here's a thought. What would happen if the spell for whatever reason decided to stay in effect for a great length of time? Like say a year? And that no matter what Luna or Celestia tried could not undo the shrink? What would happen then?
4571034 First: Celestia would have a LOT of explaining to do to the parents of her students. Who knows how many of them browse the party trick sections?
And second: lulz. Pretty sure some of them would try to move to the realm of the Breezies (much to Fluttershy's jealousy) and make a new life for themselves! Only to have the spell finally wear out and turn them into a Godzilla.
