her.

"No, it's not. They were meant for a very important client this afternoon. And now they're gone! Who would commend to such a crime like this?" Rarity then turns to Sweetie Belle and gives off a suspicious look. "Please, tell me you had nothing to do with this."

Sweetie Belle walks backwards, fearing she's accusing her. "What? I didn't touch them. Honestlyyyyyyy!" She trips back. Sweetie and Rarity spot a hole in the middle of the room that's already been covered. "Where did this come from?"

"Well, that's odd for a hole to be in." Rarity said. "Something must have dug up here through the ground below. I have no clue of what could do something like that." Rarity then gets an idea and glares. "Ohhhhhh no..."



At Sweet Apple Acres...

The Apple family is in the middle of a crisis of their own. "What happened to our crops?" Granny Smith asked in panic.

"This is not good. Not good at all?" Applejack said as she, Apple Bloom and Big Mac look around to see that the crops have been stolen out of their roots. "Who could do something like this to the Apple Family? Any ideas, Big Mac?"

He shakes his head. "Nnnnope."

"Ah don't believe it. Ah just don't believe it." Apple Bloom said.

Just then, Filthy Rich came galloping towards the Apple family yelling "GRANNY SMITH!" He stops as he confronts her. "Where is she?"

"Filthy Rich? Where is who?" She asked back.

"Who? My daughter, you old crone!" He questioned aggressively to her face.

Applejack, Big Mac and Apple Bloom gasp at Filthy Rich's foul language. "Hey! Nopony talks to mah granny like that!" Applejack defends Granny Smith.

"Stay out of this, dirty hooves, or I'll shut this barn down!" He threatened and Applejack glared. "Where is Diamond Tiara, Smith? Where is she?!" He asks again while being even more furious.

"Why are you asking me?" Granny questioned back in confusion.

"Because... just this morning, I went into her room and she wasn't there."

"So, why are you blaming us for?" AJ asked.

Filthy pointed to Apple Bloom. "I know my daughter's 'friends' with your sister, so I had to come here."

"She ain't mah friend!" Apple Bloom shouted. "And good riddance..." She said that line under her breath.

Filthy even more furious runs up to Apple Bloom and questions her. "When was the last time you've seen her?"

"Stop this, Filthy!" Applejack commanded.

"Where did you last see my daughter?" Filthy questioned the scared-stricken Apple Bloom. "Tell me now!"

Apple Bloom answered in fear. "I haven't seen her since the party yesterday and Ah haven't seen her now! Honest!"

Realizing this, Filthy, starting to lose his cool, turns his attention to Big Mac and runs up to him. "What about you?! Any ideas?"

"Nnnope." Big Mac responded.

Filthy then turns to Applejack but she lowers her hat to her face as she doesn't have any answers.

Filthy then breaks down into tears. "I don't know what game you're playing... but my daughter's missing and that's what's worrying me. She didn't do anything bad, she didn't hurt anypony... she's an angel." He says as he sobs on the ground.

"Yeah, like she ever hurt anypony." Apple Bloom responds in sarcasm, in times she remembers Diamond Tiara calling her names like 'Blank Flank'.

Rarity soon came running in and confronting Applejack. "Okay, Applejack. Hand it over."

"Hand what over, Rarity?" She asked in even more confusion.

"Oh please. Don't give me that honest look. It's not your fault your dog happened to be digging through my boutique in the middle of the night and stealing all of my luscious sapphires and rubies which are needed for today." Rarity spoke and Applejack looked even slightly more confused.

Applejack then answered. "Winona never leaves the farm without mah say so, AND ah don't have your treasure collection. That's the truth."

"You're not lying then?" Rarity asked and Applejack was sure of telling the truth. "Then... who dug into my house?"

"Ya-know what? Ah'm beginning to think the same thing here. All of our apple crops have been stolen." Applejack noted to Rarity.

"Hmm. Then I guess you're not the only pony having this problem." She replies.

Suddenly Rarity was rammed into the mud by a speeding Rainbow Dash. "Ahhh! Rainbow Dash!" She cried in anger as she is covered in dirty mud, which she hates.

Rainbow looked a bit peeved and panicked. "Okay! Which of you ponies stole my rainbow moat?"

Applejack looked in confusion again. "Uhhh... Ah'm starting to get a headache now."

Fluttershy then flies in all panicked and worried. "Have any of you seen Angel? I looked everywhere for him. He's not his coop, he's not in the house, he's not even in Ponyville. Ohhh... I'm so worried."

Rarity bushes all of the mud off herself and speaks. "Clearly, we all have something going on. My gems ransacked, Rainbow's moat stolen, the apple field empty and now Angel is missing. Who else isn't affected by this?"

The group thinks about it for a second and then they exclaim "Twilight!" in unison.

They gallop off, leaving Granny Smith and Big Mac with the current situation along with the hoof sucking Filthy Rich as he is suffering some sort of breakdown.



Spike was sleeping in his bed and is eventually awoken by the constant knocking on the door. Spike gets up and opens the door to reveal Applejack, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash and Rarity. They walk in. "Uhhh... Hey, guys. What's up?"

"Sorry, Spike. But where's Twilight?" Applejack asked. "It's urgent."

Spike yawned. "Twilight's over at the Canterlot Library. Why?"

"We need her! Ponyville's in danger! The rainbows are disappearing." Rainbow Dash said.

"My house got ransacked." Rarity said.

"The Apple Farm is in chaos." Applejack said.

"And Angel is missing!" Said Fluttershy. "Oh and um... Filthy Rich's daughter has been ponynapped."

Spike was lost for words. "Okaaay... Not the best crisis situation I've heard."

"Hello, friends." Pinkie calmly greeted behind the group and they gasp at the sight of her. Pinkie's mane and tail is flopped down straight and her coat color is a little less pinkish. Her personality is more tamed than her usual self. "And how are we all on this fine day?"

"Uh? Pinkie Pie?" Rainbow Dash says in confusion.

"Oh no, Rainbow Dash. I am Pinkie Pie no more. From this day forward, I am normal Pinkamena."

The group just stand there bewildered by her new personality, and a little creeped out.



At the Cutie Mark Crusader's club house.

Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo and Apple Bloom discuss about Diamond Tiara's disappearance.

"I say, good riddance." Sweetie admits. "Do you know how much of a bully she is?"

"She may be a bully but she's still innocent. We all are." Apple Bloom says.

"Uhh... if you hadn't figured it out, she made fun of us throughout the years, calling us 'blank flanks', saying 'we'll never get our cutie marks.' Do you know how much that bites?" Scootaloo protested.

"She just thinks she's better than anypony in Equestria. She doesn't care about anyone at all, only herself." Sweetie said.

"Look, girls. Ah know she's mean and she's given us all a hard time... but maybe if she could just learn..." Apple Bloom talked but then they hear a thud from their window.

The girls looked at the window and opened it to see what's outside. Sweetie opens the window only to duck under from a rock hurling towards her. Sweetie looks back up and looks down to see Diamond's friend, obviously angry. "Well, I hope you Cutie Mark Lameos are happy now!" Silver Spoon berated them.

The three fillies come down and walk up to her. "Happy about what?" Scootaloo asked while glaring.

"Word on Ponyville is that Diamond Tiara is missing and is nowhere to be found."

"So what?" Apple Bloom angrily asked and Silver Spoon faces her with a glare.

"So... it all comes down to you. I know you had something to do with her disappearance. It all makes sense. We've been tormenting you for a while and somehow you snapped not just at me but at Diamond Tiara. The main link. You went and made her disappear with your unicorn magic, Sweetie Belle." She points her hoof at Sweetie Belle. "I will not stand for this anymore and neither will Miss Cheerilee once I go and tell her that it was you dweebs that made her go away then you will be punished for good." Silver Spoon spoke but then noticed that the CMC weren't paying attention to her and where looking above her head. "Did you just hear what I just said?"

Sweetie Belle gulps and mummers. "M-m-mam..."

"Yes! You will call me Ma'am." She misunderstood.

"Woolly. Big. Trunk." Scootaloo stutters in fear.

"Big ears. Large tusks." Apple Bloom stutters while her pupils shrink.

Silver Spoon is confused about their sudden fear. "What's wrong, Cutie Mark Babies? Afraid of little old me?" She gives more of her confidence again but then hears heavy breathing coming from behind her and turns back to see a large mammoth like figure. Spoon and the CMC scream at the top of their lungs as the figure takes hold of them.



Back at the library. Pinkie is pouring a cup of tea for herself. She takes a sip of it and sighs. "This is some beautiful tea. Would any of you girls like some?" Pinkie offered to her friends who at this point have been weird-out.

"Uhh... no thanks." Applejack said.

"I'd like some." Fluttershy said enthusiastically but Rainbow Dash looked to her with frown and changes her mind. "Oh... um... maybe not right now."

Finally, Twilight Sparkle enters her library with her saddle bag of books. "Hi, girls. What's wrong?"

"Twilight! Thank goodness." Rarity expressed relief. "Aren't you a sight for sore eyes."

"What's going on?" Twilight asked.

Rainbow Dash explains. "Oh nothing. Except my some of my rainbow moat got stolen which was totally uncool. And then  Rarity's been robbed of her jewel collection and the Apple Farm is going out of business and Fluttershy's rabbit is missing and now Pinkie is making tea and acting all... bleeh... girly."

Twilight watches Pinkie who continues to drink her tea. She even gives some to a stuff bear. Twilight is creeped out too. "Anything else?"

"One of the fillies from the school is missing." Applejack told her.

"Okay, that's a big problem." Twilight said.

And then a voice boomed behind Twilight. "It seems we both have something stolen. And one taken that is of olden."

The girls looked outside the door to see the zebra Zecora as she walks to Twilight and her friends. "Zecora?"

"I'm afraid you four aren't the only ponies with a plight, for something of mine was stolen last night."

Rainbow Dash flew to her. "You know who did this?"

"No, I cannot say. This happened like no ordinary day. But what's happening is no accident, and somepony has taken the Alicorn Amulet."

The Mane Five gasp in horror. "The Alicorn Amulet?" Twilight is shocked. "I thought I took it off... Trixie? But that's impossible, Trixie has given up on her selfish needs. She promised directly in front of me." (Magic Duel.)

Then, Mr. and Mrs. Cake came running over to Twilight, shouting and panicking. "Twilight!" Mr. Cake shouted.

"Our babies. The twins. They're gone!" Mrs. Cake screamed.

The ponies gasp in horror. "What kind of cruel creature could do something like this?" Rarity moaned with her hoof placed on her head as if she was about to faint.

Spike then walks in with a bad tummy ache. "Hey, Twilight. I feel funny."

Twilight, Rarity, Applejack and Fluttershy stared at Spike. "Spike, is something wrong? What's going on?" Twilight worryingly asked and just then Spike belches out a note out of green fire.

"A note? From Princess Celestia?" Spike wonders.

Twilight picks up the note with her magic and reads it. "Dear Doofuses... We got the twins and are holding them captive. If you ever want to see them again, bring us the Elements of Harmony and surrender them to us, the Revenge Ten. Meet us at the Castle of the Two Sisters Ruins in Everfree Forest to make the trade. P.S. You six are a bunch of loser, no-good, girly, eye vomiting pieces of trash I have ever seen?" Twilight is disgusted. "Who would write us something like that?"

"That's sounds like Gilda's handwriting." Rainbow Dash speculates. "I can't believe she would write something that rude about you guys." She places her hoof on her chin. "And why do I have the feeling that she had something to do with my rainbow moat being stolen?"

"Twilight! You have to get Pumpkin and Pound Cake back!" Mrs. Cake pleaded desperately. "Please!"

"Don't worry, Mrs. Cake. We'll won't let anything happen to the fillies." Twilight assured.

"But, the Elements of Harmony... We placed them back in the Tree of Harmony." Applejack said.

"I know, but we don't need them. We are the elements." Twilight tells her friends. "We may not have it's power but that power lies within our hearts. It's magic continues to grow as we always help anypony in need. That magic is friendship." Her friends understand and nod. "If they want the elements, they can rip it out of our souls but not our hearts. Now, come on."

The girls were about to get going but they stop and notice Pinkie is still in the house not even paying attention anymore. Twilight turns her head and calls out. "Pinkie?"

Pinkie is now cleaning the library with a feather duster. "Don't worry, girls, I'll keep the place clean while you're gone." It's like she doesn't care anymore.

Rainbow Dash gets irritated and pulls Pinkie out by her tail. She is now dragging her in the air while the pink pony just hung there still smiling. The ponies then set off to their adventure while Zecora looks on with worry on her face.

"Things are looking dim, I fear. It feels like a dark storm is near." She said.



The Ponies and Spike venture through the Everfree Forest and found the old castle ruins.

"This reminds me of the time when we were first there. Acquiring the Elements of Harmony to save Equestria from Nightmare Moon." Rarity remembered.

"It feels like yesterday." Rainbow Dash states.

"Ah have a bad feeling about this, Twi." Applejack says. "Somethin' don't feel right."

"Hold it together, girls. We're almost there." Twilight says.

Pinkie talks. "Ahh... this night seems rather good, don't you Rainbow?"

RD just gags upon her optimistic nature. "Let's just get this over with already."

Twilight and her friends arrive at the castle and enter through the front entrance. They trot through the hallway and into the chamber where they first found the Elements. Twilight looks around her surroundings to see if anyone's here. She then calls out.

"We're here! We have the Elements! Show yourself!"

There was no response apart from the cold breeze that rustles in.

Fluttershy gulps in fear as she hears noises coming from the chamber. The other ponies hear it too. Those noises were hoof steps and out of the shadows walks in Trixie who grins evilly. She reveals herself to the Mane 6 and Twilight glares.

"We were expecting you." She greets.

"We?" Twilight asked.

"TWILIGHT!" Applejack yelled and Twilight turned around to see Applejack being held up into the air by Gilda the Griffon.

"Hey! Get your claws off my friend!" Rainbow Dash rushes toward her but she gets tackled by Lightning Dust and crashes her to the ground. She crashed her down so hard RD lost consciousness.

"Rainbow Dash!" Twilight panicked. Twilight tried to run to her but she gets pulled up into the air by unicorn magic... coming from the Flim-Flam brothers.

Rarity moves backward in a state of fear but she gets jumped by the Diamond Dogs from behind and they tackle her while she screams in horror.

Spike sees her in danger. "NO! Rarity! Get away from her!" He starts running up to them but gets his tail stomped on by a minotaur's hoof. Spike realizes this for a moment and looks up behind him to see Iron Will and he gulps.

Fluttershy sees all of her friends incapacitated, starts to panic and tries to flee. But she bumps into a tall teenage dragon and looks at him in terror. "Boo." Garble utters and Fluttershy, with her eyes widened, passes out onto the ground. Pinkie just stood there and Trixie just casts a knock out spell on her, causing Pinkie to flop down to the floor.

"NO!" Twilight screams and Flim uses his magic to slam Twilight down really hard on the pavement, knocking her out. Twilight groans as she loses consciousness while the fiends circle her.

Twilight Sparkle regains consciousness and finds herself chained up to a wall, with green aura holding her hooves and so are all of her friends as they wake up. Twilight looks to see if they are okay. "Girls! Are you all right?"

"Ah think so. But I don't know what just happened." Applejack admits.

"I just saw my old wingpony back from the Wonderbolts Academy." Rainbow Dash uttered groggily.

"I think we all saw our old enemies who gave us a hard time back in the days. But why go through the trouble of apprehending us like animals?" Rarity asks.

Twilight tries using her magic to break the chains chaffing her hooves but it doesn't work thanks to the green magic surrounding it. "The locks are enchanted, I can't break us free."

"Great. We're trapped here. What else could go wrong?" Rainbow asked.

Fluttershy yelps in horror. "Girls? W-w-what is that?"

Twilight and the others stare at a large machine, capable of absorbing Chaos Energy. "I don't know what it is. But I'm sure of finding out what it can do." Twilight determined.

"That won't be a problem at all." Lightning Dust said as she, Iron Will, Trixie, Garble, Flim, Flam, Gilda and the Diamond Dogs come out of their shadows to see their 'old friends'. "Long time no see, losers." Gilda scoffs.

"GILDA!" Rainbow Dash angrily shouted and tries to break free. "When I get out of here... I'm gonna..."

"Don't try it, Rainbow Dash." Garble said. "You won't be doing anything, not while you're chained up."

"It's been a long time, Applejack." Flim greeted.

"You should've given us your Apple Farm when you had the chance to." Flam greeted too. "After all, we won fair and square."

"What are all you guys doing here anyway?" Applejack asks.

"Yes? And why are you doing this?" Rarity asks as well. "I'm seriously getting my mane tangled within these glowing auras. Ah! And these cuffs are giving my hooves a bad chafe."

Iron Will steps up. "We're here to get back what you've stolen from us. And... let Iron Will say that if somepony -Fluttershy- were to say 'no' to her payment, I wouldn't be in this mess. I mean, all this villain stuff isn't really my thing, but saying 'no' is inexcusable!"

Rainbow Dash doesn't seem to understand. "What are you talking about?"

Each of them curse out on them.

Iron Will points out at Fluttershy. "You humiliated me in front of my pride."

Trixie points out at Twilight. "You made me kiss the ground by your hooves."

Lightning Dust points out at Rainbow Dash. "You blew my chance to become a Wonderbolt."

"Uh yeah, I know." RD remembers.

Rover points out at Rarity. "You drove us all crazy with your 'whining'."

Flim and Flam point at Applejack. "Thanks to you, our business in Apple Cider was scorned all over Equestria and now we're broke."

Gilda points out to the still happy Pinkie who didn't care. "And you made an idiot out of me."

"Hee hee hee!" Pinkie laughs at Gilda. "You're funny."

Gilda is widely confused at her optimistic nature and looks to Rainbow Dash. "Trust me, sister. Don't go there." She says to her.

"To summarize in simple detail, you robbed us of our dignities and ruined our lives." Trixie clarified. "And now... it's time to take revenge on it, by ruining your lives."

Twilight realizes that Spike's not here. "Hey! Where's Spike?"

Garble holds in his hand, Spike, locked up inside a small cage. Rarity gasps. "Spikey-wikey!"

"This little creep here is always on your side. A dragon who walks among the ponies. Do you know how embarrassing that sounds? It makes us look bad. It makes my kind feel like we're friends with you but we're not. I was laughed at, even by my friends." Garble speaks.

Twilight stares angrily at Garble. "Let him go now!"

"Oh no. I don't think so, Twilight. He was the last piece of the puzzle of ours." Garble says to her while he spins his cage around.

"Puzzle? What puzzle?" Twilight asks in confusion.

"The puzzle of baiting you all here for this surprise party." Gilda said.

"Ooh! I love parties." Pinkie smiled again.

"What are you all planning that makes you want to get revenge on us?" Twilight asked.

Suddenly the shadowy figure from before appears among the team. "It's not what they want, unicorn." The leader speaks in his dark voice and the Mane 5 except Pinkie look with shocked expressions to see a giant mammoth in a black suit, standing on two legs, has a green emerald embedded to his chest and holds a wooden scepter. "It's what we want."

"Who are you?" Fluttershy asked.

"I am Mammoth Mogul."

He holds the purple gemstone in his hand. "Finally. With all the pieces together and this Chaos Emerald, we shall rule this pathetic kingdom." He laughs with a sinister tone along with the others while Twilight and the others express their horror.



Twilight Sparkle and her friends, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Rarity and Pinkie Pie (who is still smiling, not caring about the danger she's in) watch in horror as the villainous demi-god known as Mammoth Mogul laughs along with the Mane 6's old enemies, Trixie, Flim, Flam, Linghtning Dust, Diamond Dogs, Gilda, Iron Will and Garble. Mogul walks towards the captive heroines.

"Such naivety for these things you value. An excellent method of exposing your vulnerability." Mogul said.

"So yer the culprit who took all of our crops!" Applejack realized.

"And stole my moat of rainbows." Rainbow said.

"And ransacked my jewels." Rarity said also.

"That's right." Mogul pets Rarity on the head while she is still chained to the wall. "Such clever little ponies. Reminds me of someone I know." Mogul paces around them. "But those jewels and crops were to get your attention. We needed the book of Ancient Pony History. The Alicorn Amulet. And it all comes to this..." He holds the purple Chaos Emerald in his hand. "The gem of immense power. The Chaos Emerald."

"What's a Chaos Emerald?" Twilight asked while still being restrained by Chaos Energy covering her hooves.

"One of the seven Chaos Emeralds in the universe and the most powerful artifacts of all." Mogul responds. "Now all that's left is your Elements."

"We don't have them." Applejack said.

"I understand. You see, getting your attention wasn't easy. So I had to commit dozens of crimes around your town so I could lure you as bait."

"What are you talking about?" Rainbow Dash questioned in confusion.

"This crew who you've caused so much pain in the past. I told them to strike you with every weak spot you had. Your bunny, your farm, your rainbows, your jewels and your precious dragon and took them here."

"So... by doing all of these dark deeds, you steal the only things my friends care about and makes us track them down here. But what about the book of Ancient Pony History? Why do you need that?" Twilight asked.

"And where's my poor Angel?" Fluttershy panicked.

Mogul answers Twilight's question. "The book has a page that refers to a ritual. I lured you here so I can drain the Elements inside you." Mogul points to them the device called the Chaos Syphon. "This machine will siphon all of your magic, and we knew you'd come here either way."

The ponies gasp.

"By draining all of your power, I can muster all of the energy I need to create another Warp Ring and set my Arachne to cover the world and then my world."

Pinkie didn't even listen to word he just said. "What is that elephant talking about? I haven't got a clue of what he just said."

Rainbow Dash gets irritated and convinces Pinkie to snap out of it. "Pinkie! Stop being naive! He's going to kill us!"

"Wait! Your world?" Twilight asked. "You mean...? There's more than...?"

"Silence!" Mogul shouted and holds the scepter up to his emerald embedded chest. "It's time to begin the process!" He uses his Ixis Magicks to activate the Chaos Syphon as he extracts the power from his emerald. The machine then starts sucking out the life force within the Mane 6. They groan in agony while Spike watches in horror. "NO! TWILIG-" He gets muffled by Garble.

Twilight screams in horror and pain while Pinkie just acts like they're having fun.

"PINKIE! SNAP OUT OF IT!" She screamed while her life force is getting drained.

"What are you talking about, Twilight. I'm just being Pinkie."

"THIS ISN'T YOU, PINKIE! THE REAL PINKIE PIE WOULDN'T LET HER FRIENDS DIE!" Twilight screamed again. Mogul continues draining their power and Rarity moans in pain and so does Applejack and Fluttershy. Twilight continues reaching out to Pinkie. "Pinkie... remember what I said before? About not being so Pinkie the next day? It doesn't matter how you act. You are you all the time and that's perfectly normal and right now this isn't perfectly normal. PINKIE PIE! WE ARE GOING TO DIE!" Twilight sheds a tear and Pinkie was just at the point of realization there but she resists and continues to be happy.

"That doesn't bother me." Pinkie said calmly and Twilight loses all hope as her life force and color is nearly drained out.

The Revenge Ten smile widely as they watch the Mane 6 are towards their doom. But Rainbow Dash pulls through and yells "PINKIE! IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!" before passing out.

The words completely jogs Pinkie's mind and her mane becomes poofy again. "IT IS!?"

She then easily breaks free from her restrains which shocks Mogul. "WHAAAT!?" He screamed as Pinkie lands on the ground and pulls out her party cannon.

"If this is your birthday then this is a party. Coz I came prepared!" She fires a blast of cake, confetti and balloons directly at the machine, causing it to malfunction and explode into Mogul's face. The process stops the progression of draining the ponies' life and the Mane 5 breathe heavily from exhaust. Twilight then shoots a pink beam to destroy the locks on her hooves to set herself and the others free.

Rainbow Dash lands down on her hooves and faces the Revenge Ten with a glare on her face. "Who's chained up now?"

They are shock to see that they are still alive. Twilight Sparkle then walks up to Rainbow Dash. "Good thinking, Rainbow Dash." She praised the idea of Pinkie reacting to somepony's birthday.

"I knew it would work to be honest." Rainbow said.

"Alright, cut the chatter." Applejack said. "It's time to kick some revenge hinny."

Pinkie giggles. "Hinny."

"Good to have the old Pinkie Pie back." Rarity said.

"Yep, and it's good to have my party cannon back." Replied Pinkie.

Garble gets angry and addresses the team. "GET THEM!" The flock of creatures charge at the Mane 6 as they charge at them too.

Twilight and Trixie get into a magical duel, clashing their beams everywhere. "Why, Trixie? I thought you redeemed yourself after that last duel."

"I grew jealous ever since you earned your wings. When I'm finished with you, the Great and Powerful Trixie will take your wings instead." Trixie said fiercely.

Rainbow Dash and Lightning Dust raced around the room trying to strike each other. LD misses and RD bucks her face into a pillar. The pillar tumbles over and hits the ground.

Fluttershy is surround by Garble and Iron Will and they charge directly at her. Fluttershy panics but ducks herself under her hooves causing the two brutes to crash into each other.

Applejack spots the Flim Flam brothers retreating away and chases them to another room.

Gilda tries to claw at Pinkie who bounces backwards, avoiding each strike she makes. "Hi, Gilda. Haven't seen you since the last party I threw for you."

Gilda tries to claw her again but Pinkie dodges carelessly. "Yeah. You and Rainbow Dash made an idiot out of me. Now I'm going to make an idiot out of you!" Gilda claws again but Pinkie dodges.

"That's funny. I thought you always liked pranks." She asks again and dodges another attack.

"Yeah! But not when I'm the one being pranked on!" She claws again and Pinkie dodges once again.

"Hee hee hee! You're funny!" Pinkie giggled.

"SHUT UP!" Gilda claws her this time only to find out it was a decoy as the inflatable Pinkie deflates and Gilda looks confused.

But then Gilda trips into Pinkie's party cannon and shoots her up to the hole in the ceiling. Gilda flies up into the air, screaming while Pinkie happily watches. "Can you at least tell me how the weather's like up there, Gilda?" She shouted out.

Applejack gallops through the hallways looking for the Flim Flam brothers. But then she starts carefully walking as she knows she's walking into a trap. Once Applejack enters another room, the lights turn on and she sees the Flim Flam brothers in a giant machine, which looks like an enhanced version of their cider making machine.

"Alright, you boys. Give up now!" Applejack demanded.

The brothers smile and look to each other. "Hey, Flim, I think our customer here is very thirsty ever since she embarrassed us."

"I think you're right, Flam. She needs a drink. A good, good drink. To drown in."

He pulls the lever and the machine activates. The footholds under Applejack's hooves begin to crumble and she jumps to safety. She notices she's standing in a giant dome with Apple Cider underneath the footholds. Applejack was speechless.

"So, what's it gonna be, Applejack? Sink or swim? We prefer sink." Flam said.

The machine, labeled 'Super Speedy Cider Juicer 6000' starts up and four mechanical arms rise up and charge towards Applejack. She dodges the attack and more of the foothold crumbles. "Hoo, boy!" Applejack has worried expression on her face.

Back to the fight at hand, the Ponies continue battling their oppressors while Mammoth Mogul regains consciousness. He sees the battle raging on and grunts in anger. Spike tries to get out of the cage but Mogul grabs him and takes him out of the cage. "TWILIGHT!" Spike screamed and Twilight turns to see Spike is in Mogul's hands and gasps.

"Stop this conflict right now, Twilight, or he dies." He threatened.

"You wouldn't!" Twilight exclaimed but Mogul holds his staff at Spike and glows green. "NO!"

Just as the green magic could touch him, Rainbow Dash rams Mogul with all of her strength causing him to release Spike and crushes his own scepter, causing it to flicker and spark. Mogul notices this. "NO!" He screamed and becomes even more angry. "And he said the plan will work just fine." He then comes up with another contingency while the fighting continues.

Rarity becomes surrounded by the three Diamond Dogs. At first she was afraid but then acts confident and lady like. "I suppose you want me to dig up some diamonds for you."

"Oh no, lady. We don't want you to dig us diamonds anymore. We want to break you, just like you broke us with your insufferable whining." Rover said.

"Oh please. That was just a one off. I only did it because you made me to." Rarity replied as she flipped her mane.

"Hehehehehe! Then we'll do the same to you." Spot said.

Rarity looks overhead and shouts out. "Oooh! Look! Diamonds!"

The dogs become ecstatic. "Diamonds!? Where?" They act like dogs and run around. Rarity laughs at her amusement.

"This is just so easy." She remarks.

Twilight continues shooting beams at Trixie. Garble and Iron Will chases Fluttershy. Rainbow Dash continues fighting Lightning Dust and Gilda just fell back to the ground after being launched into the air. "Hi, Gilda. How was the fall weather like?" Pinkie asked and giggles and Gilda tries to claw her again but she moves out of the way by bouncing.

Back to Applejack, she is running out of footholds to keep up with the Cider Jucier. She jumps over more of the mechanical arms that try to squish her and is finally cornered with her hooves together standing above the sea of cider. The arms then retract into saws and drills and they spin, much to the horror of Applejack and amusement to the brothers.

"This is gonna get messy." Flam announces.

As the arms come closer to Applejack, she takes a dive off the platform and lassos onto the machine's lever and pulls on to it. The machine is now shredding the footholds around it into a circle and Flam and Flim notices this in shock while Applejack hangs on by her lasso in her teeth. Flam levitates a pair of scissors to cut the lasso but Applejack clings on a pillar and tugs the machine's weight down with all of her strength. With their shocked expressions of regret, the machine comes tumbling down the chasm and into the river of cider. Applejack manage to jump to safety and watches the poor salesponies tread the cider and float on the machine.

"Hey, boys! What's the matter? Too much cider for ya?" Applejack remarked and laughed at their expense.



Twilight weakens Trixie while Lightning falls to the floor exhausted. Iron Will picks up his fists and waves them around at Fluttershy. "You know what Iron Will says; never fight your opponent on an empty stomach." He thrusts his fist at her but she flies up causing him to strike Garble in the stomach who was behind her.

"Oops. I'm sorry." Fluttershy apologized as she feels bad about it but dodges another punch and it hits Garble's face. Fluttershy tries to apologize again but she dodges again making Iron Will hit Garble stomach again. He becomes painfully exhausted and falls to the ground. "Ohh... I'm so sorry." Iron Will throws another strike but he misses and punches his own lights out. "I'm so sorry... I just get startled by fast things."

Gilda is also worn out as she lies on the floor all dizzy and Pinkie continues to annoy her. "Hey, Gilda, have you ever tried a Chimicherry or Cherrychanga or maybe a Chimicherrychanga?"

Twilight gets back on her hooves as she pants, Spike comes to help her up. "Twilight, are you hurt?"

"Just my wing." She said as she opens her wing. "Where did that mammoth go?"

"Hello, Twilight." Mogul called from over to the Chaos Syphon device. Twilight and all of her friends trot over to confront him.

"All right, Mogul. We beat your army, now give us the book and the Alicorn Amulet and we'll go nice." Twilight said.

"I'm afraid that won't be necessary. Besides... at a situation like this... it's best that I bring along a contingency." Mogul uses his Ixis Magicks and levitates a ball, containing Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, Diamond Tiara, Silver Spoon Pumpkin Cake, Pound Cake and Angel the Bunny.

The ponies gasp. "Sweetie Belle!" Rarity called out.

"Apple Bloom!" Applejack too.

"ANGEL!" Fluttershy as well.

"Baby Cakes?" Pinkie also.

Twilight becomes worried for their safety as Mogul talks. "Give me your life force now, and I will spare their lives. Refuse..." He crunches his hand and the ball the fillies and Angel are inside of gets smaller, about to crush them. Twilight puts on a terrified look. "Face it, Twilight. We all know you don't want to see those you care about die in front of your eyes."

"But I care about Angel! Please don't hurt him!" Fluttershy acts scared for her bunny's life. "You don't know what he's been through. He could be tired or hungry or... or... so lonely." Angel rolls his eyes and sighs.

Twilight looks down to the ground. "What's it going to be, Twilight Sparkle? You... or the ones who care for you." Mogul gives her a choice.

Apple Bloom then speaks out. "Just so you know, these two aren't mah friends." She points out to DT and SS.

"I do not care." Mogul silenced her.

Twilight thinks about it while her friends watch in worry. Twilight closes her eyes as a tear drop slips down her face. She then walks toward Mogul. "If it's anypony's life force you want to take... take mine instead." Her friends gasp heavily again. "You have powerful magic, Mogul, but so do I. I have magic as powerful as anypony in Equestria and because of it, I am the most powerful being on this planet."

"Interesting, and your sacrifice would just make me stronger." Mogul says. "Only a being of powerful energy could be this diplomatic."

"What are you talking about?" Diamond protests and Mogul listens. "They are nothing but a bunch of showoffs!" The CMC and Mane 6 gasp at what DT just said. "If she's the most powerful pony in the world then that makes me the most popular filly in school."

Mogul then asks her "What are you saying?"

"Her magic is just for showing off." Diamond starts boasting. "I am more fabulous then they would ever be."

"What is she doing?" Sweetie Belle asked her friends.

Mogul then smiles. "You have magic then."

"Of course I do..." DT says. She's talking out of jealously. "I have the best of the best than those three dumb blank flanks or her stupid sisters." Diamond Tiara just realizes what she just said out loud and every pony just heard.

Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo then exclaim "Oooooh, busted." At her.

Mogul however takes this seriously. "Well then... Now I've heard everything. True hatred, true poise and so much pride. Just as 'he' wished."

"Huh?" Confused Twilight.

"Never thought I take you for granted, Twilight Sparkle, but to me, I know where the true energy comes from. Disharmony. I thought you would make an excellent candidate... but I guess I was over-thinking." He takes Diamond Tiara out of his orb.

"Hey, what are you doing?" Diamond panicked.

Twilight tries to intervene. "Stop!" But Mogul blocks her path with a blast of Chaos Energy.

"Put me down you darn dirty elephant! Just who do you think you are? Let me go! My daddy's a business pony." Diamond yells numerously at him.

"Thankfully, my dear, so am I." He replied coldly.

Mogul then proceeds to use his Ixis powers to siphon Diamond Tiara's life force while Silver Spoon, Angel and the CMC watch in horror. The Mane 6 share the same expression but Twilight uses her powerful magic and shoots a beam directly at Mogul's embedded emerald, causing a chain reaction between Alicorn magic and Chaos energy. "NO! What are you doing?!" He screamed as Twilight continues to exert herself with powerful quantities of her magic and continues to use her beam to match his.

Suddenly Twilight and Mogul explode into a dark rift and a large Super Warp Ring appears that causes the entire place to suck up everything in the room. Silver Spoon, Angel, the Cutie Mark Crusaders and the Cake's foals go in first while it grows into a ball of aura and Fluttershy watched in horror to see Angel get sucked in. "*gasps* ANGEL!" Fluttershy flies into the ring. "FLUTTERSHY!" Rainbow Dash called out as she, Rarity, Spike, Applejack and Pinkie Pie hold on for dear life.

Applejack gets sucked into the Warp Ring as she loses her grip. "Applejack!" Rarity cried as she held on tight. Spike then tries to save her. He reaches his hand for her and so does Rarity but then she spots some dirt on her hoof. "Ahh! Dirt!" And Rarity loses her hold and screams as she gets sucked in too. "RARITY! NOOOOOOO!" Spike yelled. Pinkie continues to hold on while she expresses her regret. "I'm sorry, Mr. Cake." She uttered before letting herself fall in too and Rainbow screamed. "PINKIE PIE!" The pillar Rainbow Dash was holding onto starts to break off and she tries to out fly the wind sucking Warp Ring but she puts too much effort and hurts her wing. She then falls into the ring screaming. Spike continues to hold onto the pillar as the Warp Ring becomes larger and consumes the fallen Revenge Ten members. Spike expresses more fear and he tries to outrun it. But the wind was too strong and he gets sucked into the Warp Ring screaming. "Princess Celestia... HEEEEELLLLP UUUUUUUUUSSS!" And the ring closes.

Spike screams as he travels through a distorted loop and into another world. Light flashes and everything becomes white.



Everything was black, but suddenly Spike started to open his eyes to see a butterfly flutter by over his face. He got up to see where he was. "Twilight?" He called as he looked around. "Rainbow Dash?" He looked the other way. "Rarity? Anypony?" Spike got up to see he's standing on a hill overlooking a ruined city called 'Robotropolis'. Spike is confused of where he is. "Where in Equestria am I?"

Suddenly a figure comes up behind him. His shadowy silhouette shrouds over Spike and he turns around to see a Green Hedgehog with glasses, a leather jacket and an attitude. "You know, squirt, the better question would be... where on MOBIUS are you?" He talked, scaring Spike as he bumps into four other tall animals. One is a hawk, one is a lynx, one is a simian and one is a frog. They look at him with evil looks on their faces as Spike cowers behind his own tail, fearing for his life but also for Twilight and her friends... as he and the others are in a totally different world.

CHAOS IS MAGIC

Chapter 1: Welcome Newcomers

On the planet Mobius. A blue hedgehog stands at the Knothole Cemetery staring at the tombstone of his childhood friend. He then starts to monologue his thoughts.

(It's very rare when we lose someone at times like these. War is just another tragedy after the other. Just yesterday we lost a valuable team member who gave up his life to save us from the nanite invasion.)

Sonic the Hedgehog remembers that day where his childhood friend, Tommy Turtle sacrificed his own life to destroy a virus inside him.

(Tommy Turtle was my childhood friend. Ever since A.D.A.M., creation of Dr. Eggman, tried to takeover the planet using Tommy's body as his host, he fought so hard to regain control. I tried to help him but he begged forgiveness for putting us all in harms way and allowed the Egg Fleet to destroy him, ending A.D.A.M. for good. I watched him fall. Memories are tough to keep. But sometimes, one's sacrifice helps build hope for people.)

Sonic stood over Tommy's grave who is buried next to another fallen hero, Sir Connery. Sonic then pays respect.

"Thanks for all your help, Tommy. You did great. Now... you have all the freedom you got. Take care on the flipside, buddy." Sonic said to Tommy's grave all while a red echidna stands behind him. Sonic knew he would be behind him. "How long have you been standing there?"

"Long enough to hear you say something." Knuckles said.

The blue hedgehog himself was sad at the thought of not just losing a Freedom Fighter but a friend. "It happened so fast. The nanites just took control of him. I watched him get blasted by the Egg Fleet. It keeps playing in my head, like a video rewinding itself."

"I know how it feels to lose someone." Knuckles said.

"Well, you were dead once, I understand that." Sonic replied.

"You were too." Knuckles replied back. "I mean, you were actually lost in space but we still mourned for you. We even had a tombstone with your name on it. Then when you returned, they threw it away. We didn't really hoped for anything else. So, what else is on your mind?"

Sonic looks up at the sky. "I'm just... concerned about the rest of our team."

"Your team will be fine." Knuckles said. "There's nothing that you hope could happen."

"My only hope, Knuckles, is to never lose another friend again, no matter what world they come from." Sonic promises.

Just then, Sonic's two tailed friend, Miles 'Tails' Prower comes flying in using his tails as propellers. "Sonic!"

"Tails? What's up?" Sonic greeted.

"Something mysteriously appeared in the outskirts of Knothole Village while I was scouting. I don't know where it came from but it looks like a horse." Tails said.

Knuckles turns to Sonic. "A horse?"

"Like Sir Connery?" Sonic asked back.

"Yeah... but this one looks different. It's hair color is a rainbow and it's coat is cyan." Tails explained. "Come on, it's this way!" Tails hovers through the air.

"Lead the way, Tails!" Sonic followed Tails using his super quick feet with Knuckles following from behind. "Keep up, Knux!"



Sonic, Tails and Knuckles make it over to the clear Great Forest of Knothole and looked around for the 'rainbow-haired horse'. Sonic manages to spot it. "Down there!" Sonic, Tails and Knuckles are right now staring at a cyan-blue colored mare with a rainbow mane and tail. She was unconscious and Sonic went over to her and felt her neck to find a pulse. "She's still breathing. But where did she come from?" Sonic asked Tails.

"I'm more worried about how long she'll last out here if we don't bring her back to health." Tails persisted.

Sonic scratches his head in confusion while he looks at her. "What's wrong, Sonic?" Tails asked.

"It's just... Something's strange about this horse. She doesn't look very... Mobianish." Sonic said.

Sonic then arm carries her and speeds back to Knothole with Tails and Knuckles following. "But whatever she is, she needs help quick! Let's get back to Freedom HQ."

Over to Freedom HQ, Chaotix members Vector the Crocodile and Mighty the Armadillo are playing video games while Amy, Ray and Juile-Su watch.

"Watch out, Mighty. I got the blue shell!" Vector taunted while they play.

"You better not launch that blue shell, Vector!"

"Too late!" Vector fires off the blue shell in the game.

"UGH! I hate the blue shell!" Mighty yelled.

Amy and Julie-Su exchange looks each other upon how dull these boys can get. Just then Sonic, Tails and Knuckles burst open the door while Sonic carries the injured Pegasus inside. "Sonic?" Amy took notice.

"We need to get her to the medical wing." Sonic said to everyone in the room. "Mighty! Ray! Help us here."

Mighty throws the controller down as he and Ray take hold of the unconscious Pegasus. "Who is she?" Amy asked.

"We need Dr. Quack, Amy. Where is he?" Sonic asked.

"Down in the med lab with Sally." Amy responded.

"And who is that horse you're carrying?" Julie-Su asked.

"A h-horse?" Ray stuttered. "You mean l-like-?"

"We'll find out once we get her some medical treatment." Knuckles said. "C'mon! No time to lose!"



Down at the medical lab, Doctor Quack examines the blue Pegasus with a stethoscope. "Hmmm..."

Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Julie-Su, Sally, Mighty, Ray and Vector watch as he works. "Well, Doctor...?" Tails asked.

Quack looks to the team. "I can't make anything of this. She must be the most rare species I've ever seen."

"The horse? It's not... a Mobian?" Said Sally in confusion.

"In this matter, according to my analysis, her blood is not of Mobian origin." Quack said.

"So she's from another dimension. Like Scourge." Sonic speculates.

"But what world did she come from and how did she ended up here?" Tails asked.

"I haven't traveled the Cosmic Interstate for a while so... I have no idea." Sonic said.

"Is she going to be okay?" Amy asked while Dr. Quack checks her heart beat with a stethoscope.

"She's not wounded. But my analysis also picked up strange energy rates that are off the charts, almost as if her power was fused with the Chaos Emeralds."

"Is she another guardian?" Julie-Su asked. "But that's impossible. No one can use Chaos power but the echidnas."

"Or a wielder of Chaos. Like Sonic or Shadow." Knuckles corrected.

"Am I the only one in this room who thinks her hairstyle looks 'way past cool'." Sonic asked admiring the Pegasus' mane.

"Sonic! Focus." Sally told him.

Antoine and Bunnie Rabbot suddenly run in and call out to the team. "Sonic! Princess!" Antoine came yelling.

"Antoine?" Tails spoke.

"Bunnie? What's wrong?" Sally asked.

"There's somethin' y'all gotta see? Some big ol' castle just showed up in the middle of the Great Forest!" Bunnie told Sonic.

"Castle?" Sonic makes his move and speeds his way over. "Sounds like Egghead's made a new fortress. Let's check it out. You guys stay here and keep an eye on the horse while we're gone." He told Bunnie, Antoine, Mighty, Ray, Amy, Vector and Julie-Su.

The speeding hedgehog speeds towards the Great Forest while his team catches up to find the castle.

While back at the med lab, the horse starts waking up. Dr. Quack notices this and tells the others to come and gather.

Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Sally manage to find the castle, looking over at it from a cliff. It is the Castle of the Two Sisters.

"Whoa. Look at that!" Sonic admired.

"That's funny." Sally said.

"What is?" Knuckles asked.

"Robotnik is always interested in a new fortress that's fresh and mechanical. This one looks very old and it seems to be falling apart."

"Sally's right." Sonic agrees. "I don't see any robots guarding that fort too. What's going on here?"

Amy then calls Sonic through his wrist communicator. "Sonic! The horse is awake! And she looks terrified. And... you won't believe this but... she's taking us all on with her bare hands... or hooves! Hurry, before she-" Amy's transmission gets cut off due to the clutter and Sonic speeds back to the base.

"Hm... this oughta be interesting." Sonic smirked before he speeds off with his friends following.

"A horse taking them all on?" Tails said. "That's sounds like..."

"Don't mention the people we just lost, Tails." Sally said.

"Sorry..."

"It's just one horse. How bad could it be." Knuckles told them.

Back at Freedom HQ, the blue horse screams. "GET ME OUT OF HERE!" She flies out of the medical area and towards the door but sprains her wing and falls back down. "Ahh! My wing!" She then sees Julie-Su running up to her. "Don't move! We just want to talk-" Julie-Su says but gets bucked in the stomach by her powerful hooves and smashes through a wall. Mighty, Ray and Vector try to circle her.

"Don't move, little horsy." Mighty says.

"We're n-not going t-t-to h-hurt you." Ray calmed her.

"We just want to talk. We don't want to fight." Vector said.

The Pegasus glares. "Then it's a fight you'll get!"

Vector then commanded. "Now, Mighty!" They charge at her but she jumps out of their way and they collide into each other, causing them to become dizzy. For a moment she smirks but notices Amy from behind who is about to strike her with her Piko Piko Hammer and flies out of the way before it hits her. "WHOA! That's a big hammer."

"Yep, and I'll hammer you down for hurting my friends!" Amy glared and jumped up towards the Pegasus to hit her but she misses.

The Pegasus then spins around her at fast speed, making her eyes roll around in dizziness. "Ugghhh... you're fast. Just like Sonic." She says while she staggers around dizzily.

She then sees Antonie drawing his sword but shows a bit of cowardice. "Please... My lady... I mean you no harm. Let's try and talk about dis, non?" Rainbow Dash simply just bucks the sword off Antoine's hand and he goes into hiding under a couch.

Dash then sees Ray who stutters in panic and hides behind the couch. Rainbow Dash puts up her hooves and acts like she wants more of a fight. "That all you got? C'mon! I'm just getting warmed up! Who else wants a piece of me?"

Bunnie then enters the room. "Ah'm right here."

She looks at her attire and snickers. "Pttf... You look and sound just like a friend of mine, except she isn't all metal-ly and doesn't look like Cutsie Wootsie." She taunted.

"Trust me. Ah ain't so cutsie wootsie." Bunny frowned and charges up at her with her jet feet, but Dash dodges. Bunnie tries to strike her with her extendable fist but she flips around to evade it.

"Wow! Not bad! But you can't beat this!" She spins around at super speed to form a tornado and sucks up Bunnie into it. "WHOAAAA!" She screamed as she gets whirled around in the tornado. It was so strong everything in the room gets flown in. She eventually stops and everything drops down to the ground. She stares at the dizzy Bunnie and laughs. "Is that all you got?"

Knuckles then tackles her from behind and she yelps while Knuckles wisecracks. "Ha! Caught you with your wings down!"

"Okay! That was the cheesiest one-liner I have ever heard in my life." She says while he holds her there. "Where in Equestria am I? Why are all you animals talking?"

Knuckles speaks in confusion. "Equestria? What are you talking about?"

Sonic then runs in along with the others. "Nice work, Knux! You nabbed her by the... wings?" Sonic realizes she's a Pegasus.

"You were right, Sonic, this horse is from another dimension." Knuckles said.

"I'm a pony, porcupine." Rainbow Dash says. "And... I have no time to stay here!" RD speeds off right from Knuckles' grasp and into the sky.

"Did she just call me a porcupine?" Knuckles got insulted.

Sonic is amused by her speed and decides to race along. "Wow! She's fast! But let's see if she can keep up with the real deal."

Sonic catches up to Rainbow Dash while she flies fast in mid-air and Sonic runs along the hills. "For a horse with wings, you're pretty fast, kiddo!"

Dashie rams him off the road shouting "I'm a Pegasus, you rat!"

"I'm not a rat! I'm a Hedgehog!" Sonic gets back on the road and continues chasing Rainbow Dash all over Knothole Village. They speed around in zig zags, curves, and incredible stunts all around until Rainbow Dash uses up all of her speed and shouts "SONIC RAINBOOM!" She breaks the sound barrier and blasts off in long rainbow streak leaving behind a large shockwave of a rainbow ring. Sonic is completely amazed by that while still running. "WHOA!"

Dashie speed through the trees and the wind shreds off all of the leaves. She speeds over a lake and all of the water gets flown out. She speeds over Uncle Chuck's Diner and the roof and sign gets flown off too. Sonic sees this and responds with a deadpan expression. "Really?"

Eventually Dash makes it across the Village and sits on top of Castle Acorn to catch her breath. While she pants she looks around to see if she lost Sonic.

"Yeah. I think I lost him." She grins.

"Not exactly." Sonic says from behind her, much to her surprise as she turns around to spot Sonic behind her who surprisingly caught up with her. "WAH!" Dashie yelped and floated up in the air with her wings flapping as Sonic walked up to her. "You were pretty fast. How do you move like that?" Sonic praised.

"How did you-? I thought- Nopony can outrun a Sonic Rainboom!" RD said in frustration.

"I hate to burst your bubble but... I don't think that 'nopony' word you just said made a lot of sense to me."

"That's because you're not a pony, whatever you are, mutant... hedgehog." RD points her hoof at Sonic while he puts up a poker face. RD groans and turns around only to face Sonic again who moved in front of her at quick speed. "Wah!" Dashie got spooked again.

"Seriously. What you did back there, I was quite amazed." Sonic said. "And I thought I was the only hedgehog in town who could move really fast. And that big rainbow explosion was amazing."

Rainbow becomes more annoyed and flies up only to face Sonic's eyes again who sped up to a higher point of the castle. "I mean it. But to be honest, you were a bit slow. Yet, that was still way past cool."

"Ugh! Why can't you just leave me alone!" Rainbow Dash said.

"What's wrong, little girl?" Sonic asked.

"And I'm not little!" Dashie screamed. "I'm older than you think."

"How old?" Sonic asked again, further annoying Rainbow.

"Why should I tell you?" Dashie asked in revolt.

"What's up with you?" Sonic asked about her attitude. "You sound like Knucklehead when he's itching for a arm wrestle."

Dashie floats around him. "Look, I have no time for this. I don't know where I am, I have to find my friends and figure out how to get back to Equestria."

"Then why don't you let us help. I'm sure we can find whoever you're looking for." Sonic offered.

Rainbow Dash glares at Sonic. "I don't know who you are and why you can talk... but you were kinda fast and I like that. But why do you want to help me when your 'flunkies' got the jump on me."

"They're Freedom Fighters. They're also the best of the best. If anyone's friend is in danger then we need to help a friend out. And besides... we lost a couple of good friends along the way recently." Sonic said as he thinks about the deaths of Sir Connery and Tommy Turtle.

Dashie changes her expression to sad and looks guilty after what Sonic said. "I'm sorry to hear that." She then flies over to Sonic. "Look, I'm sorry I got a little carried away back there. I do kinda like the way you talk. Kinda like me. And by the way... what I did there; that wasn't just way past cool, that was 20% cool." She holds her hoof out. "And I'd be happy to make a new friend like you."

Sonic then turns to Dash and they both shake hands/hooves as they smile at each other. "Great. Let me take you back to Knothole so we can get started on finding your friends. I'm Sonic, by the way. Sonic the Hedgehog."

"Sweet name. I'm Rainbow Dash!"

"Nice to meet ya, Rainbow Dash! Now let's juice!" Sonic says before speeding off with Rainbow Dash.

"Another cheesy line?" RD asked.

"It's a classic." Sonic said.



Back at Freedom HQ, Rainbow Dash apologizes for hurting Sonic's friends. "Sorry I overreacted guys. I just found myself lost in this new world."

"Don't worry about it." Julie-Su says. "I'm just worried about Mighty's temper."

"You hit pretty hard for a pony." Mighty said.

"That's because I'm undeniably, unquestionably awesome!" RD strikes a pose. "I come from a place where there are lots more ponies, and the animals are not very talkative or large..."

Charmy Bee then appears. "Did somebody say 'ponies'?" He speaks with widen eyes.

"...or Insects..." RD continues while looking at Charmy. "Seriously? Does every living creature on this world talk?"

"Pretty much." Sonic says to her.

"I'm not sure how you got here... but can you tell us what happened?" Knuckles asked.

Rainbow Dash explains. "Me and my friends were having a day of crisis. Applejack's crops were gone, Rarity's gem stash ransacked and my rainbow moat taken. There, at the Castle of the Two Sisters was a giant mammoth with big tusks and a gem stuck in his chest. Pretty creepy. He wanted to drain our life force so he can create some Warp Ring, which me and my friends have no idea about, and conquer our world with it. My friend, Twilight manage to stop him but their magic collided and caused the Warp Ring to go crazy and suck us all here to this weird planet." She then looks at Sonic whose face is a little peeved when she called them 'weird'. "But it was nice for a change to meet somepony... err... I mean, somebody else whose as awesome as I am."

Sally gets the picture. "Big mammoth? As in 'Mammoth Mogul?" She asked.

Dash turned. "Yeah? You know him?"

Sonic answers. "He tried to use the Chaos Emerald inside to be invincible and rule the world once. But Knuckles here stopped him with all of his strength and... died... but somehow came back to life. Then he returned again with Ixis Naugus and an army of black dudes to strike us where it hurts."

"One of ours died defeating him." Sally said.

Julie-Su then asks. "But how did Mogul appeared in your world, Rainbow Dash?"

"The last time I saw him was being captured by Doctor Eggman in the aftermath of the storm." Sonic says.

Rainbow Dash then explains. "Well, he said something about Chaos Energy and then something about using a Warp Ring."

Knuckles then understands. "Warp Ring?" He turns around. "Finitevus!"

"Anyway, that mammoth tried to drain our magic because he said we were powerful." Dashie said.

"But where are your friends?" Amy asked.

"They could still be here." Dashie hoped. "I'm sure of it."

"If your friends are still out there with that much power, they could be in grave danger." Julie-Su said.

"Or their power could be use to destroy an entire world if treated improperly. If what you guys say is true about having something powerful inside, then they could be tapped by that of a Chaos Emerald." Tails said in panic.

"That sounds h-h-horrible!" Ray stuttered again.

Rainbow puts up an angry face. "There's no way I'm letting my friends get put into danger!"

"Be reasonable, sugah rainbow." Bunnie says. "How many friends are we talkin' here?"

"Well, let's see..." RD counts on her hooves. "Twilight, Pinkie, Applejack, Fluttershy, Rarity... Spike... Uhhh... Sweetie Belle... Ummm... Angel... Yep! Eight of us. I'm pretty sure. That's how many."

"Good enough for me." Sonic agrees to it as well. "Tails, get Nicole up and running. We got to rustle up some ponies. Um... no pun intended."

Rainbow Dash can't remember how many of her friends went in with her. "Wait... How many of my friends are on this world?"



Meanwhile, over near the outskirts of Great Forest, sits New Megaopolis. A robotic city filled with electric sparks and disembodied robot scraps. The city is also populated with pudgy robots and mechs that are armed to the teeth with weapons. And in the middle of it all is the Eggdome. Inside, is a fat human scientist with goggles on his head and a mustache, overseeing the blueprints of his newest scheme. He is Doctor Ivo Robotnik, or better yet known as Dr. Eggman.

A small underling walks into the chambers of Eggman. "Uncle Robotnik?"

"Snively, good timing. I have just completed my ultimate plan to finally defeat those blasted Freedom Fighters and that blasted hedgehog. I'd like to go over it with you to see if you approve of it." He said.

"But sir, I've just located something that might be of interest, even for you." Snively said.

"It will have to wait. With this plan I will finally get Sonic on his knees and beg for mercy!" As you can tell, he hates Sonic as he always foils his plans.

"But Uncle?"

"WHAT?" He got up off his seat in anger and yelled at the terrified nephew.

"A c-c-c...castle showed up in the middle of the... forest." Snively stuttered.

"Castle? What castle?"

"It appeared on my radar and it's giving out a very strong surge of radiation. Possibly Chaos energy." He shows Eggman the radar. On the radar it is giving off signals around the region.

"Odd. But helpful. How many signals are giving off?"

"Well, apparently... seven." Snively points around the map screen to show exact points of the location. "One seems to be in Knothole. Two on Angel Island. Another two near the Dragon Kingdom. And one over at the ruins of Robotropolis. It's like they are flashing beacons of power."

"Hmm... Interesting." Eggman thought of a new plan. "I could harness their power to expand my Eggman Empire so I can rule Mobius. Now that my two traitorous children have been disposed of... I can create a whole army of Egg Pawns, and then nothing can stop me." He turns over to Snively. "That's a brilliant plan, Snively."

"It is?"

"I couldn't have done it without you, dear nephew." Eggman said but realizes. "Wait! You said seven showed up on the screen right? There are six. Where's the seventh?"

"That's another thing, Uncle Robotnik, the seventh is tracked by the monitors, it's just plainly hidden." Snively said. "It could be a hidden resource of power."

"Trying to hide things from the great Dr. Robotnik, huh? Trace the beacons, Snively! I want them all to line up towards my prize." Eggman clinched his fists and presses down on a button and a set of SWATbots are sent out of the fortress to track down the signals.



Somewhere in an unknown location...

"Would somepony mind tellin' me where the hay are we?!" Applejack cried out as she somehow appeared on an island.

"Oh, come now, Applejack. There's nothing here to fret about." And Rarity is with her.

"We almost had our life sucked out and you're not even worried?" She talks about Rarity's sudden optimism.

"I'm sure the others are all right. But never have I ever seen such a place like this."

Rarity and Applejack then walk over to a cave entrance and Rarity's horn starts reacting and luring her magical aura into the cave. "Oh my! It seems my horn has caught the attention of something very valuable inside this rather musty, dirty and dusty cave."

"What else are you gonna say? Filthy?" Applejack remarks as she follows Rarity down the cave.

"You know, Applejack, I was starting to think we were getting along just fine after Twilight's Sleepover."

"Aw, shucks... now ya remindin' me of the past now?" Applejack says. "It's just that... I'm worried."

"About what, dear?"

"Apple Bloom, all alone. No protection. Nopony to help her. Ah hate to think what's happenin' ta her now." Applejack worries. "Your sister is missing too."

"I'm sure Sweetie Belle is with her. And maybe even Scootaloo. The three always stick together." Said Rarity. "Although I am rather worried of how she is."

"Yeah." AJ agrees.

"By the way... what of this Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon. I heard they were the school newspaper editors back then."

Applejack sighs and starts explaining. "I don't know why Apple Bloom or her Crusader friends ever talk about them. They all go to the same school."

"Why don't they talk about them?" Rarity asked.

"I saw a bit of it for myself. Diamond Tiara is the daughter Filthy Rich, the pony who buys Granny Smith's Zap Apple products. I saw her laughing at my sister's bunny costume. Ah think... Ah think that's the problem with them fillies. I think she's bulling them." Applejack stops near Rarity as something caught her eyes. "Rarity? Are you okay?"

Rarity's eyes shine with awe. "Oh my dear Pegasus heaven from above!" She gazes upon a giant green emerald sitting on an altar. "That is the most largest gemstone I have ever seen. Either that or I'm hallucinating again."

"You're definitely not seeing giant rocks this time! I can see it too." Applejack gazes at it too. "What is that thing?"

"I have no idea. But this would look perfect for the upcoming Grand Galloping Gala. Excuse me while I..." Rarity was about to trot over to the emerald but was stopped by a booming voice. "GET AWAY FROM THAT, YOU THIEVES!"

Applejack and Rarity turn their heads to see a tall red figure who looks old but still in fighting shape.



Over at the outskirts of Robotropolis... Twilight Sparkle opened her eyes and groans. She got up and looked around where she is. "Huh? Where am I?"

Twilight gasps as she realizes her friends are missing. "Spike! Rarity! Rainbow Dash! Pinkie Pie! Anypony!" She was calling out but no response. "Oh no..." Her ears flop in depression. "I guess we got separated ever since..." Suddenly she hears Spike's cry for help. "Spike?!" She hears Spike yelling and teenagers laughing. "Spike! Hold on! I'm coming!" Twilight desperately gallop to save Spike.

Spike is being pinned down on the ground by the green hedgehog's shoe. He is Scourge, Sonic's evil double. He chuckles at Spike's helplessness along with five other animals. "You picked the wrong territory to stumble upon, wuss. Now we get to mess wif ya!"

"Please!" Spike begged. "Don't hurt me! I'm just an innocent dragon."

"Yeah, right. The Dragons were turned into Robians before you got here, pal." Predator Hawk said.

"Scourge! What are you waiting for?" Lightning Lynx asked him. "Just squash him!"

"We are the Destructix, remember?" Sgt. Simian said. "We punish anyone who gets in our way."

"Yeah!" Flying Frog jumps over to Spike's face. "So how would you like it, kid. Juiced or mashed?"

"Neither thank you." Spike responds.

Scourge pushes down hard on Spike's head with his shoe. "Oh... I'm gonna enjoy this."

Suddenly, Scourge gets shot down by a purple beam and falls down to the floor. "AGH!"

The other five members turn around to see Twilight Sparkle galloping after them. "Get away from him, you animals!"

"Look out! Another Freedom Fighter!" Predator Hawk gets ready for battle.

"Yeah! But this should be a walk in a park." Sleuth Dawg says drawing out his blaster gun. He fires blast beams at Twilight which she dodges while running up to them. Twilight stops in her tracks and uses her magic to levitate Dawg's gun and swats it across his face.

Lightning Lynx tries to catch Twilight but she teleports away from him and bonks his head with her hooves after appearing on top of him. Flying Frog then entangles her with his stretchy frog tongue. She struggles for a bit but Twilight manages to blind Flying Frog by shining her bright magic at his eyes and releases her. She opens her wings and flies off the ground, away from Flying Frog. However she is met with bombarding attacks from Predator Hawk, but Twilight dodges them by teleporting and uses her magic to freeze Hawk in place. Scourge watches in amusement and awe while Sgt. Simian tosses a grenade at Twilight, but teleports away from it just before it explodes. Twilight then gasps at the sight of Simian aiming his giant bazooka at her and fires a missile at her. Twilight cringes her eyes and uses her magic to telepathically stop the missile before it could impact on her and redirects it back at Simian which impacts the ground below him and flies off the ground.

Scourge watched how well Twilight performed in a fight and calls off the others. "Destructix! Retreat! I'll see you later, purple." Scourge and his injured posse leave the area while Twilight tends to Spike.

"Spike! Are you okay? What did these mean creatures do to you?" Twilight asked.

Spike got up and looks at Twilight. "Twilight! They were gonna... I can't believe they would..."

"I know. Me too."

Twilight and Spike then look toward Robotropolis. "Where are we, Twilight?"

"I'm not sure. But something tells me we're not in Ponyville anymore." Twilight replied in sadness.

"Well... It doesn't look like we're in Equestria anymore either." Spike said.

"No... it doesn't feel like it, but I'm glad your safe. I hope the others made it out." Twilight hopes.

"Wait! What about that Mogul guy? Where did he go?" Spike asked as he and Twilight walked along the glade.

"I have no idea. But it seems like my magic has caused some kind of temporal disturbance with his magic. Almost as if they don't mix very well." Twilight thinks.

"Hey... are the Crusaders okay?" Spike also notices.

"You know..." Twilight then realizes and begins to freakout. "OH NO! THE TWINS!"

"What about them?"

"They were with the Crusaders! We've got to find them!"

"But where could they be? I have no idea where we are."

Spike pointed out and Twilight clenched her teeth in panic.



Somewhere in the Great Forest. Apple Bloom opens her eyes. She yawns and then turns her body around to see that she's lying on Silver Spoon who wakes up too and the two stared eye to eye. Spoon quickly shoved AB off her in anger. "GET OFF ME, BLANK FLANK!" And brushes herself off.

AB gets back on her hooves and wonders where she is. "Where am I? Applejack? Scootaloo? Sweetie Belle?"

"Oh please! Save your helplessness for when we are not lost in some woods!" Spoon says as she starts looking around.

"You!" AB gets angry at her.

"What?" Spoon turns around and Apple Bloom tackles her to the ground. "AHHH!" Apple Bloom holds her down while she struggles. "Let me go, you dumb Cutie Markless baby!"

"If it wasn't for you to go and blame us for Diamond, we wouldn't have seen our friends get stomped on by that big mammoth!" AB shouts.

"Ohhhh... you've got the brains and heart... but it seems your missing something; your Cutie Mark! Now let me go!" Spoon struggled more.

"You know, Silver Spoon! Ah'm gettin' real tired of you calling me a 'blank flank'. In fact... I'm getting sick of it. We all are! Stop being so superior and start acting like you have meaning for once!"

"Meaning?!" Spoon bucks AB off her and walks up to her in a rush of anger. "You know why we hate you! Because you and your dumb friends are... talentless!"

Apple Bloom clenches her teeth in anger. "You think... we are talentless. Is that why you pick on us? Me, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo? Because WE are talentless? You and Diamond Tiara think we will never get out Cutie Marks and become blank flanks forever?" She walks up to her face. "You two are the most selfish ponies Ah have ever met. And you won't just admit that 'cause you know it... don't you."

Silver Spoon hesitated to respond while looking away. "DON'T YOU!" Apple Bloom screamed again.

"Shut up!" Spoon screamed.

"No! You shut up and admit it!" Apple Bloom spoke again. "Come on! I wanna see you explode with truth right now."

"Stop shouting!"

"I said explode!"

Suddenly an actual explosion occurs near them and they scream with widen eyes. AB and Spoon look up to see a green bird who's spinning a bomb on his finger and a polar bear with large hands.

"Look at what we found, Bark. Two little ponies having a tea party. Let's grab 'em!" Said Bean the Dynamite as he and Bark charge at the two fillies and they run for their lives while Bean throws countless bombs at them. "C'mon, let's have a blast!" He throws another. "Now this is 'the bomb'!"

"I hate you!" Spoon said to AB while they gallop.

"Ah hate you more." AB replied back.

Another bomb is thrown, causing them to shriek again. "Ha! Talk 'bout a 'short fuse'!" Bean sadistically remarked. "Hey! Don't run! I want to ride you!" He suddenly said due to mood swings.



Somewhere over in Downunda. An echidna watches the ocean flow over the shore. He is white, has gold pupils for his eyes, wears appendages around his hands and feet, and wears a black cape. Just then a Warp Ring appears over the shore and out comes Mammoth Mogul.

"I never thought I would see you again... Doctor Finitevus." He greets as he exits the ring.

"I never thought you'd take your time to complete your task, Mogul." Finitevus greeted back.

The two then walk. "Moments I have been planning this, dreaming of this. I take that the 'Elements of Harmony' have been drained of all of it's power." Finitevus asked.

"Frankly, not. It seems that the Elements are more resistant than you predicted. The ponies are stronger than the Elements and seem to be immune to our evil."

"This was not what I had in mind, Mogul. I didn't give you another chance just so you run your casino, I gave you a chance to help me cleanse this world of corruption." Finitevus has an agenda. A very twisted agenda. "A world where there is true peace."

"And it will come to that. But first..." Mogul starts bringing in something from the Warp Ring.

"What did you bring?" Finitevus asked.

"I thought you asked. Although their power was too much for us, I found a rather more plausible substitute. She can connect to your plan very well. She has everything we need. Hatred, compassion, corruption and jealously." Mogul levitates the orb over to Finitevus.

Finitevus held his hand out and starts feeling the energy surging from the orb. "Yes! I can feel her power. I guess I doubted you, Mogul. I guess the Elements are mere trinkets compared to her."

Finitevus and Mogul stare at the unconscious Diamond Tiara floating in a magic orb barrier while Finitevus grins with evil glee. "She'll fit right well with my Enerjak Project."
