A gentle breeze was blowing its way through the training field next to Ponyville, snaking its way along a sizable oval track on the ground. Birds chirped tentatively on the tree branches nearby, singing out into the morning air. The sun shone clear in the endless blue sky above. Silence wrapped the area in its peaceful embrace. It was calm. But only for a moment. In an instant, the serenity was broken by a sharp whoosh. A bright blue blur flew along the racing track, almost invisible despite the blast of rainbows streaking out behind her. The crowd of pegasi watched in awe as Rainbow Dash soared across the racetrack; some envious, but most amazed at the pegasus mare's incredible speed. In a matter of seconds, Dash had flown around the entirety of the track and sent the anemometer spinning like a tornado. A lavender unicorn sitting next to the whirling machine was promptly knocked over by the force of the wind. She quickly regained her composure and took a look at the readings the anemometer gave. "16.6 wing power!" Twilight announced enthusiastically. "Rainbow Dash's best speed yet!" The pegasi onlookers immediately burst into a chorus of cheers and praise. Dash tried to be as humble as possible, but looked suitably haughty for the feat she had just accomplished. "Alright, everypony!" She declared when the crowd had calmed down. "Now that I've erased any doubts you might have had before, I want to see all of you get up to at least 10.0 wing power, no excuses! Now get back to work." With that, the rainbow maned pegasus flew off to talk with Fluttershy, leaving Cloud Chaser with a feeling of determination in her heart. Flitter, the similarly colored lilac mare next to her, turned to her spiky maned friend. "Wow, Cloud, isn’t she amazing? I don't think I could even dream of flying like that." Cloud turned to face Flitter, her purple eyes seeing the look of wonder on her face. She promptly gave Flitter a smack on the rump, making the pegasus jump and blush deeply. "Buck up, Flitter!" Cloud exclaimed with a grin. "How about you get out there and show us what you've got." "Well...maybe you should go first." Flitter replied nervously, looking away. "Come on, don't be a priss!" "I am not a priss!" Flitter snapped. "Prove it." And with that, Flitter huffed and floated off to the starting line. Cloud Chaser watched attentively as her friend got ready. Most of the other pegasi had begun training around the field, but some observed as the mare soared down the track. Flitter came to a halt at the end of the track, looking back at Twilight who read the spinning anemometer carefully. "8.5 wing power. Almost there, Flitter!" Flitter looked one part disappointed, one part determined as she flew back to where Cloud Chaser was standing, receiving a few congratulatory remarks from some of the watchers. Flitter trotted up to Cloud Chaser reluctantly, not sure what to expect, but Cloud gave her an approving smile. "Just a little more practice, honey, and you'll be there!" Flitter didn't look very happy. "I went, alright?" She said. "Now you have to go." "Sure thing, darling. Just don't be sad when I leave your score in the dust." Flitter scoffed in response, but smiled a little as Cloud Chaser flew to the starting line. Cloud looked back at her with a wink, faced the end of the other side of the track, and promptly shot forward like a bullet. Four seconds, tops. That's how long it took for Cloud to reach one end to the other. The wind ruffled through her icy colored mane and caressed her body as she flew. As quickly it started, it was over. Cloud came to a stop at the other end, briefly locking eyes with a stallion watching from the tree line not far away. She could recognize those bright blue eyes anywhere. Cloud quickly brought her attention to the spinning anemometer and the unicorn beside it. "10.4 wing power." Twilight declared. "Good work, Cloud Chaser!" Cloud received multiple compliments as she made her way back over to Flitter, who was standing there sullenly. "Great job, Cloud." Flitter said with a sad smile. "Awww, don't be sad, Flitter, I tried to tell you!" Cloud exclaimed before throwing her hooves around Flitter and hugging her friend dramatically. Flitter let out a squeak and turned red in the cheeks, but didn't protest. After letting Flitter loose, Cloud, by chance, turned to glance over at the racetrack. It was just then that a certain blue eyed stallion went flying across the track. In a few moments, the gray pegasus had reached the end, looking back at Twilight coolly. "10.4 again! Nice job, Stormblood." Cloud Chaser blinked for a second, not sure whether that was a huge coincidence or if the bastard had done that on purpose. Well, you have my attention! Cloud turned to Flitter and spoke calmly. "You go ahead and start training; I'll be back in a little bit." Flitter nodded and watched as Cloud flew off slowly in the direction of Stormblood, who was standing again at the edge of the forest. Most pegasi had started training, and Flitter trotted off to join them. It wasn't long before Cloud had landed not far the blue maned stallion, Stormblood, and she proceeded to saunter her way over to him. Stormblood looked over at her apathetically. "Something I can help you with, Cloud Chaser?" He asked plainly. "I was just wondering if maybe I could have a word with you in private, Storm?" Cloud replied with a toothy grin. "Alright, but quickly." Cloud beckoned Stormblood to follow, and she led him a little ways into the forest, just enough so they couldn't be seen from the training grounds. The grass was lush and vibrant, and golden rays of sun streaked through clearings in the trees. Cloud came to a stop, turning to face Storm, and was immediately greeted by his lips meeting hers. It was a slow, gentle kiss, and when he finally broke away, Cloud merely looked into his light blue eyes for a moment. "So..." She began, but was cut off when Stormblood leaped on top of her, the two of them kissing passionately. Stormblood ran a forehoof down the side of her body, feeling her wonderful curvature. Cloud could feel his tongue inside her mouth, eagerly returning the gesture. Storm broke away for a moment, his formerly serious expression now a playful grin. "So, remind me again why you don't want Flitter knowing about us? You know I hate acting all uninterested around you." He asked, giving her another peck on the lips. "She'll get jealous. Flitter hasn't been having much luck with stallions lately." Cloud replied between kisses. "Besides, she had a crush on you in Flight School. That might make things...awkward." Stormblood halted for a second. "Really? Huh." "What?" Cloud asked, feeling a familiar heat spreading throughout her body. "It's just..." Cloud cut him off with a particularly deep kiss. "Save it for after." She whispered. "You should tell Flitter to give mares a try." Stormblood had worked his hooves behind Cloud Chasers back, and was starting to turn her over onto her stomach. "Stallions kinda suck." "Oh really? Don't give me any ideas." Cloud breathed with a chuckle, before gasping as she felt something hard pressing against her. Storm had worked Cloud onto her stomach, and his erection was rubbing against her flank. He could feel Cloud start grinding up into him, and proceeded to run his length across her slit. Cloud shuddered as his head rubbed into her, making her moan and grind into him faster, her marehood growing wet. Stormblood finally stopped, pulling back and positioning his member. Without wasting any more time, he pushed forward, and was hit with an instant blast of pleasure. Cloud shook gently, letting out a deep breath as she felt him slipping into her. She relaxed her muscles, easing the entry. Storm came to a halt when his length was completely inside Cloud's body, and he began to move his hips back and forth, thrusting into her tight marehood. Cloud clenched her teeth, feeling waves of pleasure passing through her. Storm quickly started picking up the pace, pushing faster and harder with each passing second. The gray pegasus leaned forward, bringing his face to Cloud’s and gently kissing her burning cheeks. Cloud arched her back, pressing up into him and grinding in time with his thrusts. Storm used a forehoof to massage one of her wings, making the lilac mare gasp. Storm could still feel the blissful sensations surging from his groin, but they abruptly faded when Cloud rolled out from under him. Stormblood spun onto his back, about to question, when he looked down only to find Cloud’s head inches from his member. A sudden pang of pleasure spiked up his body as Cloud darted her tongue over the head of his length. She brought her head down, letting her tongue slide down his shaft to the very base and rise up again. She continued moving like this, making Storm moan quietly. Cloud brought her head and wrapped her lips around the top of his shaft. She slowly moved her head down, taking the entire length down her throat to the very base. She held it there for a moment, before swiftly rising back up. She sputtered for a moment, then noticed Storm's dumbfounded expression with a giggle. "W-where did you learn to do that?" He asked. "I guess I'm a natural." She breathed, panting, before moving down again. Cloud started bobbing her head up and down along his shaft. Stormblood moaned, looking into her light purple eyes. Sweat beaded her brow, and she was panting during breaths, but Cloud continued to quickly suck along his member. Storm rested a forehoof on the back of her head, slightly ruffling her spiky mane. The feelings of pleasure were intense, clouding Storms mind and making minutes seem to pass like seconds. He snapped out of the trance and looked down at Cloud, whose eyes were rolling back in her head. She finally pulled away, huffing and coughing, her chest heaving. "Are you alright?" Storm asked in concern. "There's no need to choke yourself." "I'm fine." Cloud panted. "Are you sure that-" Cloud cut him off with a gasp by rubbing a hoof against his member, stroking up and down gently. She took her hoof away, kissing along his body as she moved up to be face to face with him. "I'm fine." She grinned, leaning forward and planting a deep, wet kiss right on his lips. Cloud shifted her lower body, grinding her slit along Storm’s shaft. She moaned, growing wetter as waves of bliss began passing through her body again. Cloud brought herself up, positioning Storm’s rod, and then slammed downward at full force. She wasted no time, starting to rapidly bounce up and down on top of him. Storm matched her rhythm, thrusting up into her in time with her movements. Cloud let herself become lost, tongue lolling out and eyes glazing over. She could feel nothing but pleasure as Storm’s length caressed her velvety inner walls, stimulating every nerve in her marehood. Storm leaned up and wrapped his forehooves around her back, pulling her down and thrusting into her as she moaned. Chest to chest, he could feel Cloud’s heart beating rapidly. A fluttery, rising sensation was growing in both of their groins, and in moments they reached their climax together. Cloud Chaser felt a wave of ecstasy cascade through her entire body. Through the momentary haziness of her mind, she could feel her wetness from down below, and felt herself clenching on Stormblood’s member. Storm, meanwhile, experienced a similar euphoria, shooting his load deep into Cloud's body as he held her tight. The sensations died down after a short while, and Storm closed his eyes, panting, while Cloud rolled off his body and collapsed beside him. The two of them lay together, exhausted, one of Clouds hooves draped over Storm's chest, until they finally collected themselves. A few rays of sunlight were spraying down from the gaps in the trees above, like beams of gold around the two. The breeze was cool and refreshing, and finally, Cloud caught her breath enough to speak. "I guess I'd better check on Flitter, before she wonders why I've been gone so long." "Yeah, that sounds like a good idea…" Storm murmured, glancing away. Cloud looked up at him with a hard gaze. "What is it with you and Flitter? You were about to say something about her earlier." Cloud questioned. Storm just let out a sigh. "It's not about me and Flitter, it's about you and Flitter." Stormblood replied. "Huh?" "I'm surprised you haven't seen it yet. Cloud, Flitter likes you." "What does that mean?" "I mean, she likes you. A lot. More than a friend." Cloud Chaser looked at him in disbelief for a moment. Only for a moment. The lilac mare then proceeded to burst out laughing. Stormblood was the one in disbelief now, looking at her in confusion. "She does? That makes perfect sense! I don't know how I didn't notice it before." Cloud finally stopped laughing after a few moments. "That's...that's adorable! I don't suppose you'd be into a three-way relationship, huh?" Stormblood just looked at her flatly. Cloud suddenly grew serious. "Look, Storm, I'll work this out. She's my best friend in the world, but…I don't think we would work out together. I'll talk to her about this." Stormblood gave an understanding nod. "Well, we'd best get back before somepony misses us." With that, the two of them rose, cleaned themselves up, and made their way back towards the training field. The sun was just starting to lower in the sky, indicating that it was likely early afternoon. Stormblood gave Cloud one last peck on the lips, and the two of them trotted out of the forest. Things were, generally speaking, the same as before, with pegasi running the course and training around the field. Cloud spotted Flitter standing nearby, looking at the racetrack forlornly. She flew over and landed beside her friend. "Hey Flitter, wassup? You gonna try the track again?" "I was thinking about it." Flitter replied solemnly. "I've been training...but I don't think I'll get 10.0." "Well, honey, you never know until you try, right?" Flitter just nodded, looking remarkably hopeless. Cloud looked into her eyes with a smile. "Oh, and just in case you wanted some motivation." Cloud leaned forward, locking her lips to Flitter's and slipping her tongue into the other mare’s mouth. The momentary kiss seemed to last an eternity, and when Cloud broke away, Flitter just stood there, stunned. Cloud gave her a little smack to the rump. "Go get 'em, Tiger!" Cloud Chaser shoved Flitter forward, making her deliriously float to the starting line of the track. Flitter snapped out of her trance, finally realizing what had just happened, and Cloud swore her eyes turned into two big hearts. In a flash, Flitter bolted forward, soaring from one end of the rack to the other in a matter of seconds. Twilight sat, shocked, for a moment, before reading the anemometer. "10.6 wing power. Excellent work, Flitter!" Flitter floated back towards Cloud in a daze, shrugging off the praise she was receiving. Flitter landed next to Cloud, still confused. "What...what was that?" She asked, spacing out. "Something sappy, probably." Cloud replied with a grin. "Oh…alright..." Flitter looked down at her hooves. "So...um...you want to do that again?" "I don't see why not!" Cloud gave Flitter another long, deep kiss. When she pulled away, Flitter was completely catatonic. Cloud just chuckled and spotted Stormblood watching from the tree line. The gray stallion just shook his head and smiled. It was calm, just then. Not the quiet calm that most are used to, but the warm, happy kind. The sun was shining brightly, an air of joy blowing alongside the wind, and Cloud Chaser just grinned contently. She wouldn't have had it any other way... The End
