My only criticism for this, is that the chapters need to be much longer. If you're aiming for the swashbuckling epic I'm assuming you are, shorter chapters do no favors in cementing the feeling of adventure. By the end of the story, I'm going to want to be invested in every crew member and root for them, I want to know about their backstory, personality and motive for being a pirate, and short chapters do not help in doing this.

Apart from that, I am really hooked on this story, and I'm very curious as to why that Daring Do tag is there. Maybe she could be the new pegasus crew member and the romantic link between Mac and Dash I'm such a sucker for.

Interesting so far. Gonna stick it out 'till the end. I agree though, the chapters are just a tad bit too small. If you could get them to a good twenty-five hundred or thirty hundred word count, I would be able to enjoy it longer.

Well, a really great chapter, i love how this developed, to give a start to the RainbowMac part but i sense that we have a lot more yet to see in both the dream journal and the Pony Reality.

So, there gonna be any clues left? Like some distinct non-Macintosh's room smells coming from the book? maybe the make-up dash was about to use left a scent on the journal? Or maybe just a blue feather caught in the pages of a book? you might get a nice little sense of drama if he finds her feather(could fall out of the book and he didn't notice it at first) and later assumes the worst, only to have him be told she helped clean his room at AJ's request and Lie Lie Lie.
