You have to start a ne paragraph whenever a different person begins to speak. Always. There should never be more then one person talking per paragraph.

I am really surprised that this didn't get as big as it should have. Great chapter!
I like the story so far.
One critique, don't put one character speaking, and then another character reacting, on the same line. It will through the reader off, and really confuse them, causing them to reread to see who is doing/saying what.
