> Prologue: Death in the family

	The city of Manehatten was quiet tonight. Although some would argue that due to the screams that could be heard from the warehouse down on Starswirl street. Inside the abandoned warehouse an interrogation of sorts was going on, the poor sap that was being interrogated had decided to try and… borrow money from the most well known gang in the city, The Crespuscolos.

“Listen buddy all you have to do is return the money you stole from us and this can all be over,” the unicorn stallion said to the tied up earth pony colt.

“I..I don’t have it. I..I need more time.” The colt said. The unicorn then slammed his fist across the colt’s face making blood fly from his mouth.

“Sorry. But you know the rules. When you borrow money from us, you gotta pay when we tell you to pay. Now...where’s the money?” The stallion asked as he stared at the colt who had a bleeding lip. But the colt only spat blood into the stallion’s face making the stallion step back as he wiped his face.

“Buck off. I need more time to pay.” The colt said to the stallion. But then the stallion, after he wiped his face, grabbed a large wrench.

“Is that a fact?” The stallion asked. But before the colt could say something, the stallion slammed the wrench into the colt’s knee making him screech in pain.

“Now, are you going to pay back the money?”  The stallion asked the crying colt.

“Please! Just give me some more time!” The colt pleaded. But then the stallion slammed the wrench into the other knee of the colt making him scream again. The stallion then drops the wrench and picks up a pair of pliers.

“No. Celestia no! Please!” The colt pleaded.

“Thats enough Blueblood.” A male voice says. The stallion and the colt turn their heads and see the Head of the Crepuscolo family Shining Armor himself.

“Oh shit. Not him!” The colt says as he struggles to free himself from where he was tied. The struggle was in vain as the ropes were too tight to break out of. The blonde maned stallion, Blueblood, was rumored to actually take over the family should anything happen to Shining Armor, or at least until his little sister was old enough to take over. Blueblood stood up, perplexed as to why Shining told him to stop.

“Shining why in all of Equestria would you want me to stop now?” Blueblood asked the head of the family. Shining merely gave him a glare before grabbing his hand and twisting it around to the point of nearly breaking it.

“Do you want to ask another dumb question?” He asked the hurting stallion. Blueblood could only shake his head in order to not scream in pain. Shining accepted this answer and let him go. He turned towards the colt and gave him a warm smile that betrayed the cold look in his eyes. “Sorry about that Blueblood gets a little… excited during moments like this.”

“Excited? Oh gee, you don’t guess how much he gets excited.” The colt said back angrily. The colt then watched Shining Armor grab the pliers from Blueblood who was holding his hurting wrist.

“W..wait. What are you doing?” The colt asked the stallion. But Shining didn’t say anything to the colt. He just held the colt’s mouth open. Then using the pliers, he grabbed one of the molars and clamped the pliers on them. Shining Armor then began to pull and twist on the tooth as hard as he could. Then after a minute of pulling, the tooth came out and the hole began to gush blood making the colt scream in pain.

“Man. That one was rooted.” Shining said to Blueblood who was smiling at the colt’s pain.

“Please! I won’t tell anypony if you just let me go!” The colt pleaded.

“Sorry kid. But the rules are rules in our family. You take our money and don’t pay us, we take some teeth.” Shining said back. Shining Armor then placed the pliers down and grabbed a car battery and some jumper cables.

“No. No! Anything but that!” The colt yelled as Blueblood took off the colt’s bloody and dirty shirt. Shining Armor then connected the cables to the battery and then began to spark them making the colt quiver in fear.

“Please! Let me AHHHHHHH!” The colt screams as Shining Armor connects the cables to the colt’s body. Steam flew from where the cables were connected to the colt’s body. The colt screamed in agony as pure electricity was flying through his body. Then after a few minutes, Shining removed the cables from the colt’s skin. “OKAY I’LL TALK! I’LL TALK!” The colt screamed in fear. Shining smiled at this response and placed the cables down on the battery.

“See that wasn’t so bad wasn’t-”

That was very impresssssive young one A voice said in the darkness. Shining turned towards where he thought the sound came from.

“Did you hear that?” Shining asked Blueblood who only gave him a look of confusion.

“Hear what? I think that your sleepless nights are finally getting to you brother.” the blonde stallion said to him. The tied up colt, still frightened by the two stallions, started to see several figures through the windows of the warehouse. The shadows only seemed to be observing but as the colt looked closer he noticed that their eyes, sweet Celestia they had glowing eyes!

“WHAT ARE YOU TWO SICKOS PLAYING AT HUH?!” The colt screamed at them. The two stallions looking at him with a glare in both their eyes.

“What are you talking about you… idiotic… Mother of Celestia what the hell are those things?!” Blueblood shouted as he pointed towards the small creatures on the windows. The first ones to break through were completely barbaric trashing everything in their line of sight that wasn’t shrouded in light. Shining Armor and Blueblood grabbed the pistols they had in their holsters and fired at the creatures but each time one connected the creature that it hit merely laughed or made a joke in a disturbing voice, “hehehe That tickled.”

“Shining, what do we do?!” Blueblood asked as he shot at a creature.

“Keep firing! They’ll have to die soon!” Shining replied. The two stallions did as he said and fired at the creatures until the worst fate fell them. They ran out of ammo.

“Oh fuck me.” Shining said as he tossed the pistol away. Then a creature came down and tried to walk towards them, but Shining figured out their weakness when the creature’s foot burned in a bit of light. But before they could retreat into the light that surrounded the tied up colt, however, one of them finally spoke up.

“Okay time out here now. Where are our manners?” The biggest, though it wasn’t saying much due to it being about up to Shining or Blueblood’s chest, said as it walked forward. “Eh sorry about scaring you there bro we just got a little excited was all.” The demon shrugged.

“Excited? YOU NEARLY GAVE ME A HEART ATTACK!” Shining screamed in anger. The demons that surrounded the awkward trio started to snigger in humor before they started to tense up. The creatures, once arrogant and practically lively, started to become angry for lack of a better word.

“Well buck it seems we don’t have much time. Listen you with the blue mane. Did your dad tell you the little secret?” The demon from before asked Shining. The stallion only gave him a confused look before it face palmed itself. “Great, just wonderful. Okay short version you don’t have it inside of ya okay? You aren’t the wielder this time.” As the last word escaped it’s mouth the warehouse exploded in a bright flash of light, disintegrating all of the strange demons all around the ponies and bullets began to fly into the warehouse making Blueblood and Shining take cover. Shining managing to peer around the corner of a steel crate he saw something he’d never thought was real. They were Alicorns with bright white wings and holy golden armor.

“Are those...angels?!” Blueblood asked.

“I-I think so.” Shining replied before he saw one that was pink in color “Is that… Cadence?” Shining asked. Without Shining Armor seeing him do this, Blueblood saw an icepick laying on the floor next to him. Blueblood reached for the icepick and managed to grab it. Shining saw what Blueblood was trying to do and grabbed the stallion’s arm and neck.

“You...rotten...traitorous bastard!” Shining said angrily.

“I’ve been waiting for this day for some time Shining Armor! After I do this, I’ll become the next one to take over the family business!” Blueblood yelled as he tried to stab Shining.

“Too bad you’ll become swiss cheese!” Shining said with a smile.

“What do you mean?” Blueblood asked with a confused look. The angel in pink though saw what he was about to do and lifted up her hand. Shining suddenly became frozen, unable to move a muscle. Blueblood could only stare as his old rival was lifted before the pinkish Alicorn who looked at Shining with what appeared to be sorrow.

“This form… still loves you Shining Armor. So in honor of her last request before we took over I shall spare you on one condition.” The alicorn said as she grabbed Shining’s face and brought it in close. “Where. Is. it” she asked. Both stallions figured she was talking about whatever the demons from before told him. Blueblood, however, managed to escape the wreckage of the warehouse and got into the black car he and Shining rode in with the young colt, who probably died in the ensuing chaos.

“I. Don’t. Have it.” Was all Shining managed to choke out. The Alicorn suddenly lost her motherly features and gained those of pure rage instead.

“DO NOT THINK YOU CAN LIE TO US HOST! WE KNOW THAT THE ABOMINATION IS STILL INSIDE OF YOU! IT HAS TO BE!” The creature that was once Cadence shouted at Shining Armor. He continued to tell the same thing to her, although several times he tried to reach out to Cadence, but he started to notice that his body was suddenly felt warmer. Before now he had always felt a little cold but being near this… angel has changed him. She made him felt warm as if he was near an open fire. But then a powerful pain surged through his stomach. He looked down and saw that the angel impaled him with a knife. But before Shining Armor blacked out, the angel said something to him.

“You’re right. It doesn’t flow through you. We’ll have to find whoever it flows through.” The angel said as she placed him onto the ground gently. Then as his vision faded, he watched the angel fly off into the dark sky.

“T..Twilight.” Was all he was able to say before he couldn’t breathe anymore.





The next day startled Twilight Sparkle as she woke up inside her dark room to find it pierced by the sunlight. She started to make herself some breakfast when she noticed something… Shining Armor, her own brother, was missing. Fear soon clutched her chest as she automatically assumed the worst has happened k-keep it together Twilight. It’s going to be fine no need to panic any minute he’s going to walk through the door and everything will be alright. She thought to herself, more for comfort than anything. And as though she knew it would happen she heard a knocking on the front door. Excited that it might be her brother she ran towards it and opened it… only to find several of her brother’s employees instead.

“Twilight Sparkle?” The one in front asked.

“Y-yes?”

“It pains me to say this but I’m sorry. Last night after a business meeting your brother and Blueblood were attending there was an accident. Blueblood is alive but your brother… I’m sorry but your brother never made it.” The stallion said with remorse in his voice. Twilight took a moment to process what he just told her and when she did her whole life suddenly came crashing down around her.

“No… no h-he can’t be dead. YOU’RE LYING!” Twilight yelled at him, beating his chest with her fists. After a while she just wept in sorrow on his coat. As she did so though she could’ve sworn that, in the dark corners of her mind, she heard the sound of a mad mare laughing in pure insanity.
> The Darkness Takes Hold

	Five years have passed since the death of Shining Armor and the suicide of his wife Cadence, who couldn’t handle the pressure of her husbands death, and since then The Crepuscolos have become less like the gang that Shining’s father created and more on the lines of being just another mob group in the city. There were those that objected to how the new don, Blueblood, ran things but most were not that eager to speak out of terms. The exceptions were the 6 hitmares that cleaned up any loose ends that needed to be taking care of.

Among this team was Twilight Sparkle, the true heir to the family business and leader of the group, always carried twin 44. Magnum Revolvers which were her special weapons given to her by Shining Armor when she was a teenager. Applejack, who was a muscular hitmare whose family was in deep connections with the Crepuscolos, carried on her back a Model 870 Shotgun which was a powerful gun at short range. Rarity, who was once with another mob until they left her for dead and the Crepuscolos came and took her in, carried a Model 586 Revolver with a six inch barrel. Rainbow Dash, who was the hard headed of the hitmares, once grew up on the streets and and still had connections with some of the gangs she met such as The Steel Wing Griffons and The Shadowbolts, carried a Micro Uzi. Pinkie Pie, the wild and insane hitmare, used explosives and was a demolitions expert. And the last of the group was Fluttershy, who wasn’t much of a talker, used a .243 Winchester Sniper Rifle since she had good aim.

“C’mon Twi I need to show you this!” Applejack said excitedly. Twilight was recently taken out of her bed by Applejack, and nearly choked said assailant, who wanted to show her something upstairs.

“Why is it so important that you had me dragged away from a few moments of sleep AJ?” Twilight asked irritably. The time was somewhere around eleven if she remembered right but that didn’t explain to her why Applejack took her out of her bed so early… unless, “Are the others up there by any chance AJ?” Twilight asked slyly hoping to get an answer out of Applejack.

“Uh, uh, nope!” Applejack answered a little too quickly for Twilight’s taste. Twilight knew that Applejack was a terrible liar and so she automatically knew where the others were.

“Twi’, I need you to close your eyes for a sec’.” Applejack said to her friend.

“Alright.” Twilight said as she closed her eyes. With Applejack as her guide, she walked up the stairs and up to the upper floor of her home. Twilight then heard the sound of an opening door and walked in with Applejack.

“Alright. Open your eyes.” Applejack said in a high pitched voice. As Twilight opened her eyes, she heard the yell of her friends. “SURPRISE! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TWILIGHT!” The room that she was in had been filled to the brim with party streamers and other party favors strewn along the walls. On a nearby table were several Apple Family ciders, one of The Apple Clans covers, and a cake with several candles on it.

“Congratulations egghead! You’re finally legal!” Rainbow Dash shouted above the music box that was blasting. Each of her friends had brought in separate presents that were covered mainly by brown paper.

“It was the only kind available darling but I tried to find something more fitting for you.” Rarity said with a little bit of pride in her voice. Pinkie, as usual, was bouncing up and down with excitement as she saw the look of pure happiness on her friends faces.

“This is the best party I’ve ever made for you girls!” She yelled.

“It t...took a while to get the money for some of t..these. B..but after some skull cracking, I managed t..to get enough money for your gift from me.” Fluttershy said quietly. Twilight just smiled at her friend to let her know that she appreciated the thought. 

“So Twilight, cake or gifts first?” Rainbow Dash asked as she picked up a gift from her.

“It’s a Crepuscolo tradition to open presents before you eat on a birthday. So presents first.” Twilight replied. Her friends then picked up their gifts and stood in a line to give Twilight her presents. Applejack was first.

“Here ya’ go Twi. It took me a bit to find it, but I know you’ll love it.” Applejack said with a smile on her face as she passed the gift to Twilight. Twilight opened the wrapping paper and saw it was the Whetstone 12 Inch Hunting Knife she’s been searching around for.

“Applejack, where’d you get this?” Twilight asked as she observed the blade.

“I know a guy who sells good things. Luckily he had that knife and I got to it before he sold it.” Applejack explained. 

“Thanks Applejack. I love it.” Twilight said with a smile. Applejack smiled back and walked over to the table with her family’s cider on it. Rarity then walked up and gave her gift to Twilight. When she opened it, Twilight’s eyes shined when she saw it was a diamond necklace.

“Wow! This is….beautiful Rarity.” Twilight exclaimed.

“I’m glad you love it darling. I found a jeweler downtown who gave that to me for a good price.” Rarity said back. Rarity then backed away and Fluttershy slowly walked up to Twilight.

“H..here you go Twilight.” She stuttered as she passed Twilight her gift. When Twilight opened it, she gasped to see that inside were two 44. Magnum Revolvers that were hers but their colors were changed to purple and silver.

“So that’s where my guns went! You took them for this?” Twilight asked as she observed her weapon.

“Sorry if it makes you mad T...Twilight. B..but I thought I’d do something nice for you so I took your gun and found somepony who’d paint it your colors.” Fluttershy said as she took a step back. Twilight gave off a giggle.

“It’s fine Fluttershy. I actually love it.” Twilight said making Fluttershy smile.

Twiiiiliiiight.

Twilight’s ears perked up at the voice calling her name. She looked around and saw nopony except her friends. Pinkie then bounced towards her and gave her gift to Twilight. When she opened it, Twilight saw that Pinkie, being an explosives lover, bought her a pack of C4.

“Thanks Pinkie. I’ve been needing more C4.” Twilight said as she placed the explosives down slowly.

“Your welcome!” Pinkie said as she bounced away.

Ohhhh Twiiiilliiiiight.

Twilight’s ears perked up again making her look around again.

“Twilight, are you okay?” Rainbow asked her friend.

“I’m...fine. I just thought I heard something.” She replied. Rainbow Dash then passed Twilight her gift and when Twilight opened, she saw it was a book. But it was never one she read. It was titled The Darkness: A Guide to the Shadows.

“Rainbow, where’d you get this?” Twilight asked as she observed the book. Rainbow remained silent for a bit.

I found it after I pried it from a dead pigs hands. Ssshe didn’t want to let go for some reason. The words came from Rainbow Dash’s mouth but it wasn’t her voice. The voice that came from her was more ancient, malevolent, and it was the exact same voice that Twilight heard not to long ago in her own head.

“R-Rainbow that’s not funny!” Twilight said to her friend, whose eyes suddenly became yellow as did the others in the room, and they started marching towards her mouths agape as if they were trying to say something. “WHAT ARE YOU?!” Twilight shouted and then she heard it. That same laughter from five years ago after she was told of her brothers passing and then finding Cadence hanging from a ceiling fan. The laughter was followed by the sound of her friends breaking their bones and then seemingly melting in front of her before they formed an armored creature that stood menacingly in front of her. The face of the creature peeled back to reveal… her own face underneath.

I’m you Twiiiiiiiliiiiiiight! The demonic creature said to her, laughing as it came closer.

“N-NO YOU-YOU CAN’T BE M-ME!” Twilight screams as she covers her face. Then creature’s mouth then grows several bloody fangs and lunges towards Twilight with a primal screech making her scream in horror.

“Twilight! Twilight!” Rainbow yelled as she shook Twilight’s shoulder trying to break her hallucination. Twilight then opens her eyes and sees her friends with a worried look on her faces.

“Twi’ what the hell happened to ya’?” Applejack asked with a worried tone. Twilight then saw she was in the corner of the room and on her butt. She then looked at the book Rainbow gave her and saw it was a Daring Do book that she’s been wanting for a while.

“Twi’, tell me. What’s wrong?” Applejack asked as she placed a hand on her friends shoulder.

Nothiiiing isssss wrong with you Twiiiiliiiiight.

Twilight quickly covers her ears and lets out a short scream in fear as she quivers.

Twiiiiliiiight! Embrace the Darknesssssss! 

“Twi? Are you-” Applejack started. But then a sniper rifle bullet came through the window and went through Applejack’s head sending blood and her brains everywhere in the room. The girls screamed in fear as Applejack’s body fell to the floor and gunfire started to tear through the place.

“Oh shit! Ambush!” Rainbow yelled as she grabbed her gun. 

Twiiiiliiight! Usssse the power of the Darknesssss or DIIIE!

“TWILIGHT YOU HAVE TO GET OUT OF HERE!” Rarity shouted but no sooner had she said this then a bullet went through her heart silencing her forever.

“RARITY!” Fluttershy yelled, her eyes suddenly going from sad to anger in mere moments. She picked up her Sniper Rifle and started picking off some of their attackers one by one. Rainbow ran over to Twilight and helped her up.

“COME ON TWILIGHT I KNOW A SHORTCUT OUT OF HERE!” She yelled. Rainbow and Twilight were just about to exit the bullet ridden room when they heard Pinkie Pie scream. Both of them turned to see her clutching Fluttershy in her hands, a bullet through the timid pegasus’s head, and crying into her dead friends head.

“G-go I’ll h-hold them o-off.” Pinkie sobbed a little as Rainbow and Twilight nodded and headed out the door. But as the two left the room, a powerful explosion went off sending the two of their hooves and onto their stomachs. Rainbow turned her head and saw the arm of the pink pony laying the rubble of the room.

“PINKIE!” Rainbow screamed angrily as tears fell from her eyes. Twilight had to pull her friend away to stop her from shifting through the rubble.

“SHE’S DEAD RAINBOW COME ON! IF WE DIE HERE THEN PINKIE AND THE OTHERS DIED FOR NOTHING!”

I cooould heeeellllp Twiiiiiiliiiiiiight! The demonic voice repeated.

“I DON’T EVEN KNOW WHAT YOU ARE!” Twilight shouted into the darkness. Rainbow had little time to ask who Twilight was shouting at when she felt what could be described as a hot spike go through her leg. Rainbow yelled in agony as she clutched the leg the bullet went through. Twilight turned around and was about to help her friend up so that she could use her wings but Rainbow knocked her away.

“But Rainbow-”

“N-no Twi. You and I both know that I’m probably not gonna live through this. So go.” Rainbow ordered as she held her leg.

“Rainbow-” Twilight started as tears flowed from her eyes.

“GO! GO TWILIGHT!” Rainbow roared. Twilight did as she ordered and began to run. Twilight ran through the now wrecked building at her top speed, every now and then she teleported, but the one thought that plagued her through this whole thing was this. She had failed her friends the very idea of this statement was enough to dissolve her into tears. It was this, perhaps, that made her unable to see the hole that was dead ahead of her as she fell in. As she closed her eyes to accept the inevitable, she heard an old clock ringing.

Helllo Twiiiiliiiight. I’vvvveeee waaaaittttteeeeeddddd sssso long to mmmmmeetttttt you young one. The voice said but more clearly this time. Twilight noticed that she was actually floating over the pit that she fell into. But what truly caught her attention was the smoke. She then saw a shadow. But this wasn’t any normal shadow she’s seen. It was whole and in the shape of her. It’s eyes were a bright yellow and it’s mouth...well it had no mouth.

“Who or what the hell are you?” Twilight asked the shadow.

IIIIII’m theeeeee deeeeemon that liveeeeeesssss withiiiiiin your ssssssoul. IIIIIIIIII’ve beeeeeen waiiiiiiitiiiiiiiiing to meeeeeeet you for tweeeenty one yeeeeeearssssssss. The shadow replied as it walked towards Twilight. The unicorn merely stared back at the shadow as it started to circle her.

“Why?” Twilight asked the demon who laughed that same sickening laughter.

 Yyyyouuuuuu aaaareeee my vesssssel on thisssss world. Mmmmy preeevioussss hosssts were but mere farm animalssss to mmmmmeeeee. It spoke. Twilight continued to stare before she suddenly remembered something.

“Wait. Are you here to help me or try to kill me?” Twilight asked.

Eassssy and sssssimpleeeeeee. I want to heeeeelp you kill theeeeesssssseeeee bassssstarrrrrdssssss. Alllllll you neeeeeed to do, is makeeeeee a deeeeallllll with meeeee. The shadow replied.

“What kind of deal?” Twilight asked.

Asssss you can seeeeee, I’m a sssshadooooow. But through yooooouuuuu, IIIIII am boooorrrrn. IIIIII’m in coooooontrollllll. And youuuu arrrre nothing mmmmoooorrrreeeee than my puppet. Buuuut iiiif you heeelp meeeee, I willll ressssurreeeect your friiiiends. Twilight’s eyes widened at what the shadow said. Should I take the shadow’s offer? I don’t want my friends to die. So what do I do? she thought to herself. It took a minute but she gave the shadow an answer.

“I...accept the offer.” Twilight said to the shadow. The shadow laughed as it started swirling around Twilight, who started to fall once more. As she fell she felt her skin rip open as the armor that she saw on the demon from her vision earlier started to appear on her body. Covering the mare’s entire body was an armor that was black as shadows and it was rigid and spined. On some spots of the armor it was blood red. Her head was then covered by a metal helmet that ripped through her skin as well. The last thing she felt before the demon took over was the feeling as though wings busted through her back and the demons own voice mingled with her own shouting to the heavens “AT LAST! I FEEEEEDDDDDD!”.
> Feeding Time

	Rainbow Dash held the wound in her leg tightly hoping to keep the blood from flowing from bullet hole. 

“D..damn this hurts!” She said angrily in pain as she kept a tight hold on her wound. Tears of pain flowed like a river down her as the wound burned. As she held the wound, she heard the sound of hooves walking towards her. She looked up and saw a Unicorn mare with a .10mm Pistol walk up to her. The mare’s fur was red as the blood flowing from Dash’s wound and her mane matched her tail which was short and shadow black. She had dark red eyes and she was wearing a black dress.

“Well, well. If it isn’t the infamous Rainbow Dash. The one who’s snapped necks with her bare hands.” The mare said as she smiled towards Rainbow Dash.

“You know about me?” Dash asked in confusion.

“Of course. Who doesn’t know you? But they’ll know the mare who killed her.” The mare said as she cocked her pistol and pointed it at Dash’s head.

“Before you pull that trigger, can I at least know your name?” Dash asked the mare.

“It’s Mary. Bloody Mary.” The mare replied. Rainbow then closed her eyes and prayed. Bloody Mary then slowly squeezed the trigger of her gun and smiled since she would become famous for killing Dash.

“HEY!” A mare yelled. Bloody Mary stopped and looked to her right. Dash opened her eyes and saw somepony she wished she never saw back there. It was Twilight Sparkle and she had her head dropped.

“Ah….Twilight Sparkle. The sister to Shining Armor who was the once leader of the Crepuscolos.” Bloody Mary said as she removed her pistol from Dash’s cranium. 

“I see you’ve researched me.” Twilight said without looking up.

“I have. Hey! She’s here!” Bloody Mary yelled. Then quickly after that, a group of the attackers armed with all sorts of guns appeared and pointed them at her. The sound emitted from Twilight’s mouth was disturbing, no down right bone chilling, to say the least. Twilight, a mare who Rainbow has known to have a laugh that normally felt comforting, now laughed like one that belongs to a pony that needed to be locked up in an insane asylum.

“Oh it’s been so long since I’ve had any real fun! Please do provide me with some form of entertainment before I eat your hearts!” Twilight yelled. Bloody Mary then aimed her pistol at Twilight and fired making her fall over and then she aimed her pistol at Dash.

“Say you’re-” Bloody Mary started. But then a ravenous roar was heard. Rainbow and Bloody Mary looked at Twilight who got up like nothing happened to her and the two went wide eyed when they saw two, black demonic heads armed with spines and fangs erupt from Twilight’s shoulders. But then Bloody Mary shot Dash in her head making blood and brains scatter across the floor and onto Mary’s face. The twin demon heads were long and snake-like creatures that had long serrated teeth and glowing eyes that extended along their bodies. The glow in their eyes, at the moment, were a burning bright yellow color and they seemed to have minds of their own as they lashed out at each other.

“NO I WANT TO RIP APART THE PONIES!” the one over her right shoulder yelled at the left head.

“TOO BAD BROTHER! I CALLED DIBS ON THEM WHENEVER WE RETURNED TO THIS WORLD!” The left one yelled. Twilight stroked both of them with a clawed hand.

“How about you both take half?” Twilight suggested to them.

“AGREED!” The heads roared back happily. The two heads then slithered through the air like snakes as they approached the ponies.

“FUCK! OPEN FIRE!” Bloody Mary ordered as she aimed her gun. The other ponies did as she commanded as fired their guns. The left head grabbed one of the ponies by the hoof and dragged him off as the pony screamed. The right head using its retractable spines sliced through a Griffon sending its blood and intestines flying into the air until they hit the group with a wet and slimy thump. The pony that the left head dragged off came back to the fight and pulled out his gun.

“You okay?” Another pony asked.

“I’m fine. But you’re not.” The pony replied. But then the left head was seen and as it moved its mouth, the pony moved his. The pony then shot his gun and planted a bullet through the other pony’s skull.

“Good job.” The head said happily. The left head then using its large and bulking fangs ripped the pony’s head off bringing the spine with it. The head then dug into the pony’s corpse and brought out his heart and devoured it.

“Tasty.” The head said as it licked its lips. The left head then joined its brother into the slaughter bashing through ponies and griffons. The left head and right head grabbed a pony by her legs with a quick yank in opposite directions, the pony was split in half like a wishbone. “HA I got the bigger half.” The left head teased it’s younger sibling as it wrapped a griffon and the right one tore it’s spine and skull, still connected, from it’s victim leaving a slumped hybrid on the floor dead.

“OH! Here’s a trick I’ve wanted to try since we first met that one two legged creature! What was his name? Ja-key or something?” The right head said. As one it and the other head slithered towards a terrified pony and grabbed her. The left head held the poor mare’s leg open and the right one plunged into the depths of the mares… dark area and pulled her spine and skull out. While this was happening, Twilight grabbed an AK-47 off of a dead Griffon and began to fire at her attackers. She shot and killed 3 ponies and two griffons with the AK before it ran out of ammo. Luckily Twilight remembered her birthday gift Fluttershy had given her before this all happened.

She reached into her holsters that were on her pants and pulled out her purple and violet .44 Magnum and the .44 Magnum that was silver and gold given to her by Shining Armor before he died. She then began to fire at her enemies as the heads ripped any survivors apart and devoured their hearts. The right head grabbed a griffon and wrapped around him like a snake until it popped its head through the griffon’s chest spreading blood everywhere. It then let go of the griffon making its body fall to the ground.

“Mary, I’m almost out of ammo! What are we gonna do?” A pony asked. Bloody Mary didn’t answer him for a minute but came up with an answer.

“Fall back!” Bloody Mary replied as she ran for the door. She was almost out until the left head bit down on her ankle and dragged her back to Twilight who was singing a horrifying tune.

“Mary had a little lamb, little lamb, little lamb. Mary had a little lamb whose fur was bloody red.” Twilight sang as she walked towards the pony. Then the left head raised itself up and held Mary in the air. “Now Mary you know what you did here was wrong didn’t you?” The demonic mare asked her. Normally Mary would have said “Go Buck yourself” but right now that didn’t seem appropriate.

“Y-yes I do a-and I’m s-sorry. Please don’t kill me.” Mary begged, Celestia and Luna above she actually begged for the first time in her life, to the demon in front of her. She prayed that this beast would spare her even though she and her squad killed her friends. Twilight seemed to be considering this for a moment even talking with the two heads on her back. As the conversation ended Twilight turned back towards Bloody Mary with a final decision.

“Okay I’ll spare you and your little squad… On one condition.” Twilight started to tell her.

“Of course! I’ll do anything!” Bloody Mary yelled.

“Alright. Tell me who sent you here to kill me and my friends!” Twilight ordered.

“I...I can’t.” Bloody Mary started. Twilight then gave the mare an angry glare.

“And why not?” Twilight asked in an angry voice.

“B-because I-I was given the money to kill you by somepony with a hood on. I-I never saw his face.” Mary replied. The left head then dragged Bloody Mary closer to Twilight who had an organic metal helm covering her face. Then after a minute of staring at the mare, the left head releases Mary making her drop onto the ground.


“Oh thank you! Thank you!” Bloody Mary said repeatedly as both heads merely started to cackle slightly as though they were sharing a private joke. “What? Did I say something funny?”

“Well… yes and no. Yes because you apparently thought you were going to get away from this unharmed huh? Well too bad. And no because… why the hell not?” Twilight said to the broken mare in front of her. As Mary braced herself for the worst outcome Twilight saw something that interested her. Off in the distance was a glimmer of light that could only be coming from one thing. A sniper rifle.

“Get down!” Twilight said as she tackled Bloody. A bullet zoomed by her mane and then when they looked up, the sniper was gone. When the two mares got up, Twilight glared at Mary and told her, in a very menacing voice, “This changes nothing you nag.” Twilight let the assassin go and saw her stumble over herself. Then as the assassin went out of sight, Twilight felt a surge of pain go through her body. She then felt a massive stinging sensation coming from her shoulders. She then watched the heads that were coming from her shoulders revert back slowly into their spots.

Exceeeeeleeeent Twiiiiiiliiiight! Thisssss wassss an exceeeeleeent massssssacreeeeee The shadow’s voice said to her. Twilight tried to turn around towards some of the mutilated bodies but the moment she saw one that was wishboned her stomach couldn’t handle the sight and she puked.

Whaaaatssss the maaaatterrrrr? Cannnnn’t taaaake a liiiiittleeeee bloooooood? Twilight heard the shadow ask in a sarcastic voice.

“Sorry. I’ve never split somepony in half.” Twilight replied in an irritated tone as she wiped the vomit off her lip.

Weeeeellll doooooon’t wooooorrrrry! It’sssssss only the beeeegiiiiiniiiiing! The shadow yelled happily.

“Okay. But now….it’s time for your part of our deal.” Twilight said.

Yesss, yesss, okay. Five murdered maresss coming right up The shadow said in an almost casual tone as though it was talking about the weather. Within the space of a few moments portions of the shadow started going towards the areas where each of her friends died. The first one that it reached was Applejack who was still slumped up against a wall. Then it was Rarity followed by Fluttershy, Pinkie, and finally Rainbow Dash. 

Each of the bodies were then lifted into the air and suddenly arched as though they were in pain. Twilight breathed a sigh of relief as she saw each of her friends coming back to life slowly. Twilight was amazed to watch the bullet holes in her friends refill themselves and to watch Pinkie Pie’s dislocated arm reattach itself by regenerating muscle and skin. The bullets that entered her friends were pulled out from their wounds and fell to the floor. Then the shadow’s glow dropped her friends which fell to their knees which made Twilight happy. The five mares looked up and saw a smiling Twilight staring at them.

“Twilight! Y-you’re alive!” Rainbow yelled as she ran up and hugged her friend tightly. Twilight returned the hug and began to shed tears.

“Twi’ what the buck happened to us? I remember asking ya’ what was wrong and then everything just went blank.” Applejack asked her. Twilight searched through her brain for a suitable answer to tell her friends.

“W-we were attacked. Some hitsquad tried to kill us but we beat them back. The five of you were knocked out by a blast that one of them placed in the building, you would’ve loved to see that Pinkie.” Twilight said quickly. The mares except Dash gasped in shock.

“Oh my. So how’d you beat them back?” Rarity asked her. 

Sssshoooow them theeee Darkneeeessss Twiiiiiliiiight! Maaaaakeeeee theeeeeem seeeee why theeeeeessssssseeeeee basssstaaardssss are nooooo moooore!

“I...it’s a long story Rarity. I promise I’ll tell you girls soon. But for now, we’ve gotta get moving. Those hitsquads could have backup coming.” Twilight replied. The group started to run off into the night towards the one place they knew would have answers, The Crepuscolo mansion.

	As Mary ran away from the wreckage of the safe house she and her crew just destroyed she couldn’t help but remember how everything went to Tartarus real fast. First was when the leader of that small group, Twilight Sparkle, somehow survived a shot from her pistol through the head. But then… she remembered the horror that followed her strange revival. She remembered those black, demonic heads that bursted from Twilight’s shoulders and tore through her crew. The Griffons were gutted like a common deer, the Pegasi had their wings clipped and their head yanked from their bodies along with their spinal cords, the Unicorns were slashed to pieces by the head’s spines, and the Earth Ponies were mutilated all together. 

And her best friend had her skull and spine yanked out of her….dark area. Normally something like this would have made her want to kill the mare even more but after seeing what that monster was capable of she didn’t want to chance it. Plus she spared her. Despite everything that happened her target, a ruthless hitmare herself, spared her. Mary promised herself that one day she would repay the favor to her and she never broke a promise to anypony. She finally made it back to the mansion she was told to go to should the mission succeed or fail. Bloody Mary opened the door and closed it behind her.

“Now where’s the gas?” Bloody asked herself as she checks the mansion. Then when she looked into where Shining Armor’s office was, in his desk she found a special gas grenade. It was filled with knockout gas that knocked out the victim of it for a few hours. With it in her hand, she ran out of the office and hid somewhere. Meanwhile, the Mane Six made their way to the mansion and walked in.

“Now Twilight, why are we here?” Rainbow asked.

“To get some answers about who tried to make us swiss cheese. I have a strong feeling that whoever paid Bloody Mary and her crew paid them here.” Twilight replied.

“But why would one of our own family put a hit on us?” Applejack asked with a curious voice.

“You know that some of the family hates us. It could be anypony in the family.” Rarity said.

Twiiiiiliiiight! Daaaangeeeeerrrr! The demon from earlier told Twilight. She was about to turn around and warn them when.

“WHO IN TARNATION SAID THAT?!” Applejack yelled. Rarity had a look of confusion on her face as well.

“Darling I assure you that we are alone in-”

Aaaarrrreeee you aaallllooonnneeee Rarrritttyyy BBBBeeeelllleeeee? A voice called out, much more elegant than the one Twilight heard before. Rarity nearly screamed out in shock before they heard the sound of something rolling on the ground.

“GAS!” Pinkie screamed but it was all in vein as the grenade expelled it’s contents and the mares, coughing all the way through, soon slumped into unconsciousness. Twilight was the last to slip into a dreamless sleep as she noticed a familiar mare wearing a gas mask walk up to her.

“Bloody Mary. You...bitch.” Twilight said as she fell to the ground. 

“Sweet dreams Twilight.” Bloody said with a smile. Bloody then takes her phone from her pocket and dials a number and places it towards her ear.

“Hey it’s me. I got the mares.” Bloody Mary said.

Excellent. I’ll send somepony over to get them. Just...leave them by the door. The pony on the other end said.

“Alright. Bye.” Bloody said as she ends the call. As she is about to leave Bloody looks down and notices that Twilight is still at her hooves. She wanted more than anything to leave this bitch here but then she remembered that she owed Sparkle her life. So being as cautious as she could be Bloody Mary picked up Twilight and pulled her over her shoulder and hid Twilight along with herself in a nearby room with plenty of light to see what will happen. Bloody watched a group of stallions come through the mansion’s door and grab the five mares. The stallions then dragged the mares through the door and they drove off from the mansion. Bloody let out a sigh of relief but then she stood still when she heard this.

“Ey’! Watcha doin’ with me’ pony?!” A demonic but yet Coltney-like voice asked. Bloody Mary turned her head and saw a knee high creature. It looked like a dragon but with dark purple scales and spines, bright glowing eyes, and it was wearing a Coltney flag shirt. 

“Aww! You’re so cute.” Bloody Mary said in a tone an adult would talk to a baby. The creature seemed repulsed by this and nearly tore out her hair.

“Aye’ suggest you take that back ya’ nasty little nag!” The creature yelled. As the two struggled neither noticed that the guest of the hour started waking up. As Twilight started to get up slowly she saw Bloody Mary struggling with… a midget dragon? No it looked like a dragon but it was no where near enough to be considered even a drake. She tackled the mare and knocked both to the ground. “OY’! What the bloody Tartarus was tha’ for eh’?” The creature shouted at Twilight. But her attention wasn’t focused on the small creature rather the mare that was so dumb to actually come into her home and knock outher friends only to have them taken away. Oh yes she was going to enjoy making her suffer.

YEEEEESSSSSS! MAAAAAKEEEEE HEEEEER SSSSSUFFEEEER! RIIIIP OOOOUT HEEEEER HEEEEART! The demon sounded like it was about to have an orgasm at the mere prospect of her killing this mare. Just as the first head started to poke out Bloody Mary propped up her hand. “WAIT PLEASE I’M SORRY OKAY! I’M SORRY FOR TAKING YOUR FRIENDS AWAY FROM YOU THE FIRST TIME AND TRUST ME I REALLY WANTED TO GO HOME AFTER WHAT I JUST SAW TONIGHT!”

“Why should I spare you?” Twilight asked her.

“Yeah? Why should she spare ya’ life?” The creature asked.

“Look! I owed you for sparing me! So now I’m taking my debt!” Mary replied.

“I call bullshit on that! You sent me’ friend ere’ to snoozy land! And you ad’ her friends taken away from er’!” The creature said angrily.

“I know! And I’m sorry! I’ll really make it up to you! I’m specialized in getting guns, vehicles, anything you need! Please just don’t kill me!” Bloody pleaded. Twilight merely stared at the mare as she decided about what to do.

“Watcha’ gonna do?” The creature asked his friend. Twilight turned towards him and then the head she just summoned up before she decided.

“I… will spare you. As long as you help us out with our little situation I promise no harm will befall you. But if you even so much as try and backstab me and my friends I will end you personally understood?” Twilight finished with a menacing glare. Bloody Mary then leaned forwards and hugged Twilight’s legs.

“Oh thank you, thank you, thank you! I promise I’ll help you with anything!” Bloody Mary said happily.

“Well now that that’s done, care to tell me about you?” Twilight asked as she stared at the small creature.

“No prob’! I’m what’s known as a Darkling. But call me Spike. I came from your noggin so anytime I can appear!” The creature said with a smile on his toothy face.

“Well Spike, care to tell me about my...condition?” Twilight asked as she quoted.

“Oh that. It’s something special it is. It’s what I and other Darklings call ‘The Darkness’.” Spike said with a bit of enthusiasm in his voice. Twilight gave him a stern looking face before she nearly broke out laughing.

WHHHAAAATTTTT ISSSSS SSSSSSOOOO FFFFUUUUNNNNYYYYYY AAAAABOOOOUTTTTT MMMMMY NNNNAAAAMMMMEEEEE! The demonic voice rang inside of Twilight’s head. The loudness of the voice made Twilight clench her head in pain. The Darkness only laughed at her as her headache increased. Bloody Mary just stood there flabbergasted as to what just happened.

“Never make fun of the Darkness Twilight. It’ll buck you up real good it will.” Spike warned.

“Thanks. So Mary, where are my friends being taken?” Twilight asked the mare.

“They’re being taken to a hidden prison somewhere in Appleoosa. It’ll take us a few days to get there.” Mary replied.

“Appleoosa? Great! Down some cider, buck a few mares, it’ll be fun!” Spike said happily as he jumped in the air.

“No Spike. We’ll be going there to get my friends.” Twilight assured.

“Aww. Can we at least get some cider while we’re there?” Spike asked her. Twilight let out a groan knowing Spike won’t let out of this.

“Alright.” Twilight said to him.

“Sweet! Alright, let’s get crackin’! So how we gonna get to Appleoosa?” Spike asked as he leaped onto Twilight’s back.

“I don’t know Spike. We can’t get there by train or by hoof. I guess we’ll drive.” Twilight replied as she headed for the armory.

“Ooh! Ooh! Can I drive Twi’?” Spike asked in an excited voice.

“Buck no! By how you act you’ll run over anything that moves!” Twilight yelled.

“Party pooper!” Spike said angrily.

“I’ll get you a car Twilight. A fast one.” Mary said as she dialed on her phone.

“Thank you Mary. So Spike, can you summon more like you?” Twilight asked as she placed ammo in her Magnums.

“Sure can! Anytime ya’ need backup, just give me a call and the Darklings will come running to ya’!” Spike replied boldly. With that the Darkling leapt into a nearby hole in the ground, which Twilight assumed was a portal to his dimension, and vanished. She turned back to Bloody Mary who just closed her phone.

“I just finished talking with my contact. He’ll be here in a few moments. So what’s the plan boss?” Bloody asked Twilight, earning a surprised look from the lavender mare. “What? I don’t work for that creepy ass stallion anymore so you're my new boss.” She stated. Twilight merely nodded and turned back as she loaded her last round into her left magnum. As she placed her gun into it’s holster she turned towards a machine gun on the wall. Twilight grabbed it, loaded it with as many bullets as it would fit, and placed it on her back. She then heard the sound of a car horn. She walked out of the armory and saw Mary inside a dark purple Ferrari.

“Sweet ride Mary.” Twilight said as she jumped in the driver’s seat. She turned the car on but before she drove off, she felt something cling to her seat. She turned her head and saw Spike.

“What? You’d think I’d miss this? Let’s go!” Spike screamed happily. Twilight then slammed the motor and the three began their journey to Appleoosa.

	Applejack never felt more humiliated in her whole life. First she was knocked out during a huge firefight and now she and her friends were being carted to Celestia knows where.

DDDDOOOOO NNNNOOOOTTTT SSSSSPPPPPEEEEEAKKKKK HER NAAAAMMMMMEEEE!!!! A voice yelled in her head. Great now on top of things she was hearing voices in her own head now. She shook her head, wondering if she was going insane, and started trying to work on getting her hands free.

“Don’t even try getting your hands free. Those cuffs are made of solid steel.” A stallion said in the front of the truck as he drove.

“Y’all won’t get away with this! Mah friend will find yah and make you pay!” She said angrily.

“That’s what we’re counting on. So sit tight and keep that large mouth shut!” The stallion said. Luckily while the stallion couldn’t see Applejack flipped him the bird. Then in front of her was a solid black object that stood in front of her.

“What the-” She started. But then to her surprise, out of the object came out a small creature.

“ELLO’ PONY!” The creature said in a Coltney accent. She only could stare at it as she continued to struggle with the cuffs. Applejack wondered why the thing wasn’t moving towards her.

“If ya know who Ah am then why in tarnation can’t you get over here and cut these damn cuffs!” Applejack demanded angrily of the creature who only shrugged as it responded.

“Sorry sheila but me and light don’t mix well.” The creature said. Applejack then faced palmed herself.

“So do ya’ need me to cover up that light spot for ya’?” She asked.

“That would be nice. You’re a really nice mare.” The creature said with a smile.

“Thank ya’. Name’s Applejack.” She said to the creature.

“It’s Spike. Nice to meet ya’ Applejack.” The creature said back.

“Alright Spike. One sunlight cover comin’ up.” She said as she took her hat off. She then, trying her hardest, slid the hat to where the sunlight shined and covered it.

“Thanks. Now let’s get those cuffs off ya’!” Spike said as he moved like an ape towards her.

“Cuse’ me a quick sec’ Applejack. I need to grab me’ saw.” He said as he pulled off his cat skin hat and reached into it. When he pulled it out Applejack tried to keep her face as straight as possible due to seeing a hacksaw, made of bone, being pulled out of it. Spike soon began working on the cuffs as fast as he could but at that moment.

“HEY WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT THING?!” The stallion from earlier yelled as he stopped the truck causing Spike to fall forward and land in front of Applejack’s marehood.

“Hey! Watch where ya’ land ya’ pervert!

“Bugger me.” Spike whispered as he got back up and resumed to cutting the cuffs, quickening his pace. The guard had already called for help though and Spike was running out of time. So he placed his saw back in his hat and pulled out a chainsaw. He then sliced through the cuffs and just in time for the guard just appeared. Spike though was invisible as he hid above him.

“Where’s that thing?” The stallion asked as he looked at Applejack.

“Ah don’t know. Ya’ must’ve scared it off.” Applejack replied. But before the guard could say anything, he was attacked by Spike who leaped onto his face and slammed his head into the guard’s face and luckily after two shots he killed the guard. Spike then grabbed the guard’s gun which was a Winchester M1897 Pump Action Shotgun.

“Ere’ ya’ go lass.” He said as he passed her the gun. Applejack smiled as she felt the familiar weight of the gun in her grasp again. She cocked the shotgun and then got into the driver’s seat as she started to hunt for her friends. Several guards tried to stop her by ramming into her with their own trucks only to be met with a full on shotgun blast to the chest. She started grinning as the guards kept trying to hinder her and then she filled them with lead.

YYYYYEEEEESSSSSSS! MMMMMOOOOOORRRREEEE GGGGGOOOOORRRRRREEEEE!!!! That voice said again. Applejack’s moment of hesitation costed her as she felt a bullet go through her leg.

“AH FUCK ME!” Applejack shouted as she nearly ran off the road.Then she suddenly felt a piercing pain in her shoulder so extreme as though she felt her shoulder was going to rip apart. She felt her shoulder and felt that a rifle bullet went it.

“Damn!” She said angrily.

“Ey’. Applejack.” A familiar voice said. She turned her head and saw Spike with a worried look on his face.

“Lass, do ya’ need some elp’?” Spike asked her in generosity.

“Yeah ah could. See if ya’ can distract the guards long enough for me to get this bullet out.” She ordered him.

“Can do!” He said boldly as he saluted. He then hopped into the seat and when he came back out, he was wearing a black suit and a black hat. 

“Cuse’ me Applejack, can I borrow your gun?” Spike asked her.

“Sure thing.” She replied as she passed her shotgun to him.

“Thanks lass. Now sit back and watch the fireworks.” Spike said happily as he cocked the shotgun. The small creature then leaped forward through the windshield and onto another truck and then Applejack heard a loud boom as she covered her eyes from a massive explosion. She looked and saw a crater where Spike and the opposing truck were just at. Just before she could start feeling sorry for him the pit from earlier appeared and out popped Spike. “BUGGER THAT HURTS!”

“Y..ya’ survived that?” She asked in surprise.

“Of course. I’m immortal so no matter what I do, I can’t die.” He explained.

“Well at least you’re alright. Now let’s find our friends.” Applejack said as slammed on the gas pedal and began to drive. They arrived at a nearby warehouse as the truck had run out of gas.

“But we don’t know where they are. For all we know they could be miles from us.” Spike exclaimed. But before Applejack could say anything, she heard screams and yells of her friends. So she ran to where the screams came from and saw that her friends were behind a large truck. She ran to the back but saw it was locked.

“FUCK!” She screamed.

“Miss Applejack, allow me.” Spike said as he reached into his hat. And then when his hand came out, he had a lockpick. Spike then walked up to the lock and began to work. After a few minutes, the lock unlocked and Spike pulled it off the doors. He then opened the door and saw that Applejack had good ears. In various places in the truck were each of Applejack’s friends. Pinkie was hanging over a pit of scorpions, Cheesy as hell Spike thought to himself, he turned his head to see Rainbow with her hands wrapped in barbwire, Fluttershy was chained from her hooves to her head and hanging upside down, and Rarity was severely beaten and her hands were in steel cuffs.

“Blimey they are in bad shape aren’t they?” Spike asked. Applejack just leaned forward on the rail they were on before Spike pulled her back. “Whoa there lassie we can’t save all of them just yet.” Spike told her which only earned a glare from Applejack.

“And why the hay not?” Applejack asked with venom in her voice. But before Spike could say anything, the sound of a Ferrari engine was heard from a distance. Spike and Applejack turned their heads and smiled when they saw who it was. They saw in a dark purple Ferrari their friend Twilight Sparkle. The Ferrari rammed through the warehouse, startling all the guards inside as Twilight and another mare exited it even though it was still moving. The car crashed into a guard killing him instantly as his blood splashed onto the car. Twilight and Bloody Mary then pulled out their guns and began to fire and luckily for Twilight the twin heads came out of her shoulder.

“FINALLY! TIME TO PLAY!” The right head screamed with joy.

“Ey’! Don’t forget me!” Spike screamed as he leaped onto a head and rode it like a surfboard. “COWABUNGA!” 

“Twilight!” Applejack screamed as she joined the gun fest and began to fire on the guards. As she turned to fire on a guard, she saw a mixture of scared and surprise to see a pitch black creature wrap around the guard and pop through her chest.

“Twi-” Applejack started. But then she gasped when she saw that the heads came out of Twilight’s shoulders.

“We’ll talk about it later Applejack but right now we need to get the others out of here. Can you get Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash?” Twilight asked. Applejack barely nodded but nodded none the less. Twilight smiled as she went back to shooting the rest of the guards and even flinging Spike at one of them who tore apart a guard's face before ripping the whole head off. Applejack first ran over to Fluttershy as the yellow pegasus started to pass out from the blood rushing to her head.

“A-Applejack.” Fluttershy managed to get out.

“It’s alright Fluttershy. Let’s get you outta here.” Applejack said as she placed her in the truck. Applejack then went back to the truck to grab Rainbow Dash. Twilight and Bloody Mary then kept their fire on the guards and Spike kept on his funny business as he tore them apart with his claws.

“Why the fuck is it so hard to kill this thing?!” A guard screamed as he shot at Spike.

“Miss me, miss me, now ya’ gotta kiss me!” Spike yelled as he dodged the gunfire. Then as he went behind a crate, he saw a large axe meant for cutting wood. His grin widened even further somehow as he picked it up. “Let’s cut to the chase mates!” He yelled as he took one whack with the axe and cut off the head of a griffon. As this was happening Applejack finally cut through the barbwire that held Rainbow Dash who was about to wince in pain but then saw that her arms were… just fine.

“What the buck AJ?” Rainbow asked her. Applejack didn’t know either but soon an explosion caught their attention as they saw Bloody Mary leap from an explosive barrel. Rainbow Dash growled a little when she saw her. 

“Ya’ can deal with her later Rainbow. Right now we need to get ya’ out of here.” Applejack said as she picked her up. Meanwhile, Twilight had the last guard pinned between a service crate and her.

“W-what do y-you want?” The guard asked.

“Easy. Who assigned you to take me and my friends out?!” She asked angrily in replying.

“H-he said if I t-told you he’d k-kill me.” The guard said as he began to shed tears. The left head quickly slithered and grabbed the guard by his leg and held him up in the air.

“I’ll kill you if you don’t tell me who sent you!” Twilight roared angry.

“ALRIGHT! IT WAS BLUEBLOOD!” The guard yelled. Twilight could only stare at him with a surprised look. She then slammed him to the ground and pushed him on to a nearby wall.

“YOU’RE LYING! BLUEBLOOD WOULD NEVER DO THIS SHIT! I KNOW HIM TO WELL AND HE’S TOO COWARDLY TO PULL SOMETHING LIKE THIS!”  Twilight roared at him the heads snapping at themselves in anticipation of the meal they were about to receive. The pony started to break out in cold sweat a little bit as he saw that the heads then slithered off and helped Pinkie and Rarity out of their predicaments.

“I swear it was him Twilight! I never wanted to do this but he promised to kill me and my family IT’S THE TRUTH I SWEAR!” The guard cried.

“Alright. What else did he say to you?” She asked.

“Well...he said to keep you distracted long enough so he can see three fillies in Ponyville.” He said. Twilight’s eyes widened in shock. She should’ve known. Twilight running as fast as she could ran to Applejack.

“Twilight, what’s wrong?” Applejack asked.

“WE NEED TO GET TO PONYVILLE FAST!” She screamed.

“Whoa. What’s the rush?”  Rainbow asked her noticing a scared look in her eyes. Twilight then shed a few tears before she relayed them the horrible news.

“He’s going after your sisters.”

“Whoa whoa whoa! Blueblood’s going to Ponyville?!” Rainbow asked.

“Yes. And he’s heading after your sisters. Sweetie Belle, Applebloom, and Scootaloo are in massive danger unless we move fast!” Twilight replied as she grabbed the truck keys off one of the dead guards. She then started up one of the trucks that stood in the desert. But as she did so she felt a rough hand grab her turn her around and saw that Rainbow had a look of controlled anger.

“Tell me the truth Twilight. I know you just lied to the others I saw them die so mind explaining that part to me? Also when did you get those demon heads and why didn’t I get hurt when Applejack pulled those wires off me?” Rainbow asked in a slight angry voice.

“Rainbow, I swear on my life that the CMC being in trouble wasn’t a lie.” Twilight said.

“That’s not what I meant. Back at the safe house you told them they survived that hit. So how is it Fluttershy doesn’t have a bullet hole in her head?” Rainbow asked as she stared directly at Twilight.

‘Rainbow, even if I did tell you, you wouldn’t believe me. You’ve gotta trust me.” Twilight said as a slight drop of sweat fell from her face.

“Try me.” Dash said to her.

“Alright. Back at the safe house, an entity in me began to talk to me. It calls itself…. The Darkness. It said that if I killed those thugs, it would bring you back to life along with the others.” She explained. Rainbow just stared at her for a little bit before responding.

“And you didn’t think that this thing probably had a little plan of it’s own for us?” Rainbow said angrily as she showed Twilight her hand. She then cut it with a small knife and made Twilight watch as it healed itself.

“S-sorry Dash. B-but I… I um…..” She stuttered as she rubbed the back of her head.

“You what?” Rainbow demanded from Twilight.

Ccccccccuuuuuuuttttttttt hhhhhhhheeeeeeerrrrrrrrrr sssome sssllllaaaacccckkkk Rrrrainbow DDDDaaaassssshhhhhh. A voice echoed. Rainbow only shook her head before staring at Twilight again.

“I…. I….. I can’t bare to live without my friends.” Twilight said making Dash step back. 

“So you made a deal with something evil just to save us?” Rainbow asked her.

Evil? HAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA! TTTTTHHHHIIIIISSSSSS IIIIISSSS WWWWHHHHAAATTTT YOOOUUUU TTTTTHHHHIIIINNNKKKK OOOOFFFFF MMMEEEEE? The voice taunted her again.

“It’s true it is. The Darkness is pretty emotional.” A new voice said making Rainbow jump back when she saw what made it. The creature looked pretty close to a dragon but also had some features that…. didn’t fit the description of a dragon as well.

“W-what the buck?” Rainbow asked.

“Name’s Spike! Twi’s best friend and Darkling extraordinaire. Pret’y neat ain’t I?” He asked in his coltney voice.

“No! You’re just plain creepy!”  Rainbow said as the others arrived to hop on. They all saw the strange creature as well though.

“MY WORD!”

“O-oh my.”

“Aw he’s so cute!!!” Pinkie said. This was a big mistake as she soon learned.

“OI! WHO CALLED ME CUTE?!” Spike roared as he pulled out a magnifying glass. He then walked up to the mares.

But then “Um….. Mister Spike. What are you?” Fluttershy asked him. Then for the next few minutes, Spike explained everything about what he was and where he came from.

“So you’re a demon of sorts?” Rarity asked him.

“Right! Me’ kind’s been servin’ Darkness users for hundreds of thousands of years!” He exclaimed.

“Well why do you act like a thug and not a demon?” Dash asked him.

“Cause’ even a Darkling can be civil.” He replied as he pulled out a wine glass and took a swig of it’s contents.

“Alright. Now can we head for Ponyville? Ah think we’ve wasted enough time!” Applejack said in a scared voice. Twilight nodded as she turned the ignition. Bloody Mary just rode beside them in her ferrari and they sped off. It took them several hours but they finally made it to Ponyville and decided that Applebloom should be the first stop. The eight exited their vehicles and ran towards Sweet Apple Acres and started their search. Twilight, Bloody Mary and Spike searched the barn while Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Applejack and Fluttershy searched the fields.

“GIRLS! AH FOUND HER!” They heard Applejack yelled. They arrived to find a tear stricken Applejack hugging a rather confused looking Applebloom.

“Uh sis’ ya’ can let go now you know that right?” Applebloom asked.

“A-Ah know ‘Bloom. B-but Ah was so worried!” Applejack replied as she hugged her sister tighter.

“Why?” Applebloom asked. But then, Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle came over to the scene. They were also greeted with very tight hugs from their sisters as well.

“Rainbow… Dash…. crushing…. me.” Scootaloo was able to get out. Rainbow realized she was probably squeezing a little too hard and let go of her. Rarity did the same leaving them with two very confused little fillies.

“Sis’, what’s goin’ on?” Applebloom asked her sister.

“Applebloom, we need to get you somewhere safe.” Applejack said to her.

“W-why?” She asked.

“Bad things are coming this way. Now get Big Mac. Ah need to explain some things to him.” Applejack replied. Applebloom quickly began to head for her house. Applejack turned back towards the group with a look of confusion on her face. “This makes no sense. Why would Blueblood, cowardly varment that he is, threaten our sisters but not follow through? Any y’all got an idea?”

“I don’t know. It seems like he’s trying to take us off track.” Twilight replied as she began to think. Then coming into their view was Applejack’s brother Big Macintosh.

“Aj, what’s goin’ on?” He asked her in his deep voice.

“Big Mac, Blueblood is tryin’ to kill ‘Bloom. We need to get her somewhere safe!” She replied making Big Mac sigh.

“Applejack what in tarnation makes ya’ think that yellow bellied wuss would even think of hurting ‘Bloom?” Mac asked her. Applejack huffed in exasperation.

“This ain’t a joke Big Mac! We found out this mornin’! Now are ya’ gonna help or not?!” Applejack asked angrily in replying.

“Calm down. Ah’ll get one of our contacts to take her in for a bit.” Big Mac said as he started back to the house.

“Alright. Now what do we do now?” Applejack asked them. Twilight thought about it and then thought about the drug money Blueblood has been getting.

“Dutch Oven.” She said. The group looked at her skeptically.

“Excuse me is that some fancy new dance move?” Pinkie asked.

“No.Blueblood’s contact is a stallion by the name of Dutch Oven Harry. He lives somewhere in Canterlot.” Twilight said. Spike then grabbed a potato rag out of no where and hopped into the truck.

“WELL WHAT ARE WE WAITIN’ FOR SHEILAS! LET’S GET A MOVE ON!” He yelled as he honked the horn on it.

	As the group started to walk towards the truck Spike pulled out of nowhere Twilight pulled them all into sort of a huddle so that they could plan their attack.

“Alright girls. Here’s the plan. Pete’s definitely going to have some security around him. So here’s what’s going to happen. Applejack. You, Rainbow and Rarity will clear out the guards that are blocking the entrance and any others if they show up. Pinkie and Fluttershy, you’re with me when we get Pete.” She explained.

“And what ‘bout me? What’s me’ part in this?” Spike asked as he hopped through the truck window and onto Twilight’s shoulder.

“You’ll make sure Pete doesn’t run for it. You have a hoofball costume right?” She asked. Suddenly, the darkling hopped into a small vortex and came out wearing and purple and black hoofball uniform, complete with a helmet.

“Does an ass cut the cheese?” Spike asked sarcastically. Twilight merely rolled her eyes as she went back to the car…. only to find Bloody Mary missing. She made a short yell of frustration as she brought down a fist of the car roof…. a fist that was covered in metal thanks to the shade Twilight’s shadow provided. The force of this blow was enough to dent the roof.

Aw what’s the matter? Little piggy got away? The Darkness taunted her with another laugh. Twilight was about yell again but then realized how idiotic she would’ve sounded had she done so. Instead she fixed the car roof and beckoned Pinkie and Fluttershy to come.

“Alright. Let’s get this started.” Twilight said. Then as soon as she said that, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, and Rarity climbed into the truck and drove off while Pinkie, Fluttershy, and Twilight hopped into their car and drove a few meters away from them.

Ooooooh Twiiiiiiliiiiiiight! Doooooo noooooot leeeeeeet him escaaaaaape! She heard the Darkness hiss. She kept quiet though as she kept on the wheel. As she drove, she felt a tingling sensation in her head. She suddenly felt light headed and passed out at the wheel. While her physical body lost control of the car, Fluttershy and Pinkie helped steady by moving her to a passenger seat, Twilight’s spirit soon saw what appeared to be a simple home movie. She was sitting in a recliner and next to her was a film projector that was starting a movie.

What’s this? She asked herself in her thoughts. But then as the movie started, her eyes widened at what she was watching. It was the first murder she had ever committed. It was her seventeenth birthday and Blueblood was standing there with a mare tied by her hooves by a steel chain and she was hanging from the ceiling.

“Now Twilight, take this.” Blueblood said as he passed her a revolver.

“W-What’s this for?” She asked in a slightly scared voice. Blueblood merely glowered at her before Twilight felt a hand glide across her face in the form of a slap. The gun slid out onto the ground

“That was for talking without permission you little bitch. Now point the gun.” Blueblood said with the utmost contempt in his voice. Twilight just nodded as she did what was asked of her. She took the gun again and pointed it towards the mare. “And now you pull the trigger. ARE YOU EVEN PAYING ATTENTION?!” The stallion yelled at her as Twilight dropped the gun again. She panicked and picked it up again. She was shaking more than a scared dog as she aimed at the mare who seemed to be crying.

“I-I.. can’t. I can’t do it.” Twilight sobbed as tears leaked from her face. Blueblood then out of rage took his hand and using all of his might, slapped her across the face causing her to stagger.

“YOU BITCH! I BET SHINING IS HAPPY TO BE DEAD SO HE DOESN’T NEED TO HAVE A SCARED LITTLE-” He started until the sound of a gunshot was heard causing him to jump. He looked, and saw Twilight.. with an angered look on her face. He looked.. and saw the mare.. bleeding from her skull. Blueblood smiled as he saw the blood on the little filly’s face. “Now that’s more like it.” He said smoothly. Twilight then aimed the gun at Blueblood and pulled the trigger…. only to find that the revolver had no bullets in it.

“Rule number one-” He started. He then took the gun from her hands and kicked her in the ribs, sending her backwards onto her rump “-Never. Try that. Again.” He finished.

Twilight! Wake up! Twilight! A familiar voice said, breaking Twilight’s attention from the screen as everything around her went white once more.




Meanwhile inside the trailer of the giant truck Spike was driving three mares were gearing up with various guns strewn about the place. Ranging from AK-47s to even a large and deadly Minigun, they were ready to face the Solar and Lunar armies combined. They also slipped on some dark clothing and gloves so they could avoid being detected and avoid any chance of being arrested.

“‘Ey girls, we’re almost there.” Spike said as he neared a large building before he turned his shape into a dark stallion with dark purple fur and a black mane..

“Alright. We know the plan. Let’s get this over with.” Rainbow said as she placed a ski mask on her head. Applejack and Rarity did the same as the truck made a short turn. The truck pulled in and they heard some mumbling outside the truck, most likely Spike trying to get in without an issue. Rainbow then passed Applejack a suppressor for the shotgun she was loading. The mumbling outside ceased and the truck passed through easily. Applejack just got the shotgun ready when the door to the trailer was opened. She pulled the trigger and the stallion was blasted back.

“Special delivery mother buckers.” Applejack said with a little smile concealed by her mask. The three then hopped out of the truck and Rainbow tapped it giving Spike the signal to move.

“I’ll see ya’ in a few.” He said as he changed back into a darkling and drove away.

“Excellent. Now, let’s see if Pete is home.” Rarity said as she picked the lock on the door successfully.

“Remember, don’t make a whole lotta noise.” Rainbow said as she placed a silencer on her AK-47. The other two mares nodded before continuing inside the building. As they went in, they noticed something strange.

“Where the hay is all the guards?” Rainbow asked.

“Why yah complainin’ fer Dash? This just makes it easy.” Applejack said. As they headed further in, however, the guards suddenly seemed to have appeared from thin air.

“You were saying Applejack?” Rainbow smirked as one got too close to her and she grabbed him. She placed her hand over his mouth as she slowly started to break his neck with ease. “Hate to break it to you pal.” Rainbow said as the stallion’s neck finally snapped. “But you were in our way.” She placed the body in a box soon after.

“Not so bad. But let a real assassin show you how it’s done.” Rarity said boldly as she drew out her knife. Quickly, she snuck up to a guard and using her blade, she dragged it across the guard’s throat, causing his crimson blood to gush out like a sprinkler as he choked on his own blood and gasped for air.

“Sorry to cut our meeting short.” Rarity said. Rainbow just rolled her eyes as they proceeded further along the pathway. The trio soon arrived at a locked door that was guarded by two stallions armed to the teeth. Normally they would’ve just shot them and be done with it but if they were guarding who they thought they were guarding then anything out of the ordinary would’ve exposed them and the target could make an escape. 

“What do we-” Rarity started until suddenly.. a very cold chill slithered up her spine.

“Rarity, are ya’ okay?” Applejack asked. But then suddenly, a dark aura surrounded the mare, making the section of the room turn shadow black.

“What the-” The mares heard the guard say. The next thing they knew the two guards were set upon by creatures that seemed eerily familiar to Spike. Neither guard gave out a scream as the creatures set upon them. When the darkness faded all three of them looked up….. and nearly barfed by the sight before them. The guard had barely anything remaining of him. Blood splatters on the roof, walls, and floor, bits of bone and flesh scattered about, and the head of the guard laid in the middle with blank stare. 




Twilight had been asleep for several minutes but she still insisted that it felt longer. It didn’t matter as she, Fluttershy, and Pinkie arrived at their destination soon after.

“Alright. Let’s hope they got rid of the guards.” Twilight prayed. Then, the three went into the building but gasped at the sight. All of the guards were slaughtered like animals.

“S-S-S-” Fluttershy managed to stutter before she let out the contents of her stomach all over the ground. 

“I know. Come on, let’s catch up.” Twilight said as she stepped over the vomit puddle and pass the bodies of the guards. But what really made her want to vomit was the remains of what was left of the guard. His body parts were scattered everywhere and seemed to have been… chewed off by some kind of animal. She soon arrived and saw three masked mares. She was about to open fire on them when she saw that one of them had a rainbow mane behind her.

“So is he in there?” Twilight asked. Rainbow was startled and nearly fired on Twilight before she saw who it was. She then grunted in irritation.

“Don’t know. He’s been awfully quiet.” Rainbow said as she took off her mask along with AJ and Rarity.

“Alright. I’m going in. Make sure nopony comes this way.” Twilight ordered. The mares nodded as she walked into the room. She looked around the room and noticed a whole lot of things. It was well decorated, large bookshelves on the walls, and of course, Pete sitting in a chair with his muzzle in some books. Twilight didn’t consider walking up quietly and so just stormed on up to Pete who’s last image before being knocked out was a lavender gloved fist approaching him.

“Sorry. But this place isn’t where we’re gonna talk Pete.” Twilight said as she picked up the unconscious stallion. She then walked out of the room, but not before pulling the pin out of a grenade and rolling it into the middle of the room.

“So Twilight, what’s next?” Fluttershy asked as the unicorn closed the door.

“Well… we might wanna get moving.” She said as the place suddenly shook a little violently. Twilight concentrated and soon all six mares and one unconscious stallion out of the suddenly collapsing building.

	“Bartender! Give me another round!” The mare called out from her small pedestal which elicited a small snort from the minotaur who was wiping another glass clean. He picked up another glass and filled it with the hardest apple cider he could find, since that seemed to be all the mare would drink, and then gave it to the mare. She picked up the glass and swigged it down before slamming the glass back on the table.

“Bartender another-”

“No. Look miss your tab is already through the roof so either pay or I’m calling the guards!” The bartender threatened as he snorted.

“Fiiiine. Place the tab on Prince Blueblood.” She groaned as she got off the stool she sat on. As she stumbled towards the bar door, the bartender murmured under his breath “Bucking drunk bitch.” As she headed finally reached the door she tripped and fell outside and into a small puddle which caused some of her black and red makeup to fall off revealing a slight blue coat and a silver mane.

“Stupid bucking water.” She grumbled as she picked herself up. This mare was, at one point, known as “Bloody Mary” and it wasn’t just for her looks but for how brutal she killed her targets and then seemed to make a drink out of the blood from them. The latter was false but she was an efficient, if brutal, assassin. Earlier that week she was assigned the biggest target in her whole career, Twilight Crepuscolo Sparkle, but somehow her target managed to kill nearly her whole team and a friend of hers. The horror didn’t end for her as she saw the mare actually seem to control two demon heads which were talking about killing her.

Those… things. What were they? They couldn’t have been a spell that she casted unless she… no. They banished it from ever happening. There’s something that the mare’s hiding. But that’s enough of that. Time to h-

Hey there pretty mare. A voice rang out, causing the mare to jump.

“WHO’S THERE?!” She screamed out as she pulled a glock out and aimed it in all directions.

Chill the buck out I’m just trying to get your attention Mary…. or would you prefer the name Trixie? The voice asked her. Mary, or Trixie, felt her heart drop to her hooves in shock.

“H-How do you know my name? My true name?” She asked.

I know everypony’s names. And their secrets. Like when you were seven you killed a little filly. Pushed her down the stairs. The voice replied.

“I-I didn’t mean too! I was mad and... I just acted!” Trixie said in a frightened voice. 

Oh and it was just a coincidence that this filly also bullied you for two years running? That she also touched you in areas? The voice asked her in a tone that dripped with pure smart ass. Trixie growled and aimed down and alley and shot several times. That’s right keep shooting at nothing. Show it who’s boss. The voice said, causing Trixie to growl.

“Shut up! Shut up! SHUT UP!” She yelled angrily.

Too bad I’m not there. I’m everywhere. In the sky, on the ground, but right now I’m in your head. How do you think you can only hear me? The voice asked her. This caused Trixie to yell in frustration as the rest of her make-up slowly came dripping off of her and onto the pavement. Wow you are moody today aren’t you? Is it that time of the month already? It asked her which just lead to silence.

“W-What are you?” She simply asked.

I am what is known as the Witchblade. A spawn of the Darkness and the Angelus. It replied.

“W-What are-” She started, causing the voice to sigh.

I have to start at the beginning don’t I? Well… let’s go back eons ago when there was nothing. Nothing but darkness. It was a great time, until the gods turned on the lights. Then things changed. Add a few stars here, a planet there, it was good. But the darkness.. the darkness didn’t like it. My daddy was not one for lights at all. So he decides that ‘Hey! Maybe I can go buck up a few worlds and watch them die away! Then the gods will grow a brain and turn the lights off again!’ So far, from what I can tell about this world, dear old dad is now a chick…… I laughed my metaphorical ass off when I learned this little detail. Sadly mom is still a hyped up little bitch though so not much improvement on her end. My main goal is to make sure they don’t overpower each other too much…. which I can’t do unless someone, or somepony in this case, collects me. The Witchblade said

“S-So what’re you saying? You’re a god?” Trixie asked, causing the Witchblade to laugh.

No! I’m just half Darkness, half Angelus! Sure they’re both immortal but they can die in certain ways. Anyway, the Darkness, my dear old dad, has infected many beings with his wickedness. Many from different universes. His favorite was a human that was named Jackie Estacado. But I think he’s getting a new favorite here. You’ve already ran into her. Witchblade replied, causing Trixie’s eyes widened in shock. She stared at the darkness and understood it all. How she and her friends survived the onslaught, the living tentacles, everything. It had one name and she knew it good.

“Twilight… that bitch!” She growled. She kicked a trash can and let the contents to spill out onto the ground.

Whoa you really don’t like her do you? What did she do spare your life? Oh right she did! Witchblade joked a little. Trixie just huffed a little and blew a little bit of her mane out.

“Okay so…. where are you exactly?” She asked Witchblade.

Wait why should I tell you? Are you…. are you seriously thinking about coming to get me? It asked her to which Trixie nodded, hoping that it heard her.

Well then do I have a fun chore for you!



“A MUSEUM?! WHY ARE YOU IN A MUSEUM?!” Trixie yelled in the alleyway just outside of said building.

I’m….. you’ll see when you get here. Now hurry I can sense one of dad’s darklings coming to try and take me. Witchblade replied. Sighing, Trixie picked the lock on the door and headed in. She noticed that there were a lot of religious relics laying around.

Trixie, I’m in the box. Cut it open and you’ll find me. But hurry! The Witchblade warned. Trixie looked everywhere and only saw one box that held a small golden gauntlet.

“Where are you? What kind of box?”

The glass one! HE’S ALMOST HERE SO HURRY UP! Witchblade yelled in her head which cause the mare to flinch. She hurried over and saw the glass case over it. She sighed in relief as she pulled out and flipped open a butterfly knife. Before she could work on it, however, something pounced on her and knocked her to the floor. The being looked like it was pure shadow. It had a small, crooked body, long arms and legs like a monkey, and white, soulless eyes and a mouth filled with fangs.

“WHAT ARE YOU?!” She screamed before the beast pounced at her again. Luckily she was able to grab his head with her hands before it could bite down.

Trixie, that’s a darkling! They hate light sources! Witchblade said, causing Trixie to look before she saw a light on the ceiling, beaming down onto the floor.

“Sorry about this, but it looks like you could use a tan!” Trixie said with a smile as she pushed the creature back and kicked it into the light. She covered her ears as the monster screeched in pain. A few moments later it exploded and some of it’s guts landed on Trixie. “Um... ew.” She stated plainly as she flicked her wrists to get some of it off her.

Not bad for a rookie. Now get back over here. You’re gonna love this. Witchblade told her. Trixie hurried over and saw that the glass case was busted open and the gauntlet…. was floating a few inches from the case.

“What. The. Buck?” Trixie asked right as it flew onto her right hand.

Well Trixie, now that I’m here on you, you now have some new powers. But Darklings and Angelus soldiers will search for us. Specifically me. So we need to be ready. If you can, teleport us to an abandoned area so I can give you a power lesson. Deal? She asked.

“Trixie agrees with you. Let us go now… friend.” She said with a smile.
