I've read plenty of stories where Blueblood turns out to be a decent sort (usually has to go through some trial by fire, but that's to be expected). Some prime examples are "The Flight of the Alicorn" by Ponydora Prancypants, "The Return of Princess Nightmare Moon" by Aegis Shield, and my personal favorite "The Best Night Ever" by Capn_Cryssalid. Hopefully I can soon add "Rhymes and Romance" by KnightMysterio to this list
He... but... she... but... they... but.... okay... my mind has officially been blown on this one as that is one pairing I did NOT see coming from any distance... on the other hand, being as I've never seen it before it might turn out to be a good one. 2269077 In the period between Rhymes and Romance and A Little Chat, I decided that I wanted to have Rarity and Applejack become an official couple.
After Off-Rhythm and Rhymes & Romance are done, I'll do a story where the two of them get together officially.
Being a fan of prince blueblood I'll admit I've pictured him with if not twilight or applejack,an OC zebra of some kind. Zecora as said zebra is definitely unexpected though and I'd like to know how these 2 hooked up. To not only be inside a house in a dirty jungle but fixing un royal foreign foods must mean hes gotten over his feelings towards commoner stuff and dirt so that's a good sign. Hope you update this.
Blueblood? Well, either he's after something (which isn't beyond imagination, given Zecora's skill as an apothecary), he's 'slumming it' for recreational purposes (in character) or he's genuinely smitten (stranger things have happened but I'd want Discord to account for his every action and movement for the past few months).

I find it astonishing how many people hate Blueblood for the short time he has on screen. True, he was a jerk, but I can't really feel sorry for Rarity who, let's face it, was trying to be a gold digger. The few fics that portray him as a good stallion usually excuse his behavior as having seen Rarity's type a thousand times, and is tired of it.
