Applejack is the Element of Honesty, she helps saving Equestria from evil, but between those times, she also have a normal life as an apple picking member of the apple family.
Applejack may be an Element of Harmony, but that doesn't mean she can't have a normal life. A day when she just wakes up, works at the farm and stuff like that.

Applejack heard the sound of her alarm clock. She tried to turn it off in hope that she would be able to snooze for a couple of minutes but just as she''d managed to turn it off, there where something in her bed, jumping around, barking and licking her in the face.
"Winona" she laughed, "down!"
The dog didn't listen and continued to licking and barking. Applejack gave up and had a quick pillow fight with her dog before she got out of bed. She took a quick shower, got dressed and sat down on her bed, looking over the pad in which she had written down what she was required to do during the day. "Wake Applebloom" was first thing. She signed, getting her little sister out of bed was never a easy task. After that it was the usual. She grabbed a pencil and stuffed that the pad in one of her pockets, then she went downstairs to wake Applebloom.
As soon as she went out of her room the smell of Red Apple pie reached her. She went in to Appleblooms room and tried to wake her gentle, after fifteen minutes of trying she whistled and Winona immediately showed up. Applejack dropped her off on her sisters bed.
"Oh, oh, oh, No, don't... Oh my god" Applebloom complained before she tried to push Winona off. "AJ get her off me NAW!"
"What, ya didn't want to wake, and Ah think Granny's serving Red Apple pie downstairs" The older sister laughed to herself "and Ah don't know 'bout ya, but Ah'm hungry"
"Did ya say Granny's Red Apple Pie?!" Applebloom.
"Ah sure did!"
Applebloom particularly jumped out of her P.Js and into her clothes. "Tell them I'll be down in a minute" she called as she was looking for a hairbrush.
Applejack went out of her sisters room and run down the stairs. As soon as she sat down at the table she pulled out her pad and the pen and scratched "Wake Applebloom". The next thing was "pick apples". She rolled her eyes and took a bit of the pie on the table. Her big brother Big Macintosh was already in on what appeared to be his third bit. Applejack ate one more piece before she'd filled a bottle with water and packed down somethings that she could have use for in a bag and went outside to start her daily work.
Well outside she went into the barn and took a ladder, a barell and a small metal bucket and went to the very end of the orcade. She found a good tree to start with and putted the lader against the stam and picked the mature apples in the small bucket. When it started to get heavy she climbed down the ladder and putted the apples in the barrel. When she was finished with the first tree she moved the barrel and the ladder over to the next tree and started over. After about fifteen trees the barrel became too heavy for Applejack to move so she left it where it was and ran over to the barn to get another one. Before she took a new barrel she left a note to Big Mac so that he would know where the first one was. It was one of his jobs to drag back the heavy things who where left in the orcard after a days work. After about twenty filled barrels Applejack decided to take a break. She pulled out the water bottle she had stuffed into her bag in the morning and some apple pie that Granny had stuffed in there in the morning.
Thanks Granny, ya know just what Ah want! She thouht to herself.
Just when she was finished with her meal she saw Big Mac running towards her.
"Do ya need a hand, Mac?" Applejack asked.
"Yep" he answerd.
"Count me in," Applejack said "naw what's the problem?"
The barn was at the same side of the orcard as the house was, it was not far from the spot where Applejack had seattled down to rest. But it suddenly felt way longer away then it had felt when Applejack had fetched the barrel when she was at the far end of the orcard. When the two finally arrived Granny Smith was alredy there. Applejack ran to the corner of the barn where what looked like pieces of the roof had fallen down. "How did ya manage to do that?!" Applejack said, chocked. Big Mac quickly told her that Applebloom had been working in the barn and that there had been a spot that was weaker then he'd counting on. Applebloom had been in the scrubb to fetch somethings she thought she would need and the wole thing had ended up so that Applebloom had got stuch in there. "How do ya feel in there?" Applejack asked. "Fine" Applebloom shouted back "but it would be nice to get outta here." The familly started to move the pieces, but they soon realised that it was too heavy, even with everyone trying as hard as they could, and even Big Mac had to face that their efforts was pointless. He was just like... "Rainbow Dash" Applejack sudenlly shouted. "Your friend with the rainbow dyed hair?" Granny asked. "Ah'll go call her immedietly" Applejack said.
Sweet Apple Achers had only one phone. It was an old modell with the phone attatched to the wall via a cord. Applejack picked it up and called Rainbow. after a wile she answerd. "Hello, it's Rainbow, how am I talking to?" "Hi RD. It's me, Applejack. We have a emergency here, would ya like to come over and help?" "Sure, I'll be there in a minute" Rainbow said, then she hang up. Rainbow were soon there and Applejack explained the matter to her friend. "Then we better get started, or what do yo think, AJ?" Rainbow said quickly. With Rainbows help, the whole thing became mutch more easy and after about an hour it was done. As soon as they'd got Applebloom out Applejack sat off to call nurse Redheart, just to doublecheck everything was fine with her sister. Rainbow Dash had nothing planned for the day ond offerd to help Applejack with the work in the orcard. The rescue mission had taken it's time, after all. Applejack gladly acepted the offer and the two girls went outside, laughing and chatting with eatchother. "Girls this days" Granny Smith said "when I was young there was other manors. It was better then, don't you think?" "Yep" Big Mac answerd. Then he went on with her duities on the roof.
Applejacks work was mutch more enjoyable when Rainbow Dash made her company. They had been friends for a very long time and yet they had never visited eatchother at their work. Rainbow Dash worked at the weather station. It didn't seen to be the right type of job for someone how never was still for a second. Applejack had sometimes joked with Rainbow by telling her that it was almost as she had wings sometimes. Rainbow had only laughed and said that it was her dream to be able to fly. She had also told Applejack that she was looking for an new place to stay, she did not enjoy her current one mutch. AJ understood her. She had only been visiting Rainbows place a few times, but it wasn't exacty what someone in their age dreamed of. And Rainbow was the type who always aimed for higher and better. She had a very good self-confidence. It was as if nothing could sank it, an important thing for someone with dreams as high as Rainbows was. Applejack was happy to be where she was and did not aim for anything higher. she had learn that lesson long ago. They worked for several hours before Applejack recalled that she had to down to Smallville to get some stuff. Rainbow Dash admitted that it would be good to take a break and followed her. First on the list was some seeds they needed for the upcomming season. Then there where some things Granny Smith had asked for. They had wool from theri sheeps but Granny neened some equipment so that she could transform the wool the winter jackets and alike. The Apples in Smalville wasn't exactly low on moneys, but they could not afford more then neccecerely right now. The Cider season had already passed, along with the Zap Apples, so there wasn't mutch for them left to drag in money on right now. The shopping didn't took to long time, but just enough time for the two girls to be back just in time for dinner. Rainbow gladly stayed and the dinner offerd some intrestint matters.
"It came a letter from aunt and uncle Orange today" Applebloom said, "they have some kind of sale and wonder if we might me able to help them with the baking and apple realated stuff. They say that they'll pay us." "What do ya think Granny?" Applejack asked. "Is it worth it?" "I think we could send Applebloom there, along with her little friend Babs" "Exellent idea, Ah'll go call them" Applejack went to the telephone and Rainbow dash took her chance to ask what was going on. She knew the Oranges from what AJ had told her, but nothing more then that. Granny explained that this was not the same case as there had been with Applejack. This was only for a little while and Applebloom did not have to act like she was born in Manehattan. Just when she had said that, Applejack returned. it was quiet for a while, then suddenly, Rainbow begun to laugh to herself. "Hay, what's so funny" Applejack asked. "Thanks heaven Rarity isn't comming with them. I mea, not acting with 'grace and style' (as she calls it) in Manehattan!" This was just a little too mutch for the two friends and they both breaked out in laugher. AJ was trying to explan for her familly that Rarity was very nice and friendly, but she was also one of the biggest fashionistas in all of Equestria. The dinner went on as usual and soon Rainbow Dash went home and Applejack start to prepair herself for sleep. Just another day in her life (well, almost a usual day in her life) was over. She fell asleep in the ish that next day should be a non-adventure one.
But when you are an Element of Harmony, you never know what is comming up...
