I have three comments that may make this more palatable to the average reader:
The first is the format of the song at the beginning. A warning to change the color scheme to dark would probably be advisable as the default light makes the colored text near unreadable.
Also you should separate the lyrics from the rest of the text and italicize them, as this helps the reader switch between lyrical dialog and normal text or spoken dialog.
And the final comment: Since I speak a little japanese I feel I have an unfair advantage in reading this over the average reader. Do you think it would take much away from the story to have a translations section? This may not be feasible, as direct translations often leave much to be desired.
