The Beginning
You open your eyes to see your room around you. You crawl your way out of your bed grab some clothes and get in the shower. After about a ten minute shower you step out dry yourself off and get dressed into the clothes you grabbed. Once you are all dressed, you step out of the bathroom and walk into your living room. You look at the calendar, it is Saturday, you look at the clock, its eight am. You walk over and slump down on your couch. Just another worthless day you think to yourself.
Or is it
You turn on your TV to see that another episode of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic was recorded on your DVR. You press the play button. It wasn't a new episode though, it was Hearths Warming Eve. You still watched it again even though you have seen that episode at least 50 times. You watch the full episode through and it was still interesting. But at the end there was something that wierded you out, a lot. After everypony finished singing the song at the end of the episode, the mane six all looked at you and said, “well what are you waiting for”.
and then the screen started spinning
and spinning
and spinning
and spinning
And then it just stopped. Then the whole TV just turned off, along with all the power in your whole house. You pass out instantly after the power shuts off.
You wake up in a clearing. Everything looks so cartoonish, you reach to your arm to pinch yourself to see if your dreaming or not, but you cant. You keep trying until you look down at your hand, or as you see, hoof. You’re astonished by this, you keep looking away and looking back when you realize. You’re a pony.
You have an orangish coat, blonde mane and tail, and wings. You think so im in a different dimension, I have hooves and a tail, and- that’s when you realize. You’re in Equestria.
What, how is this possible, is this a dream, where are all the ponies, is this really equestria, many questions and thoughts are coursing through your head when a cyan blue Pegasus mare with a rainbow mane and tail approaches you. This cant be possible you think to yourself. She is getting closer to you every second. She finally stops right in front of you.
“Are you okay” she asks, with concern in her voice.
“Yeah, I’m fine RainbowDash” you say, immediately regretting it afterwards.
“Okay that’s goo- wait a second how did you know my name?” she asks
“Ummmm I recognized you from a magazine, you're the element of loyalty” you say feeling accomplished for coming up with that so quick.
“Oh ok” she says, excited by the thought of her being in a magazine. “so why are you laying out here” she asks.
“I don’t know” you say “I just woke up here”.
“Were you drinking the night before” she asks .
“No” you say.
“Well you need an escort to your house or something” she asks.
“I would if I had a house” you say.
“Oh” she says “you don’t look homeless”.
“I know” you say “that’s because I didn’t use to”.
“Then where did you live” she asks.
“well i lived in a house” you lie
“Um okay then why don’t you live there anymore” she asks
“Because I got kicked out” you lie again
“why” she says.
“because I couldn't pay the rent” you say lying, again
“Oh Okay, so you wanna stay with me then” she asks
“Boy would I” you say. “Um I mean, sure” you say correcting yourself.
Rainbow snickers at that comment. She helps you up.
“Thanks” you say, you start walking and fall over due to not having hooves until now.
“You okay”, Rainbow asks with concern in her voice.
“Yeah I think so”, you say.
You continue walking towards ponyville.

After finally getting used to walking with hooves you walk across town with Rainbow suspecting she is taking you to her house. After a while of walking with much silence you finally break the silence and say, “so where do you live anyway”.
“On the other side of Ponyville” she says.
“oh, okay” you say.

You and RainbowDash are about halfway across ponyville now. She stops, then continues walking, what was that about you wonder curiously. You brush it off as nothing and continue walking with her. You get to a market place and Rainbow stops again.
She turns to you and asks, “hey can you wait a sec, I got to pick up some stuff”.
“Sure I don’t mind” you say. She walks towards a cart, you cannot see what they sell because Rainbow is standing in front of the sign. You take a guess and think that maybe it is a food stand of some sort. Then you are approached by a pink mare with a pink cotton candy like mane and tail. She finally gets to you and says very fast “Hi my name is Pinkie Pie you must be new because I know everypony in Ponyville and I don’t recognize you”.
Not knowing what to say, since you don’t even know what she said, you start to say, “um I’m a-“you feel relieved that Rainbow cut you off so you wouldn’t make a fool of yourself.
“I see you’ve met my friend Pinkie Pie” Rainbow Dash says.
“You know this pony Dashie” Pinkie asks.
“Well sort of” Rainbow starts “I just met him”.
“Okie Dokie Loki, see you later Rainbow” pinkie says as she walks away. Well really it is more of a hop but- well you get my point.
“Ok, we might want to get going it’s going to get dark soon” Rainbow states.
“That would probably be best” you say.
You start walking in the direction you were walking earlier. You see a forest, and right next to the entrance of the forest, is a cloud house, with rainbows everywhere on it. You get closer and closer.
Rainbow Dash says “well this is it”
“Whoa” you say astonished.
“Don’t play around, its not that good of a house” Rainbow says
“Not that-“ you say “are you crazy”
“Let’s just go inside” she says annoyed.
She opens the door and you see a large room with a couch, leading into a kitchen which has a table in it. Then you walk through a hallway and see Rainbows room, definitely a master bedroom you think.
“Well let me show you where you will be staying” she says, she walks back out to the living room and points at the couch “you’ll be sleeping there” she says.
“Got it” you say, you lie down on the couch. you examine the room before you fall asleep.
Right before you fall asleep you hear Rainbow call from the other room, “goodnight”.
