I would have suggested working in a more direct Shari Lewis &/or Lamb Chop allusion besides that accursed (
) song.
Perhaps a bit where you see a bunch of upright walking lambs parading too, where-upon Pinkie Pie gives in.
Or perhaps Princess Celestia calling in a "certain" pony-mare ventriloquist to entertain her and Cheerilee after Day Court...
