So, this is my first story here on Fimfic, so as always, constructive criticism is a good thing. I really need to know if I'm fleshing out my characters to you guys' liking. Also, There will be swearing. You have been warned.
P.S. On a side note, I'm looking for OC's to make appearances in this fic as main, side and cameo roles. so send 'em through via PM and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. No overpowered or alicorn OCs though, please. Also, not all of the OCs need to be male, a few female OCs would be appreciated too

Look pal, I don't give a crap about how good or bad your story is. Honestly, I wish you luck in getting your stories more popular. But I hate it when I come across an author who deletes comments, since it shows you cannot comprehend nor listen to negative or constructive feedback. It also makes you look like an obnoxious dick.
So in future, listen to what people in the comments have to say instead of blocking them out. After all, it's what the comments section is there for. Trust me, you'll be more popular and more liked if you do so.

Becasue the 1st hand cannon was madei n the erly 1500s but in the erly mid 1500s the matchlock musket come along and replace the hand cannon tho to more reble in battle and easyer for anyone to fire it and less likely to blow up in your face or blow your hand off. In the 1600s the flintlock gun come along quly replace the matchlock tho to the fact that you can fire faster than before and is less 10 time longer

2708878 For tech, you're looking at a Napoleonic era type of development. They have cannons but only for defensive structures and destroyer-class airships (think galleons but attached to a blimp with slightly advanced, magi-tech). Smaller airships and less important installations CAN have cannons but prefer catapults/ballista as they're easier to make/dismantle/repair than cannons but still get the job done. The gryphons also have mid-level muskets (magic or regular) since they have digits dextrous enough to use them. The story is only SEMI-cannon, so I've changed bits and pieces here and there to suit my story. The world is just slightly more advanced than is seen on the show. If you have any more questions feel free to ask. Hope that helps~

2708974 Well, I haven't really gone too much in depth for it as ambiguity is sometimes best. I tended to think that yes, they have at least some basic forms of gun (magic or otherwise) or cannon (likewise, magic or normal) and CAN use steel to a basic degree. This is magical beings we're talking about so development and tech can pretty much be thrown into a tumble-dryer and left to run on spin dry.
