Setting needs a little bit more establishment before I introduce any more characters so any interactions between you and Raider will have to be moved to more towards the middle of the story. As far as weapons or personality, keep in mind Equestria has just been taken over by a technologically advanced tyrant who has enslaved the citizens of Ponyville and plans on conquering the world. So society's structure is in flux right now at least until they learn how to deal with this new threat.

2146031Keep in mind that the only conventional weaponry revealed so far is that being used by Vice's army itself. There's been no need for weapons, Vice has started a revolution. In his bid for power, he has developed this technology which is specifically designed to combat other ponies. This is the reason why it's immune to magic, he knows what he's up against but encountered setbacks. It would be inappropriate at this time to add another pony familiar with such weaponry like yourself without an explanation. The only way this could be accomplished would be to make a connection between Vice and yourself, perhaps Vice sojourned while he planned for the throne and learned of this technology in a far off land? A land that perhaps you hail from. That would be an appropriate connection but it's not a conclusion I am prepared to draw at this time. Alternatively, you could be a survivor fromt the attack that learned how to wield such weapons in order to survive against Vice's forces. That seems to be a more acceptable connection to me, however from what you told me, it would fundamentally change your character's personality ever so slightly. If I'm going to add your character, he must fit the setting and tone of the story established. I believe what I've proposed is an adequate compromise, I will try to add Headshot Bullseye towards the middle of the story.

PLEASE I BEG OF YOU DO NOT CHANGE MY CHARACTERS BADASSERY
and one more thing. my char would have a connection to vice as a distant relative? maybe? for me thats easier to digest

2212298 I'm going to use your character to demonstrate to Twilight how she will have to adapt to these new situations in order to survive. While her feelings for her friends, her emotional conflict is pressing down on her mind, her feelings of failure, inadequacy and loss are mounting upon her, her duty to save Equestria MUST take precedence, it MUST drive her forward and it WILL give her focus. But during down time, her nature is going to continue to surface and Bullseye is going to demonstrate how she needs to toughen up, steel her resolve in order to see this fight through to the end.
