Harmony is Lost

View Online

Harmony... the thing that Equestria relied on. Harmony was the soul, the heart, and the life of Equestria. Twilight Sparkle and her five best friends Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie possessed the Elements of Harmony. Twilight representing Magic, Applejack representing Honesty, Rainbow Dash representing Loyalty, Rarity representing Generosity, Fluttershy representing Kindness, and Pinkie Pie representing Laughter. Princess Celestia raised the Sun and Princess Luna raised the Moon, while Princess Cadence spread love throughout the land.

So... what does this have to do with harmony? Well, once we had it in our hooves it was lost like a snow-white pony in a blizzard. Princess Celestia was no more... only an alicorn monster. Princess Luna tried to fight with hope but lost brutally. The light inside her got switched off and was now a fire, burning her into ever-lasting darkness. Nightmare Moon was alive and so was Blazing Sun... fighting was no option, it was a command. Only one thing can destroy disharmony, though. We need Magic, Honesty, Loyalty, Generosity, Laughter, and most of all... Kindness. The Elements of Harmony... the only thing that can destroy the painful sorrow spreading throughout all of Equestria, but one thing stopped them in there path. There were no Elements of Harmony. The only thing left of the Elements were the shattered pieces of the jewels that were in the Elements.

"You might as well give up, Twilight Sparkle... you can't do it. You can't do anything. All your friends are lost... changed," Blazing Sun's burning mane sizzled as she spoke so evily.

Twilight Sparkle's mane was dripping blood and black goo. Her breath was faint. Dark magic was eating her quickly, pulling her away to Nightmare Moon's nightmare of pain.

"No... t-there is still light i-i-inside of t-t-t-t-them..." Twilight stared at Blazing Sun with anger. Her friends were still alive.

"Wow. You can still talk... most ponies would already be dead," Nightmare Moon said from the shadows.

Twilight's head turned slowly to face her five friends that were drained of their harmony.

"T-T-Twilight... I-I-It's m-m-m-m-e... F-F-Flu-Flutt-Flutters-Fluttershy..." A very weak voice peeped out.

"Shut up! Who said you could talk!" Chrysalis hissed.

"F-Fluttershy! Y-y-you're still alive!" Twilight's heart lifted.

"Awe... that's great to hear. It's too bad that I have to kill you now... don't worry. I'll be quick," Nightmare Moon grinned evilly.

Twilight gasped as Nightmare Moon darted from the shadows, her horn glowing bright blue. Twilight told her body to move, but it stayed where is was. Fluttershy shrieked in pain as her neck was sliced with a sharp horn. Blood poured down Fluttershy's chest. Twilight's eyes blurred as she cried fresh tears. Fluttershy collapsed on the cave floor.

"H-how DARE YOU?!" Twilight yelled in rage. Twilight stood up as her horn glowed brighter than the sun. Her dark purple eyes turned pure white. The shattered shards of the elements shook and lifted into the air. Echos of Twilight's words could be heard from inside the shards.

"Applejack... represents the Element of Honesty, Fluttershy... represents the Element of Kindness, Pinkie Pie... represents the Element of Laughter, Rarity... represents the Element of Generosity, and Rainbow Dash... represents the Element of Loyalty. When those Elements are united by the spark, they create the sixth Element... Magic!"

The Element shards circled around Twilight's friends, one by one in the order their Elements came.

"What's happening?! Nightmare Moon! Tell me! You've seen this before, right?!" Blazing Sun asked as Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, and Rarity started to rise. Nightmare Moon shook her head so that she didn't have time to see Blazing Sun gallop towards her. Her horn chipped off as Blazing Sun's magic blasted it was a red-orange ray.

"Ahhhhh! M-my horn... I'll kill you!"
Nightmare Moon's eyes filled with anger, but Twilight could she something... something lost in Nightmare Moon's grasp... something that needed to be released. The something was fear. Luna was still in there and was screaming for help, needing somepony to rip her out of her nightmare of pain. Twilight's eyes darted over at Blazing Sun, who's eyes were overruled by hatred and pure evil, but Twilight knew that somewhere in there, there was Princess Celestia... waiting for her star student to finish what she started. The lavender alicorn cried at the thought of the way this all started, but, at the moment, that didn't matter. All of Twilight's friends were alive... wait a second. Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, and Applejack... where's Fluttershy?

Twilight searched for her shy friend, but no matter where she looked, she could not find her Pegasus mare. She had all the Elements, all her power, but she did not have all her friends. How would the Elements work without Kindness? It wouldn't... all hope was lost. She lost... the alicorn sobbed, then like a light, she disappeared.

Whole New World

Twilight awoke to the sound of birds singing their beautiful song. Wait... birds? Where in the name of Celestia was she?! The alicorn slowly shifted her eyes open to see an ocean of bright green grass staring back at her. G-green grass... she hadn't seen grass in so long; all that was left on the ground was cave ground and blood. Twilight breathed in the fresh air, her wings springing opening.

"Sweet Celestia! I-I haven't smelled clean air in so long! Where am I?" Twilight shouted. The lavender alicorn looked at her surroundings. It looked like she was on Meadow Hill, usually the place where ponies come and have a picnic. How did she get here? A minute ago, she was battling Nightmare Moon, Blazing Sun, and Chrysalis, but now... everything is, well, perfect! A light blue figure zoomed above the bewildered alicorn.

Twilight galloped after the figure, "Um, excuse me? Can you help me with something?"

The figure stopped and landed on the ground, turning around. Twilight stood, frozen in shock. The Pegasus looked confused.

"Is somethin wrong, Twi?" Rainbow Dash asked. Twilight tried to speak, but she couldn't find any words.

"R-Rain-Rainbo-D-Dash... b-b-but you got- a-a-aren't y-y-you..." Twilight manged to get out.

Rainbow Dash cocked her head, "Twilight? Everything okay? What do ya need?"

Twilight shook her head, her mane flipping with her movement, "N-nothing... I, uh, could you come with me to Fluttershy's?"

Rainbow Dash smiled and nodded. Twilight trotted down the grassy hill, questions rushing her head like a race car. How is Rainbow Dash in good condition? Were all her friends okay? But most of all, how in the name of Princess Celestia and Luna did she get here?!

When at the door of Fluttershy's house, Twilight stopped before knocking, making Rainbow look at her in annoyance. Twilight placed her hoof down and sighed. Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes and pushed Twilight out of the way; she was getting annoyed. Rainbow banged on the door, and Fluttershy answered with a smile.

"Oh, why, hello. How are you two doing? Is there anything you need?" Fluttershy answered kindly. Rainbow stepped out of the way, letting Twilight take the spotlight.

Twilight came out of her daze, realizing she was supposed to speak, "Oh, I-I, uh... er, hi."

Rainbow looked at Twilight with anger now, "Look, Twi. You made me come here for a reason, now, what was it?"

Fluttershy cocked her head. Twilight gulped down hard. She thought about how to explain how she came from fighting Princess Celestia, Nightmare Moon, Chrysalis, that they had been almost dead, the Elements of Harmony had been destroyed, Fluttershy had been cut in the throat, and that Equestria had been burned to the core. Fluttershy invited Twilight and Rainbow inside, which they accepted. Twilight asked for Rainbow to go get Pinkie, Applejack, and Rarity so that she could explain what had happened. About an hour later, Rainbow returned with Pinkie, Applejack, and Rarity. Twilight told them all to sit down and that they needed to brace themselves, for what they were about to hear may frighten them.

"Okay... here goes nothing," Twilight said, breathing in some air. After, she let it all out. Her friends listened in awe, shock, and fear. Every word Twilight said was important to them. Every. Single. Word. They sat on edge as she finished her nightmare of a story.

Pinkie smiled happily, "Wowie, Twilight! That sounds horrible. How did you getting here anyway? Ohmygosh! Did you teleport with your magic or something? Or did you-"

"Pinkie, please. Twilight went through some pretty hard stuff, and we need to give her time," Rarity said, cutting Pinkie off. The lavender alicorn looked in surprise. They believed her?

"You believe me?" Twilight questioned.

Applejack nodded, "Ah course we do, sugarcube. You've been through some crazy stuff, and if that ain't somethin', then I don't have a clue what is."

Pinkie, Rarity, Fluttershy, and Rainbow Dash agreed. Twilight's eyes fell upon Fluttershy and her eyes filled with tears. The bookworm galloped into her friends hooves. Fluttershy and the rest of them stared with a confused face.

"I-I th-thought you w-were dead! I can't help it anymore! I can't fight anymore... I-I just c-can't..." Twilight sobbed. Fluttershy's eyes looked at Twilight with sadness.

"Shhh... it's okay. I'm here now and that's all that matters," Fluttershy whispered, stroking Twilight's mane with her light yellow hoof. Twilight slowly opened her eyes and stared at the Pegasus. A spark in her heart glittered like a sun, but quickly went away. Twilight's mind shut down, her body grew numb, and the only thing she could think of was that spark in her heart. Was it possible? No, it couldn't be. Fluttershy was her friend, nothing else. The spark said otherwise, though. It wasn't possible, it just couldn't be, but Twilight had felt this spark before with somepony else. It was nothing she hadn't felt before, but this was different. Fluttershy was a mare. The lavender alicorn's eyes filled with more tears at the though of it. She couldn't deny it, she just couldn't... no matter how hard she tried. The spark meant that she was in love with her friend. She was in love with Fluttershy.

A Spell for Two Lovers

Twilight yawned as she lifted her head from her pillow, not wanting to be awake at 3 in the morning. She had a horrible dream and was brought awake by it. The alicorn walked down the stairs to find Spike in the kitchen drinking some milk.

Twilight yawned once more, "S-Spike... what are you doing up this late?"

"I could ask you the same thing, Twi," Spike answered, drinking more milk. Twilight shook her head and headed for the fridge; she could really go for something to eat right now. Twilight returned with a daisy and daffodil sandwich, which she devoured within about 10 seconds.

"Ya hungry?" Spike joked. The lavender bookworm rolled her eyes. She looked around to look at all the books she had in her library, and of course, she had read all of them. They were very good books, and if she wanted, would read again. An awkward silence fell between the alicorn and the dragon, each not wanting to talk.

Spike had heard Twilight's story and believed it too. Twilight had also sobbed during the time she told him the story, for apparently, in the "other world", Spike had been killed. A small knock broke the silence.

Twilight raised her eyebrow, "Now, who would be her at this time?"

Twilight opened the door to see Scootaloo staring up at her, one of her wings bruised and black. She also had a black eye and a bleeding mark by her other eye. Twilight gasped at the sight.

"Sweet Celestia! What happened, Scootaloo?" Twilight asked bringing the filly inside her dwelling. The little orange filly coughed, sitting down but quickly jumping back up.

"OW! S-s-sorry, Twilight... I- uh... well, I was walking through Shadow Trees and I came across a snake. He looked really lonely, so I gave him a piece of an apple I had. After, he attacked me. Then, A dark green stallion beat my wing up. I tried to run, but the snake wrapped around my back hoof. The stallion cut my face and punched the other one," Scootaloo explained while Twilight rushed to go get her first aid kit. After she had found it, she dabbed Scootaloo's eye with a healing liquid Zecora had given her.

Twilight cleaned the cut with water, "Oh, Scootaloo. Why were you in Shadow Trees? Nopony should ever be in there."

"I know, but I got lost... I was crusading with Sweetie and Applebloom and on our way back I had to fix my scooter before I could go. I told them to go on home, so they did," Scootaloo coughed, wincing as Twilight cleaned her cut. After all the cleaning was done, Twilight carefully put a band-aid on on the no longer bleeding cut and put the first aid kit away.

"Why do I need a band-aid if it's not bleeding? I don't like band-aids!" Scootaloo wined. Twilight shook her head, not wanting to explain. Scootaloo yawned, followed by Twilight and then Spike.

"I think it's time we all go to bed. Scootaloo, you can stay over, but we are going to Rainbow Dash's in the morning, okay?" Twilight said, leading everyone up the stairs. Scootaloo nodded as she jumped on the bed with Twilight. Both mare and filly covered them selves with the sheets and fell into a deep sleep.

The next morning, around 7 or 8, Twilight awoke to the sound of muttering; Scootaloo must be dreaming. The alicorn got out of bed carefully, not wanting to wake the sleeping filly.

"Rainbow Dash... I don't think we should... if that's okay with you... uuugghhh..." Scootaloo moaned. Twilight's ears fell as her face grew warm; it was that kind of dream. Twilight walked down the stairs, some images running through her mind that she pushed away. After she finished the last step, she saw Spike making breakfast. The sound of little hooves filled Twilight's ears.

"Good morning everypony," Scootaloo shouted from upstairs. The little filly slowly walked down the stairs, her face was as red as a cherry. Spike returned with a wave; he's been really quiet lately. Twilight returned with a friendly smile, but the smile turned into a smirk.

"Was it a good dream?" Twilight said playfully. Scootaloo's face got even more red.

"B-be q-quiet..." Scootaloo hissed, trying to hide her blushing face, but failed to do so.

Twilight shook her head, "Sorry, no can do. How was your dream? Was it goooooooood?"

"I said shut up," Scootalo growled, a bit of anger in her tone. Twilight pushed on.

"All I wanna know is if your dream was a good or bad dream," Twilight giggled. The tip of Scootaloo's ears were turning red with embarrassment.

"I don't wanna talk about it! Shut up already!" Scootaloo yelled. Twilight burst out laughing. Scootaloo stomped over to the dining table, where Spike had set up breakfast. Twilight, just finishing her laughing fit, sat across from the still blushing filly.

"Scootaloo?" Twilight asked, eating the eggs Spike had made.

"What? By the way, no more dream talk," Scootaloo answered.

Twilight swallowed hard. She had been wanting to ask this question ever since Rainbow Dash and Scootaloo started hanging out, and now seemed like the best time, considering Spike had just left to do something and there was no one else in the house. Twilight breathed in air.

"D-do you- uh, well... do y-you have a crush on Rainbow D-Dash?" Twilight asked, expecting some kind of yell or scream from Scootaloo. But, there wasn't any, just silence.

Scootaloo stopped chewing her eggs, questions running through her mind. How does she answer? What kind of question is that? Why is she asking it? Does she like her? Twilight looked at Scootaloo with worried eyes.

"You know what? Never mind, it's none of my bis-" Twilight started.

"Yes..." Scootaloo cut her off. Twilight's ears took in the answer. Yes?

"I-is it w-w-wrong? I-I mean, she's a mare a-and I'm a filly a-a-and-" Scootaloo started to cry. Twilight pulled Scootaloo in and hugged her, the filly bursting into tears.

"No, not at all. There are many other ponies like you. Some mares like mares and some stallions like other stallions. It's a normal thing for somepony at your age to start realizing this too. If you promise not to tell anypony, I'll tell you a little secret," Twilight whispered. Scootaloo wiped her eyes and sniffed.

"I promise," Scootaloo sniffed.

Twilight smiled, "Pinkie promise?"

Scootaloo giggled, "Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye."

"Rainbow Dash likes mares," Twilight whispered into Scootaloo's ear. Scootaloo's wings flew up. Twilight giggled, "A little excited, are we?"

The little filly jumped up and down, but quickly stopped. Tears ran down her face again, "But... she's to old for me. She will never love me the way I love her."

"I think I can help you with that. If your okay with having an age spell done on you that is," Twilight smirked. Scootaloo looked up at Twilight.

"But, Sweetie and Applebloom. What will they do? I can't grow up without them. They'll miss me and I can't bear to leave them," Scootaloo explained. Twilight thought for a couple of seconds then had an idea.

"If it's okay with them, I could turn them into grown-ups too, or we could just go and talk to them about your problem. Maybe they'll understand," Twilight explained, heading for the door.

"Yeah," Scootaloo nodded, "lets do that."

"So, you're gonna change Scoots to a mare because she likes Rainbow Dash? I gotcha, but are ya sure you wanna go through with somethin' like this, Scoots?" Applebloom asked, eyeing Sweetie, who had already agreed with it and was happy for Scootaloo.

"Yeah... I really do love Rainbow Dash, and I wanna live my life with her. I think becoming the same age as her will really help," Scootaloo answered, ready for the spell to be done on her. Applebloom and Sweetie hugged Scootaloo as Twilight got ready to preform her spell. Scootaloo breathed in air, signaling that she was ready for her transformation. Twilight's horn glowed with a magenta-colored aura. It glowed brighter and brighter as a ball of light flew towards Scootaloo. The ball took Scootaloo inside of it and burst into little sparkles, revealing an orange Pegasus. Her mane was longer and her wings were bigger, and her flank held a scooter wheel with wings and a lightning bolt. Her cutie mark.

"D-did it work?" Scootaloo asked, her voice was a little deeper too. Twilight sighed and nodded at the new Scootaloo. Applebloom and Sweetie Belle's eyes darted over to her flank.

"You have a cutie mark! What is it? What's your talent?" Sweetie Belle screamed happily. Scootaloo looked at her flank to see her new mark.

"I do! Wow! Thanks, Twilight! Um... I guess my talent is scooter riding," Scootaloo said. Applebloom and Sweetie Belle stared in awe.

"Well, we better get going. I'll see you around, girls," Twilight said, waving good-bye. The two happy fillies smiled and waved good-bye then ran off. Twilight looked at Scootaloo, who was flapping her wings.

"You think you can fly?" Twilight asked with a worried tone.

"I think so..." Scootaloo flapped her wings harder and lifted up into the air, as if flying was a piece of cake. The mare smiled with a laugh following. She dashed around and flipped.

"I can fly! Oh, right. Rainbow Dash," Scootaloo said, flying to the Pegasus' house. Twilight giggled and followed her.

When at her house, Scootaloo swallowed hard before knocking. She closed her eyes and slowly knocked on the door. Rainbow Dash answered it and stood in shock at what she saw.

"S-S-Scoots? I-i-is that you?" Rainbow stammered. Scootaloo's eyes filled with happy tears.

"Yes... I have something to tell you," Scootaloo said, her face growing more red.

"Wh-" Rainbow Dash started but was cut off by Scootaloo's lips. Twilight smiled and turned around. Rainbow Dash stood in shock, but after a few seconds, returned her kiss. They stayed like that for what seems liked forever. Scootaloo broke away.

"I-I've always loved you a-and I-" Scootaloo started but was cut off by Rainbow Dash's hoof.

"I know... I've always loved you too," Rainbow Dash smiled. Scootaloo kissed her once more. After the happy scene, Scootaloo thanked Twilight and went inside with Rainbow Dash. Twilight's heart warmed with the thought of them together and happy. The alicorn flew down from the huge cloud and started to go home.

"That was great..." Twilight thought to herself, "Seeing two ponies together makes my happy. Now, only if I could find the pony for me... wait a second. The spark! What? Wait, no! Twilight, that's wrong. Fluttershy is your friend."

Just as Twilight was about to open her door to go inside, she heard a shriek, and a loud one too. Twilight's ears caught the voice of the scream.

"Fluttershy..." Twilight gasped.

Not so Perfect Anymore

Twilight galloped as fast as her hooves could go. If Fluttershy screamed that was not good. She screams a lot, sure, but this was a shriek of pure fear, and that meant trouble.

The alicorn blasted trough the door to find Fluttershy staring at Nightmare Moon's bright blue eyes with fear and horror. Twilight gasped as she saw Blazing Sun in the shadows. Nightmare Moon picked up Fluttershy's chin with her mane.

"Oh, sweet little Fluttershy... I missed you. The other one is dead," Nightmare Moon said evilly. Twilight felt a sudden burst of anger bloom inside of her. Twilight's horn grew bright as she galloped toward the evil alicorn. Blazing Sun took notice of Twilight and copied her actions.

Fluttershy's eyes filled with tears, making Twilight even more angry. The lavender bookworm's dark purple eyes turned white and her galloping grew into flying.

"Leave her alone or I'll kill you!" Twilight yelled with pure anger. Nightmare Moon's head darted over to Twilight, followed by Blazing Sun's and Fluttershy's. Nightmare Moon called Blazing Sun over and, like a light, they disappeared. Twilight skidded to a stop as Fluttershy stood in the middle of the room, mouth agape an eyes filled with tears.

"Fluttershy! Are you okay? What happened? What did they do to you? How did they get here?" Twilight rushed so many questions. The Pegasus shook her head.

"I-I don't k-know... I-I was just feeding the birds when I heard a loud crash inside of here, and when I went to see what it was I found Nightmare M-Moon," Fluttershy stammered. Twilight gulped down hard; this wasn't very good. Both ponies turned their heads when they heard the door open.

"Fluttershy! Oh thank goodness! What's wrong, darling?" Rarity gasped. Fluttershy placed her bottom on the floor and took in what just happened. Her forehead had little droplets of sweat spotted here and there. Her wings were slightly open and were shaking uncontrollably. Twilight was tempted to go and comfort the mare, but pushed it back. Of course, it was the right thing to do, but she might get a little carried away with the comfort thing. Fluttershy sniffed and got up to her hooves.

"Okay... I'm fine now. Th-they're gone and there not coming back, so-" Fluttershy started.

"But what if they are coming back? We need to make sure they aren't. Let's search around your house to see if we can find anything to prove that they are gone," Twilight interjected. Rarity nodded her head in agreement.

Fluttershy shook her head, "No. I'm sure they're gone. Now, you two can go home. I've got everything and I'm fine."

Twilight watched Rarity walk out the door. Twilight turned to see Fluttershy looking back at her, her pink and shiny mane blowing slightly in her face because of the breeze coming through the cracked window. Her light blue eyes read happiness, but still held fear. Despite of the fear in her eyes, Fluttershy kept a cute little smile on her face. Twilight's heart fell upon seeing the beautiful mare trying to hide her true feelings. Fluttershy walked over to Twilight, making Twilight come out of her daze.

"Uh...oh, hi," Twilight said awkwardly.

"Hehe, hi. Well," Fluttershy giggled, "are you doing home?"

Twilight face grew warmer than before, "N-no. I want to stay here and make sure everything's alright. Better be save than sorry."

Fluttershy stepped to face Twilight and sighed, accepting that her friend was not going to leave her house without making sure that she was safe. Twilight trotted over to a chair and placed herself on it, Fluttershy following. Fluttershy gently pushed Twilight to the side and settled herself beside the alicorn. It was a very tight space; Fluttershy's tail rubbed the back of Twilight's wing. Twilight's face grew even warmer and she shivered. Fluttershy seemed to notice.

"O-oh my, I-I'm sorry. I-I d-didn't mean to-" Fluttershy stammered. Twilight hushed her with her hoof.

"No... i-it's quite alright," Twilight smiled, shifting closer to her friend, "I'm kinda c-cold... would you mind i-if I..."

Fluttershy seemed to get warmer, but Twilight brushed it off. The Pegasus nodded, making Twilight snuggle with her even more. Twilight's wings started to open and her forehead began to sweat. No. That cannot happen. Fluttershy will think she's dirty and wrong. Twilight tried with all her might to push them back down, but they didn't listen. Her wings shot up, making Fluttershy jump in surprise. After her little surprised jump, Fluttershy's wings did the same. Twilight stared in shock. Did that happen because of her?

"O-oh m-my..." Fluttershy said, trying to hide her blushing face. Twilight's wings pushed out even more, making the alicorn blush deeper.

"Well... this is awkward," Twilight tried to sound funny, but it ended up sounding like she was choking on a rubber chicken. Fluttershy looked at her with a confused look. Twilight smiled awkwardly, pushing her wings back down a bit.

The Pegasus put her wings down, "Um... s-sorry. I-I don't know what happened."

Twilight nodded and turned around to walk through the back door to Fluttershy's garden. Birds, snakes, a bear, some bunnies, and fish swimming in a pond were running freely. At the corner of her eye, Twilight spotted Spike feeding the chickens.

"Spike? Hi!" Twilight smiled, making Spike turn around and wave then go back to feeding the chickens. Fluttershy came up beside Twilight.

Fluttershy waved to Spike, "He came here around noon and asked me if I needed any help, so I told him that if he wanted he could feed some of the animals. Did he tell you he was coming over here?"

"No," Twilight answered calmly.

"Really? I-I'm sorry! Did I make you worried? I hope you weren't," Fluttershy blurted. Twilight shook her head, making Fluttershy sigh in relief. Twilight walked back inside, Fluttershy following. The alicorn went and looked out the window and when she did, she gasped in horror.

"Wh-what?" Fluttershy asked, her voice cut up. Twilight grabbed Fluttershy's wing and pulled her over. Fluttershy gasped. There in the middle of her garden, Nightmare Moon and Blazing Sun stood with Spike in there hooves. The dragon was trying to pull away, but he was nowhere close to braking free. Blazing Sun let go, leaving Nightmare Moon to hold him in front of Blazing Sun. Nightmare Moon whispered something into Spike's ear which seemed to make him scared. Twilight's eyes filled with anger and horror as Blazing Sun stabbed Spike in the the chest, making blood drip down his chest and Blazing Sun's horn. Twilight almost fainted. Fluttershy's face turned green. Twilight galloped outside.

"What did you do?" Twilight yelled at the two evil alicorns.

"What does it look like? We killed your little assistant," Nightmare Moon answered. Twilight's eyes filled with tears.

"We are here to kill all your friends and family. If you don't return to our world within 3 weeks, we will kill everypony you know and then we will kill you," Blazing Sun added. Twilight stood in shock as she heard this. Nightmare Moon and Blazing Sun vanished, leaving Twilight to stare at the lifeless body of her assistant. The alicorn picked him up with her magic. Twilight burst into tears, making Fluttershy come up behind her. Fluttershy hugged Twilight, making Twilight's face go warm.

"I-I know... It's okay. Let's go get everypony. They need to hear this," Fluttershy whispered. Twilight nodded and stood up.

"But one th-thing first," Twilight said, making a small hole with her horn. Twilight lifted Spike with her magic and set him in the hole then put the dirt on top of the lifeless dragon. Twilight and Fluttershy stood before the grave and cried for their friend. Twilight hugged Fluttershy which she returned.

"O-okay. I th-think I can go now... l-let's go," Twilight sniffed.

With that, both mares were off to tell the friends the horrible news. One things for sure, Twilight needs to make sure that her friends are safe and that she goes back to "her world", or she will definitely pay.
