Great start for a first tale!

Need a little work on several run-on sentences and some missing punctuation and typos, but otherwise its a great start.

It's about time we had a look at some of the ponies responsible for the electricity utilities in Ponyville. The Hydro power dam shown in "Mare Do Well" is a bit small even for Ponyville.

(An before anypony asks about power lines. I'm sure the Pegasi have very strong opinions about dangerous powerlines in places where they could fly into them. If they have power lines, they are most likely buried, or even sent by wireless transmission like Nicolai Tesla tried.

Thanks very much, I can understand what you mean with the missing punctuation and all that, I'm still working on improving my grammar and punctuation. More information of ponyvilles electricity and how it gets it will come later in maybe the next chapter or so, that's if people want more.

He should be at least thanked by the mayor and/or pinkie. " thanks for saving the town with your cool lightning party" since its usually the mane six who save the town. And him being the only one (to his knowledge) control lightning to power the town. I would think twilight would go into bookworm mode.

Heh, yeah, Twilight would be going mental as to find out how he does that. Next chapter could be coming out maybe in the next couple of weeks, my ideas are limited to it might take a while till I get a good idea.
