After about an hour the train reached their destination. The happy couple got a chariot to the castle along the way Lyra asked if his friends had went to the Gala this year to which he responded with a 'yes' they had left for the Gala a hour before they did.
He led Lyra up the stairs to Celestia who was greeting every pony that showed. The sun goddess saw Spike and the smile on her face grew at the sight of her 'son' and his date. She hugged the drake tightly then looked at Lyra, she let go of Spike.
