LPN stands for licensed practical nurse. But in Luna's case, it could also stand for Lunar Princess of the Night. But she is a princess, and she can get whatever she wants. Poor Celestia. It seems the tables have be turned!

Iron Hoof’s eyes widened. Her mane was sagging, her eyes were bloodshot, and her nose was puffy and red. “P-Princess, are you feeling alright?” he replied. - You're telling the story in 3rd person limited to Celestia. Right now she is seeing herself from another pony's point of view, which is confusing. Or are you actually? Next you go to the guards, which confuses the whole POV thing again. Might want to think about it in the future.
Celestia heard FROM behind her as a hoof touched her shoulder.
“Oh I am fine, really sister. -> missing a comma. “Oh I am fine, really, sister." (You have several other questionable choices of using a comma, but the rules for those are quite beyond me.)
Luna said sternly as SHE stared at Celestia.
