This was a pretty sweet little story.
There were a few capitalization errors, and I think you missed a period once or twice, but overall, very well-written. You have a pretty awesome vocabulary in here. :)
One change I would make would be removing the Twilight tag, since it's mostly a Dash/Scoots story.
I like how, in the end, Rainbow Dash identifies what really matters and what she really loves. That is a great message, my friend.
