MLP will be pitted against other stuff in media for girls. To see, if they could really survive on their league. In fights to the death and team objectives. Will the team survive against other protagonists and prove that they aren't ponies that just want to play dress up?
(Should be rated in between Teen and Mature. Violence is above normal Teen levels but doesn't reach Mature standards.

Seriously, there were way to much twilight and rainbow dash here. Heck, pinkie, rarity and fluttershy didn't do a thing. You could at least have fluttershy controll an animal or something. Tlutterrage should work too

I like it, but I don't find it putting a good picture in my head, but that's mostly because I had NO idea on what the Care Bears looked like. I would recommend describing what the other team looked like, just in case if some people haven't seen the other teams show.

She loves fashion and is a big fan of pink and black. She can walk in the sun using a parasol, but cannot turn into a bat yet. Her pet is a bat named Count Fabulous.

I'll be sure to get that in at some point. Maybe it next or Strawberry Shortcake and then it.
EDIT: Too much too learn, or not. At least the episodes are short as hell. (Or I think so) I might do it but Judging by the amount I've seen I don't like it that much. Friendship is Magic is much better. I don't think they have much fighting abilities, though. On Winx Club's case, I think MLP will win, with Pinkie Pie involved.
So, it's finally here. I've had to watch an excessive amount of episodes and found a rather well written show. Winx Club was far from a nightmare but I didn't feel the urge to put all off to watch it like with Friendship is Magic. I may get around to finishing the series in the far future, although that may be too much to ask, as there are five seasons.
Pinkie Pie does something random and amazing to win. And with a shotgun. Yep, all is well.
Again, wonderful, and I like your limitations that you gave them. I have to agree, if one team gets their full complement, then the ponies should get the Elements. And that's just not fair.

I have a quick question though. Where is it they fight? is it some neutral ground? or somewhere defined?
I tried watching the Winx Club... My reaction:
They're such a Sue Race, seriously.

But them being a total sue race probably is part of the reason I only watch half an episode each day and go do something else, even when I'm trying. Meanwhile, I spend every second I get for Friendship is Magic's newest episode. Winx Club is pretty well written but there are quite a few plot holes. Also, the villains are evil for no reason apart from the sadistic need.
In MLP they have one. Trixie wants attention. Gilda wants to hang out with her old friend but dislikes Dash's new friends. Flim and Flam are con artists who want to cheat ponies out of money and run ponies out of business. Discord is because of sadistic need but also because he's just doing what he loves. Nightmare Moon allowed jealously to consume her and betrayed her sister and kingdom. Queen Chrysalis had the best reason. She was evil because it was ESSENTIAL for her species to survive.
Winx Club's animation isn't the best either. I don't see any hair movements when doing normal movements. (Which is always present in MLP) And MLP is better for going XD. MLP also is quite dark. So My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic has plenty of edges over Winx Club. But Winx Club still has a huge fanbase consisting of teenagers. I respect them. Friendship is Magic is undoubtedly better but Winx Club is better than some other shows for girls. (AND WE KNOW FOR A FACT THAT FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC WAS AIMED FOR EVERYONE. LAUREN FAUST SAID SO!)

Somehow they were able to make a shitty game on Nintendo systems, Four 2 hour long specials on nickelodeon, a movie, and MATTEL is working on a 10 - part live action all around the world live action musical movie. I think I just lost my tongue.
MLP vs. LPS will have the shortest analysis yet. Maybe it was a mistake to pick them. But then the requirements for the battle is for anything in pop culture for girls against MLP. So I guess this is what you get. No, wait...

EDIT: I probably ticked you guys off so badly. But, now, I find that if i gave LPS's characters a chance to use their abilities to their advantage, then they would do much better.
Also, I want to register everything, so that the two could have a fair fight after I missed a FREAKING character. Also, after watching more, I found Minka was more agile then I thought, Sunil hated cobras and could use it to his advantage but it could backfire. But mostly, blame Pepper. One freaking character that I added, I found could turn the tables by quite a bit.
LPS failed so badly! The M6 won— again!
While that is quite true I don't really want to do too much battles. And qualifications mean it was intentionally intended for little girls or looked like it at a first glance. Well, doing it would violate what I had in mind. I might do it, but I probably won't PPG is going up next. (If the sites that it's on would let me watch it.
