It's better than them trying to "fix" errors by making mis-colored toys into new characters at least. I kind of wish they would grow up about that sort of thing. Is "Sorry bronies, we got the color wrong, a new shipment of Princess Celestia, properly colored, is on the way." too much maturity and responsibility to ask for anymore?

I would much prefer Teeny Baby style toys, you remember the little animals made of really good quality materials? They had dragons alligators, bears, ponies, lions, platypi, giraffes, etc. and they were all really well made and durable.

Yeah, Dash's jerkishness always bugged me in that episode, especially when comparing their relationship there to an episode like Hurricane Fluttershy. I may be a Flutterdash shipper myself, but I also take all canon into account, and a seeing contradiction in canon such as that one deserves some explanation in my mind
As for sequels, we'll have to see. I'm knee deep in another project at the moment, though it would be fun to write Fluttershy taking her assertiveness training too far with her old friend, then start to realize just how far gone she is.
1501773 You'd think being her oldest friend, she'd show restraint, but it took another season for her to do just that in 'Hurricane Fluttershy'. That episode always did bug me, too, and still does.
As for Putting Your Hoof Down, considering the MANY Brony animators and fan voice actresses, I think the fans will eventually creat a 'Deleted scene' with Fluttershy and RD.
