I'll be honest, this was really hard to read and did not make much sense to me, I still don't know why the Cakes left or what sickness Pinkie even has
I would highly suggest an editor for each and every chapter though I very much like how Pinkie has no other choice but to take her own life, very impressive twist. I'm a very, very dark person so I like it when ponies take their own lives for valid reasons

Pinkie had diabetes (which I tried to show through symptoms, but for those who've never heard of the disease or maybe it's uncommon, may not be very familiar), she did not take her own life. Thank you for your critique though!

On the first chapter it felt like my throat was hurting, stinging (like right before you cry) and all throughout the second chapter I was crying like crazy! Pinkie is my favorite pony, so it made me more sad when she died. And flashbacks of old times of a person who died just kills me! Like the smile song or the part where Dashie was hearing all of pinkie's phrases/words she said
