Prologue

God... Why does my head hurt ssssooooo fucking much!? Argh it's like I just got mindfuck in the damn dreamscape by Luna all over again! Jesus was that a hell of a ride. Anyway, I tried to get up, only to feel something lying on top of me; it felt somewhat cold to the touch, but at the same time, alive. Was it someone in armour? Well anyway, I pushed it off me and stand up, only to find out that we're smack damn in the Everfree Forest.

"Fuck my life!" Was all I could say. I looked back down at the armours wearer, after dusting my synthetic-leathered, sleeveless, light armor trench coat, and found out that it was a human inside the thing, not to mention the design of it all... It was made by the Princesses themselves! And that helmet, why is its mane the same colors as them as well, kinda girly if you ask me. "Hmm... That gem." I saw a pure white gem embedded in it, between two Doves that also form a shape of a heart. Well that's some Cutie Mark. The details of the armour was Equestrian made alright, that means it also allows the wearer to use magic and... Hey are those wings? Holy shit they are!

"Jesus, well aren't you the lucky fucker, get better war gear from them while I get mine from either games or our ancestors." I said to his still unconscious body, which basically meant I was only monologuing to myself. "Christ man, wake up! I don't wanna talk to myself anymore! Nor am I carrying your ass!" Still nothing... Oh great, now I gonna have to wake him up MY way! I took a quick scan at the armour one last time; it looked strong enough for me to not put a dent in it. So I lined up, lifted my leg over and prep to stomp his guts.

"Wakey, Wakey!" I shouted and brought my boot down on him, waking him up, clenching to his stomach and groaning in pain.

"Ugh... Why?" He asked me, while curling up into a human ball, still writhing in bitter agony.

I shrugged, "I don't know, maybe because you were lying on top of me."

"I didn't mean it... And that's not nice thing to do." He wheezed out. Did he really felt that?

I sighed, "Look, I'm sorry, but you are wearing armour right? There's no way for you to feel that much pain." For him, though, when he got up, he started to trail back into a tree and somehow manage to embed himself in it. After that something fell on his head and knock him out a-fucking-gain!

"Fuck me!" I growled, getting really pissed off with this shitty situation. I walked over to him and prepared to kick his face in, until I saw what knock him out; apparently what drop was a huge shield, along with a sword sheathed inside it. Picking it up, I looked it over, seeing that these too were made by the Royal Sisters, but there's something about them. I know the two and yet the weapons they created, it doesn't seem to fit them; for instances, the sword is a means of offensives, something I find Luna more capable of creating such a thing, yet this one was done by Tia, SHE did it. How do I know this? Their Cutie Marks, that's how! The same can be said about the shield too, for Luna was the one designing it and not Tia.

Oh well, as they say: beggars can't be choosers. But still.... If you ever have the chance to meet them both, for whatever occasion, and manage to become friends, you'll understand how their personalities and characteristics work.

... Oh he's coming around, "Uh... What hit me this time?" He weakly says, getting up slowly. Steadying himself so as to not fall over again, for the third time.

I held up the shield in front of him, "I don't suppose this belongs to you." He shook off any dizziness he had floating in his head and claimed his things from me.

"Yeah, thanks." He said to me politely, "I'm James, what yours?" He asked.

"It's Fenix. Fenix Ravcore." I answered him.

"OK, so what happen to you?"

I shrugged, "I'm not sure really. I was fighting a war for Equestria's survival."

He looked shocked at this, "What? War? What are you talking about!?" Just as I thought.

"Tell me, where did you get that armour?" I asked of him.

"The Princesses gave me it. I'm not about to--"

I held out a hand, "No, I'm not asking for it. I don't need it." I then reached for my sword, "Instead, you are gonna show me all that you learned and trained. Let's spar for a bit." I stated as I pointed it towards him. He was apprehensive, hesitant. But he snapped into a defensive pose on the spot. Hiding behind his shield gave him more protection and to keep me guessing what he was planning on doing.

Well, it was suppose to do that to me...

"Fenix, I really don't thi---" I cut him off by trying to pierce through his armour. Fortunately he blocked it off, the downside to it though, he skidded back into the tree again. He grunted as he came flying at me, "Alright then, but remember you asked for it!"

"Are you done bitching yet?" I said to him, of course, this was only to taunt him. I thought it wouldn't work on him, he didn't seem like the type to get provoked so easily, but it did the trick. His attack was predictable, thrusting his sword to pierce into my flesh. I retaliated in kind, by deflecting his precision off-course, bringing Chaoseater back around, over my right shoulder, and brought it down hard and fast. He tried to bring his shield up to block the attack, but proved to be futile as it could not withstand such force I put into that one move. Again, he went skidding back into the tree for the second time.

He grunted when he hit it, "Darn it! Why did I went and done that? I cannot believe I fell for that taunt." He got back up and stood at the ready, taking up defensive post again, "OK, no way am I falling for that again!"

As he said that, I let go of my sword, since it's embedded into the ground on an angle, and waited for his move. Now, this kind of action is a fatal flaw: leaving yourself unarmed and wide open for an attack, I know that. But if you can predict your enemy's next move before it happens, and perhaps try and see things go a little bit slower, if you can, then you'll be fine as long as you know what you're doing.

He seemed surprised by this, but took it as an opportunity, "You let yourself wide open. Big mistake!" He charged again, faster this time. That came as a bit of a surprise to me, perhaps I really did underestimate him. When he came into striking distances, ready to cut me down, only to miss me at the last second as I shifted a bit to his right, following it up with a round-about kick to the face. Sending him packing and backed up the tree for the third time.

He planted his sword into the ground and bringing his free hand up to cup his cheek. He growled in frustration, "What the freakin' hell man!? You left yourself wide open and yet you still manage to dodge and hit me back here! How is that even possible!?" He shouted out, clearly not understanding any of his...mistakes.

I shook my head, "James, you forgotten your Humanity." He looked at me like I was talking nonsense to him.

For a moment we only stared at each other, until he spoke up, "What do you mean 'I forgotten my Humanity'?" He then retrieved his sword with his magic coming from his right gauntlet, "What does Humanity, our race, have anything to do with this!?" I got ready as he came at me once more, slashing his sword at me while I dodged every single one of them, some came closer to gazing a bit of my hair off, but the majority of it all were easy enough to evade. While this was still going on, he kept talking, or more likely just yelling out questions, "What does my Humanity have to do with me not being able to keep up with you!? Why should it even matter to me!? The way I see it, I think I done the right thing of throwing it away for a better life! A better future to live a peaceful one!" He stopped for a second to catch his breath, "What does it matter to you...? Why would I even want my Humanity back? All we do is just start up wars and burn our world to the ground yet again. So why...why should I need it?"

I growled in anger at him, which made him flinch in fear, "Because you little shitlet!" I raised my flaming knuckle-bashers; Fiery Blazers, "It's where you come from!" I charged him with the intent to bring pain now. Roaring like a monstrous bloodthirsty beast, he thrown his shield up as I closed the gap between us, pulling my right fist back and throw it to him. Didn't matter if he was behind something, he'll still get push back to the tree, but this time I'm keeping him pin there.

"It's where you were born in and came from! You can't change that fact no matter what!" I shouted at him while furiously punching the living shit out of that Lunar Shield of his like a raging motherfucking Titan, "That's why! You became ignorant! A naive damned fool just like they are!" He wasn't gonna hold for much longer, but I saw his right gauntlet glow again. His sword was right behind me, although it seems he can't hold out and the Celestial Sword drops to the ground.

Right before I could rip his shield from him, he slam it in my face and stunned me. He also pinned me to the ground, "Shut up! Don't you talk about them like that!" He glared down at me, but mine was still more fiercer than his one, "Why should I worry about our own kind!? We do nothing more than destroy life itself! These ponies preserve it through peace, love and tolerances! So I say let ours burn themselves off, saves us the trouble of--" I cut him off by kneeing him in the guts and punched his face again to get him off of me.

He rolled over on his back while I got up and walked over to him and picked him up, "How. Fucking. DARE YOU! Give up on your own kind! You goddamn selfish little puss-ass whining TWAT!!!" I growled animalistic, outraged by what he said. He flinched away from me, a few strains of tears flowing down from his clenching eyes. In a fit of rage, I threw him down on the ground hard and dragged his gasping ass to the tree and slammed him. After that I grabbed him by the neck and picked him up to my eye level, "How can YOU say something like that!? I know our race is like that and more than just being inhuman, hypercritical, bullshit spewers! But do you want to leave things as they are James!? Just let it stay as it is so the next generations could grow up and make the same mistakes we made!?" His eyes widened to the realization of what I'm saying and to what he said before, still I pressed on, "And that's just one of the many qualities about Humanity James; we never forget! Every discoveries and so on, we learn something new, and once we require that kind of knowledge, we don't remain ignorant fools! We're always learning no matter what and why is that, simple, we take risks and make sacrifices. Always hopeful even if there's a small chance at something great and amazing..." I brought my face a bit closer to his still stunned one, "And that's Humanity, we are all about Freedom, no matter how much we may abuse such a thing. The universe itself is always running even if that species is gone or destroyed, life will continue on for the rest of forever." After that I let him sit down for it all to sink into that naive skull of his. I walked over to retrieve his sword and shield, though when I'd turned around, he was curled up ball of a sobbing mess.... Maybe I driven that knife in way too far and ended up scaring his mind for life?

Well, I guess I'll have to carry his ass after all. Giving him his gear, after he uncurled himself, I bent down on one knee and gave him a lift on my back, hefting him up and made our way towards the Ruins of the Everfree as the sun was about to set. I know it's really fucking hard to see through the thicket of this damn forest, but once you've been through it back and forth, you will be able to figure out and familiarize yourself in here, no matter where you're stranded.

(Canterlot Castle)

Ah... Another day of the same old routine: attend Day-court, listen to a bunch of nobles squabbling to each other, trying to past down ridiculous laws just to better themselves and have the commoners suffer by paying more taxes, something I and the Noble Council have been dealing with for quite a long time now. Some even dare as to go as far as have my once star pupil, now crowned as the new princess of Equestria, Twilight Sparkle, her hand in marriage. This is only just to gain more wealth and power through Royalty, something I'm not so keen on letting it happen. Soon it all came to a close and none of the noble houses got what they wanted. I returned to my private chambers and prep to lower the sun for Luna to---

"Sister, we have urgent news for thee!" My little sister shouted in the old ways still. And just what's so urgent? Either way, if it is indeed, then I'll hear it out.

"Come in!" I responded and she herself teleported inside my room. "Luna, what is it? Has something happen?"

She nodded. "Yes. It appears that Equestria has some new visitors, but they do not seem to be from around here or anywhere."

"They don't, what do you mean?" This seems very odd. "Luna, how can you be sure about it?"

She shot me an odd look. "You mean you didn't know?"

"Know what?" I asked her, but I wasn't irradiated by her. In fact, I was irradiated with myself, if she could sense something was amiss in our beloved Equestria, why didn't I feel it too?

She spoke up on the subject, "Well... Lets just say that I accidentally stumble upon their minds and decided to take a quick peek inside." I looked at her in shock and she stood there on the spot embarrass.

"Luna! I told you not to do that!"

"I know, but it's just that... I found out who and what they are." We both stood in silence, while I was eyeing her if she was telling the truth about it. so far she hasn't lie to me and gave her the 'go on'. "OK, these new creatures are known as Humans. They are a technological advance civilization from another universe itself. But that's all I could pull up from them after that."

"That's all? Why? Did you stop?" I asked her and shook her head.

"No. Apparently I wasn't the only one in their minds, he calls himself The Doctor. Doctor Whooves of Ponyville, he didn't give much about him, except that he is a 'Time Lord', whatever that suppose to mean. He even claims to know everything about the two because he was one as well!" This came as a surprise. How can he do that? "And then he says that it's best not to know everything you will discover! Bah, just who does he think he is? Doesn't he know who he's talking to!?" She stomps a hoof, fold her arms with her head held high, along with a huff. Though from the sound of things, this Doctor Whooves may have just avoided a catastrophe and saved her from knowing too much. As the old saying goes: Knowledge is power.

So now comes the question: Do we go and talk to these three? Or let the girls know about this?

"... Say Fenix?" After some time has pass, the sun has completely set and the moon gave rise. James himself took a nap as I was still making our way to the Everfree Castle, he woke and started asked me questions about the universe I'm from, "You said that there are four of you - a team you belong - can you tell me about them? If that's OK with you?" Did he just pull a Flutters on me just then...? Well, well, this is interesting.

Time to switch it around, "Let me answer that with another question: are you dating one of the girls?" I felt him tense on me, clearly he is dating, or in this case, partner up with one of them. I pressed on, "I'll take that as an indefinite yes. Now, next one: have you and Shy hooked up?" Again, he tenses, his body temperature spiked up. Guess they did more then kissed and made up, they also made out. He was fidgeting over his answers, which only serves to concluded them... Except one: Who made the first move?

I turn to face him, "Did you confess your feelings, or did she?"

His face reddened and his body's warmth skyrocketed, "Ah... Well... Um... You see, I...I was about to... B-but she asked how to make her feelings known when I thought she set her sights on some stallion. So I told her to write a Love letter." He paused for a moment before continuing, "Then, when I thought I would never have the chances have been for naught, Angel came to the rescue. He showed me what Fluttershy had written, it was...really poetic, romantically poetic. I really got a spin out of that."

"Wow, I'm impressed. Flutters really did nut up, more or less."

He nodded, "Yeah, she may have wrote it, but she didn't have the courage to send it, still. So I went over and we talked and things escalated from us being friends to boyfriend and girlfriend." After that I stopped. There was something watching us!

James soon catches on as well and he got down from me and pulled his Celestial sword, "Fenix, I think we should make a run for it now!" He said urgently.

I shook my head, "No it's too late for that." I said as the forest all around us started to close in, or should I say, its abominable wolves. There eyes, glowing in an eerily green and yellow, started to emerge out of the bushes and tree lines, coming into view with their packs. Also, with the...supposedly added 'effects' to instil fear and despair, the stupid trees started to make so-called 'scary' facials, a bit of a dramatic overboard if you ask me. Just as they surrounded us, ready to slaughter us for their survival, something big came out from behind us both, something big, but this one was completely different: It, or should I say she, was twice as big as the others. She even towers over me and James, but unlike her pack, she was...exceptionally beautiful and exotic at the same time, she wasn't even glowing green and yellow, icy blue was her eye colours and she looked feminine, lean and slender...powerful even.

The rest bowed to her and she nodded back at them, seem she prefers equality over ranks, that would actually bone them an even tighter pack and teamwork efficiency. Also, her breath didn't smell like your regular Timberwolf horrid decadence, like they also eaten and drunken their preys piss and shit after that. No, hers is very sweet and euphoric, it's almost as if you taken a bite out of a deliciously baked goodie, excluding the cake, seriously I fucking hate cake! Anyway, she didn't look at us as her and her pack as their late night snack, instead she had this very curious sense and circle us. I kept an eye on her while James watched out for anything suspicious from the pack.

When she came back in front of us again, the next thing we never thought possible happen, "Who, or more preferably, what are you two?" She talked, she actually fucking talked. James and I were pretty much mind blown from this, we were practically speechless. Again she asked, "Well, are you going to answer or not?" She took a step forward, but that's one too close. I went for my pistols and she stopped immediately.

"Sorry, but we'll feel much more comfortable if you stay right there." I told her as my Gorgons were aim at her head, as much as I don't wanna get tricked and eaten by this she wolf, I also don't want to kill her.

She was surprised, to say the least, but didn't faultier, "You cannot stop me with such a little trinket. Whatever that you have hoisted on you." Aren't you another arrogant fuckstick, huh? She took another step, only to be stopped by some warning shots, by me, near her feet. She yelp and backed off, "What sort of trickery is this!?" She growled at me.

"Not Magic. Just technology, science and a whole lot of bullets to spit out." I said flatly, "As for your earlier question: we are what you call Humans. Now you tell us who you really are?"

The pack sneered, threatening to rip open my throat, even the Alpha wasn't having any of that, "Watch you mouth! You do not know who you're dealing--" OK shutting her up! In a quick flash, I was on top of her with Chaoseater held up to her neck. She herself was immobilised, stricken by me being able to hold her in an death-lock situation. The same could be said about the pack themselves as well.

Though I have her, I left James alone, but hopefully he'll figure out how to stay out of their grip...

"... Fenix, how did you...?" Oh you stupid motherfucking Cockbiscuits!

"James don't stand there! Fly!!"

"Fly?" He retorted, until he got the idea, "Oh right!" The ones that were ready to pounce him lost there chance and missed, "Wow! Too close for my comfort!"

I smile as the Alpha grunted, "So, you think you're safe?"

That's a dumbass question, still I gave a reply, "Nothing is safe within here, a forest full of death. So why bother asking something like that?" She looked up to me, as much as she could. She wasn't really glaring at me out of anger or hatred, none of that, only eying me with that same curious level from before, but this time it had something else tied within... Is she actually...

"You're right..." She said in a low tone, I was actually tempted to draw my sword back, but not yet. There's something she's hiding. A trump card perhaps? She spoke again, "There is no need for this pointless farce, Fire Warrior. I'll tell you who I am if you lower your arms." Wait, how in the ever living Fuckles did she know that title? She gives off a little giggle, "Oh I know far more than just that title and you are known through many others, for the deeds you did in those days..."

"Those days are not yet over and you will keep silent! Unless you want to get burn to a fucking cinder!" I shouted as I pressed my sword back up to her harder. I really don't care about the titles I have banned on me, for all have their own history of bloodshed and devastation. As a result, the ones that I fought against, all have given me and my team titles that'll be remembered throughout time.

She laughed quietly at this, but agreed, "Of course. But if you're wondering, which you are, how I knew? Then I shall take you to him. He told me about you and that you'll figure out who he is." Figure out who he is? So it's someone I've met back in my universe. I wonder... Then I clicked to the one and only person that came to mind.

"Could it be...?"

"Bingo!" She said with a toothy grin, "Now, normally I wouldn't let anything ride me..." She paused, "BUT! I can make this an exception! So you better hold on and can you put your pretty sword away for me, pretty please?" Wait, why would she... Oh, oh now she staring at me with those fucking damn puppy eyes! Really, you think you can-- Ah for Christ sakes, fine! You win this round!!

And so I placed my sword back on behind me, then went to jump off her. But she stop me, "Wait! I didn't say you could get off!" She said with such urgency, as if she thought I was gonna leave her for another woman. We're not even dating and we just met!

I look back at her, but now I'm starting to regret that one. Her eyes were blazing with desperation, but why she wants me to ride on her back that badly is beyond me. Maybe a fetish she has, or something? OK I shouldn't have said that shit, but whatever! Still... That face she keeps putting on.

So, in that moment, I guess you could say... I did what she wanted. Sighing in defeat, I saddled back up on her, "OK, fine! Just stop it with that facial thing, it's pissing me off." Yeah I was still not happy about this and you can hazard a guess of how much I hated this decision, even agreeing to such a thing begrudgingly.

As for her, she was just - literally - vibrating in excitement. Though after that and I shit you not, she went ballistically crazy! She went all over the place within the packs circle, running and jumping, almost like a super hyperactive Pinkie Pie when she first drank that energy drink of hers, even squealing like a little filly schoolgirl on her first crush's date! So yeah, long story short; a happy raging bull, as Pinkie would put it. All the while trying to hold onto her like those cowboys do, also trying to get her attention.

"HEY, WILL YOU STOP ALREADY!!!! WE NEED TO GET A MOVE ON RIGHT NOW!!!!" Goddammit! If she doesn't stop RIGHT NOW I--

"Wait, wha...! Oh!" Finally... She stops! Skidding a bit, she comes to a stop and looks back at me, "Oh dear, I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to... Let loose like that!" She said with an apologetic and embarrassing look on her face.

As for me, I just glared fiery daggers at her, "You may have been having fun, but I was suffering from all of that!" I snapped, "Now can we please get a move on! Me and James would want to see him now."

She nodded and barked orders at her pack. They formed a defensive barrier around the two of us. I had James stay hovering above us, we needed a Birdseye view from him in case of trouble. Also, with an added benefit, I guess you could also say he was our ticket out of here. Now I may trust her, but that doesn't mean I'll believe every word she says. She is still a Timberwolf after all, not to mention she hadn't told us what she is exactly either...

Prologue part 2

Well... This day turned to be an all-out twisted chain of events: got woke up by a guy with anger issues, by getting a morning crumb stomp to the stomach. Not to mention he has a swearing habit and a tendency of seemingly wanting to kill something, just to pass the time. Heh, killing time! Man, that actually fits him. Then things escalated from there, Fenix told me that he was fighting a war for Equestrias survival against something, but he didn't dwell on it any further. I thought he was talking nonsense, but the look on his face says it all, and that's scary on all accounts. He then asks about the armour I was wearing, where I got it from. Of course I told him and tried to make it clear that I'm not handing it over, but he said he wasn't interested in taking it for his own purposes.

After that, he wanted to test me in a sparing match, and as it turns out I couldn't land a single hit on him. I got taunted, had sloppy defensive capabilities, slow reactions and such. All he did was just stand there in one spot and counterattack, which had me skidding back to the same tree, where both my sword and shield were up in, three times! The first one doesn't count, I did that one myself. Frustrated, I asked him how he could all that? No normal human being can do half the things he did. When he answered though, it wasn't the one I expected, all he said was that I forgotten my Humanity...

That really got to me, in more ways, and I thought on what he meant by that. But all I did was charge at him like some rabid dog, lashing and slashing out at him, while he dodged all of them in the process. I did manage to slice bits of his hair off, but that's as far as I can get with him. During through all that, I was shouting out at him, questioning him what he meant by it, I even told him that Humanity, our own kind, can go burn itself off and all that did was get a rise out of him. Something I regret ever doing in life, especially to someone like Fenix.

Even if he didn't have that big sword of his, Fenix can apparently use magic, or in this case, fire. So yeah, he brought both of his fists up and they caught fire, forming some sort of close-combat flaming weapon. He charged at me with a monstrous fury, even with my shield, it still didn't help me out much. Yet again I was pinned to the tree, with him growling at me about why it should matter, because it's where I came from. He even said some harsh things about ponies themselves, criticizing on how ignorant and naive they are, that it even affected my way of thinking.

That's something I didn't take kindly to, so while he was still pounding against my Lunar shield, I had my Celestial sword aimed at his back. Using my magic to levitate it into place, I was ready to plunge it through his back, but then I thought twice about it. What was I even thinking!? To actually commit death on another person? And for what? Soon he stops and he found out about my plan, but I stop using my magic and let the sword fall.

Then he attempted to remove my shield away, but I didn't give him that leisure. So, with all the strength I had left, I bashed it against his face, stunning him for me to pin him down. I glared down at him, but it was no where close to his one, but I didn't relent, not yet. I gave him a piece of my mind; telling him off about bad mouthing to the Equestrian ponies and such. Though he didn't give me the chance to finish off and knee me in the guts, following it up with a hard punch to the side of my face.

Fenix then grabbed me and proceeded to yelling at me for my selfishness and giving up on our race. He threw me to the ground and dragged me, by the neck, up to that same tree one last time, and slammed me. Pulling me up to his eye level, he continued his harsh lecture of how I saw things about Humanity may be true, but do we leave it as it is, not mending our mistakes so the next gen. does not make the same things we did. He even reminded me of what being human really means: it's all about freedom. Because we always soar more higher and higher each time, even when the going gets tough. After that he let me drop down and went to get my things, all I did was think over what I thought, it didn't help much but made me become a sobbing ball.

Fenix came and gave me a lift. Oh, and speaking of him: He's taller than I am. His body is built almost like a tank, that all there is to him. Also that hair-do of his, it's practically something you would see off of a Anime show; it's big, long and spiky. The colours are red with black tips, oh and his eye colour is green. He wears black boots, black jeans and this red leathery trench coat he has on him. Man, this guy sure likes the colour black a lot... Wait, are those...? Oh yep, they are leather fingerless black gloves.

After a while when I dosed off to sleep, I asked some things about him, though the only reply he gave was the one what he does in life. Apparently I was in the presence of an SAS soldier and I have my fair share of how that regiment works, also the whole 'The less people know, the better'. Of course, he did say that coming to Equestria really did change him and his team's lives for the greater good, but not all of Equestria was with them fully. I sighed at this, a little disappointed about that part. So to change the subject before he rants about that, I asked about the rest of his team. Unfortunately, he turned that around when he asked about me dating any of the girls. I didn't give him a reply back, but he took it as a yes, he even guessed that me and Fluttershy were a couple. He turn to face me and asked who made the first move. I thought my face couldn't get any redder than this, or my body temperature spiking up to new heights.

So I told him how it all happen... Man it felt like such a long time and I still remember our first kiss, well our first few kisses. Heh even Fenix was impressed about Flutters finally 'nutting up', though I told him that she didn't sent the Love Letter to me, so Angel did the delivery. After telling him that he stopped walking, on alert. I got off him, telling him that we need to make a run for it. He said no, for it was too late and the Timberwolves had us surrounded. Their Alpha, turn out to be the biggest of all and a lady, a pretty exotic one too.

And so brings us to now, I was fly over the group, while Fenix was riding on the back of the she wolf. I was suppose to be keeping an eye out for any sort of trouble, though thankfully there hasn't been one. So I hovered down a little bit close to Fenix and her, it seemed like they were talking about something...

"... So, that one title that starts with B and ends with G. How and where did you get it from? Who were you fighting against?" She asked him. Though I probably shouldn't say, he doesn't seem too happy at the moment and that this is a private matter. Also I was curious about the first two letters: the B and the G, but I don't want to know what they stand for. Although, while they were having their little discussion, I realised the movement she was walking, it's that kind where the woman sways her hips to seduce a man with their curves while walking along. But why is she doing that? I doubt she's doing that to her pack just to test them. Also that tail of her keeps swishing a little far out to show her private flower. Now usually I wouldn't get so caught up in such an act, but unfortunately, I kind of did.

Just when I was about to look away and take to the night sky once more, she caught me staring at her backside. But she wasn't mad or anything, in all honesty, she was curious...and had a cheeky mischievous. Then she did something both unexpected and unnecessary; she showed herself off, to me, behind Fenix's back, in front of her pack, with a look that is just screaming out 'Do you like what you see, darling!?'

This totally put my mind into overdrive, and I kid you not, that little display gave me a nosebleed. And no it didn't come from Fenix catching on and kicking me in the face, however he did that with such quickness is beyond me. Maybe he could beat Rainbow Dash in a race? Though I did deserve that remark and two Timberwolves joined together to form a bigger one to catch me, but wasn't as big as their Alpha. Speaking of which, she was in much more trouble than I was when she pulled that stunt off.

"Why you fucking BITCH! What in the ever living MOTHERFUCKING COCKBISCUITS WERE YOU THINKING!?!?" Yep, so much trouble. She herself was practically whimpering under his fiery death glare, knowing full well of the consequences of her actions.

"I-I was teasing the b-b-boy is all.... N-no harm done." She said in her defence, but the pack itself said otherwise. I'm surprised they would actually agreed with Fenix on this one! Then again, this is probably one of her gimmicks that they had to put up with. Anyway, they growled at her and she looked at each and every one of them, even with all that wood, you could really see her blush in all that. I guess she isn't getting any of her packs support.

Just when I was done with fixing my nose, something, or somepony, came out of the bushes, with a heavy accent of British, "Oh my... Am I interrupting something here?"

(Back at the Castle)

"So... We're going to tell just Twilight only, what about the rest of the girls, her friends?" I asked Tia. We were making our way to see Twilight in one of her studying rooms, or the library.

She shook her head, "No Luna. We just need to get into contact with the three, not imprison them in stone with the Elements. Besides if we show up with an army behind us, we'll end up causing more harm than doing good." She has a point there; the guards were too uptight about the things that they see can be a threat, and the girls will only be getting themselves hurt, with the addition of Rainbow Dash always being so reckless and rash in her action. "Not to mention, The Doctor said he was from Ponyville himself. So maybe Twilight might know something about him."

"Perhaps." Was all I could say. I mean, sure Twilight might know him, but has he or she see each other once in a while? That's the question.

Soon though, we found her, looking through her telescope, while Spike the Teen Dragon and Number One Assistant, was either taking notes, drawing, or writing a love letter to Miss Rarity as a secret admirer for the next Heart and Hooves Day.

Tee-hee, oh Spike...

Celestia went up behind her quietly when she wasn't noticing what's happening around her. Placing her muzzle to Twi's left ear, she blew in it and she gave out a squeal, but what followed up after that came as a big surprise to me and Tia: as soon as she turn, her right hand shot out and smacked Tia across the face, sending her flying into a bile of books. Twilight gasp, realising who she slapped and ran over to my sister, as for me, well let's just say I was having the ball of my life. I couldn't help it! Seeing my very own sister getting owned by her very own student like that! When has anyone seen something like this!?

"Ohmygoshohmygoshohmygosh, Princess Celestia I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to, you just surprised me and--!" She was cut off by Tia's hand placed on her mouth.

"Twilight, it's quite alright." She said in that motherly tone of hers she always used. "In fact, that was quite the surprise. I never thought you were this strong." She giggled while dusting herself off a bit.

I finally came back down from my hilarity and cleared my throat, "Yes, indeed sister. But we are here to tell you something of the utmost importance."

Her ears perked up. "What is it? Did something happen? Is Equestria in danger!?" Oh that's just what we need, panicking.

Tia spoke up, "No Twilight, nothing too dangerous. Just a couple of newcomers, a new species in fact." And just like that, we peaked her interest and fascination of knowledge. You can see it in her eyes, the intensity and desire to discover its origin and make history for the Equestrian book.

"Really? Truly!? EEEEEEEEEE!!!!" There she goes. "Oh this is so exciting! I can't wait to meet them!"

"Twilight there is also something else."

"Oh, does it have anything to do with them?"

"More or less. But somepony that goes by the name of Doctor Whooves. Do you know him?" Tia asked, and it seems that Twilight does know of him.

"Yes, of course. He lives in Ponyville with Derpy the Mailmare. Why?" Well, at least that clears him up somewhat.

"I think Luna can tell you the rest, since she was the one who found them." Tia said as I took up the rest.

"OK, yes I found them. But it was by accident that I stumble upon their minds..."

"Wait, what so bad about that?" She asked and I just sighed at this.

Shaking my head, I told her, "Twilight, what I did may have been an accident, a mistake. But in doing so, it is still a bad thing."

She didn't understand and asked, "Why is that though? I mean, you do that to everypony in Equestria when they're asleep. What's the difference?"

"You're still a little naïve. True I may do that at night, but it's only our beloved ponies. If I did that to a Gryphon, Minotaur, or any other creature, I will only defile their one and only sanctuary, not help them." She gasped at this, "So you see why I shouldn't have done that to them."

"I... I didn't know."

"No, you did not. But now you do." I told her and changed the subject back on track, "Enough about that though, I'll tell you what I found out about our new visitors!" She squealed in anticipation and grabbed a notebook and quill, ready to take down information.

"Okay Luna, I'm ready."

"There wasn't much I could get out of them, but it's more than enough hopefully. Now these two are known as Humans; they are bipeds just like you and me, except they don't have fur or a tail, save for their manes. They wear clothes to keep them warm, especially during winter. Also, they are technologically advance race. No magic what so ever." She stopped when I said that.

"No magic? But that's impossible." Oh Twilight... Sometimes you can be a bit of an headache to me. "Are you sure you're not making that up?"

I shook my head at this, "Now Twilight, what would I get if I told you a lie? Also, you forget that not all can use magic like we do."

"Oh right... But still, no magic at all."

"You forget that they have invented stuff to compensate for all of that. So technically, science is their magic."

She smiled brightly at that, "Yeah, that sure sound sooo amazing right now! Oh I can't wait to meet them! Wait, where are they anyway?"

Oh no, how could I have forgotten about that, "Oh dear..."

(Back in the Everfree Forest)

"No way, Doc? Is that really you?" I couldn't believe what I'm seeing here. Doctor Whooves, standing before all of us, as a biped humanoid pony! Clothes and all too! Looking smashing with that friendly smile on his muzzle.

"Oh, James! Almost didn't recognise you with that armour of yours on. And Fenix, still as harsh to life itself as ever! I like the coat you got on you!" He said with such enthusiasm, that he came running over to us, "I'm sorry I couldn't come get you two myself. I was trying to find out what brought you two here in the first place." He explained.

"Anything?" Fenix asked him, cutting straight to the point.

The Doctor himself frowned and shook his head, "Unfortunately no. Apparently whatever did it for whatever purpose, has gone into hiding or something." He seem bump out about that.

So I decided to change the subject, "Say Doc, could you tell us why your...uh?"

"Hm... Oh right, this! Well, James. You and Fenix have been summoned to another Equestria in a completely different universe."

"... What?"

"Doc, you're gonna snap his brain in half!" Fenix raised his voice at the Doctor.

"James, I want you promise us both that you won't go crazy no matter what!" He yelled at me, which got me to snap out of it. "James, do you promise!"

"Y-yes! I... I promise. But, if me and him are here, including you... What happen to us?" I asked, because for some odd reason... I can't remember anything before any of this, and whenever I tried, my head starts to hurt. As if my mind didn't want to remember what happen at the last moment.

He sighed and turn and walked away from us, "I'll tell you, but you're not gonna like it." We all followed him towards the castle. We were closer to it then expected. Fenix walked across the bridge with the Doctor, along with the Timberwolves. While I just flew over to the other side, but the she wolf, she jumped the gap to get here and land beside me. That was a surprise.

She looked at me and winked, "So... Did you enjoy your little sneak peek?" She asked, while giving me a little nuzzle on my cheek.

Again, that got me blushing like an idiot. I didn't even know how to respond to that! I mean, do you just tell a woman like her yes or something! I'm already taken for Pete sake! Fortunately though, it looks like I didn't have to... But the unfortunate part of it all, is that she hid behind me as much as she can from Fenix.

"HEY! I'm not done with YOU!!!" And boy is he madder then ever, "And you STILL haven't told us your name and what you really are!" She held onto my shoulders, keeping me in between her and him. I just hope he doesn't beat me to get to her...

"Uriel!? What are you doing!?" The Doctor shouted from behind Fenix.

"I'm trying to stay alive! What do you think!?" She yelled back, while Fenix pressed his advance with a purpose.

"Fenix, just stop! I'll handle this!" Doc said, and I was expecting Fenix to turn around and swear at him, while poking fingers. Though that wasn't the case, he stopped, but he was still glaring at her from earlier before. Doc came up to us, "Thank you. Now, Uriel, what did you do?" Oh man this is gonna get awkward and embarrassing!

"... I... May have flashed myself to James... Behind Fenix's back." She pulled me closer to her, while Fenix began growling and Doc's jaw hanging from him.

Soon though he facepalmmed, "Just... Why?? You know what, no! I don't want to hear it! Let's all just get to TARDIS and I'll start explaining things!" After that he stomped off into the castle, followed by Fenix, me, Uriel and her pack.

Once inside, I saw the Blue Box. The last time I saw it, it was smaller. Now though... Ugh, I'm not going to try and figure out how he did it! He open up the door and we all step inside, excluding the pack, they waited outside. At first I thought we were going to squeeze ourselves to death, but man was I wrong....

Universes Apart

Ch.1: Together again.

"WHAT!?!?" Well, this could have gone better. Telling Twilight about their whereabouts practically sent her into a frenzy mess, "Nonononononononono!! We have to help them! They could be in real danger right now!"

"Twilight, calm down! They are not so primitive, I'm certain they can handle themselves!" I tried to get her to listen, though sadly that isn't working and I needed to take the 'Direct' approach.

"But that's not the point Luna! The point is they don't know how to navigate their way through it! A-and what if they--!" Before she could continue, I clamped her mouth and pushed her down on a seat.

As soon as I let go, "Now, Princess Twilight Sparkle, tell me: do you think they don't know about the dangers within a dark forest? Such as the Everfree." I asked her, though it sounded more like I was demanding something from her.

She shook her head, "No, not really but--"

"But nothing. They can get through it and survive, as long as they have each other's backs." I paused for a moment, remembering that one of them seems to being more experience in survivability and such. "As a matter of fact, one of them seems to be a soldier, a warrior that may well best even our most skilled and elite Guards we have now." Her eyes widen, almost as if they were about to pop out of their sockets from what I just said.

"Luna." I turn to look at Tia, but when I did, she had a look of worry and concern. "If you knew about one of them being a warrior, how can we be sure he wouldn't want to start a war with us?" I sighed at this question. True that it is a valid one, but really must she suspect such a notion.

My eyes narrowed at such an accusation, "Exactly, dear sister, what is it that makes you so certain of it coming down to war?"

"Well... You said one of them is a warrior, right?" And our argument begins.

"Yes, I did. But I didn't say he was a warmonger now did I, and another thing: what will he even get out of it? Not to mention, he is just one human against an entire nation! He isn't even that stupid or foalish enough to risk it!" I countered. Even I can tell they aren't that senseless.

"But who's to say he won't backstab us eventually!?"

I rolled my eyes at this, "He's not an assassin. He is a courageous, dutiful and honourable warrior! So don't go pointing fingers and accusing him of such insults!"

"STOP IT!!!" Twilight shouted, "This isn't getting us anywhere!" She has a point. So we stop our little feud and Twilight sighed, "Look, I know that you both have your own opinions and point of views because of it. While they are all valid ones, we won't know anything by standing here arguing over who's right and who's wrong! So, starting tomorrow; we'll head down to Ponyville, grab my friends, talk to Derpy and see what is it the Doctor is trying to do. Agreed?" Well, she wasn't my sister's protégé for nothing. We all nodded at this and gave our apologies to her.

"Twilight we are sorry for fighting like that. It's just that todays Day-Court was a little more of a hassle then any other before that one." So... The Nobility are still at it with their dogmatic schemes. I thought Tia looked a little more stressed out then ever, though something tells me they had done more and went a little too far. But what was it? I may need to watch out for any suspicious activities the Nobles will try to play and undermined.

Soon Twilight came over and gave us both hugs, "It's alright, though I think now would be a good time to get some sleep." And just to prove her point, we heard snoring coming from the teen drake. Apparently he fell asleep some time ago through our discussion, however that happen it matter not. Letting go of us, she went over and picking up Spike with her magic.

"Goodnight you two, see you in the morning." She said as we made our way out. We said the same to her.

Walking down the halls, I spoke to Tia, "Sister, what happen at todays Court?"

She sighed, "Well Luna, it was the same as any other; Nobles complaining to one another, trying to pass down ludicrous laws to put themselves in an untouchable place and have the commoners suffer by paying more taxes then them. But the last one was the most ridiculous of all, some of them even have the gall to ask my permission to have Twilight's hand in marriage! Could you believe that!" Why those snobby little.... I can't believe this! It's no wonder why she was a little edgy about the two, though when I think about it, I wonder...

"Say Tia, can I ask you something that concerns our Human visitors?" I hope this works.

"What about them? Did you thought of something for them to do?" She questions, though it seems she might be catching on what I'm thinking.

"You could say that. At least for one of them."

"OK, what is it then?" OK here goes nothing, I just hope she doesn't over react about this suggestion.

"I was thinking, we should place one of them as Twilight's bodyguard."

(The next morning)

"Whoa Twi, I can't believe there are actually aliens out there! And now they're here!" Spike said in excitement, though that got me to laugh a little bit.

"Oh Spike, I know you're all hype up for this, and so am I. But do you know what's also good about this one?" I asked him.

He nodded his head, "Yeah, that we get to go back to Ponyville and catch up with the rest of our friends! Especially Rarity!" That last got me to roll my eyes, but I still giggled at that. Everypony knows about his crush on Rarity, even she knows it. Though I'm just worried that he'll get rejected by her and their friendship would be somewhat ruined. Not to mention, the backlash will create a rift between the two. But hopefully they'll figure things out with each other to repair the damage.

We were gathering the things necessary for this event: quills, scrolls, ink, and a couple of books. One book is for drawing their appearances, while the other is for storing all of my notes and information they can give me. This anticipation is just unbearable, I can't wait to I meet them! I bet I can even teach them the meanings of friendship!

After finishing the final preparations and making our way to meet up with the Princesses, we heard them having some conversation about something... Maybe it's regarding the Humans? Or how Doctor Whooves knew about their arrival? Actually, now that I think about it, just how did he know!? Well hopefully Derpy can give us a explanation about it.

"... Are you sure that it's still a good idea?" Celestia seems to be still unsure about them. Guess she isn't over about the idea of one of them being an unpredictable sort. "I'm not so sure if I can coup with this."

"Oh you're overreacting again Tia! For goodness sakes just relax!" Luna told her with a sternness in her voice. It sounds like they are back at having an argument again.

Time to intervene, "I hope I'm not keeping you two waiting!" I said as if nothing between the two had happen, with as much innocence I can muster. Fortunately it did the trick as they both stop and regain their composures as I walked up to meet them.

Celestia was the first to speak, "Not at all Twilight." She gave me a hug, though this one seems to be a bit more tighter than any other hug I've ever received from her. It's almost as if she is scared of letting me go, even my face was press against those huge cleavages of hers, while she ran a hand down the back of my head.

It took some effort, but I just manage to pried myself from her clinging embrace. "Are you OK Celestia?" I asked, feeling a little concerned about her and why she was...well...clingy just now.

She looked at me as if I hurt her in some way. I know her more than anypony besides Luna, and it's probably one of those days where she tends to act... Motherly towards you. It wasn't the first time she has done this to me, but it was only from times where I was feeling a little gloomy or depress about something, even when I'm sick she plays doctor. Though I have to admit, she was pretty good at taking care of me and Spike both, especially when there's something important to do. With a sigh, I came to her and gave her a hug, repeating it only this time she had more self-control over her actions.

She was petting the back of head again, "Oh Twilight. Sometimes I wish I could stay with you like this forever. But it's such a selfish act. I just worry about you."

I sighed, "Oh Princess Celestia, you're being overprotective about me." I told her. "Though, can you tell me what you two were talking about just now?" I asked her, hopefully to get an idea on what we're planning to do.

When we let go, her face held uncertainty in it, like she was not sure. "Well, I guess we could... But not now! Once we gathered everyone, we'll tell you all." Before I could give a response, her horn glowed and teleported all four of us to my library in Ponyville. Home... Even if it's for a little while, I practically feel like I really am back at home. I took my time as the rest made their way towards the front door, taking in all of my surroundings. Everything was left as it should be when I was done tiding it up, the books were alphabetically organised on the shelves, not a single piece of anything left on the floor. Walking up the stairs to my old room, I open the door and saw that everything was the same as down stairs. I turn and headed out onto the balcony, where I sometimes come out at night to study the constellations.

Mmm.... Such good times they all were...

"Twilight!" I was snapped out of my thoughts by Spike. "C'mon, let's get the girls!" Charging my magic, I teleported down next to them. Now I would put my wings to good use and flew down to them, but it is a new experience, and I'm not good with flying still.

"OK, Let's go get Applejack first. She'll be up the earliest." We made our way to her families apple orchard. Almost half of town was up and going where they were needed for today. Those that we passed by were surprised by us and quickly gave a bow to us. I was just smiling back at them nervously, feeling a little put off about the whole 'princess' thing. It just didn't make things easy anymore.

Soon we arrived at Applejack's farm and found her out there bucking the trees for their apples, along with her big brother Big Mac. Before I could get her attention, a green and purple blur rushed pass me at high speed and crashed into her from behind. I was confused by the suddenness, but I saw it was Spike giving AJ a bit of a tight squeeze of a hug.

Even she got a bit of a spook from him. "What the hay!? Spike!?" She tried to turn herself around to see him however possible, though eventually she manage to do so and gasped to see all of us here. "Whoa nelly! Twilight, princesses!? What're y'all doin' here!?"

"Hey Applejack. Sorry for barging in like this, but something has happen." I explain to her.

"Something good or bad?" She asked.

"We don't know. That is why we need to gather up the girls and go see Derpy."

"Wait, why's that?"

"Because Doctor Whooves has gone to investigate, in the Everfree Forest." After telling her, Applejack's face of shock said it all. "Yeah. We were surprised about that, too."

"Now what in tarnation is he doin' in there?"

"Look, we'll get the rest of the girls and find some answers from Derpy." She nodded and we had to pry Spike from her. It wasn't easy, but we manage to get him off. Poor Spike, he must have been feeling homesick ever since we moved back to Canterlot. I can't fault him, even I felt the same, and I just wanted to leave the castle and live in Ponyville again. It just wasn't the same...

Walking back through town again, I was thinking over how the Doctor could have anticipated the humans arrival, or his knowledge of the race. I mean, there were times where he and I would sometimes bump into each other now and then, but I never thought much of asking him on what kind of a doctor he was. Though when I get the chance to ask Derpy about him, all she ever gives is he's a very special and unique kind of doctor. Just what was it she knew? What were they hiding from me? Wait, what am I doing!? No! I shouldn't go prying into somepony's private life! That's wrong.

But the more I think about it, the more difficult it becomes to try and expel those thoughts... Oh sometimes I wish my brain would just shut itself down for a little while for me to try and enjoy myself.

Soon we arrived at Sugarcube Corner, "Well here we are. I wonder if she--" Before I could even utter another word, the front entrance door open up, and out came a blinding flash of pink, tackling me and Spike both to the ground. This also came with a bone-crushing hug and that conclusion alone was more than enough to explain who it was...

My party-goer friend, Pinkie Pie.

"OH MY GOSH TWILIGHT AND SPIKE YOU'RE BOTH BACK IN PONYVILLE I THOUGHT I WOULD NEVER SEE YOU BOTH AGAIN FOREVER EVER EVER!" She shouted at us, while also doing it in her fast-talking energetic voice. Although that last part about never seeing us again for the rest of forever, that kind of got me a bit worried. And for what seem like an eternity, she let us go, "So Twilight, let me guess: something has appeared in Equestria and you want to find out who and what they are. But since The Doctor has gotten to them first, which brings up more questions about his connections to these new species. And so you came down here to grab us girls and have Derpy explain about the Doc's motivations on the matter, and see if we could show them the meaning of friendship. Is that about right?"

"I'll take that as a yes. But don't worry about the others, I brought them all in there. So, what are we waiting for!? Let's get this little reunion for ours started!" With that said, she grabbed all FIVE of us and pushed us through the doorway. While entering, I saw the rest of the girls; Rarity, Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy, all sitting there chatting and having milkshakes.

Smiling happily, we walked over towards them. The first to notice us was Rarity, "Oh Twilight! You're here!" Before I could offer a response to her, Spike ran past me and brought Rarity into a hug. Again it was just like last time with Applejack, only this time he rubbed his cheek up against the crook of her neck.

As for Rarity, she was both surprised and shocked by the action. But she soon regain her composure, "Spike, are you all right?" She asked him, though it was clearly obvious why, she hasn't yet figure it out. Rarity looked back at us for answers. While me and the princesses were just giving her sheepish smiles, Pinkie just smile happily and encourage her to return the act, AJ was frowning at her and gave her the look that says 'Really?'.

"Rares, are you serious? He misses you! For crying out loud, he misses all of us!" Rainbow said as she came over. "I mean, can't you tell just by his actions alone?"

Rarity blushed in embarrassment, "Oh my! Why did I not..." She returned his affection back to him, "Oh my Spiky Wiky has been feeling homesick." She said quietly while petting his head, as much as she can, with how big his spikes have gotten now. Soon though, the rest of us girls gathered the two and gave a big group hug.

Finally, we back together again...

"It's nice to see that you are all reunited again, but we did came down here to tell you all something important." With a sigh, we let go of each other and faced the princesses. "Now that you are all--"

"HOLD IT!!!" Pinkie cut off Celestia and rushed through to the kitchen, we were all a little confused by this but she came back out with... Derpy!?

"Whoa how did I get here?" She said, even we were at a lost of how... Nope, forget it! Pinkie is just Pinkie, she can't be explained whatsoever. But still, it's such a headache.

Looking back at Celestia, she and Luna were in shock from this. Though the princesses recover, "Wait, but? How...? Nevermind! Anyway, thank you Pinkie. Ms Hooves, we need your help on what the Doctor is doing."

Derpy raised a brow, "Well, Doctor Whooves said that he had a couple of friends he knows coming here. Although, it was not by choice." She said, "Something brought them here."

"So wait a minute. Are you saying that the ones your Doc has gone looking for, were summoned against their own will?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Yep." Derpy nodded and we gasped at this. How could anyone do that to another being? It's like some...some sick game they played on. This is probably the worst thing that's ever happen to their lives!

"That ain't right! What kinda pony would wanna do that!?" Applejack said, a look of outrage was her only expression. "I can't believe it... Oh the nerve!!" She wasn't the only one that was getting mad.

"Man, when I get my hands on whoever cause this! I'll..." With what was to come, I rushed over to Fluttershy and cover her ears from hearing Rainbow cussing. Rarity did the same with Pinkie and as this was going on to the point where she wasn't going to let up, Luna used her magic to shut her up.

"Dame Rainbow Dash, Element of Loyalty. We all may appreciate you commitment to help the two and hunt down the villains responsible. But please don't use so many curses in your speeches, you might end up making it a habit." She demanded as she let Dash's mouth go. "Now that we are all here and all in agreement to help the Humans feel more welcome."

We all nodded and headed on out to the Everfree Forest. But before we even took one step into it...

"Helllllooooooo~!" Oh no...

Turning up we saw him coming down in.... In a mare's dress!? No seriously, what the freakin' Tartarus is going on with Discord!? Why is he even wearing that again!?

"Oh great! Here comes trouble!" Rainbow shouted in anger.

"Oh Discord!" Fluttershy squealed as she went over to him. "What are doing here? And why are you dressed in that again?"

"Well... Let's just say I felt like showing off my feminine charms, for some odd reason that even I couldn't possibly know myself. Eh whatever, I bet I can turn more heads around than Rarity." Oh sweet Celestia help us....

Though it seems that my 'prayers' were answered, "Discord! If you wouldn't mind, we have something to do!" Celestia addressed, but he didn't seem bothered by it. Then again, since when has he?

Discord rolled his eyes at her and waved it off. "Oh you're no fun, as ever, Tia. But even I know what has happened, so I thought I might drop by and give you lot a heads-up on what you are all getting yourselves into." He has information about them!? As much as I wanted to believe that, he could also be lying about it. Maybe he's responsible for all of this! Turning to face my friends, they too seem not convinced about all this, even Rainbow Dash and Applejack were ready to pounce on him and give him a one two.

Rainbow was the first to talk, "Fat chance! Like we're wanting your help on this! I bet YOU were the one that brought them here!" She pointed a figure at him accusedly.

Discord, on his end, acted as if he was hurt by this. "Oh Rainbow Dash, how could you say such a thing!? What would I even get from doing such a thing so profound as that!?" He ended it in a dramatic flare, that could even put Rarity's ones to shame. "Besides, bringing beings that have a mind of their own and a will of steel is bound to have a major backlash on me. Not to mention, one of them has an ill-temper that even I would probably not survive."

AJ went up to him, eying him if he was lying. "And how're ya so sure that they'll turn on you at a moments notices? And how can we know that ya ain't making stuff up on the spot?"

"Well, you see, if it WERE me then THEY would have known of my powers." He said as he pointed towards the princesses.

They nodded in agreement of this. "That is true. We would've know of it. But what do you mean that one of them can do you harm?" Luna asked.

Discord sighed, "Well let's just say that one weapon he's carrying with him is the only one that can do immense damage to me..." He then looked at the Royal Sisters dead in the eye. "And you, as well."

"Hey!" I shouted, "You can't be sure about that! We haven't even met them yet!" How dare he talk to them in such a tone! It's not like he knows all!

Discord looks down at me, "Alright then. How about we go visit them now? They're at the ruins by the way." With a click of his talons, we reappeared inside the ruins of the castle and were surrounded by Timberwolves...

... TIMBERWOLVES!!!!

"Oh my... This is unexpected. I didn't realise a pack of Timberwolves were moving in today!" Discord commented with a smug smile plastered on him, amused about our current situation!

"Hey earth to Dipcord! What are you up to this time!?" Rainbow demanded.

"What?" Discord shrugged, "I didn't summon them here. Though why are they even here? And why aren't they jumping on anypony's bones?" He asked, and when I actually looked at them, they were just staring at us.

What is up with them?

Discord walked up to one of them and just started to examine one Timberwolf. "Hmm..." He hummed thoughtfully, "Oh I know who leads this pack."

"Oh! You do?" Fluttershy asked.

Discord nodded, "Yes. These ones belong to a she wolf known as Uriel." He turn to face Derpy, "I never knew your Husband was friends with a Demigoddess of the Everfree."

"Neither did I. Why hasn't he told me about this?" Was her reply. Oh and yeah, they're married. Don't tell me how that happen, those two won't say exactly... What's that sound?

"Hey! Does anypony hear that ruckus!?" Applejack said. We all nodded as the noise sounded like a... Like a fight!

One of the Timberwolves came up to us and Flutters bent down and communicated with it, "Um hello. Could you tell us what's happening here... If that's OK with you?" She asked politely, though it shook its head saying no. "Oh Okay then..." She said, but the Timberwolf barked up to her. "Oh! But you will take us to them... Wait, why are you so sad?" Sad...? What does she mean by that? The Timberwolves around us seem fine... Scratch that, they really are saddened by something. Looking back at the one Fluttershy was talking to got up and walked away. It stop and nodded its head at us, wanting us to follow. We complied.

"Hey Twi?" Spike whisper, "What's up with them? Why the long faces? Almost as if they're depress or something."

"That's what it's starting to look like, Spike. Maybe... Maybe it has something to do with the Humans...I think?" I replied back, "But it could be deeper than that."

He didn't say anything after that. The wolf took us up a flight of stairs, the same stairs that led me and my friends to the Elements of Harmony. Once we reached up there though... It wasn't a pretty site; scorch marks were all over the place, along with scars embedded, holes punched, even the pillars were out of place, not to mention the roof is all completely gone... This whole place was a battlefield! Though something tells me that it was more than that.

"Goodness gracious me! What in Celestia's name could do all of this!? Such destruction has never been seen on this scale..." Rarity exclaimed, "Princesses, are you absolutely sure we should go through with this? I think they want to be left alone and I can see why."

Applejack then asked, "What do ya mean by that Rarity?"

"Applejack, what I mean is that they could be a barbaric race." We gasped at her claim, "What?"

AJ was the first to speak, "Now why in Tarnation would ya go and accuse them critters like that!?"

"Darling look around you! This place is a disaster! Those ruffians are nothing more that brutes!"

"Oh really? Well the way Ah see it, this is more like blowing off a lot of steam ta me! They're probably hurting right now!"

"Yeah Rares!" Rainbow added, "Can you actually blame them for relieving themselves some stress through practical methods?"

While this was happening, Fluttershy was talking with the Timberwolf to get a better understanding of what happened. Though looking at the state it's in right now is sending shivers throughout my whole body. Seriously, how can one being do all of...this? My mind snapped back at what Discord said before coming here and my heart skipped a beat. He wasn't lying about one them having a short temper.

"He WHAT!?" We all jumped at Flutters voice, "They both were...!"

"Fluttershy, what's wrong!?" I asked. This doesn't usually happen, with her raising her voice like that. The Timberwolf held a look of sadness with it...his ears flattened against his head. Something doesn't feel right.

But before we could get an answer, the wind started to pick up in the room all of sudden, followed up by a slight tremor, then bright flashes of light started sparking out in the middle of the room and out popped some big blue booth. After everything calmed down, the front door open up to show Derpy's husband Doctor Whooves.

"Honey-muffins!" She shouted and flew over to him, giving him a hug, "Where have you been!? I was getting worried about you!"

The Doctor placed a hand behind his head, "Ah well, you see..." As soon as he was about to explain, someone from behind pushed him out of their way and made him fall on top of Derpy.

"C'mon Doc move it!" The voice was female and a bit grumpy from the sound of things. She came walking out, but it wasn't what any of us were expecting. She was a wolf, a bipedal wolf, her fur was grey with a white underbelly, a darker shade of grey separating the two, eyes sporting an icy blue. She was wearing sportswear, which were summer ones, all black with white liners. They also seem to bring out her... Perks.

When she walked out, "Honestly, could you be any..." She stopped in front of us, "Oh you're all here?" We were expected?

"Yes? And you are...?" Princess Celestia spoke.

"Oh right, I'm Uriel, a Demigoddess of the Everfree. Nice to finally meet you." She said with smile spreading across her muzzle. But turn into a sour frown when she glared at Discord. "What are you doing here, Discord?" She asked, with low growl rumbling from her throat.

"Uh...?" He stammered, "Did I...do something wrong? I mean all I was doing was just stand here." Her eyes narrowed, suspicious about his words.

"Alright, I'll take your word for it..." She said as she turn to the door, "Fro now." That last part she said was pretty much a warning if he pulled a stupid stunt behind her back. "And why are you even wearing that stupid dress?"

"Stupid!? What, I can't show off my feminine charms to the boys around me!?"

"What boys?" She said coldly. Discord tried to make a comeback, but he knew he walked into his own trap, he already lost. "That's what I thought. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to tell the brothers you are all present." With that said, she went inside and closed the door.

Looking back at the couple, they were already up, "Well, that was something."

"Say hon, what was noise we heard in here? And what exactly happen, it looked like a huge fight broke out." Derpy asked him, even we wanted to know about it all.

He sighed, "Well, what you all heard was the echoes of last nights events." When he said that though, he was sadden, "It wasn't easy...for me to tell them what..." He paused.

"Tell them? Tell them what?" I asked, though it sounded like I was desperate to know what happen. I haven't the slightest idea why I was so concern for-- no... This feeling... It's more than just being concern, I was worried about the two. But why? Why is it that I worry over their...sanity?

The Doctor was surprise by this, and the same can be said about everypony else. But then he replied with only this, "Maybe you should be asking the princesses about what this room use to have, a certain...enchantment." He then walked inside along with Derpy following closely behind, as me and the rest were left to wonder what he meant by that.

"What the hay is he on about?" Rainbow asked.

"I'm not...so sure?" I replied.

"No... But that's impossible." We snapped our heads towards the Royal Sisters, as they seemed to have paled a little. Is this what the Doctor meant by them knowing something?

"Sister... Surely he couldn't have mean that...?"

"I think he meant it Luna."

"Meant what?" I asked. Though my feelings were telling me otherwise.

They looked back at all of us with... Shame? "Girls, you all know that this was the room where you found the Elements." We nodded, "Well, this was more than housing them. It use to be our training grounds... For the Royal family." We gasped at this. I've heard that they used to train in such harshness and brutal conditions, that not even the entirety of the Royal Guards can withstand it! But there was something else that made it all the more difficult for any normal being to get pass. Oh what was it!?

"Twilight." I snapped out of my musing and looked back at the princesses, "From what you heard, the rumours, are all true. We were trained in such a harsh states that it'll make the Guards training look like a walk in the park... Save for the last part of the training course, that neither Luna or I could hope to pass."

"Wait a minute! You don't mean...!?" Discord? What are you so...afraid of, all of a sudden?

"Yes. That last one where you have to face your... Inner Demons." The room become deathly silent. No one made a move or a sound. That is, until Rainbow Dash started to laugh.

"Bwhahahahahaha! Oh man, that's a good one!" She said as she went back to laughing it off...

"You think that is funny?" Luna asked coldly, that the room seem to have freeze over by her words. "Does it look like we were making a joke?" That got Rainbow to stop and silent.

"What really!? C'mon there's no way that--"

"THIS ISN'T A LAUGHING MANNER!!!!!" We had to cover our ears from her outburst. "THIS IS A SERIOUS MATTER, SOMETHING CELESTIA AND I ARE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR!!!!!" She calmed down a bit, "Don't you see? They could have died within the whole thing since no one was here to stop it!" I couldn't believe it; both of our beloved princesses, could have likely died on that last one if their parents, or any other, wasn't there.

We took a moment just let it all sink in, but I couldn't help but feel scared for the Humans, now more than ever. Rainbow took it especially hard as she looked and felt ashamed for taking it so lightly as a joke. I went up to Celestia and hugged her and she returned it.

"I'm worried about them..."

"This is my fault. But it shouldn't even exist, I got rid of it after I... I banished Nightmare Moon." She said, "I don't who...or what could have done this. But I'm not about to let these two live in fear, ruin and despair because of this act." Her hug tighten around me, I could actually feel the anger that was building up in her.

"Princess... Can I ask you something?" I know I shouldn't... But if it helps bringing her back down calmly...

"Yes."

"What did you and Luna fought? What were you afraid of?" She didn't respond, but nor did she get angry about it.

Soon she did, "We weren't fighting together on the last part. We were separated from one another. This tested more than how strong you are physically, or how fast you can think mentally to get out of it in the heat of it all. It tested your spiritual capability of resisting the darkness that seeds within you; your darkest needs, wants, desires, lust, pleasures... Even you emotions are in play as well; anger, hatred, doubt, depression, guilt and fear. But there was also the one thing you needed to defeat, for the rest to be bested as well, is your Anti-self. For it is the one that controls the others and even if you do slay the others, your Anti-self can just bring them life. It will also toy with you, torturing your entire being however it can to win its freedom and control over your body." I can't believe this, they have to go through all of that!? "We almost lost, if it weren't for our parents ending it. But the damage was already done, for you see, Luna started to blame them for even creating such a thing and locked herself in her room. I was in turmoil, that I even started placing myself at a certain distance away from them. Our mother was in tears of what had happen and father was kicking himself, all for placing their own children into something they were not yet ready, maybe even to never take it up from the start at all." Her eyes started to tear up, "Some time after we all came back together, they sealed it completely, never to be used. I only hope they have survived such an ordeal to still be themselves..." Then the dam broke, she lean her head into my shoulder. I myself was also crying my eyes out and the same can be said with everyone. Save for Luna, who seem to be using her magic for something. Her eyes were closed but they snapped back open wide, as if she had witness a terrible event.

"Oh my... Oh sweet mother of Equestria no..." She said, then broke down in a sobbing fit, tears streaming down faster, "How... How could something...s-so foul do this to them!" She cried out loud. She then pounded the ground with her fist, which left an impression of it. Her fist wasn't any worser then what happened in here, but it didn't help.

"What sort of creature would use such a spell and twist it to their own enjoyment!"

"Luna, what wrong, what did you see!?" Celestia Let me go and rushed over to Luna.

"I... I saw what they were fighting! It wasn't just there Inner Demons they had to fight against, but also others... Others that the girls have defeated."

"Who?"

"Just the two... King Sombra and Nightmare Moon." She said, "But... One of them. The older-looking one, he... Oh gods why? How could..." She crashes to her knees, holding her face in her hands. I couldn't tell what else she said, but in all honesty, I don't think I want to know. And even I we did found out, I wouldn't have the heart to tell it. The only thing I could say is that it had something to do with the older human and outcome of it all.

What is this feeling? Why does it feel like something's gnawing at my very being? Its as if I'm suppose to...suppose to... Care for them? But, I hardly know them. Even so, will they be willing to even come out of... Whatever that is. But now that I think about it, this blue box thingy doesn't look, or even feel normal. Almost as if it's from another...universe? I don't know, but it matters not! All that matters is making it comfortable, friendly and welcoming for the Humans! The rest can come to later once they are over their depressions.

After a while, we heard the door click open and turned our attention to it. The Doctor's head poked out from the opening. "Alright, everypony I would like to introduce James and Fenix Ravcore." Opening it wider for us to see them. As they made their way out, we were pretty shocked: the first to come was what I presume is James, he was somewhat at my height, his skin was a tad bit tan, both his eyes and hair were brown, but his hair color was a bit darker, also looking unkempt. He wore a red shirt, blue jeans and black shoes. He had a white bandage around his forehead, he must have injured himself. He also looked a bit scared, if not also shy and timid... He looks so awfully vulnerable, the poor thing.

The next, Fenix Ravcore, he was as tall as Princess Celestia! He also looked strong too, with how his body looks like, he could probably put all of the Guards in the hospital. His hair long and spiky, the colors were red with black tips. He also had three hairlines coming out front and hanging over his left eye, which had an eye patch, without the string to keep it in place. The color of his eye was green and what he wore was...wow. He had a red sleeveless trench coat, black figureless gloves, black jeans and black boots. He had this...pensive look on him, like he was in deep thought about us. With they way how he keeps eyeing us. Also, there was something on his left arm... Like some sort of...Cutie Mark, maybe?

I was going to say something, but Fluttershy came rushing in on them. She reached out to James and gave a crushing hug, "Oh you poor little thing you! It's okay, now that we found you, we can show you both all around Ponyville! Oh I can even show you all of my animal friends..." While this was going on, Fenix was glaring at her with out-righteous fury that he could have burned through her skull... Oh wait, that's bad!

I tried to stop her from hugging James to death, but was too late. Fenix leaned down a bit to her ear. "Psst!" She froze, "Hey, that all sounds very cute and a good change of pace. But there's something I would like you to do for me first..." He whispered, venom sipping through his voice and words.

"Uh... W-w-what--?"

"LET GO OF HIM!!!!" He shouted in her ear. Heck that gotta hurt! She squeaked and flew back to us, shaken up from the sudden outburst and hid behind us. As I prepare to give him a piece of advice for doing that, I saw that he was holding up James, for he was taking in deep breaths. I guess she was hugging him a bit too tight.

"Hey James! You OK?" He asked him, while James was stretching himself out and getting a few 'POPS' here and there.

When he was done, "Yeah, I'm good." He replied. Fenix nodded, but he wasn't done with him, "But tell me this: why could you not just told her politely?"

As for Fenix, he placed a hand under his chin with his eyes closed, deep in thought. Though I can tell this was nothing more but mocking it. "Let's see here; well I could done it in that way..." He said as he looked at James, "But really, all that would achieve is literally FUCK ALL!!!!!" Again he yelled his answer out.

James flinched from a this, "Jesus! Would you stop shouting your answers out. And stop swearing while you're at it. Not to mention, she was innocent!"

"For the love of God, I just saved you both! I stopped her from you into oblivion, for fuck sakes! It was a fucking win-win kill streak!!"

"Oh really?"

"As a matter of fact; fuck yes! That wasn't even a bear-hug anymore, that's what you call a fucking bear-trap! She was suffocating you in that shit!" Man do they know how to argue or what? It was also getting to the point of becoming more complex. While they were at it though, my friends were...well... Fluttershy was whimpering and frantically apologising to them, though her doing it without eye contact or even being presented in front of them to hear it, isn't going get much done. Rarity was ranting on about how Fenix keeps using such profound words in his speeches and answers, like it came to him naturally, not caring about anyone else. Rainbow was trying not to laugh, but was holding a hand over her mouth from letting them hear her snickering...really Rainbow Dash? Applejack just watched on with a worried look. Pinkie was trying, but failing, to get into the argument, for reasons why are beyond me, and even if she tried to get close, I'm pretty sure Fenix will start roaring out to her.

As for me though, well I decided that enough was enough. So I placed both of them in separate magical spheres I conjured up. "All right boys, that's enough of that now. We don't have time for this senselessness!" I stated, "My name is Twilight Sparkle, the newly crowned Princess of Equestria." I said, time to start off this little Introduction...

Chapter 2: [Re]Introductions.

Well... This is something. I mean, here we all are, the very room that held the Elements. And the very same room that literally tried to fuck with our minds when Doc told us on what...happen...to us both. But let's leave that for another time. (Maybe never.) Right now the girls that we used to know, we're standing there right in front of us, though it still pains us two that we... That we have to start all over again.

Man, this is even more awkward then the last one. Though it seems pretending to have little to no knowledge of Equestria has pay off, I'm even more surprised that AJ didn't catch on the whole act.... Still as ignorant as before.

Right now Twi has us both locked up in two separate spheres so she could get us to stop bickering like two assholes on our first date.

"... My name is Twilight Sparkle, the newly crowned Princess of Equestria." She said to us. As if we haven't figure that part out you stupid twat! God she still pisses me off no matter what! Oh great, here comes the fucking quill and papers! "Now that I have your attention, I'm going to start asking questions about your species..."

"Why?" James asked. As stupid as it sounds, its better him than me telling her to go fuck herself.

Twi smiled and answered him. "It's just so we can get a better understanding on how your kind works: anatomy, culture, history and whatnot. So can you answer some--"

"No." I interrupted her.

She turn to me with a look of shock written all over. "No? But why!?"

I rolled my eyes. "Because I said so. Trust us when we say you're better off not knowing everything about Humanity. Save for the basic necessities we need." I told her. But she didn't let that drop.

"Oh really? Well what if I make you tell me!?" She tried to take the threatening speech to scare us into telling her. Though all that did was making me laugh... The Laughter of Disappointment. "What so funny?"

"Oh sorry, I was just laughing at how poorly executed that line you used." I said with a shit-eating grin, which I soon drop and came back to being piss off. "Seriously, do you take me for a fucking idiot!? You wouldn't even go through any of the threats you make up on the spot!" I shouted out, making her flinch.

"B-but what if...I'm not lying--"

"Because it isn't in your nature to hurt another living being!" I growled out, losing my patience to this whole bullshit excuse of befriending on one another again. "You were never trained to interrogate, or to fight... You, and the rest of your kin, are too damn nice." I stop speaking, my ire backing down to a more calmer charm. But I didn't want to talk anymore.

Twi was in a state of shock, along with every other pony on her side. Though unfortunately I have completely overlooked that FUCKING MUTANT BABY DIDLO HEAD Discord! Just what the hell is he up to now, and why is he with the girls and wearing a fucking lady's dress!?

James then took the spot. "Excuse me, ma'am? Could you at least let us out of here? It would make us feel a little more at ease and not too restricted. Please?" He asked, though I think that might be a tall order. But he is more of the diplomat then a fighter, so best of luck to him.

And luck it was, she nodded and let us down... Well him, really. I was still stuck in mine.

"Uh princess, what of him? Why is he still lock up?" He asked, trying to see if he can get me out. But if that doesn't work then I'll just burn this whole thing from existence.

"Says the one that made a faulty threat to us both." He countered, and while he was keeping her busy, I'll start burning up the barrier.

"Well unfortunately I was locked up in a magical bubble too. Just like him. So I don't see how that doesn't concern me." James stated.

"You know what? Screw this shit, I'm going back in the TARDIS and cool off!" I snarled, "You can go and get fucking high with these ponies for all I care!" With that said, I turn my back at them, shoved the three that did Jack-shit, because they can't interfere in anyway, out of the way, and slammed the door shut behind me...shunning away the real world to get some peacefulness and figure out what we both went through last night. That whole... Simulation of Self-Annihilation!

(James POV)

Well that could have gone worse. As Fenix left us to 'cool off', I stood there looking off in the distance, just thinking of...last night's episode of terror and despair. And throughout that whole thing, I couldn't even do a single damn thing to defend myself against the horrors, or help to bring an end to the twisted nightmares. Only Fenix was doing all of the fighting and saving us both from the whole hellish ordeal, but he did it all as a...monster as well. All the while I was...just...

"I'm useless..." I whisper quietly to myself, making sure the girls didn't hear. My head hang down low, with the guilt seeming to build up again. But it wasn't about what the Doctor told us, though I guess it was the start of the whole thing going haywire.

Just as I was going to face the group, my sight was blinded by a purple lavender wall of fur, as I was yet again pulled into another crushing bear hug... Man Fenix was right, this does feel more like a bear-trap then a hug. I was about to pull myself away when the rest came in and that said bear hug turned into a group hug, we'll save for the Royal Sisters and...him.

In all honesty, why is he even here and wearing something that's suppose to be worn by women only? He doesn't seem to be causing a scene... Not yet anyway. Though he is behaving himself, so maybe...

"James." Twilight whisper, snapping me out of my musing about Discord.

"Yes?" I replied, though now I felt kind of out of breath from all of them hugging me. Especially since they're all... Humanoids now. No that's not the word I'm looking for... Anthros? Yeah, that's it!

"Can I ask you something?"

"Does it involve Fenix by any chance?"

She blushed. Caught red handed, "Um...maybe!"

I nearly facepalmmed at that. "You're a terrible liar princess. And could you girls give me some breathing space, please?" She look at me, puzzled by this. But she got the message why and so did the rest.

"Oh sorry about that James." Within an instant, she and the rest cease their hugs, and gave some space. Except for Pinkie and Fluttershy. "Uh Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie...? Can you let go of him please?"

"Nopey Dopey!" Pinkie replied. I was actually surprised by this, and the same can be said with everyone else. Even their hold on me seem to have tightened just a bit and having me sandwich between their...assets. As embarrassing as this is, I wouldn't say it was an unpleasant experience - but that doesn't make me a pervert by any means! But I will say this much and I cannot believe it myself... They sure as heck are huge.

"Twilight please...." Fluttershy, even in another version of Equestria, looking more different and yet so much more beautiful at the same time... You're still the same little timid lovely mare I know.

Twilight was lost for words, try as she might, there were none coming out. She sighed and hang her head low, "James?"

"Uh...yes?"

"Are you...OK with this?" She asked, which left me baffled. "I mean... Like... I don't want you to feel uncomfortable. So..." I wasn't sure what to say about this really, but Rainbow did, only for her own amusement though.

"Oh c'mon egghead! Don't ruin the moment for the lucky stallion." She came swooping in front of me, our noses mere inches away from one another. Her looks regarding a seductive nature, "Besides, after all the things he's been through...I think he deserves a treat." Okay, I am not liking where this is going, not one bit.

And from the sound of things behind me, Uriel wasn't going to let this down. "See~! Told ya he was gonna be a hit with the ladies." Oh good lord save me...

Whooves didn't sound too pleased with this and gotten into a little argument with her. He even threaten her about telling them what she did to me, or grab Fenix to finish what she started off. Man I hope he doesn't come out here and end up killing us all, just to keep things quiet for himself.

While I was trying to listen in, Rainbow brought me back to her. "Hey James." I froze at the sound of her voice, "I got something for you. Wanna see?" It was in a very slutty manner, something I don't want to hear out of her. Though as she was about to show me, my two guardians intercepted: Fluttershy pulled me away from Rainbow within her grasp, while Pinkie Pie came up to her with a rolled up newspaper in her hand. As to how she got that in the first place, I wouldn't recommend trying to figure it out. Pinkie Pie is just Pinkie Pie, and that's all there is to it.

"Pinkie...?" Before Rainbow Dash could say anything beyond that, Pinkie held the makeshift bat over her head, and brought it down on RD's head. Hard and fast, that I think Fenix will be pleased with.

"Argh!!" Rainbow growled in pain from the impact.

As for Pinkie, "Bad Dashy! Bad! Bad!" She was going on with the assault, backing her off.

Soon she took to the air and hovers out of Pinkies reach, "Geez Pinkie, chill out will ya!" She said, but she wasn't getting a positive response from her, or the other girls.

As they ended up gang pressing her for her impolite act towards me, one of Fluttershys hands were rubbing my back, she even had one of her wings covering us from view, while holding me in that motherly embrace and nuzzling my right cheek. All I was doing was just stand there like an idiot blushing on the spot. This may have been out of character for her, she isn't one to go up to strangers and hold them as if they needed a cuddle buddy. Fluttershy is far too shy for committing that.

So why? What's making her do this? I know her, on a far more deeper meaning, but this Fluttershy does not know me that well.

"Uh miss..." I tried to strike up a quiet conversation with her, "Is everything alright?"

She didn't say anything back to me at first, but when she pulled her face away from mine. "W-well, in all honesty, I... I really don't know. I hope y-y-you don't m-mind! Oh please forgive me!" I was stunned by that answer, while she hid her face underneath my chin, her hold becoming tighter. And I think my entire face was burning hot red, that it could put red hot chilli peppers to shame, just by Fluttershy pressing up against me.

Anyways, I was having trouble trying to form a sentence while this went on. So I settled with calming her down and show that I wasn't offended, "Hey, I... It's fine. Really." I said softly to her, and it was very tempting to brush my fingers over her equine ears, but withhold that idea. Out of fear for the others. "Say I never got your name." I asked, changing the subject.

She gasped, "Oh dear, how rude of me!" She looked to me again, "Where are my manners, I'm Fluttershy." We exchanged pleasantries and she went through with telling me about her friend's names, what they are, what they do, then she told me about the princesses. I was still surprise to see Twilight an Alicorn, and I guess this is what Cadence meant by 'Ascension'. But this also confirms that she has to live up in Canterlot again and won't be able to come visit. Though, I will admit this much; Twilight is far more beautiful then when she was a unicorn. Lastly was Discord, the Spirit of Chaos. Somehow she managed to befriend him, or in this case tame him of his chaotic ways.

While we were talking, The sound of hooves came clopping towards us. "Say, Flutters, mind if Ah talk ta James?" That was definitely Applejack's voice there.

Fluttershy removed her wing to see AJ, "What is it you want to ask him about?" She asked her cowgirl friend.

Applejack's facial expression hardened, "Its 'bout that there Fenix fella. Ah don't know 'bout him, but he just gives me the willies!" She shivers, "So can ya tell us a might bit of him? It could help us understand him a little bit better."

"I don't think I'm of much help. Even if I did know him, I can't tell you. He's secretive about himself, so all I can tell you is don't go ticking him off! We all know what he is capable of." I told her, but she wasn't satisfied with it.

"I'm sorry, but that ain't enough. C'mon partner there's gotta be more to him!" She stated.

I sighed at this, I really can't tell her about it. But they'll be questioning about his powers to no end.

Fortunately though, "Now Applejack." Fluttershy came to the rescue, "Let's not pressure him into telling us everything about Mr. Ravcore. Like he said: he's not a normal human anymore, and it's probably a sensitive topic for him." A stern look was on her as she eyed AJ, which made her gulped and sweat was starting to form above her brow.

"B-but, what about...all those things--?"

"He probably said those things to keep us at a distance between us and him." I interrupted her, "Now he may say a lot of harsh things and sometimes means it. But it is nothing more then a defensive mechanism he uses, just in case for any...mishaps." Now I'm not sure if that was his intention, but it did feel like it, even if it doesn't sound like it was.

She look at me confused, "Uh... Ah'm sorry James. But Ah don't see how that's suppose ta be a means o' defence, especially when he said those horrible words. Is that even consider human in yer race?"

"... In a sense, yes. There are those who do use profanity in their sentences. Especially when we're mad as heck about someone, or something." When I answered, their jaws - along with every other pony, dragon and whatnot, all looked as if they were gonna hit the floor. But it's not like they ever knew, nor deal with it. Though, somehow, I get the feeling that Fenix is not going to be giving them a choice in the matter.

I wonder how the girls in his one handle him when he swears in their faces? Probably leave him be? I know Rainbow Dash would try and challenge him. But he's intuitive and he'll go for her wings, cutting off her very pride and joy, not giving her a chance, he'll win against her. AJ would probably stand a better chance, but he'll outsmart her, turning her attacks to his favour since she uses her legs for apple bucking. Twilight might also stand a chance, but he told me that magic doesn't exactly work against him, save for levitation, but he can burn through most magic like that. But since she's an Alicorn...

"James?" Fluttershy broke me out of thinking, "I think you should tell him to stop using those words. That is, if you can convince him." Oh boy... Fluttershy, you are asking a pretty tall order here. Especially with him!

I laughed nervously, already a multitude of series on how this will turn out: all linked to either get bedridden in a hospital for the rest of forever, or die by fire on the spot. All and all, not going to happen.

"Uh, miss Fluttershy. I really can't tell him to stop swearing." I said, "he isn't one for... Well... Listening to reasons like that. He thinks of it as more of an excuse then anything else." After saying that, the girls gasped in shock and horror, almost as if I scared them to death. Then again, this is Fenix we are talking about.

"Why..." Rarity started, "... That BRUTE! We should just cuff him and lock him down in Canterlot's dungeon!" She shouted her displeasure of Fenix, not that I blame her, but it's just that... I don't think anyone or anything can stop him.

I tried to speak, but Pinkie came in, "Rarity! Don't you think you're going too far on this!? I mean, he practically burned his way out of Twilights magic. Who's to say he can't burn his way out of prison!? He literally burns through magic itself!" Pinkie said, her insight puts Fenix's chance of escape undeniable no matter what.

Though this bit of information didn't stop Rarity, "Well how about we enchant his cell with ice? One that can keep him from using his fire to its full extent. That way, there is no way of getting out!" Oh dear, I think she might be taking this too far. She look confident when she said that, but the rest of us were more worried about this idea.

"Miss Rarity." I called her attention, hoping to snap her from going through with this, "I wouldn't recommend turning him into an enemy. Even if this plan of yours does succeed, you'll just make things worser not only for yourself, but for everyone else as well."

"But Mr. James! Surely you wouldn't let such a revolting creature like him walk around swearing in everypony's face at first glance, would you?" She... Did she just call him...

I couldn't believe this. And I'm not the only one. The girls were just as shocked as I am, perhaps a little bit more upset and mad. Especially Rainbow Dash and Applejack, those two were ready to tackle her.

Rarity looked around, seeing that they didn't like what she called him. "W-what is the matter? Was it something I said wrong?" She asked, as if she didn't comprehend on what she said before.

I wanted to express how disgusted I was with how she viewed Fenix, but yet again I was beaten to it by Fluttershy. And boy did she lay it on her. "Rarity, how could you!? You don't know of what these two have to go through!" Wait she knows!? But how...

"N-n-now now Fluttershy. I have a g-good reason f-f-for d-doing this." Rarity stutter out, shrinking under Flutter's Stare.

"Oh really! Well you don't know how close these two were to 'dying'!" Fluttershy shouted, "As a matter of fact: imprisoning Fenix would be impossible for us to do! Because it is nothing compare to the bloody fight they endured! And he had to become a monster just to survive and save James, when he was at his weakest!" Her hold tighten on me even further as she continued on, "As James head was about to get cut off from his other half, Fenix managed to intercept it. James got away from it, with only a minor wound to the forehead! After he got him to the safest place possible, he went back and faced all of them, by himself! He didn't seem fazed by the fact that he was going to die by doing this! He care not of it at ALL!" Tears were starting to form as she press on, even the others were on the verge of crying - including Rarity. "Even though it's impossible to face a force where all odds are against you, he manages to come out on top. Scathed, batter, bruised, bloodied...and still alive. It was thanks to him that they were able to survive." She stopped. The tears from all our eyes began to spill, even from behind me Derpy was crying her heart out. The Doctor holding her while she cried into his shoulder, Uriel was trying to keep a strong face, but even she was shedding tears. This also included the Princesses, and especially Discord. I couldn't tell if he was faking it, but that didn't matter, a tear's a tear right? That's good enough for me.

Fluttershy hugged me more tighter and started to sing that lullaby of hers. Somewhere during that, I managed to wrap my arms around her, this only seem to make her grip me more. I don't think she was going to let go of me anytime soon.

"James?"

"Yeah."

"I'm so sorry for what you two have to go through." She said.

I shook my head, "Don't be. You weren't the one responsible for it." I said, "Though.... Hey does anyone hear that?" I pulled away from her and started walking towards the window that overlooks the Everfree.

Passing through the Princesses, Luna grab a hold on me. "James wait!" She told me and I did, "Just stay behind me."

"Uh...why?" I asked, not quite sure on what she meant.

"For safety." She said. But that left me confused, shouldn't it be the other way around? Then again, this is Luna, Princess of the Night. She probably would know what I'm saying. I nodded and stayed behind her as we both went up.

Looking outside, there wasn't much going on, but I could've sworn... Then I heard something else. A twang noise. It was only then that it was an arrow fired. On instincts I pulled Luna down to cover, just in time too. The arrow flew passed us overhead and stuck itself in the TARDIS. Luckily no one was hurt.

I looked at Luna, "Sorry. But I didn't want any of us to get struck in the eye." I chuckled a little, and then sighed. "Bad pun." I really need to get my head straight, hanging around Fenix can make you say stuff that sounds either weird, or dark. I just hope she didn't take much offends to it.

"In all honesty..." She spoke, "I think it was suppose to be me to protect you." She said, while looking a little shameful, "I'm sorry for my untimely reaction."

I let a small smile grace my lips, "Hey, it's OK. If anything, I say we could make a pretty good team, me and you." She look at me surprised, even a slight taint of red was rising out of her cheeks.

As cute as it was, we wouldn't have the time to poke each other for fun and games. Right now, someone's out there and they mean business. Looking at the arrow, I got up and walked to it. With Luna close by me of course.

Reaching out to it, I pulled it out and started analysing, "Hmm... What do you make of this princess?" I asked, handing it over to her. But I already knew the answer of its design and quality, thanks to Fenix's training. Yes you heard me, he trained me. Only because he thought I looked pitiful. Not that I blame him, I was a mess. It's also so that I can better defend myself and others. But let me just say this: it was Hell. Almost as worse as the one we were both stuck inside of!

Anyway, Luna looked shocked, "How could this be... This is from the Royal Guards!" She shouted and went into explaining. "This arrow was made for our Guard's use of Non-Lethal takedowns. It's enchanted with a sleeping and a healing regeneration spell. As soon as it hits its target, the sleeping spell works its way all throughout your body, making you drowsing at first and then fall asleep, almost instantly. The healing regenerates any and all wounds, even the most fatal, well save for if it hits you in the head..." Well that's comforting, "Anyway, that's all they are used for. But if this was used, the that could only mean..." Before she could say it, the answer was given to us.

"Creature!" A voice called out from outside. "We the Royal Guard, demand that you release the Princesses, the Elements of Harmony, and surrender yourself into our custody! Or we will use lethal force if necessary! Do you comply!?" Oh boy.... Could this actually get any worse.

(TARDIS door kicked open)

I had to ask, didn't I?

"So... Who's looking to die?" Fenix asked, armed to the teeth, and ready to make some mayhem.

I sighed, already feeling sorry for the Guardsponies unfortunate end.
