Routine, it hounded her relentlessly. What she had once found so enjoyable was now reduced to nothing more than the next scheduled stop. Yet she found respite in the lofty rocks, and she heard a calling in the setting sun. It urged her to follow as it journeyed across the sky, beckoning her to adventure under its rays. I'll give this a quick read tonight, then I'll edit this comment when I have more time to truly read this. This looks promising, and that's generally good. :pinkiehappy:
I'd have to say that this story is quite the good read. It's worded good, it's spacing is fair and the grammar seems fine to me. All in all, this is really a good story! I'm glad I took the time to fully read it this morning. Very good work!

Hey, thanks for the kind words! I was happy with it, so I'm just glad others are as well

Added to read list, I'll be sure to give this a thorough look over once I'm done with this wedding and when I get back from Spain.

You're at a wedding... in Spain?

What.

When did this happen? Man, this is terrible communication, when you get back, I'll be looking forward to details, all the details :derpytongue2:

Nicely done
Gave it a thumbs-up.

You know what this story needs? A sequel,

that includes Nathan Drake.

Great story, and very cathartic for me personally. So often I wonder what it would be like to just up and leave. How would it be to just leave behind all the worries and banality of life? I just want to get away from it all. And to add to it, I know someone else who feels the same way. The pain of no escape. This story really spoke to me. I hope to see more from you.
