Twilight and Princess Celestia are in love. That's great... isn't it? But as they begin to tell their friends and family, how do they reconcile their relationship with the vast gulf in their experiences and the distance that an immortal alicorn princess must keep between herself and her subjects? Maybe this was a bad idea after all. Maybe their friends will just make things worse. Particularly since some of their friends are having their own relationship problems. And a secret society of masked ponies with their eye on Celestia's throne are looking to make the whole question irrelevant.

The followup to Correspondence and including the events of Moonshy. Includes pony makeouts, breakups, hookups, crying, flirting, melodramatic plots, political intrigue, OCs, and the occasional magical beatdown. I regret nothing.

... Hmmm. Not sure how to feel about all of this, actually.

You had an interesting premise with the whole "Twilight and Celestia coming out" hook, but then suddenly! high fantasy intrudes upon the plot. Seems a little... scizophrenic. Also, this looks like this needs an adventure tag.

Its not poorly written at all, just... not what was advertised, ya know?

Oh well. Will continue to watch this like a hawk to see where it goes. The start is attention getting if nothing else.

Alright... let me collect my thoughts about this... 1) You've made me annoyed at Rarity and Spike, everypony is entitled to privacy, and jumping to conclusions is a bad thing... like apparently thinking Celestia is one of the three bastardizations of her character (which I know you aren't make her that).

    2) The Secret Society of Secret Secrecy... damn if I'm not wrong then it's not just forcing Celestia off the Helianthus Throne and clamming it for themselves... they want something far more potent than a throne. They want Celestia's greatest burden.

I will have to keep an eye on this.

Hmmm.... After the light-heartedly tender (and often hilarious) moments of 'Correspondence', I find myself torn to read this.

On the one hand.... Hoof? Oh whatever! :facehoof: The sequel to such a great little Twiliestia fic like 'Correspondence' will undoubtably be well written, in character, and a good read all round.

And on the other.... 'appendage'. I can't help but notice that sad tag.... And that's a complete about face from it's predecessor.

Oh well, nothing ventured nothing gained.... Allons-y!

So why don't you simply go home to your little church and cry about what a pathetic excuse of a writer you are. Now, personally, me, I have borderline personality disorder. Ergo, every piece of criticism should, by definition, make me overreact. However, every argument you had was SO stupid and SO very biased (not to mention not very bronylike), it actually made me laugh. I'm still laughing.

First off, I hate TwiLestia because of the obvious age/power difference. It's like a twelve-year-old peasant falling in love with the King of England. I like shipping in general because not only is it an easy access to hidden hormones, it's a very open gate to a descriptive storyline, my favourite.

Secondly, three-hundred-some followers and over a thousand trackers say I can write. You've kinda been done in by the masses (same thing with religion, for that matter, religious people make up the majority of Earth's population). Also, how come you're criticizing my writing when you yourself can't use proper English?

Thirdly and finally, I consider over-enthusiastic pieces of shit the worst kind of brony. Much like yourself.

Going up against Celestia? Possible, but perhaps unwise. I've had OCs who've done it, no, nothing published, do I LOOK like i'm a good writer, but they/he/it has had a few billion years to plan things along for Celestia to be born and is quite happy with just the occassional subtle manipulation of he life and, sometimes, mocking her to get hr angry. ...Interestingly, said OC is murderously, literally, protective of Twilight Sparkle, and has begun motions to get the two dating. It's not part of his overall PLAN for the universe, but it'll make Twilight Sparkle happy, he owes her, and that's the important thing. How does a being from the dawn of existence owe Twilight Sparkle anything? Now that's where it all gets interesting.

Hey, everyone else typed out a lot of stuff, why can't I ramble? But, faved and following this, just like the prequel. Rarity? Seriously. If Celestia sent Twilight a picture of her cutie mark and plot, then, I think the two are doing good relationship wise. ...And I predict Twilight freaking about anyone seeing one of the private scrolls, particularly one with a picture. Particularly if it was one of her friends. Yeah, Twilight's going to freak out. Again.

Moreover there is a technic that helps with situations like this. It's called ignorance.

When you see something you don't like just ignore it. And if the urge is too strong just POLITELY ask him/her to please stop posting things you don't like, because this site is about a show, that tries to show of love and tolerance.

I saw the story in the feature box and thought, "well, that looks like another fairly nondescript Twiles-waaaaait, by FriendlyUncle?! I'mma gonna read that right now!"

Like some of the previous posters, I'm not sure about the sad verses comedy tags of the previous (there are rather too many of the former and far too few of the latter floating around the fandom these days), but on the other hoof, I was having difficulty imagining it following on from Correspondance without some humour! Besides, some of the best comedies have a bit of a Shakespearian tragedy in 'em to highlight the contrast - and frankly, I trust you as an author to do a good job.

Looking forward to seeing where this is going!

Oh, by-the-by, you immediately gain points for the bad guy being sensible for once about dealing with his minions. And frankly, as in this universe (as in my own fanon), if Celestia is indeed a goddess (as she says as much in Correspondance (yes, I did re-read that immediatly before I read this!), he'll need to be that smart to even attempt to pull it off.
