Taking a break from their normal attempts to find their special talent, the Cutie Mark Crusaders try to enjoy the awesomeness of Nightmare Night. But during their time out, they not only get a chance to receive candy and show off their costume, but also get to hear tales of Nightmare Night from the Mane Six- some as recent as that very day, other dating back to their foalhood.
Styled after the episode "The Cutie Mark Chronicles", this is me trying to write stories in the style of the show.

Glad to see you put this up! I really liked this chapter- such a good mix of humor and sadness, and the end makes me smile.
I see a minor punctuation error, at the very tail end of Dash's flashback- there's a misplaced quotation mark at the end of the sentence beginning "I guess you are the..." It looks like the space at the end of the sentence got put in front of the mark instead of after it. I think you need to have a talk with your editors.
Oh, wait.
You kind of write Rainbow Dash in the way that we don't like to see her written as early on, and it's the same with Scootaloo but the ending more than makes up for it.
Also I'm pretty sure Rainbow Dash should ask Luna about seeing dead ponies because I think as Princess of the Night Luna knows all about the supernatural.
