It is a good start. The story seems rushed, though. I'd advise to take a step back and delve into the minds of the characters, conveying their feelings and emotions in depth and make larger paragraphs. Do a bit more show, keep the same amount of tell.

I agree with 1455705, it's a good start but there is work that needs to be done.
Eh. Story Concept sounds like fun, but writing is at best sub-par. It looks slapped down, rushed, and generally very skeletal.
Take your time and allocate mental resources to fleshing everything out more clearly... And for Celestia's sake, don't use those blatant scene transition sentences. The last thing I want in a story about the God Of War himself is to visualize one of those 'MEANWHILE' moments from Spongebob.
That just ain't cool.

Two: I ain't spoilin' nothin'!... But possibly.
