Randolph Carthorse tells the authorities what happened out at the ruins of the Palace of the Two Pony Sisters

Directly lifted from Lovecraft's original Randolph Carter story, of course. Cover Art by Shea Vorbach, who included the sketch with her art for The Stars Will Aid Their Escape. Randolph Carter Pony amused me enough that I just HAD to write this up, especially after Shea suggested a way the story could go :)

Ha ha. Oh, you.

I was wondering if you'd made a mistake filing this under 'comedy' for a good while there. But come on now. Why would she be inside some long forgotten catacomb with a sealed entrance. That's just silly.

Silly.

Also, what happened to Randy's friend? Where'd he go?

1359398 He was in on the joke - practical jokes like this were why he got booted from the School in the first place. He got the cans and string off Pinkie too :)

Ahaha, oh my gosh, I wasn't expecting you to actually do that ending when I joked about it. That was a pleasant and amusing surprise. I was gonna say poor Randolph, but he gets off a lot easier in this than the original story. xD

(I'm a she though, not a he, by the way)

HPL + MLP = :rainbowkiss:

1365117 *facehoof* my apologies, and fixed. Glad it amused you, though :)

1365639 And more to come, too - The Shadow over Horsemouth, At the Mountains of Mareness...

Don't worry about it, haha, no big deal. c:

Practical Joke? I assumed she was just down there, in her native habitat.

Oh Pinkie! Hopefully you learned a lesson about practical jokes from all this!:pinkiehappy:

unpacked his device – a simple but ingenious construction of string and two cans, that he had demonstrated for me the day before.

A hilarious replacement for a telephone wire.

Also, this is why you don’t break into the party cave.
