Just looking at the description, I can tell I don't want to read this.  Don't randomly capitalize words; It makes you look stupid.  If you want to emphasize a point, use italics.  And if you emphasize half of every sentence like you're doing, then nothing will stand out anymore.

Also, this is formal writing; Simple numbers like eighty-nine and six get spelled out.

Even if the rest of your story is nothing like that, remember:  The description is the first thing the reader sees, and is how we decide whether or not we want to read it.  No matter how many times people say "Love and tolerate," many of us will still be critical.
