The time is ten years later. Rainbow Dash has joined up with the Wonderbolts. She is enjoying her new life of high speed flying and dangerous aerial manoeuvres, but it has left her for little time for anything else. While stationed near Ponyville, she gets some time off and opts to head back to town to get caught up with old friends. She comes across Scootaloo, who has come across hard times in the last few years. The reunion of friends gets emotional when Rainbow Dash makes an unintended discovery. It's going to take Rainbow Dash to remind Scootaloo what's really important in life.
