Spike finds a dusty computer in a big museum of unknown artifacts. This computer had Duke Nukem 3D inside. But, when Spike starts playing, his life is changed forever.
Spike finds a dusty computer in a big museum of unknown artifacts. This computer had Duke Nukem 3D inside. But, when Spike starts playing, but then something happens that will change his life.
"Hey Twilight, where are we going" asked Spike, as they walked down a road.
"I told you Spike!" Twilight answered, "We're going to a museum of unknown objects. It's really interesting, I think you'll like the stuff there!"
They walked down a road for nearly 3 kilometers until they came across a large building with a plaque reading, "The Equestria Museum of Unknown Objects"
They walked in and were instantly shocked by the strange things for display. Of course Twilight went over to the old dusty books probably hand written pony skin, and Spike instantly went to a white, rectangular tower. This tower was attached to some kind of strange mirror. Spike poked around at the tower until he pressed a big button. The mirror appeared with a big logo, "DUKE NUKEM 3D"
"Duke Nukem 3D? What is that supposed to be?" Spike said as the yellow logo and big cover art faded into a main menu. He pressed around at the big board full of buttons until a diagram showed up showing him what to do with the keys to play a game. He found out the keys and started playing, and playing, and playing. Spike was enjoying the game quite a bit.
But, after playing for about 2 hours, the mirror seemed to freeze and stop moving. He started pressing things all over the mirror and the tower.
"What happened? Unfreeze!' UNFREEZE! UN.....woah! WOAH!..." The mirror turned black, and Spike was no where to be found.
"Where am I?" asked spike. He took a look around the room he was in, and recognized it as the picture from the level he was about to unlock.
Spike walked around, but as he walked he felt different. He looked at his hoofs, and they weren't hoofs, they were big, white, meaty hands. He felt much taller, and definitely knew he wasn't a dragon anymore. He looked around for a mirror and found a big, broken pile of broken glass. He picked up a piece and automatically dropped it. He was blond and was wearing sunglasses, a red shirt with big strips of ammo around his shoulder which were attached to a pair of large jeans.
"What the hell? WHAT THE HELL!" a small, pink and green dragon was on the floor.
"What? How am I seeing myself, but I'm someone else, but that's me, but aren't I the character I was playing as? What is....wha....wh.." Spike was confused, and didn't know what to do, so he did the only thing he knew to do as Duke. He got out a pistol from his pocket, filled it, and tried to say in a Duke Nukem voice, "It's time to kick ass and chew bubble gum, and I'm all out of gum."
Duke the dragon laughed so hard, he might as well have become Morgan Freeman and Santa Clauses' baby. "No, you cannot do my voice at all."
"Well what should I say? 'Let's shoot some cutie marks?' You know I'm you now, right? I'm Duke Nukem! I've got balls of steel! I'm gonna shoot all these alien bastards!"
"Damn, I why did a little baby dragon have to be me? Just give me a gun" Spike handed him down a gun, and Duke fell over quickly. He stood back up and held the gun. "I'm ready to kick some ass and che.....well you've already ruined it, what's the point?"
Both of them walked out of the room. They looked drunk as hell because neither of them were completely used to their new bodies. Duke was holding a pistol and Spike was holding a shotgun. They were greeted by about 18 different aliens filling up the room.
"How many aliens are in here?! I don't know if I can shoot all of them!" Spike whimpered
"Ah you just got done saying you have balls of steel, but know you're scared of a couple of aliens?" Duke started shooting, but knock back kept knocking him over on the ground every time he shoots.
Spike took a big, deep breath. "DIE SONS OF BITCHES!" He shot the shotgun all over, killing all of the aliens within seconds.
"Damn, you're good." They started towards a door, but the door had no handle. They looked through a small hole in the door and saw 3 girls standing together, dancing.
Duke smiled just a bit, but then said "I hate these aliens and their damn disguises. Always becoming these sexy ass girls then charging after you."
Spike fit a little end into the hole in the door and fit it onto the gun. He shot and the girls started charging towards the door. When the girls got to the door, though, Spike could see Twilight tied up in the back of the room to a wooden plank.
"TWILIGHT!" Spike screamed. He charged at the door until it fell over on one of the girls.
He shot one of the other girls and they died, but the last one started to bite him. He punched her and she fell over.
"Twilight!" He started walking up to Twilight.
"Who are you? What do you want to do with me? How do you know who I am?" Spike was confused, then he remembered he still looked like Duke.
"I'm sure as hell not a little baby dragon." Duke really didn't know what to do. "Yeah, and I'm not a Duke Nukem either."
Spike untied Twilight and was about to hug her, but she kicked him right in his steel.
"I'm Spike!" Twilight didn't understand what was happening.
"Hold on a second, what was that thing that it told me to press to exit Duke Nukem? It was Control Alt Delete I thi......."
Spike fell over, possibly dead. Twilight and Duke tried to wake him up but they couldn't
"Spike! Spike wake up!" Spike's eyes opened up slowly, and got up. He was in Twilight's library, and crowded by Applebloom, Fluttershy, Rarity, Rainbowjack, Pinkie Pie, and Twilight.
"Ow, what happened?" Spike could barely remember what just happened. "You just passed out in the museum in front of a big black mirror, so we sent you here."
Spike started to remember what he had just done. "So...that was all a dream?"
"What was all a dream?" Looks like all of it was a dream because the mirror never took him.
