Thinking that she got cheated out of another cutie mark opportunity, she goes to check on her friends. What she finds there might just be a disaster... or an opportunity.

Thanks for the positive comments :) I was originally going to make this a two parter. Do you guys think that it should turn into something more? If so what would you like to happen? I will most likely not make it exactly off of reader ideas, but I might base stuff from them.
This is pretty interesting, I don't think I've read anything similar to this in quite a while. It's certainly a good idea, however perhaps you could build on the whole "imagine-you-have-a-cutie-mark" idea? The idea of just imagining and willing it sounded just too... plain for me. Maybe some kind of dormant magic lying inside Scootaloo involved, or something along the lines of that? Like, how Pegasi can manipulate clouds and such. Although, you probably have your own ideas about how the whole magic-cutie-mark idea will pan out.
and that particular section was very well-written (in my own opinion, at least). Iron Will x Fluttershy shipping is an interesting idea as well, although it seems rather out-of-character for Iron Will to be nervous about asking out somepony. But, hey; that's just me, and it was needed to move the story along.

Actually, I am not very big on 'FlutterMac' 'cause I think it is used for 'Shy's shipping a little too much. Then again, that might be because there are not many guys in the show

Also it looks like Scootaloo accidentally caused Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Sweetie Belle, and Apple Bloom to swap bodies, well I know somepony who's gonna wish they could fly well.

To some extent I could imagine this as an actual episode, although it would be Sweetie Belle who causes the mix up by trying to perform magic and messes up a spell leading to the body swapping.
Also Scootaloo your technique is impressive and you don't even have to yell "Change, Now!" Just wait till I tell Captain Ginyu.
