I liked this chapter, though, I noticed that there were a few teeny tiny, itsy bitsy errors.
One, you didn't have many commas at the end of a sentence, and that didn't really bug me, but you should fix that.

Aww...poor sick little fillies. Well their not little fillies but you know what I mean.
If Pinkie were human this could be ugly. Chicken pox is an odd affliction because it actually becomes more troublesome the older you get. When you are a kid it is just annoying but when you are a teen or so it can be debilitating. That is why parents would set up play dates for their kids with kids that have the pox so that they could catch it at an early age.
Oddly back in the day the Cakes may have asked Pinkie to stay due to her having the pox but hey chicken pox is weird like that.

It does sound that way but think about it.
When you are young chicken pox is annoying. You itch, you feel sick for about a week, but then you get over it and typically never have it again.
However if you did not get the pox when you were young then life sucks. 75% of serious complications caused by the pox are from catching it as adults. It is particularly bad for pregnant women though if you had it as a kid you are immune and that means no fear and as a bonus the fetus is immune while in the uterus.
To avoid this fate the parents would make sure their children had it young (remember back then there was no effective vaccine) so that it would be annoying instead of potentially deadly. They use to do chicken pox parties where if one child had it groups of families would bring their children to make sure they all got it so they would be protected for the future.
It actually speaks to how amazing our immune systems are with this disease. Though to be honest the cake twins are probably too young to be put through it. While you want to get it young they usually mean when you are 2+ years old human years and getting it too young may cause you a greater chance at acquiring shingles late in life.

Yea you would probably see that idea used more often if more diseases were that "safe" at a young age and if other diseases did not mutate so much. It is the same reason the flu shot has to be taken so many times and why you can catch it way more than once. Every year the flu is different enough that your previous immunity isn't good enough to stop it.
