This the story of Zeta and his adventure after he was exiled from his tribe. Follow his journey from the badlands of the Zebra Dominion to the ever peaceful Equestria. And join him as he finds out what friendship is. What perils will he and his companions face? Will they even make to the destination on one piece?
This is his story.

If you want readers to care about your OC, you have to give them a reason.
Don't just say "This is a story about my OC", sell it to me! Tell me why I should be interested in your story, in your OC, in your writing. What makes this fic unique in an ocean of self-inserts and Mary Sues?
Seriously, you can't just say "This is a story" and expect someone to care.
2411313 Kinda figured the whole "Exiled from his village because of something he cant control" and the "Never having any friends and now learning about it while traveling with two strangers" thing would at least catch some interest. But hey, I've been wrong before. I have noticed that this story is getting the least amount of attention. Am I safe too assume the reason is because it's an OC story?

No. If I had a quarter for every lonely exiled OC I've seen, I'd have... I'd have a lot a quarters.
Yes. OC stories attract fewer readers, especially when the supposed appeal is in learning about someone we've never heard about. Consider the following change:
Note how I describe the story instead of telling you what it's about. Show, don't tell. You can't use this description because I just made shit up, but I hope you get something out of it.
