Spot-on characterization! From the dialogue to small little actions, Neil and Eva are just like I remember them from the game. I think the references were a little forced, but the conversations still managed to put a smile on my face.

Honestly, I could not ask for better execution of the characters (at least at surface level). There's still a fair number of chapters to go, so I expect an exploration of their depiction in the game at the critical points in the story. Nevertheless, this is a fun, lighthearted read so far!
I got here so far. My biggest complain is that as far as I remember from reading My Little Dashie, Act 2 is copy paste of it with one sentence or two changed or added to include Neil and Eva

Not to mention the switch from first person to third person narrative, a more detailed explanation to how the character got money for the new house, the process of selling and buying the new house, why they had to move in the first place, how he got a new job, an expanded telling of Dash's maturation, introduction of additional characters besides those from To the Moon...

I am legitamently upset right now mate. This kind of stuff always makes me sad when I read them, and though I k ow it's gonna be sad, I still hope for a happy ending that isn't gonna be full of tear inducing stuff... But you still did a great job mate.

I really enjoyed seeing a crossover with this particular game on FF.net. I never thought I would actually find one! TBH, I'm planning on writing one myself, with it being set in the EqG universe. The premise will be that unicorn scientists in Canterlot came up with the tech that can do the memory alteration thing, and then Princess Twilight gets a message in the journal from Rainbow Dash, asking her to come and help her give Scoots her last wish; to be able to live a full life. No spoilers here, but I can guarantee you that this is gonna be a tearjerker!
