Transformers: Return of the Dark Spark



Chapter 1: A Sinister Design







“Onward Autobots!” yelled Optimus Prime to two other Autobots as he drove up to the mountain in his truck mode.

As he and the other Autobots neared the top of the mountain, the three transformed and peered over the edge. What they saw was a ginormous contraption which resembled a laser cannon pointing up at the sky. The Autobots also saw six green and purple robots building around the device. To the left of the robots, a tall and grey robot with a strange purple symbol on his chest and a large tube object on his right arm approached one of the purple and green robots.

“Scrapper!” the robot yelled. “What is taking you and your Constructicons so long to finish the machine?” 

The robot called Scrapper replied with “My apologies Lord Megatron. My estimated completion time was a tad bit off. Luckily the other Constructicons and I are nearing completion. The device will be up and running in no time flat.”

“Excellent.” Megatron said. “Once it is complete, I will have the power to steal all of Earth’s energy and use it to vanquish those hideous Autobots once and for all!”

“Are you sure about that oh mighty Megatron?” came an almost sarcastic voice. Megatron looked up and saw his questionable second-in-command Starscream descend to the ground.

“Of course I am you ignorant cretin” Megatron yelled at Starscream. “I’ve never been surer about myself in my life! Now return to your post with your other seekers like I told you too!”

“Please, I can hardly stand those two scrap brains anymore. And when is Soundwave going to arrive with that so called: ‘Dark Spark’?".

“Patience Starscream, he’ll come in time.” Megatron answered. 

Meanwhile as Optimus Prime peered over the edge, a small yellow Autobot began to tap on his shoulder. “Do they have it yet Optimus?” said the little Autobot. 

“No, not yet Bumblebee. But be alarmed, they will have it soon.” Optimus told the small yellow Autobot.

Just then, a white Autobot with a blue helmet and a strange tube thing on his shoulder said “Optimus look up there!” 

Optimus looked up at the sky and saw a blue machine carrying a strange object that looked almost like the Matrix of Leadership. A close up revealed that it was colored purple instead of blue. Just as the robot landed, it spoke in a computer-like voice and said “Megatron, I have arrived with the Dark Spark.”

“Excellent work Soundwave. Constructicons! Is the device done?” Megatron yelled. 

“Indeed it is. You may use it whenever you like.” replied Scrapper. 

“Perfect. Constructicons! You are all dismissed!” Megatron said. The Constructicons nodded and took off. Just as they took off, Megatron took the Dark Spark from Soundwave and placed in into the machine. 

Meanwhile on the edge, the white and blue Autobot said to Prime “Is that it?” with a worried tone.

“Unfortunately yes Mirage.” Optimus said. 

“Well then what are we waiting for? Let’s go stop those Decepti-creeps!” Bumblebee told Optimus.

“Easy Bumblebee, we need plan. We cannot just barge in like barbarians.” Optimus replied.

“Well then what should we do?” Bumblebee asked.

“We shall see Bumblebee” Optimus replied. “We must see what Megatron plans on doing with the Dark Spark before we take action.”

Meanwhile with the Decepticons, Starscream walks up to Megatron who was preparing to fire the machine the Constructicons built and asked “So Megatron, what is it that plan on using the Dark Spark for to destroy the Autobots once and for all?”.

“It’s very simple Starscream. But since your processor is clearly too low to understand, I will show you.”

Starscream grumbled to himself “Slag off you overgrown Targetmaster.”

“Silence you fool! Soundwave, bring the test subject” Megatron ordered.

“It will be done.” Soundwave complied. Soundwave then opened up his chest and pulled out what appeared to be radio. “Good now put it right here.” Megatron pointed to the spot in front of the machine. Just as Soundwave placed the radio in the spot Megatron told him, Megatron then pressed a button on the machine’s console. Just then, a purple laser began to form at the tip of the machine. Moments afterwards, the machine fired a bright blast of energy that enveloped the radio. After a few seconds past, the radio began to rumble. 
Then all of the sudden, the radio transformed into a small robot!

“Yes! The test was a success!” Megatron began to laugh maniacally afterwards.

“By the AllSpark…” Optimus breathed.

But Optimus wasn’t the only one in shock, Bumblebee, Mirage, even Starscream looked in shock. “Unbelievable” is all that Starscream could say. 

“Indeed Starscream. With this device, we will turn all of Earths technology into Decepticons! With the odds against Optimus Prime and his men, it won’t be long until all the Autobots are wiped clean from the planet and the humans will be under our command!” Megatron boasted.

“Not while we’re here Megatron.” Optimus seethed in his mind. He then turned around to face his Autobot companions and said “Autobots, we must obtain the Dark Spark for the sake of humanity!” Bumblebee and Mirage both nodded at this.

With this in mind, the three Autobots jumped down from the ledge and right in front of the decepticons.

“Optimus Prime!” Megatron yelled. “Decepticons, attack!” After hearing this, Starscream and Soundwave immediately began to shoot at the three Autobots.

Optimus Prime yelled back, “Autobots, secure the Dark Spark!” Pretty soon, Bumblebee and Mirage had begun to fire back at Starscream and Soundwave. While the four were occupied, Megatron stepped down from the controls to face Optimus.

“So Optimus, do you really think I’m going to give you the Dark Spark?” Megatron asked.

“One way or another, the Dark Spark will never be yours Megatron.” Optimus replied.

“Then face me!” the Decepticon overlord bellowed. Optimus first ran up to Megatron and tried to punch him in the face. Unfortunately, Megatron anticipated it and grabbed it with his arms. Stopping him, Megatron kicked Optimus clean in the chest, sending backwards a few feet. Optimus then pulled out his gun and fired multiple shots at Megatron. Luckily, one of those shots pierced Megatron’s shoulder armor. As Megatron screamed in pain, he then pulled out his fusion cannon and fired at Optimus, hitting him in the legs.

“RRRRRAAAAAAAGGGGHHHH!” Optimus bellowed, causing both Decepticons and Autobots to look at the fallen bot.

“Optimus!” Bumblebee and Mirage yelled.

Megatron then began to get back into the console and turned the machine to Optimus.

“HAHAHAHAHA!” Megatron boasted. “Now I will make you my slave!”

Optimus replied, “I will never be your slave! Matrix of Leadership, give me strength!” 

Just as Optimus said that, his chest began to glow blue. Immediately after Megatron fired the laser, a blue laser came out of Optimus chest, colliding with the purple laser. The two lasers kept pushing at one another until the blue laser overcame the purple laser. The blue laser shrouded the machine with a blue light until the machine exploded, sending Megatron flying.

“NOOOOOOO!” Megatron screamed.

“Quickly Soundwave, we must retreat!” Starscream stated. “Affirmative” Soundwave complied. The two Decepticons then took flight to reclaim Megatron. “You haven’t seen the last of us Autobots!” and then it was quiet.

As Bumblebee and Mirage ran over to help Optimus up, Bumblebee asked “Optimus, you ok?” 

“I will be Bumblebee. Thank you.” Optimus replied.

“What happened to the Dark Spark?” Mirage asked.

Just then, the Autobots saw a purple light shining in the sky. “It would appear that the Dark Spark has left Earth. We may not have to deal with it anymore, but I fear it will cause trouble somewhere else. But for now, let’s go home.”

With that, the three Autobots transformed and drove off.

Chapter 2: A New Opportunity









"Inspired by Bumblebee, but better."
 


A human built Transformer, Stinger was created by Kinetic Solutions Incorporated (KSI) which seeked to replace the Autobots with their own machines. Designed to be a spy and saboteur, Stinger is the dark counterpart of Bumblebee. Originally an autonomous drone, Stinger was brought to life at the hands of Galvatron and now lives only to serve the bounty hunter Lockdown.

“The Matrix of Leadership, formed from Primus himself, grants the wisdom of the Primes.”

"But for every force in the universe, there is an equal and an opposite. For every matter, there will be an anti-matter.”

“Legends speak of the Dark Spark: The antithesis to the Matrix of Leadership.”

“Where the Matrix grants wisdom, the Dark Spark empowers its master to bend the very fabric of the universe and its inhabitants to his will.”

There have been many legends surrounding the existence of the Dark Spark. Some say that it is the very spark of the God of Destruction: Unicron. Others claim that it is an ejected corruption from the Well of AllSparks. And a few particular say that it came from another universe.

Whatever the accurate legend is, the Dark Spark was sought out by two warring factions on the planet Cybertron: the Autobots who fought for peace and the Decepticons who fought for tyranny.

The reason for the Autobots to seek out this powerful relic was because for them, they believed their darkest hour was beginning. The Decepticons on the other hand, believed that this was their moment of glory.

These two factions fought and died for possession of this powerful relic. When it got into Megatron’s hands, Optimus Prime confronted him and engaged him in a ferocious battle which ended in the Matrix of Leadership and Dark Spark cancelling each other out with a huge blast. As a result of this blast, the Dark Spark was launched off Cybertron and into a new universe on a planet called Earth.

Unfortunately, another Cybertronian known as Lockdown also wanted the Dark Spark for his own benefit. The only obstacle that stood in his way was Optimus Prime and his mighty Autobots. After a lengthy battle between the two, the Dark Spark was hurled into another dimension.

And just like the past two, the Optimus Prime and Megatron of the dimension fought for the Dark Spark, ultimately resulting in it being sent to another world.

However, the Dark Spark did not arrive on any ordinary planet, but on a world populated will small little equine creatures called ponies. 

Some of these ponies were unicorns as they had horns which granted them magical properties.

Other ponies had wings which let them fly great distances.

Only a few of these ponies had both a horn and wings. These ponies were called alicorns.

And finally there were just normal Earth ponies that plowed at the ground day and night like anyone else.

The planet that the Dark Spark landed on is called Equestria. But where the Dark Spark goes, a power hungry creature will follow. And all of the ponies that live in complete harmony will soon find themselves in a new war.

Defeat. That is all that rang through Lockdown’s mind as he looked out into the empty void of space.

His plan to use the Dark Spark to bring all the Decepticons back from the past to the future was so close to completion he could taste the money that he would earn.

But before he could complete it, he was stopped by Optimus Prime and his Autobots Bumblebee and Drift. Using the power of the Dark Spark, he fought Optimus long and hard. But just when it seemed like victory was his, Drift removed the Dark Spark from his chest and Optimus shot it out into space. Luckily he got away before his beloved time bridge collapsed.

Now that the relic was gone, he had lost his opportunity to become a well-paid bounty hunter once again.

And he hated it.

As he stared out into space and plotted his revenge, he heard the doors behind him open up. Lockdown turned around to see three of his mercenary troops and a red and black Decepticon follow out.

“Lockdown sir! We have something you need to see!” yelled the first mercenary.

“What is it?” Lockdown asked.

“Stinger, come over here and show Lockdown what you found.” The other mercenary said to the red and black Decepticon.

Stinger nodded his head and moved towards Lockdown carrying what appeared to be a small map of planet Earth.

“Our scanners picked up a strange energy spike down on the planet sir. We aren’t too sure on where it originated from so we came to you sir.” The third mercenary said.

As Lockdown looked at the screen, he suddenly began to laugh. His laughter soon became louder and louder until he was laughing maniacally. The other mercenaries just looked at each other with confused looks in their optics as their boss laughed. Stinger, on the other hand was just staring at Lockdown as he laughed.

Lockdown then stopped and told his mercenaries “Set course for Earth immediately. No questions asked do you hear me!”

“Yes sir!” the mercenaries said before they ran out. 

When Stinger looked at Lockdown questionably, Lockdown replied with “You’re wondering what we’re looking for aren’t you?” Stinger nodded.

“The answer is quite simple my human-made friend. The past is calling to me again. And this time, I will kill Optimus Prime.”

The sun slowly set on the Yeager house as three cars drove up to it. One of the cars was white and two humans were sitting in the front. The car to the left was green in color while the other one was yellow and black.

Just as the car came up to the driveway, the two humans came out, revealing the driver to be a boy and the other one a girl.

“That was incredible Shane! You left all the other racers in the dust!” the girl said.

“Hey I couldn’t have done it without you Tessa. You really helped me out there.” Shane told her.

Just then the green and yellow cars suddenly transformed into two robots. The green one appeared to have goggles on his forehead and his taillights were on his knees. Behind him was what appeared to be a cape of some sort that resembled the front hood of his car form? The other robot had his tires on his back as if they were wings and his chest was the front of his car form.

The green one then said “I still can’t believe you humans race around in cars! It’s like you own us or something am I right Bumblebee?” Bumblebee nodded his head.

“You always got to complain don’t you Crosshairs.” Shane told the green robot.

“I have a right! Frankly I still can’t believe those humans let us into the parking lot. Blasted meatbags still don’t trust us”. Crosshairs growled. Bumblebee let out a sad bleep in response.

“Can we blame them Crosshairs.” Another voice spoke. The humans and Autobots turned around and saw a blue robot with a samurai helmet and four blades sticking out of his back walk up to them. “The humans didn’t ask for our war. Now we pay the price.”

“If by price, you mean being treated like outcasts after saving their fleshy behind from the Decepticons FOUR times Drift, you’re right about that.” replied another robot. This robot was olive green and had a bunch of wire dangling from his face like a beard and had a large stomach.

“Come on Hound, give those people a chance. They’ll see things differently one day.” Tessa said.

“Yeah or maybe they’ll enslave us all like they did me!” a small robot with fuzzy blue hair and a makeshift leg while seemingly carrying his real leg said as he walked up to Tessa.

“That’ll never happen Brains, KSI shut down all operations remember?” Shane told the small robot.

“He’s got a point Shane. What if one day we’ll have to change our vehicle modes to rescue modes like a fire truck or hauling truck and we’ll have to wear visors to look like incompetent robots. What are we going to do then huh?!” Hound shouted.

“What is going on out here?” The humans and Autobots turned around to see a blue and red robot walk towards him. Walking next to him was another human.

Drift then spoke up to the Autobot and said “Sorry about that Optimus, we just got into a little argument.”

“Did you invite the Autobots to another race Tessa?” the human said.

“I wanted them to see Shane race Dad. I wish you could come to his races more often.” Tessa said.

“Yeah come on Cade. It’ll be awesome AND it’s an excuse to get you out of that barn for once.” Shane said. Cade just rolled his eyes. He wasn’t used to having Shane date his daughter but after the battle at Hong Kong, he took a liking to him.

Just then, Optimus pulled Cade out of his thoughts and said “Forgive me everyone, but I’m afraid I have some bad news.”

Bumblebee made some curious bleeps in response to which Crosshairs translated as “Bee is right. Is Lockdown attacking another city again?”

“No.” Optimus replied. “It is something far worse. A portal has mysteriously appeared in the nearby forest and Lockdown is nearby. Although it is not known where it leads, I will not allow Lockdown to use its properties for evil.”

Hound then exclaimed “Well then what are we waiting for, let’s go kick some mercenaries where the sun don’t shine!”

“I’m up for that. Am I right Bee?” Crosshairs asked Bumblebee. Bee nodded his head and gave out an excited bleep.

“Wherever you all go, I will follow bravely.” Drift said.

“And we’ll go with you too Optimus. Isn't that right Shane?” Tessa asked.

Right before Shane could reply, Cade butted in and said “No way Tessa. You and Shane are not getting involved in this fight. I’m going.”

“What!? Why not? And Why you?!” Tessa exclaimed.

“Because I have an alien gun and I don’t want to see you two risk your lives and die this time the way Lucas did.”

“Although I don’t approve of you coming Cade, I’m afraid we will need your help. Perhaps it is for the best you don’t come Tessa.” Optimus said.

Noticing Tessa looking a bit unhappy, Cade walked up to her and said “I’m sorry but I just want what’s best for you this time. And don’t worry; I promise I’ll be back alive and whole O.K.?”

Tessa replied with a sad “O.K.”

Cade then walked over to Shane and said “Don’t let her do anything stupid got it. And if you do anything to her, well I got an alien gun. Can you guess what follows after that Lucky Charms?” 

Shane chuckled a little bit at the nickname Cade gave him and nodded in understanding. “Don’t worry, I will do nothing bad and I won’t let her do anything bad. Trust me”.

Cade then walked over to Optimus and said “Ok OP, I’m ready.”

Optimus nodded and transformed into his vehicle mode with the other Autobots transforming after him.

“Hey wait a minute I’m coming too!” exclaimed Brains as he got into Bumblebee.

Cade yelled “I’ll be back soon!” as the Autobots drove off.

As Shane and Tessa looked at the Autobots driving away, Tessa said “I really hope he comes back.”

“You and me both Tessa.” Shane said.






Meanwhile, a purple meteorite sails over the skys of another planet before crashlanding into a far off mountain, with only a few of the natives of the planet paying heed to it before resuming their everyday activies.

Chapter 3: The Calling of Destruction









"That is the role I am meant to have in our world. The role I choose to have!"


Princess Twilight Sparkle is an alicorn pony who represents the Element of Magic. Once a unicorn, Princess Twilight Sparkle transformed into an alicorn after completeing an unfinished spell. After defeating the evil Tirek, Twilight obtained her own castle
and embraced her role as the Princess of Friendship. She once fought beside Optimus Prime and the Autobots twice with her friends before they disappeared into the black hole.

Twilight Sparkle was sound asleep in her bed at her castle. Even though she had been sleeping in it for almost a year, the young alicorn felt like it was still brand new to her. As she laid there on her back with her wings spread out wide, she dreamed about how she had gotten that ginormous castle which was placed smack-dab in Ponyville: the town she had been living in for quite some time.

It was right after she had her little song about her desire to find that part she was meant to play in Equestria. Of course she had a little help with it from the other Princesses of Equestria: Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, and her very own sister-in-law Princess Cadance. She remembered the morning where Celestia and Luna informed her that Tirek: the evil centaur of the past had escaped his prison in Tartarus and was beginning to steal magic from ponies all across the land.

Although she was more than happy to help the three of them stop the villain, she was disappointed when Celestia sent Discord, her enemy-turned-ally to stop him. She also remembered deciding to go to the Castle of the Royal Pony Sisters to catch up on her reading and being trailed by her Spike, her faithful assistant and her friends who were also the Elements of Harmony: Powerful relics that maintain peace like her. There was Applejack, an apple farming earth pony that represented the Element of Honesty, Fluttershy, a pegasus pony who cared for animals and represented the element of Kindness, Pinkie Pie, an Earth pony who was mysterious yet loved to throw parties for everyone and represented the Element of Laughter, Rarity, a unicorn who designed clothes to wear and represented the Element of Generosity, and Rainbow Dash, a brash pegasus pony who loved to race and boast about herself who also represents the Element of Loyalty and herself represented the Element of Magic.

Just before they got there, they were greeted by Discord who after taunting them with his ‘important’ duty, reminded them that they still haven’t opened the chest at the Tree of Harmony and left them the diary that had been writing in for the past few months before his departure.

After reading it, Twilight realized that in all the adventures she and her friends had had, her five friends had to live up to their respective elements at a time and in return, were given something by somepony else. Rarity was given a spool of rainbow thread from a designer named Coco Pommel, Rainbow Dash was given a badge from Spitfire, captain of the Wonderbolts, Pinkie got a rubber chicken named Boneless from Cheese Sandwich, a party planner, Fluttershy got a flower from Seabreeze, a Breezie and Applejack got a bit from an actor named Silver Shill. After realizing that these are the keys to the chest, Twilight received a message from Celestia and flew to Canterlot. There, she learned that Discord had joined Tirek and were beginning to steal more magic from pegasus and earth ponies. Fearing that Tirek would come for alicorn magic, she reluctantly agreed to harness the magic from the other three ponies for Tirek did not know about her status as Princess.

While she tried to manage her powers and keep it a secret from her friends, she came face-to-face to Tirek, who destroyed her house again and engaged her in a fight. In the end, Tirek offered her friends, including Discord, for her magic. She agreed and to her surprise, Discord revealed Tirek betrayed him and gave her the necklace Tirek gave him. Realizing this was her key, the six ponies, Spike and Discord went back to the Tree of Harmony and opened the chest, giving them the strength to defeat Tirek and return everything to normal. In addition, the chest planted itself in the middle of Ponyville and grew into a tree-shaped castle. Her castle. It was then she realized she was meant to spread friendship throughout the land of Equestria.

She was happy that she and her friends won and Discord was no longer THAT evil, but deep down she was sad. She wasn’t sad that her home was destroyed again, first by Bruticus and then by Tirek. She was sad because THEY weren’t here to see it. The Autobots from Cybertron: Ratchet, Warpath, Ultra Magnus, Arcee, Blurr, Hot Rod, Kup, Springer, Perceptor, Jetfire, Silverbolt, Air Raid, Slingshot, Skydive, Fireflight, Blaster, Wheeljack, Sideswipe, Slug, Snarl, Swoop, Ironhide, Jazz, Cliffjumper, Grimlock, Bumblebee, and last but her favorite: Optimus Prime.

They gave their lives to save Equestria from Megatron, his Decepticons, and King Sombra. Even though it was right to let him go, she missed Optimus greatly. She remembered after her coronation, she went down to the stature garden with her friends which dedicated both the Autobots and Decepticons from the planet Cybertron. She went to Optimus Prime’s statue and wished that he was here to see her achievement the way she would sometimes wish she was there for his. Her friends also knew that it would mean the world to her if they went with her to pay their respects to the Autobot leader. Twilight also remembered going there again to tell him about the amazing adventures they had as if he could still hear her from the heavens.

Now that she was alone in her bed with Spike snoring loudly, she was dreaming what I would have been if the Autobots were still here. 

Her dreams were unfortunately cut short when she heard a noise outside. She groggily opened her eyes and walked over to window. 

When she reached the window, she looked up at the sky and gave out a huge gasp that woke Spike up.

“Huh? What’s going on Twilight?” the baby dragon asked.

“Sorry I woke you up Spike, but you have to see this!” Twilight exclaimed.

Spike walked over to the window and just like Twilight, he gave out a loud gasp.

High in the sky was a  huge portal colored purple. As Twilight and Spike stared at the portal, they noticed a ship fly out. They also noticed a bunch of figures on the ship. Before they could wonder what those figures were, ship manages to throw them all off and into a nearby forest before flying away.

After a moment of silence, Spike asked Twilight “What in the name of Celestia was that?!”

“I don’t know Spike. But we’re going to find out soon.” Twilight stated.

The two of them then went back to bed. But with all the newly spurred questions in their minds, they couldn’t fall asleep.

Chapter Four: Old Allies in a New World











"Loyalty is but a flower in the winds of fear and temptation."



Once a Decepticon, now an Autobot, Drift is a fearsome warrior who lives by the sword and code of the samurai. The most unique out of Optimus' crew, Drift has two vehicle modes: One is a helicopter while the other is a car. Drift is also very loyal and noble soldier who will follow Optimus Prime til the end of time and space itself. He once rode the ferocious knight Slug in the battle of Hong Kong.

By the time the Autobots reached the location of the portal, it was already night time.

Just as soon as they all stopped, Cade Yeager and Brains got out of Optimus and Bumblebee before the rest of the Autobots transformed into their robot modes. They then all looked to see a massive forest right in front of them.

“Is the portal in there Optimus?” Cade asked the Autobot leader.

“Yes Cade. This is where I picked up the anomaly. Whatever lies within that forest holds a great power that must be kept out of Lockdown’s hands, less he destroy all of humanity.” The Autobot leader stated.

“Well then what are we waiting for? Let’s get in there and blow some mercenaries all the way back to Cybertron!” Crosshairs shouted.

“Patience Crosshairs. If you look first, you may not leap without a plan.” Drift stated.

“Oh come on! What are you, Air Raid? Cut the crappy mottos before I do!” Hound told Drift.

Bumblebee gave out some electronic bleeps to which Optimus translated as “I agree with both you Bumblebee and Drift. We need to be cautious when entering the forest. We do not know what lies in their so we must be careful.”

Brains said to them “I can’t argue with that. The only thing I got as a weapon is what remains of my leg.” as held up his right leg.

Cade then pulled out his alien gun and said “Well I guess there’s no going back now. Let’s go in.”

“My sentiments exactly.” Hound replied.

“All right Autobots. Move in slowly.” Optimus Prime told his Autobots.

Soon, the six Autobots and Cade walked into the forest with their guns loaded and ready to fire. As they traveled through the blackened woods, they encountered several animals walking and flying around in the night. Some of those animals, which turned out to be a couple of bats, flew by them and startled Hound.

“Whoa! What in the name of the AllSpark was that?” Hound exclaimed.

“Relax Hound. It’s just a couple of bats.” Cade told the bearded Autobots.

Crosshairs, Bumblebee, and Drift chuckled at Hound’s scared display while Hound angrily looked at the three of them and said “Shut up you three!”

Optimus turned to the four of them and said “Focus Autobots!”

The four of them then turned around back and continued to follow Optimus while Cade and Brains followed in silence.

After a while of walking, Optimus turned around and told his Autobots “Autobots, we are nearing the portal. Be prepared for whatever lies up ahead. That includes you Cade.” The other Autobots and Cade nodded in silence and prepared their weapons.

Before they could move any further, they began to hear stomping noises. “Something tells me we aren’t alone Optimus.” Drift stated.

As the Autobots turned to face the direction where the noise was coming from, they started to hear more stomping noises as well as something flapping its wings. As they all readied themselves, they then noticed five pairs of red eyes within the darkness. Moments afterwards, four humongous metallic creatures appeared in front of them. One of them, who were in front of the other two, had a long and grey body. On his body were two tiny arms with three fingers and really sharp claws. Also attached to his huge body were two large legs that looked like they were made for squishing stuffy. The face of this creature wasn’t to appealing either because it had four sharp spikes on each end. In addition, his teeth were very jagged and long.

To the left of him was a much taller and grey creature with a much smaller mouth and smaller teeth. On his back were large spikes that resembled sails and his hands were much larger than the first creature and his tail had more spikes on the top of it yet it was smaller than the first one’s tail.

The one next to the spiked creature was a grey colored, two headed long-necked creature with massive wings. On these wings were claws with three fingers and a long thing body with two thin legs with three claws. Behind it are two thin and spiky tails with large spear-shaped ends that you could imagine they were made for impaling.

The last one had a large and wide forehead with two downward curved spikes on top and two upward curved spikes on its chin. Its body was grey like the other three but it walked on all three of its legs. Its body and its tail were covered in spikes.

The Autobots and Cade just started in complete shock at who was standing before them. The legendary knights that Lockdown captured and helped them defeat Galvatron’s army before being set free. Grimlock the Tyrannosaurus Rex, Scorn the Spinosaurus, Strafe the two-headed Pterodactyl, and Slug the Triceratops.

“Well I’ll be. Long time no see Spike.” Crosshairs told Scorn. Scorn gave out a low hollow in response to his nickname.

“It is great to see you again Slug” Drift told the Triceratops. Slug jumped onto his hind legs before slamming his forelegs on the ground.

Bumblebee gave out some friendly bleeps at Strafe to which Strafe’s two heads gave out a friendly screech.

“Grimlock, what are you and your knights doing here?” Optimus asked the T-Rex.

Grimlock then gave out a screech and pointed his tail towards the direction that the Autobots were heading.

“I don’t know about you, but I think these guys were going for the portal too.” Hound stated.

“I guess you’re right Hound. Should we let them come with us Optimus?” Cade asked.

Optimus thought of it for a minute. He and his Autobots still owed Grimlock and the knights for helping them in Hong Kong and he didn’t feel right commanding them after setting them free. Yet he still knew that if Lockdown had upped his men, he and his team probably won’t stand a chance. He then turned to Grimlock and said “Grimlock, Strafe, Slug and Scorn. Will the four of you come with us to stop Lockdown again?

Grimlock and the other three let out a screech in agreement. Soon, the eleven of them continued on into the forest.

Just as they made out into a clearing, the Autobots, Cade, and the knights stared in complete shock at the portal in front of them as well as the figure also in front of them.

The knights growled when they saw the figure. It was the one who imprisoned them like pets for over a century.

Lockdown.

“Well, well, well. Isn’t this a cozy reunion Optimus?” Lockdown sarcastically said.

“Lockdown, step away from the portal.” Optimus stated.

“I’m afraid I can’t do that Optimus. This portal right here will be my ticket to becoming a well-paid bounty hunter once more. And this time, you and your blasted Autobots, sniveling human pet and disgusting lizards won’t stop me!” Lockdown shouted. Grimlock and his team gave out a nasty growl at that response.

“Why do want to go through this portal? What benefit can you make out of it?” Cade asked.

“Don’t you understand human? Beyond this portal lies the very relic Optimus Prime shot out into space forever! Beyond that portal, created by its own essence, the Dark Spark awaits to be claimed by me!” Lockdown boasted.

The Autobots and knights’ eyes widened when they heard the words ‘Dark Spark’.

“You cannot be serious Lockdown. You believe the Dark Spark created that portal and is currently in an unknown world to which that portal leads to?” Optimus asked with a shocked expression.

“Of course! I may not know where it leads to or if there are any signs of life in the world it leads to, but as long as they’re willing to die at my feet when I bring it back here, I don’t care.” Lockdown told the Prime. “Now if you’ll excuse me, I have a relic to reclaim.”

Moments afterwards, Lockdowns ship appeared behind the Autobots and began to shoot at them. As the Autobots, knights and Cade took cover, Lockdown jumped onto his ship and yelled “The next time we meet, you’re all going to perish!”

Before he flew into the portal, Optimus, Bumblebee (holding Cade and Brains in his hands), Hound, Crosshairs, Drift, Grimlock, Slug, Strafe and Scorn jumped onto the ship as it entered the portal as it closed behind them.

Just after the ship left the portal, the Autobots, Cade, and the knights looked down at the planet before them. What they saw were so many acres of forest and land and mountains beyond the eyes could see. They even saw what appeared to be a castle in the middle of a town and an even larger one embedded in a far off mountain.

“Oh my God.” Was the only thing Cade could say when he saw the beauty of the planet.

Sadly, it was short lived when Lockdown’s ship begins to rock violently. Everyone then realized that Lockdown knew they were on his ship and was trying to get them off.

“Autobots, hang on tight!” Optimus shouted.

Meanwhile in the ship, Lockdown was still trying to get them to let go. “You filthy machines and organic! GET OFF MY SHIP!” Lockdown then did a whole 360 which successfully threw all the Autobots off before flying far away.

As the bots were falling and screaming, Optimus yelled to Bumblebee “Hold on to Cade and Brains Bumblebee!” to which Bumblebee nodded his head and held the two of them close to his chest. Optimus then turned his head to see the knights falling farther away from where they were falling.

“Optimus, the knights!” Drift shouted.

“We can’t worry about them now! They’ll be fine! But we must brace for impact Autobots!” Optimus shouted back.

It wasn’t long that Optimus, Bumblebee, Crosshairs, Hound and Drift landed in a nearby forest while Grimlock, Slug, Strafe and Scorn landed a little farther off.















Little did they know that somepony was watching them fall.

The leader of the Decepticons from Earth, Galvatron is a creation of Kinetic Solutions Incorporated. Built from Transformium, the element all Transformers are made of, Galvatron was KSI's prized prototype. Even with his notable design flaws and signs of sentient thought, KSI realized too late that Galvatron was the evil Megatron reborn when he attempted to extinquish all of mankind with The Seed.

“Dang nab it! Why is Rarity taking so long to get ready?” Applejack said as she walked over to her throne in Twilight’s castle.

“Hay if I know AJ! I just want to know why Twilight had us come all the way to the castle at seven in the morning!” Rainbow Dash exclaimed at the orange mare.

Next to her, a yellow colored Pegasus put a hoof on Rainbows shoulder and said “Oh don’t be so worked up Rainbow Dash. Twilight obviously believes we have an emergency that requires all of us to fix.”

“I know Fluttershy. But still, can’t it wait till a later time? I was planning on sleeping in today.” Rainbow stated.

Just then, a pink pony popped up between Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash and said to the latter “Of course it can’t wait you silly-head! This is an important assignment and we need to be at our best bright and early!”

Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash just looked at the pink pony with confused looks in their faces with the latter replying with “Uh, whatever you say Pinkie Pie.”

It wasn’t long before the four of them sat down in their thrones. There were a total of seven thrones and each of them had the cutie mark of all six ponies except the seventh one which as smaller than the rest and had no cutie mark. The thrones were surrounding a golden circle with a white star in the middle with the three on the right side of the circle had the cutie marks of Applejack (three red apples), Rarity (three diamonds) and Fluttershy (three pink butterflies with aqua-colored antennae) while the others had the cutie marks of Twilight Sparkle (a purple star), Rainbow Dash ( a red-yellow-blue lightning bolt coming out of a cloud) and Pinkie Pie ( two blue balloons with yellow string underneath a yellow balloon with blue string). The small one without a cutie mark belonged to Spike, Twilight’s dragon assistant.

Just as they sat down, Twilight Sparkle and Spike (who looked more tired than the rest of the gang) entered the room and sat down at their respective thrones. Just as they did, Twilight looked around and asked the other four “Hey, where’s Rarity? Didn’t she get my letter?”

“She got it alright Twi’. But when I went over there to get her, she told me she was busy getting ready and would be out in ‘a few minutes’. ‘A few minutes’ my tail!” Applejack shouted.

“But Applejack, you know Rarity likes to look good at special occasions like this.” Fluttershy told her friend.

Before Applejack could say anything, the doors slammed open and in came the white unicorn with purple hair.

“I am terribly sorry everypony! Preparing myself ended up taking longer than I thought!” Rarity told everyone, resulting with Applejack and Rainbow Dash rolling their eyes. Rarity then looked at Twilight and asked “I hope I didn’t miss anything.” To the alicorn princess.

“Don’t worry, you didn’t! If you had we would have told you immediately.” Pinkie told the fashionista. 

“Oh thank goodness! Well, now that I’m here, I will let you speak Twilight.” Rarity told her as she sat down.

“Thank you Rarity.” Twilight said. Just as she had finished clearing her throat, Twilight looked at all her friends and said “Sorry for waking all of you up so early, but there is a situation that we have to address. Do any of you remember that portal that appeared in the sky last night?” Twilight asked.

The other ponies just looked at each other in confusion. Rarity then turned to face Twilight and said “I don’t think we are following what you are saying darling. What portal are you talking about?”

Spike looked up at Twilight and said “I told you they didn’t see the portal.” Before drifting off to sleep.

Twilight just rolled her eyes at Spike and looked at her friends. “Well seeing that none of you saw it last night, I’m going to show you what happened last night”. Twilight then lit up her horn with a magenta-like glow and fired a blast of magic at the center of the star on the ground. Just as the ponies shielded their eyes from the light, they then gasped when they saw a picture of a blue portal and a ship flying out with several strange figures hanging onto the side of it.

“Wow! There really was a portal opening last night! Spoooooooooooooooooooooky!” Pinkie stated.

“Well gosh Twilight. What do you think those things were!?” Applejack asked her alicorn friend.

Before Twilight could say anything, Rainbow interrupted her and said “Whatever they are, they better be friendly or else!” as she bumped her hooves together.

“Rainbow Dash! There is no need to get so worked up over something like this. Although I am curious whether these creatures are friendly or enemies, we need to address this situation in a more positive manner.” Rarity told the cyan mare.

“Rarity is right Rainbow. We can’t assume that they are enemies immediately. That is why I sent a letter to Princess Celestia about the issue.” Twilight stated.

“Did she reply back?” Pinkie asked.

“Yes. She told me that we should investigate. If the creatures are friendly, then we should invite them back to Canterlot. If they aren’t, then we will take them to Canterlot by force.” Twilight stated.

“Do we even know where they landed when they came here?” Fluttershy asked.

“Well looking at the picture again, I can believe that they crashed somewhere in the Everfree Forest while the ship flew somewhere west of Ponyville. If they haven’t left that spot that they fell, then checking out the forest would probably be our best option.” Twilight replied.

“Then what are we waiting for?! Let’s get out there and find those things!” Rainbow said.

Applejack chimed in and said. “I agree with Rainbow Dash. Let’s go find out what those things are.” 

“Well I can certainly agree that searching the Everfree Forest is not something I normally enjoy doing; however, if it means the safety of Equestria, then I will gladly accommodate you all.” Rarity said.

“I’m going too! Where there’s adventure, there’s fun, and I LOVE to have fun!” Pinkie said.

Fluttershy looked at the ground nervously before looking back up at her friends and said “I’ll come too. I’m a little scared but it’s for all of you guys.”

“It’s settled then. Come on girls, it’s time to go exploring.” Twilight said. The other ponies nodded their heads in agreement. 

Before any of them could go out the door, Spike ran in front of them and said “Hey wait! Can I come too?”

Twilight looked a little unsure and replied with “Well I don’t know Spike. It could be dangerous…”

“Oh come on! Pleeeaaaasseee?” Spike asked with his puppy-dog eyes.

Twilight was still unsure and turned to face her friends. “What do you guys say? Should Spike come with us?” she asked.

Rarity was the first to speak up. “Normally I’d say no. But he seems determined to come and I don’t feel like turning him down.”

“Yeah, plus it would be really cool for him to see some more aliens.” Pinkie added.

Twilight sighed and looked back at the baby dragon. “Okay Spike, you can come. But do not leave us understand?” Twilight asked with a stern voice.

“Of course! I’ll be on my best behavior.” Spike said proudly.

With that, the six ponies and dragon made their way outside.

Celestia’s sun was slowly beginning to set as the ponies made their way to the front of the forest. Before any of them set hoof, Rainbow Dash looked at Twilight and said “I sure hope there’s something in this forest.”

Twilight looked at her and said “I hope so too.” The ponies then made their way into the forest, wondering what they will encounter from within the mysterious woods. 









Little did any of them know, that they were going to make a huge discovery.

Chapter Six: A New Discovery and a History Re-told














"Freedom is everyone's right."




The heroic leader of the Autobots, Optimus Prime is a brave and formidable warrior who will stop at nothing to protect the rights of all sentient life on his new home Earth. Although he lost his trust in humans after the battle of Chicago, his faith has been reaffirmed when he met Cade Yeager and was saved by him.

“I hope so too.” Twilight told Rainbow Dash as the ponies made their way into the mysterious Everfree Forest.

As Celestia’s sun slowly made its descent to make way for Luna’s moon and stars to appear, Twilight Sparkle and her friends continued to make their way deeper and deeper into the forest. As the trekked through the woods, they tried their best to be aware of any Cragodiles or Timberwolves that would try to devour any of them when night would fall. They also tried to keep an eye out for any sign of the mysterious creatures that came through the portal or even that mysterious ship that they creatures were hanging on. During the journey, the six ponies and dragons ended up seeing a few familiar locations. The first location that the gang passed by and stopped to look at was where Twilight was attacked by Discord’s plunder seeds when she was trying to return to her friends while searching for the Tree of Harmony. As they passed it, Twilight looked at the spot with a fond expression. It was here that she and her friends realized that they needed one another regardless of her title of Princess.

The second location was the Tree of Harmony and the Castle of the Royal Pony Sisters. All of them got a closer look at the tree and they saw the elements right where they placed them. They also noticed the spot where the key chest once sat before it sprouted into Twilight’s new castle. As they passed the tree, they thought back to how some where a little uncomfortable returning the elements out of fear of what Discord would do now that the one thing to defeat him was gone. However, after Tirek betrayed him and he gave Twilight her last key, everypony’s worries were gone for good.

The third location that everypony passed by was a real nostalgic place, particularly for Rainbow Dash. At this location, there was a huge skeleton of a dragon. A closer inspection revealed that the dragon’s head was severed from the neck down. The head was next to the ribcage and they could see several huge footprints everywhere. The reason why this spot brought so many emotions back to the ponies was because this was the spot that they witnessed the power of the first Autobot they ever met: Grimlock. Even though they tried to block out the bloody images of the dragon being ripped to shreds by the Dinobot commander, they couldn’t help but think back to his ferociousness. If it weren’t for Grimlock, they would have been dead. Before they walked away, Spike spoke up. “Hey, isn’t this the spot where you guys saw Grimlock in action?” he asked.

“Yeah Spike. This is the spot.” Rainbow told the baby dragon. Rainbow Dash knew Grimlock was scary, but the way he fought for both the Autobots and for the ponies of Equestria, she couldn’t deny that she missed the big T-Rex.

As the ponies continued their travel, they all gasped from what was laying before them: A footprint in the ground large enough to fit all seven of them and even more!

“Wow! That’s a big foot!” Pinkie exclaimed.

“You said it sugarcube. The question is what in Equestria is big enough to leave a footprint of this size?” Applejack asked.

“I don’t know of any animal that’s big enough to make a footprint this big.” Fluttershy wondered.

“And from the looks of it, I think we can all agree that no dragon or manticore made this. And it doesn’t look like Tirek made it when he escaped Tartarus.” Rainbow Dash added.

“Well if none of those made this footprint, then what did?” Rarity asked.

As the ponies looked on in thought, they all heard a noise nearby their location. 

“What was that?” Fluttershy asked with a hint that she was a little nervous.

“I don’t know Fluttershy, but we should check it out.” The alicorn told her friend.

With that, Twilight and her friends walked slowly to where they heard the noise. Well, Pinkie Pike bounced over to where they all heard the noise. Just as they were getting closer, they all began to hear different voices. These creatures were capable of speech! As they all got closer, Twilight turned to face her friends and said “Okay, I don’t want any of you rushing in and attacking like when you all first met the Autobots.” Rainbow Dash and Applejack looked at each other and chuckled nervously as they remembered that fateful day. 

Their laughing stopped when Rarity chided them. “Rainbow, Applejack, stop being so disrespectful! Don’t worry Twilight. We will be on our best behavior right girls?” Rarity asked. The other four ponies and Spike nodded their heads.

“Good.” Twilight said. “And we aren’t going to confront them yet. Let’s stay back to and hide so we can see who or what these creatures are.” She added.

“Don’t worry Twilight! Your Aunty Pinkie Pie will be the best spy ever!” Pinkie said as she pulled out her binoculars.

The ponies looked at her questionably before walking over to a nearby bush. Twilight then pushed away the bush to so everypony could see what made the noise……….

but what they all saw ended up making their jaws drop all the way to ground. Pinkie Pie was so shocked that she dropped her binoculars on the ground and forgot about them.



Right in front of them, were Transformers.

“Blast it! Where is Optimus! We’ve been waiting here for almost four hours!” Crosshairs complained.

Drift, who was sitting on a rock sharpening his swords, answered with “Crosshairs, Optimus told us that he was scouting the area for any signs of Lockdown and his mercenaries as well as any forms of life that might be harmed by him.”

“Yeah and not to mention our missing companions. Poor things. Hope they didn’t get scrapped when they crashed on this world.” Hound said; clearly he was worried about the knights and if they were still alive.

Cade then walked up to Crosshairs and said “Don’t worry Crosshairs. Optimus will be back right Bee?” 

Bumblebee, who was sitting across from Drift, gave out some bleeps that showed he was agreeing with Cade.

Brains, who was trying to warm up at the fire, said “Well I wonder what kind of animals live on this planet. Let’s just hope they don’t eat metal like a fragging scraplet.”

Meanwhile, behind the bush, the ponies and Spike continued to look on at what they were seeing. Transformers! After three years since that dreadful day they all were sucked into that vortex at the Crystal Empire, they saw actual Transformers. However, their shocked expressions turned into curiosity. These Transformers looked NOTHING like the ones they met before. None of them had any visible red Autobot or purple Decepticon symbols nor did they have any bright lights that also helped distinguish them. Another thing that surprised them was the small robot with fuzzy blue hair and the tan and fleshy creature with black hair and wearing more clothes that they normally wear. Another strange thing was that there armor didn’t look like it came from Cybertron. These were the strangest Transformers they ever saw.

“No way. Transformers! Here? In Equestria?” Rainbow Dash said.

“But they’re supposed to be dead right?” Pinkie added. Unfortunately, everypony was giving her a hard glare when she said that. “Oops. my bad.” She said.

“I can hardly believe it either sugarcube. The question is, why do they look so strange.” Applejack said.

“Maybe they’re different Transformers.” Twilight said.

“Uh Twilight, what makes them so different?” Spike asked.

“Maybe because they mentioned Optimus Prime and… Bumblebee.” Fluttershy told her friends.

“Well whatever kind they are, I don’t think we should mention the one’s we met. It might freak them out.” Twilight said.

Before any of her friends could answer, the blue Autobot named Drift said “Hold on, I think I heard something behind that bush”. The ponies’ blood went cold: They were found.

“What should we do?” Rarity asked Twilight with a nervous tone.

Before the alicorn Princess could respond, Crosshairs spoke up and said “I hear it too.” as he pulled out his gun and pointed it at the bush. “Cade, get behind me.” Cade did as Crosshairs told him and hid behind the green Autobots leg with his alien gun in his hands. “Come out and show yourselves!” Crosshairs shouted.

Realizing that they had no choice but to come out, Twilight and her friends slowly but surely came out from behind the bush to face the Autobots.

Just as they came out, the Autobots looked in complete shock at what they were looking at. In all the time they spent on Earth, they had seen horses that came in a variety of colors but not pastel colors. They weren’t surprised by the pink and orange ones because they looked like normal horses or ponies as that’s what they closely resembled. The ones that really surprised them were the rainbow-mane and yellow-pink Pegasus’ and the white and purple unicorn because those were supposed to be fictional creatures. The other two that really surprised them were the purple pony with both a horn and wings and the small purple lizard with green eyes. The one that was really shocked was Cade; he saw the toys for these kinds of things but he never expected to see them real life.

After a moment of awkward silence, Twilight spoke up and said “Um…hello?”

Both Cade and Crosshairs let out a simultaneous “You’ve got to be kidding.”when they saw them.

Hound then walked over to them and said “Where in the Creator's name did you all come from?”

Before the ponies could say anything to the olive-colored Autobot, they all heard footsteps coming from behind. The ponies and Autobots turned around to see a blue and red Autobot approach everyone. This Autobot was red and blue in color. The difference was that it was everywhere on his body and sometimes they looked like flames. His shoulders were blue in color and his feet were silver. His arms looked ridged and he had the same horns on the side of his head like the Optimus the ponies met. He also had six silver tubes curved at the end sticking out of his back and what appeared to be a shield attached to his back. What really surprised the Main Six was that this one had a notable mouth, especially when he said “Autobots, what is going on here?”

Drift spoke up and said “Optimus, it seems we have encountered some natives of the world we currently are on.” as he pointed to the ponies and Spike.

Optimus slowly approached the six equines and said “I do apologize of my Autobots scared you all. This is the first time we have seen any form of life since we arrived on this planet. Tell me, what is the name of this planet?”

The ponies looked nervously at each other to see who would answer to him until Twilight spoke up and said “Uh, Equestria.” She said with a hint of nervousness.

Optimus nodded his head in understanding. “Thank you. Forgive me for not introducing myself. My name is Optimus Prime: Leader of the remaining Autobots.” He then turned to face his crew and said “Autobots, introduce yourselves.”

“Well what do I got to lose. The name’s Crosshairs and I am the best paratrooper in the galaxy.” The green Autobot boasted. When the ponies got a good look at him, they saw that he had goggles on his head that were colored red and blue. What really intrigued them was that he appeared to have a cape at his waist. The ponies never saw a Transformer with a cape before. What didn’t surprise them was his tough-guy and brash attitude, it did match his stature.

“My name is Hound. Nice to meet you all.” The ponies were real surprised when the bot said his name was Hound. They were just hoping it wasn’t another Decepticon in disguise like Makeshift. He was the largest out of all of the bots and had lights on his shoulders. He had a beard made out of wires and he had what appeared to be a shotgun shell hanging on the corner of his mouth. They also noticed smoke coming off as if it were a cigarette.

“I am Drift. It is an honor to meet such fine ladies.” This one made Rarity blush a little bit when he said that. He was blue and black in color and had four blades sticking out of his back. His helmet resembled that of a samurai and his shoulder pads were ridged like Optimus’ arms. He spoke in a deep voice but his blue eyes were reassuring to the ponies.

Bumblebee walked over to the ponies and gave out some friendly bleeps to the Main Six.  He was colored yellow and black like a bumblebee and his tires where on his back in the shape of wings. Unlike the one they knew the most; he didn’t have an actual mouth so they couldn’t tell if he was frowning when the ponies couldn’t understand what he was saying. Rainbow Dash asked “Hey what’s wrong with him?”

Optimus replied with “This is Bumblebee, our scout. He had his vocal processors damaged on Cybertron: our home world. He usually communicates through radio waves but since there aren’t any on this planet, he can only respond through an electronic tongue. 

Bumblebee gave out a few bleeps of sorrow when Optimus said that.

“Oh my, that’s terrible!” Fluttershy said.

“Yeah, but sometimes it’s pretty funny when he speaks.” Cade said as he approached the gang.

The ponies all backed up when they saw Cade. “What in tarnation are you supposed to be?” Applejack asked Cade.

“Oh, sorry. My name is Cade, Cade Yeager. I’m a human from the planet Earth where these guys are currently residing on.”

Twilight was surprised when he heard the word ‘human’. “Wow!  Another creature just like the ones in the mirror at the Crystal Empire. Fascinating!” she exclaimed.

Cade looked at Twilight with a confused look on his face. “Uh, what? He asked.

Pinkie then pulled Twilight close to her and said in her ear. “Don’t say that! You’ll scare him!”

Just then, Brains walked up to them with his severed right leg and said “Hey don’t leave me out of the introduction! I’m not chopped shrapnel!” the tiny Autobot said.

“My bad. This is Brains, our intel bot.” Optimus added.

“Hey how are you all doing?” Brains asked.

“Ooooh! You’re so small and cute!” Pinkie said to Brains.

“Hey, who you calling cute! I happen to be a highly intelligent creature here!” Brains told Pinkie, clearly not pleased with the remark.

“Oh, sorry about that.” Pinkie said apologetically.

Optimus then spoke up and said “Ok. Now that we have introduced ourselves, would you all care to introduce yourselves?”

“Oh, right, sorry about that Optimus. My name is Applejack.”

“My name’s Fluttershy.”

“I’m Pinkie Pie and I love to make friends! Especially big aliens like you guys!”

“I am Rarity, the most beautiful pony of all!”

“I’m Rainbow Dash, the fastest thing in all of Equestria!

“And my name is Princess Twilight Sparkle. It’s great to meet you all. And over hear is Spike, my number one assistant.” Spike grinned at that remark.

The Autobots were taken aback when Twilight said ‘Princess’ with Crosshairs being the first to respond. “Do we have to bow because there is no way in the entire universe that I am bowing to a pony that is smaller than my thumb?”

“Hey, show some respect kid before I pop a shell in your tailpipe!” Hound told the green paratrooper.

“Wait! You guys don’t have to bow if you don’t want to! I’m perfectly okay with that!” Twilight told all of them.

As the Autobots settled down, Optimus looked down at Twilight and said “Forgive us, but we are not used to titles of royalty. However, judging from your title, are you the ruler of this planet?”

Pinkie then ran up to his face and said “Silly Optimus! She’s not the ruler, that’s Princess Celestia’s job!” she said with a huge and innocent smile on her face.

“Oh no, not another one!” Crosshairs whined.

“Hey! They’re trying to be nice Crosshairs! So show some respect and shut up!” Cade told the green Autobot.

Crosshairs grumbled to himself before sitting down on the same rock Drift was sitting on. “Don’t mind him; he’s just grouchy that he hasn’t shot anything today.” Drift told the ponies.

“Well you he doesn’t have to be so disrespectful either.” Rarity said with an obvious look of disdain in her eyes.”

After that awkward moment, Spike walked up to Optimus and asked “Hey I have a question, you all mind telling us why you guys are on our world in the first place or where you came from?”

Hearing that, Optimus told the six and dragon “We come from the planet Cybertron and are currently residing on Earth: Cade’s home world. As for our purpose, we are here looking for the Dark Spark. and we have to find it before Lockdown can.”

This ended up giving some of the ponies a confused look on their faces.

“Dark Spark?” Rainbow Dash asked.

“Lockdown?” Applejack asked.

“Earth?” Pinkie asked.

“Hey, hey, hey! One question at a time okay?” Brains told the ponies.

“I’m sorry Optimus, but we may need some more detail. Can you explain what 'Earth, Dark Spark, and Lockdown' are?” Twilight asked the Autobot leader.

“Very well then. Autobots and Cade, gather round.” Optimus told his men.

“Yay! a story!” Pinkie Pie exclaimed.

Just as they all sat down, Hound couldn’t help but chuckle at Pinkie’s absurd behavior.

“We are a race of autonomous robotic organisms from the world known as Cybertron or Autobots for short. For generations we were a peaceful world until Megatron rose to power.” Optimus began. “Megatron was the leader of the Decepticons: a race of evil and vile Transformers who seeked to conquer Cybertron and enslave all who defy them. Because of that, we were thrusted into a Civil War for Cybertron that lasted eons.”

“Oh my goodness. That sounds absolutely dreadful!" Fluttershy told the Autobots.

“Indeed dear Fluttershy.” Drift told the pegasus. “the war for Cybertron continued until it was consumed with death. We were all forced to leave our dying homeworld to take refuge on Cade’s home known as Earth, populated with several creatures called humans.”

“While we were there, we made an alliance with the humans and began to hunt down the Decepticons that roamed Earth and destroy them before they could cause any harm to any human. Eventually our alliance served its purpose as five years ago, Megatron and his followers were all exterminated once and for all.” Optimus finished.

The ponies were shocked when they heard that. They knew the Autobots were fierce but they never imagined they would destroy all Decepticons.

“Whoa, so then who’s this Lockdown guy?” Rainbow asked the Bots.

Optimus then pressed a button on the side of his helmet which showed a picture of the bounty hunter. The ponies didn’t necessarily shiver when they saw his image but he was still terrifying. He was grey in color and had what appeared to be ammo clips on his shoulders. His chest resembled that of the front of a car and his eyes were green in color; different from any other type of Transformers they had ever met.

“Lockdown is a dangerous and vile bounty hunter who makes profit from doing horrid jobs ranging from assassinations to kidnapping and holding for ransom. Lockdown is actually not aligned with the Decepticons; he just tends to work with them since they pay the most to bounty hunters like him.” Drift said with a hint of disgust.

Drift wasn’t the only one who thought Lockdown was vile. After hearing everything about him, the ponies thought he was worse than Megatron himself if that was even possible.

“Well if he’s just a ‘bounty hunter’ as ya'll call him, why is he here? Is for that Dark Spark ya'll said earlier?” Applejack asked the Autobots.

“Indeed Applejack. The Dark Spark is the antithesis to the Matrix of Leadership: the symbol of ancient wisdom and leadership of the Primes before me.” as he said that, he opened up his chest compartment and showed the matrix. It was different in appearance as it was grey in color and was curved at the ends. The only thing that was similar was the blue light shining in the center. “Where the Matrix grants the user the wisdom of the Dynasty of Primes, the Dark Spark allows the user to bend the fabric of space and time to their very command.” As he said that, he showed another image that was displaying the Dark Spark. To the pony’s surprise, it bared the same shape of Optimus Prime’s Matrix except it was duller in color and was colored purple in the center.

“Why does he want it exactly?” Fluttershy asked the Autobot commander.

Cade walked over to her and said, “He wants to use the Dark Spark’s power to go back in time to revive all the dead Decepticons on Earth and restart the war; if only, to reap in the spoils of war.”

“That’s awful.” Twilight said.

“Indeed. That is why we must find it as soon as we can so that he cannot use its properties for his own gain.” Optimus told the alicorn Princess.

“So then what are you guys going to do now?” Spike wondered.

“Heck if we know kid. But for now we’re going to make camp here until morning comes. Then we’re going to find that thing and bring it back to Earth along with Lockdown in a body bag.” Brains told the baby dragon.

Although some were a little miffed when Brains said ‘body bag’, Twilight stepped up and said “Actually, I told Princess Celestia that we were going to look for you guys since I saw you all fell from that portal last night. Since we now know why you all are here, I think the Princess should know too.”

Optimus thought about it for a while before turning to his Autobots. “What do you all say? Should we follow Princess Twilight to meet with the ruler of this world?” he asked them.

“If it beats staying out here, count me in.” Crosshairs said.

“Yeah I guess I could go for somewhere else too. What you say Bee?” Hound asked the scout.

Bumblebee gave some bleeps in agreement before turning to Drift and asked him. Drift, however, did not respond. Instead, he looked at the forest behind them with curious eyes.

“Is something wrong Drift?” Pinkie asked. Drift did not reply.

After a moment of silence, Drift turned around slowly and said “We’re being spied on.”

The Autobots and ponies gasped when he said this. Just then, the forest around them exploded with robots everywhere.

“Autobots! Protect the ponies!” Optimus shouted as he readied his gun.

Soon, the entire campsite was surrounded by these robots with green and orange eyes and pointing guns and missile launchers at everyone. Before anyone could open fire, they all heard someone walking up to them. A few of the robots moved to the side to let another grey and green-eyed robot walk through. The ponies recognized him from the image that Optimus showed them. It was the evil bounty hunter that they were told.





It was Lockdown.

Chapter Seven: Locked Down














"You think you were born? No, you were built, and your Creators want you back!"





A savage bounty hunter, Lockdown leads an army of mercenary forces on the planet Earth. Aligned with neither side, he travels across the cosmos in search of "souvenirs" from his victims to increase his own abilities. After losing the Dark Spark once, he now seeks it on the planet of Equestria in hope that it will lead him to the path of riches and glory.

“Lockdown.” Optimus muttered as he stared at the newcomer before him.

The ponies and Spike looked in shock as the grey-colored bounty hunter approached them slowly. He looked just like he did in the image Optimus showed them on his hologram. What shocked them even more was the army of strange robots that surrounded everybody with guns and missile launchers all pointed at them.

“Ah, Optimus.” Lockdown spoke. “I see you and your Autobots survived the fall when I threw you off my ship. No matter, I would rather tear your spark out then collect the broken parts of your shattered body.” He said coldly.

As the Autobots glared at Lockdown, Pinkie Pie’s curiosity was beginning to get the best of her. She told her friends that she wouldn’t rush out to meet an unfriendly creature no matter how it looked after her little mishap with Megatron, but she couldn’t help but confront him, especially since he was the first bounty hunter anypony has ever laid eyes on. In a flash, Pinkie ran up to Lockdown with Cade yelling “Pinkie! What are you doing?! Get back here now!” But to his frustration, she completely ignored him.

Lockdown then looked down to see the pink pony with the balloons on its side and poofy pink hair look at him with big, gleaming eyes. “Hi there! You must be that really mean bounty hunter Lockdown! It doesn’t sound as big and strong as Megatron but it still pretty spooky.” She then walked around to his back and saw what appeared to be red lights behind his legs and what appeared to be a spine on his back. She then said “Funny, I think you’d look much better if you were colored in green and black then in grey everywhere, don’t you think?” Pinkie asked the bounty hunter.

Lockdown smirked as he observed the little pony’s hyperactive behavior. He then said “My, what interesting specimens that live on this planet. Perhaps you’ll be my latest trophy once I leave this planet.” Before Pinkie could ask what he meant, her eyes went wide when he turned his right hand into a long hook. As he raised it over his head and prepared to impale her with it, a grappling hook grabbed Pinkie’s tail and pulled her back over to the Autobots. She then looked up and saw that it originated from Bumblebee who was glaring fiercely at the bounty hunter.

Rarity the ran up to her friend and said, “Oh Pinkie are you alright?”

Pinkie turned to her and said, “Yeah, I’m okay.”

Optimus then said “Lockdown, you would dare harm an innocent life form.” With a hint of something dangerous behind his tone.

“I don’t care for these organic lifeforms. The only thing I care about is the Dark Spark and re-igniting the Great War on Earth. But first, to insure you or anyone else doesn’t get in my way, I’ll have your spark and your friends heads as well.” Lockdown replied. “Mercenaries, open fire!” he then shouted.

Just as he said that, the so-called mercenaries began to fire their weapons at the Autobots and ponies. Some of them yelled “Let’s see what we got!” or “New prey has arrived!” as they continued to shoot at the group.

Taking evasive action, Optimus told his men, “Autobots, attack now!”

Just as the four Autobots began their retaliation, Optimus turned to Cade and Brains and said “Cade, Brains, don’t let the ponies get harmed.” before pulling out his Path Blaster and sword. Both Cade and Brains nodded their heads as the Autobot leader ran out into the fray. To the ponies surprise, he activated a faceplate just as he shot his first mercenary.

As Cade pulled out and armed his alien gun, Brains turned to face the ponies and said “Ya’ll might wanna take cover. Things are about to get real fierce.” The six ponies and Spike nodded in agreement and hid behind a nearby rock while observing the firefight.

To say that the Main Six saw complete bloodshed (or in this case, energonshed) was an understatement. What they saw was pure brutality! The first Autobot they paid attention to was Drift. As he pulled out two of the blades from his back, he ran up to one of the mercenaries and jabbed the sword in his chest before slicing his head off. The other mercenary ended up getting cut in half vertically by his other sword before moving on. When they looked at Bumblebee, they saw him shooting several mercenaries with a strange blaster in his hand. They also noticed that he was wearing a yellow mask that was covering his mouth but not his eyes. The girls could only assume that it was a battle mask that he would wear in the heat of a fight.

When the girls looked at Crosshairs, they saw him with dual guns in his hands. He jumped over one mercenary’s head and blew it clean off before shooting off another mercenary’s head. He then yelled “Ha Ha Ha! Is that all you got? I can keep this up all day!” as if he was having fun. When what appeared to be some type of shotgunner came running up to the green Autobot, he tried to punch Crosshairs in the face but ended up getting knocked down instead. Just as he hit the ground, Crosshairs crushed the mercenary’s head with his foot before resuming his shooting spree.

After the girls turned their attention to Hound, they saw what appeared to be a long gun with long strands of ammo hanging out from under. All around him, he was shooting like crazy and every mercenary within arm reach was dead on the ground. When a rocketeer ran up to him, he pulled out a silver knife and jabbed it straight into his head and tor it clean off. Hound then yelled “When you mess with the best, you get your sparks extinquished!”

Finally, the ponies turned to see Optimus Prime battling through tons of mercenaries. With his blaster, he shot holes through all of the mercenary’s chests while stabbing all the other mercenary’s with his sword. When one of them through a grenade at him, Optimus pulled out his shield to protect him from the blast. After the dust setteled, Optimus smacked the mercenary aside with his shield before shooting him.

As the ponies looked on in complete shock at the complete massacre of mercenaries, Rainbow Dash spoke up and told Cade “Wow, these guys sure don’t hold back do they?”

Cade, who was holding his gun should any mercenary get the drop on them, replied with “Yeah, I was pretty shocked by how tough they were when I first met them, but I’m kinda used to it now.”

Applejack then spoke up and asked “Hey, have any o' ya’ll seen that varmit Lockdown fightin anyone?” which resulted in the ponies shaking their heads in response.

However, Spike then spoke up and said “Hey guys, I think he’s over there.” as he pointed in the direction behind where Optimus was fighting. 

When they got a closer look, they saw that he had his arms crossed and was looking intently at Optimus. They weren’t exactly sure why he wasn’t making a move and attacking any Autobot and why he was just letting his men do all the work when realization finally hit Twilight.

“Guys! I think Lockdown is waiting for Optimus and the other Autobots to tire out!” she told everyone.

Hearing this, Rarity responded with “I cannot believe he make all his men do all the work while he just sits back and stares around doing nothing!”

Rainbow Dash then looked at her and commented “Really? Don’t you do that on a regular basis?” after hearing that, Rarity gave Rainbow an intense glare while Applejack giggled a little bit.

Before any of them could say or do anything else, Fluttershy spoke up and said, “Um….. girls, what’s he doing?” prompting everyone to turn their heads to see what Lockdown put on a mask as well.

To everybody’s shock and horror, Lockdown’s upper chest opened up a little bit as did his face. After seeing several parts of machinery moving around, Lockdown’s face had been turned into a huge gun and was pointing it at Optimus!

Seeing this threat, Cade yelled “Optimus, get down!”

When Optimus turned around to see what Cade was talking about, Lockdown fired and struck Optimus in the chest, causing him to scream in pain as he fell down on his back.

“No Sensei!” Drift shouted as he saw his leader fall to the ground. Bearing his two swords, he ran up to Lockdown intending to cut off his head. Unfortunately, the minute he swung, Lockdown ducked, pulled out his hook, and impaled Drift in the side. This caused the Autobot to drop his swords as he got on his knees and clutched his wound.

Lockdown then turned around to see Bumblebee fire his grappling hook at him. Before it made contact, Lockdown grabbed it and then pulled it and Bumblebee closer to him. Just as he did, he then punched the Autobot scout right in the face, knocking him out.

When Hound began to run up to the bounty hunter, Lockdown jumped into the air and delivered a flying kick to the old Autobot’s face, sending him back a few yards into a tree.

Just as he turned around, he came face to face with Crosshairs. When the green Autobot began to charge and punch Lockdown in the face, Lockdown merely grabbed Crosshairs fist, twisted it a little bit, and then delivered a kick to the chest which blew him back into a rock.

With all the Autobots defeated, the mercenaries stopped to look at Lockdown as he pulled a strange object out of his right hand. As the evil bounty hunter walked over to Optimus, he said to his men “He’s mine now.”

Cade then ran up in front of Optimus despite the ponies, Spike and Brains trying to call him back and held his gun right in front of Lockdown’s face. “Get back you monster!” Cade shouted defiantly.

Lockdown looked at the human before replying with “Oh how brave you are, but you cannot prevent the inevitable.” with one flick of his finger, Lockdown sent the small human back a few yards and on his stomach.

“Oh no, Cade!” Fluttershy shouted as she ran to his aid. Just as she reached him, all of the ponies turned to face Lockdown as he put his foot on Optimus’ chest.

“And now, it’s time for me to finally take what rightfully belongs to me Prime: your spark!” Lockdown told the fallen Autobot.

“NO!” Twilight shouted at the bounty hunter before the other ponies closed her mouth.

Hearing the noise, Lockdown approached the ponies and asked “So you all care for him?” to the five of them and Spike.

As the ponies, Spike and Brains looked nervously at the tall figure in front of them, Lockdown said “Good. Then you all can watch him die! And if any of you all try to stop me, you’ll be turned into a smoking crater in the ground.” as he said this, he pulled out another gun with his left hand and pointed it at the gang before lifting his ‘spark extractor’ in the air in preparation to kill Optimus.

Just as the ponies and Autobots sheltered their eyes, everyone then heard lound footsteps coming from within the forest. One of the mercenaries ran over to Lockdown and asked “Lockdown sir, what was that noise?”

Before he could respond, the woods erupted with a ginormous, grey lizard creature with super sharp teeth and beaming red eyes stare at Lockdown. The bounty hunter’s energon went cold the minute he saw what came out of the forest.

Chapter Eight: Rage of the Dinobots











"Rooooaaaaaarrrrr!"





"The leader of the legendary knights, Grimlock is a thick headed, aggressive bot who can transform into a Tyrannosaurus Rex. He and his allies teamed up with Optimus and his Autobots to defend Earth from the evil Lockdown and the dreaded Dark Spark. Having been a captive aboard his ship, Grimlock intends to deliver some delicious revenge.

The ponies nearly gasped from what they saw right in front of them. The only one who didn’t gasp was Rarity; she ended up fainting the minute she laid eyes on the ferocious beast.

Standing right before them was a ginormous, metal reptile with horns on the sides of his head and teeth longer than a dragon’s. What scared them a little bit was that the creature’s red eyes were glaring straight at Lockdown (who had stepped away from Optimus upon laying eyes on said creature). 

Just as the mysterious creature walked a little closer to Lockdown, Brains said “Oh yeah! I knew Grimlock was too tough to die! Now things are about to get REAL nice and fired up!”

The ponies (except for Rarity) and Spike’s eyes went completely wide when the heard the name ‘Grimlock’. Rainbow Dash’s eyes went even wider than Pinkie Pie’s when she heard the word. After the shock wore off, they noticed that he wasn’t colored gold and grey nor was he that Cybertronian like the Grimlock they knew. The ponies realized that only possible reason why he looked so different was because he must’ve come from Optimus world.

Before anyone could make a move at the lumbering Transformer, another noise was heard but closer to where the mercenaries were standing. Then, out of nowhere, another gigantic reptile came charging in and rammed one of the mercenaries into a tree! When the creature pulled out, the mercenary had holes in his chest that were pouring out energon. The mercenary then fell to the ground dead as the titan gave out a huge growl.

This creature also shocked the ponies and Spike due to its appearance being similar to the Dinobot Slug. A closer inspection showed that it had a wide forehead and horns that were still covered with energon. It was also standing on four legs and had extremely sharp teeth.

Then, another sound was heard. Except instead of it being the ground shaking, it was a cry or shriek of some sort. Before any of the mercenaries could pull up their guns, a massive, two-headed creature with humongous wings and two tails came flying in. It then landed next to Grimlock with its two heads giving out a loud shriek.

This one REALLY surprised the ponies. Why? Because it had two heads! The only creature that they knew were those Decepticons from Cybertron named Hun-Gurr and Sinnertwin and they were dead! But after it landed next to the Dinobot commander, they knew that he was friendly, albeit he did look like Swoop with those big wings.

After the creature landed, another one came out to the left of the ponies and gave out an intense roar at the other mercenaries. This one that appeared had what appeared to be spines in the shape of sails on its back. Like Grimlock, it also had sharp teeth but they weren’t as long as his.

As the newcomer walked closer to Grimlock, the four reptiles released a simultaneous roar at the sky. While they roared, the Autobots began to wake up from their assault from Lockdown. The first one to lay eyes on the creatures was Optimus. Just after he saw them, he gave a weak smile while the others stared at them in shock.

Optimus and the Autobots weren’t the only one’s coming out of their comas. Rarity finally woke up and looked at the four knights in complete shock. Next to her, Cade began to wake up as well. When he was fully awake, he saw that he was much closer to the ponies and Brains. He then turned around and saw the knights and said “I had a feeling they’d show up.”

His sudden wake up startled the ponies and they turned to him. “Cade, yer alright!” Applejack told him.

Just as he stood up, Cade replied with “Don’t worry about me. I’d worry about those mercenaries if I were you.” he told them.

Everyone’s head then turned to see Optimus stand up. He then faced the four knights and said. “Grimlock, Slug, Strafe, Scorn, transform and engage Lockdown!”

The minute they heard that, the four knights transformed into their robot modes, shocking the ponies and Spike once more.
Grimlock’s robot form was different than the robot mode of the Grimlock from Cybertron. He had two notable eyes instead of a slit for eyes. On his shoulders, the ponies noticed the jaws of his dino mode acting as his shoulder pads. In his right hand he was holding a spiked ball until the ponies looked a little closer and saw that the ball WAS his hand. In his other hand, Grimlock was holding what appeared to be a club with spikes everywhere. He also had two strange things hanging from his behind as if they were a cape like Crosshairs. His feet were really interesting because they were curved like a harlequin’s.

The one that was called Slug was shorter than Grimlock but still looked scary. Similar to Grimlock, he had the face of his dino mode on his shoulders as the ponies could clearly see the horns around his head. Speaking of his head, it had no mouth; only a blue slit of an eye like the Slug from Cybertron. In his left hand he was holding a spiked club while his other hand was in the shape of a sword. He also had spikes on his legs and his feet looked similar to Grimlock’s.

Strafe’s dino mode was different from the other two. Unlike Grimlock and Slug who only had one actual hand, Strafe had two actual hands. In his right hand, he had a sword while in his left hand; he had what appeared to be a crossbow with a loaded arrow. Similar to Slug, Strafe had a slit of an eye colored blue. Behind him, the ponies could see his wings folded up and the two heads were now his shoulders like the other two. Another thing that the ponies could see was his two tails being dragged behind him.

The last one, Scorn, seemed pretty intriguing to the eyes. For one, he didn’t have the face of his dino mode on his shoulders but rather on his hips. His head resembled an old fashion knight’s helmet and had another blue slit for an eye. On his back, he had is spines sticking out and his tail in dino mode was his right hand.

As soon as they were in robot mode, Grimlock gave out a huge roar and then he and his men began to run at the mercenaries. Lockdown then faced his men and said “Well what are all waiting for? Destroy those demons!” But before he could pull out his gun, Scorn swatted him into a nearby tree. When another group of mercenaries began to shoot at the knight, Scorn then pulled out a sword from his back and used it to impale three of them and then tear them off with his tail hand. He then ran towards a few more mercenaries and bashed them into the ground before squishing all their heads. Scorn then used his tail hand to impale a nearby shotgunner and then threw him over the forest and out of sight.

When the ponies, Spike, Cade and Brains turned their attention to Strafe, they saw him stab a few mercenaries with his sword and shoot a couple with his crossbow. When two rocketeers jumped onto his back, his tails then jabbed themselves into the mercenaries and then flung them away. He then turned his head to see two shotgunners trying to knock him down only to get their heads cut off by Strafe’s swords. When another one tried to shoot off Strafe’s head, he was suddenly picked off the ground by Slug.

While the mercenary tried to free himself, Slug then grabbed him with both hands and then brought him down on his knee, breaking his back in two. Slug then turned his attention to a rocketeer who had just shot him in the shoulder and was preparing to load another one. Before he could fire, Slug brought his club down on the mercenary before using his sword hand to cut off the bodies of two mercenaries that ran up to him.

Finally, the ponies looked at Grimlock, who was tearing apart several mercenaries with his club while slashing other mercenaries with spiked hand. The ponies also clearly saw that he was making his way towards Lockdown who was beginning to get back up after getting smacked by Scorn. Just as he arrived and began to bring his club down onto the bounty hunter, Lockdown shouted “STOP!” toward the knight. Surprisingly, Grimlock stopped and put down his club while all the other Transformers looked at the bounty hunter. Just as all the noise settled down, Lockdown spoke to the legendary knight and said “Take a good look at me you reptilious scum! I am your superior mind and your rightful bringer of chaos! And I will not let a stupid, prehistoric, piece of garbage that was once my finest trophy beat me around like a-” but before he could finish, Grimlock grabbed Lockdown by the foot and began to beat him around constantly while all the others watched.

After a while of smacking Lockdown around until he was unable to move, Grimlock then threw the evil bounty hunter as far away as he could until he was out of sight. Seeing their leader defeated, one of the mercenaries yelled “Lockdown is down! Retreat, Retreat!” prompting all the other mercenaries to turn and run to recover their fallen leader wherever he was thrown to.

With the battle finally over, the four knights walked over to their respective allies and helped them get up. Drift looked at Slug and said “It is great to see that you survived.” Prompting the knight to give out a low roar.

When Scorn helped up Crosshairs, Crosshairs looked at his partner and said “Nice work Spike.” Spike (the dragon) heard this and said “What did he say again?” to the ponies who just shrugged.

Strafe helped up Bumblebee who gave out some friendly bleeps and Grimlock picked Hound up with his only actual hand.

After the knights were done helping up the Autobots, they then noticed the six colorful ponies and baby dragon next to Cade and Brains and slowly began to approach them. As the ponies backed up a little bit, Optimus walked over to them and said “Do not fear my friends, Grimlock and his knights will not harm you.”

As Grimlock lowered his head to meet the ponies, Twilight looked at him and said “Um, Grimlock is it? I just want to say thank you for your help protecting us from Lockdown.” Grimlock then gave out a low roar in response to the Princess.

Unfortunately, this ended up leaving the ponies and Spike confused when Grimlock didn’t respond with words. Rarity then asked Optimus “Did we say something to upset him?”

Optimus responded with “No Rarity. Grimlock is not upset with any of you. He was merely saying ‘you’re welcome’ in his own native tongue. He, along with the rest of his team, never learned Earth’s language.”

“Can you understand him then?” Fluttershy asked Optimus.

“Indeed we can Fluttershy. Now that you have been introduced to him, I think you all should meet the other legendary knights.” he said. 

Hearing this, Grimlock nodded his head and then called out to his men to come and meet the ponies.

As they walked closer to the Main Six Optimus said “ This is the knight’s assault infantry specialist Strafe, the savage warrior Slug, and the demolition specialist Scorn.” The other three gave out low roars to show they were happy to see them all.

Rainbow Dash then turned to Cade and asked “What’s with the ‘S’ names?” Cade just shrugged.

Spike then spoke up and said “Hey, if that guy’s name is Scorn, then why did Crosshairs call him Spike?”

Crosshairs walked over to him and said “That’s my nickname for him. Don’t worry; I’ll call him Scorn from now on okay?” Spike felt a little better hearing that.

Twilight then spoke up and said “Well now that we met you all, I think now should be the time to go to Canterlot and tell Princess Celestia about you guys.”

Optimus nodded his head and said “Autobots, transform and prepare to roll.” With that, the Autobots transformed into their vehicle modes while Grimlock and the knights transformed back into their dino modes.

This transformation ended up suprising the ponies and Spike with Rainbow saying “Whoa. Those forms are pretty cool!”

“Focus Rainbow! We gotta get ta Canterlot so we can tell Princess Celestia about that Lockdown varmit.”

“Then let’s get going girls.” Twilight told her friends.

With that, the Main Six and Spike ended up climbing into Optimus while Cade and Brains decided to hitch a ride with Bumblebee. Once everyone was all buckled up, the five Autobots and four knights made their way to the city of Canterlot.










By the time they had left the forest, it was almost morning.
